Worst experience ever I placed the order online with 20 minutes of waiting time When I got to the store after 30 minutes they said would take another 30 minutes Unfortunately I had to cancel my order

40 min wait for pick up tonight. Ordered two pizzas and Italian sausage mariana w/pasta. Do not order the pasta ever. The portion inside the container was half full. Save money, make your own pasta and sausage seriously.

The most unrespectful manager I have ever met. He was rude and thru the pizzas in the waste basket and remarked as I was being nasty which I wasn't I was explaining that the order was wrong and couldn't request a time and quickly called back when it was repeated wrong back to me by Emma. Was held on hold for at least 15 minutes and never answered, even after said a manager would be with me shortly. You really need to dismiss this manager. I would never order again from this establishment.

The manager is so disrespectful and un professional he messed up my order and then cussed me out saying he isn't paying for my mistakes then hung up on me he's always rude n sounding irritated I placed a call to corporate I suggest you not deal with them they do nothing to resolve anything they have even brought cold food to us before .

Great people always positive and great food

Its outrageous that they charge 4.99 for delivery then expect a tip on top of that for their drivers, especially when we are local. The pizza is not that good, instead of dominos, change your name to robbinghos.

I called this store at 20 minutes to 12:00 a.m. because the Domino's website would not allow me to place an order online. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. According to Google they are open until 12:00 midnight. Just drove by and they're already turned the lights out and we're refusing to answer the phone. Either you're open until midnight and you still taking orders for a pizza that only takes you about 12 minutes to make or your people just don't want to work so they can get off directly at 12:00 a.m.. But with 20 minutes till closing would seem to me that they would still take orders and they did not.

Food has been great for the last 5 yrs and always delivered hot unless you order during those super busy hours which is to be expected. 🤣

Had the worst experience ever at a Domino's recently at the Parrish location. Have been there a bunch of times with few issues. This time, I ordered online for Carside delivery. When I arrived to pick it up, I did as I normally do and clicked on I'm here in the app, and turned on my hazard lights as it says to do, while parked right in front of the store windows. It says 2 minute guarantee, free if they don't bring it out within 2 minutes. After about 8 minutes and seeing several people come and pick up their orders, I went inside and said how long I was waiting. An employee looked at a computer screen and said there was no check-in and told me I did something wrong, even though I showed him that button wasn't on the screen anymore since I had checked in. He handed me my pizzas and just walked away to do something else, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for my order or anything. Not only that, but I get home and find the cheese on the pizzas was very lacking in a lot of spots. I am kind of in between 2 stores, think I will have to start going to the other one! Very disappointed!

Very good thin crust pizza's but will not reorder. Twice, I have paid for "Extra Italian Sausage" and I see about 1/4 cup on the top. Just so disappointing when it could be so good. I could count the pieces on one hand.

Order from here quite often and rarely have issues. Tonight the GM went psycho on me because I called about a wrong order. I ordered the same thing I always do, Alfredo sauce on pasta, bacon, mushroom. Simple, always made right. Opened it up, took a bite and tastes sour like maybe someone grabbed ranch by mistake. No big deal, I’ve called many times and they either partially refund me or send me the right order. I tell the gentleman kindly, either option is fine, whatever is easiest for him, because I’d hate to make someone deliver me one item during rush hour. He proceed to tell me I’m wrong, it’s impossible it’s not Alfredo, gets really nasty with me. When I said I’d be happy to return the item, so he could see and said I’m more worried now maybe the sauce is bad and would hate for someone else to get sick, he guts me off and proceeds to say they’ll make me another item. Ok, cool. Says one chicken carbonara coming up. I said no, that’s not my order and he berates me, saying that’s exactly what you just described. I begin to tell him my order again, screams at me and say “you know what?” And hangs up. I call back and he says he’s the GM, He’s never given partial refunds and now I’m not getting my order. I ask him for the store number, refuses to give me it and says good luck complaining to corporate because complaints go back to him. This guy scream at me like a complete psycho path. Sir if you had a bad night, then just say that but don’t go off on someone who received a wrong order. Never ordering from here again. Also, I suggest not responding to the email they automatically reply with. It will clearly just go through to the GM. I made a complaint online to corporate because if you wanted a Karen, I got the time.

My wife called about a cold pizza, 1 of 5 items ordered and literally got yelled at, hung up on and told its impossible. Worst service ever, no words, and never again. Yes this is the same Donnie guy others have posted about.

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences. I paid on the app for my order and when it was ready I went to pick it up. When I asked for my order they said I already picked it up. I let them know that I in fact did not. They said they accidentally gave it away. I told them I don’t have a lot of time to wait and might have to void it and go. He said that he could remake it in 10 minutes. I told him if it’s only that long then to go for it. He then proceeded to come to the register and printed something out and told me my order was voided so I could leave. Dumbfounded I asked him why he did that and he said that I told him to. I let him know that is the opposite of what I said and then left in frustration. He was very rude the whole time and as I was leaving made a rude remark. The pizza and cheese bread is always great. We recently had a mistake on our order but they didn't hesitate to make it right. Can't complain with how busy they are. Our families favorite place and will continue to order weekly. Great job everyone!

This location has an ongoing problem with their managers. Donnie is disrespectful, condescending, and whiny. Because he was soooooo busy with production he could not walk a pizza out to the elderly couple in a golf cart waiting for their dinner. They both use walkers so were unABLE to walk in. Then he harassed her, saying they were going to have throw away the food. I called on Monday asking for the manager. It was Ol' Donnie who was absolutely unapologetic, again condescending, and down right rude. He said there was no way he would stop to take a pizza out to them. 5 seconds? Seriously? They order at least 2 or 3 times a month as a treat and a way to get out and feel independent. As I was still talking Donnie said, "I am not going to keep talking to you about this" and hung up ... WOW. How do you keep this person employed? I have been in customer service for some major corporate companies. If I handled issues like this, I would have been fired directly. However, I would never have had this problem because I respect my customers, ESPECIALLY the elderly. This store is in an Elderly Community!!! Shame on you Donnie. We feel we can never go back to this store again. I feel Donnie will not care for their food ... This has bred mistrust.... Domino's Corporate pay attention... This is not how we treat our elderly.

I really like this location. Most places burn the pizza but not here. I always find the customer service here the best of all locations. Everyone is always nice and in a good mood even when it’s super busy for them. But tonight in particular, I came in with a sleepy toddler, got my food and touched me the most was that while I was paying and grabbing my food with one hand and holding my kid in the other; come to find out there was a gentleman standing and holding the door for me the whole time. Then I got out and he helped me with my car door. I wish I got his name to praise his kindness on this review. He was doing a delivery in a Charger, so anyone at dominoes please comment with his name. A lot of times especially with big businesses you don’t get that type of extra service or kindness but tonight I got that mom and pop good old fashion feeling for him to go out of his way to spread kindness to us. Sometimes it’s the smallest gesture that means so much. He’s a busy guy, as everyone else that works there and for him to spend those extra few minutes means a lot to me. Special thank you to that gentleman and thank you Dominos for finding and hiring such a great example and leader. People like him keeps customers coming back. Not commercials, but the impacting a person like him!

Phone service suck order my daughter's pizza at thr wrong store. NOT COOL, and they didn't even make it right.

After 7 years they change the delivery area and I can no longer get delivery! Ridiculous! BYeeeeeee !!

This particular store is near home for me. The food is good and cheap. The crew is professional. My favorite part is the picture on the wall of the three people standing at the phones. My dad is the guy in the middle. My kids get a kick out of that every time I take them in there.

My niece called in 2 pizzas. She ordered large, so I called right back to change the order to medium So, literally 2 minutes later and was told they couldn't change the pizza order to medium. Then rudely told, "what did I expect them to do? Did I want them to throw away the 2 large ones? I said it has been 2 minutes from the initial order why cant you change my order, he hung up on me and banned my address for ever ordering in the future. We had ordered twice a week for over a year, but this disrespectful man taking the order, certainly didnt do the owners any favors! They lost $100, a week for the last 52 weeks, so NEVER use Parrish Dominoes again. They already had a horrible reputation, but with 6 kids and not a lot in Parrish, we used that Dominoes.

Dear Domino's Customer Care, I've been a loyal patron of your establishment for quite some time, ordering from the Domino's on US Highway 301 in Ellenton, FL, at least 2 times per week. However, my recent experience left me feeling utterly mistreated and disappointed. The night of September 19, 2023, I called to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, the manager I spoke with refused to listen to my concerns and provided me with blatantly false information. Despite my order being confirmed for delivery by the automated system, she continued to feed me inaccurate details and even hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times. Fortunately, my order was eventually delivered by a driver who, regrettably, refused to disclose the name of the on-duty manager. This experience has cast a shadow over my otherwise positive interactions with your establishment. I genuinely hope that you address this issue promptly and ensure that customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. It's disheartening to witness such poor customer service from a place I've come to rely on. Sincerely, Trying to process why she was so rude.

I love them pizza because it doesn't have a lot of sauce on it. I have always get a good pizza. If i wanted delivered it is still hot.

Ordered late on Labor day! Just a small pizza Delivered. Was on time ,hot, and delish!

Two Chicken sandwiches to learn they put no meat on their chicken specialty sandwiches. I won't do this again. One small chicken strip split down the middle. One small strip wow, doesnt come close to filling the bread. This is a cheese sandwich.Not at these prices and I tip. RIP OFF!!

Good pizza good price good service

We did a pickup 3 item bacon, onion and pepperoni on traditional crust well done. It was crazy good and reasonably priced. This is a good Domino's. Check them out.

Bought pizza. The guy that took order didn't add the extra pepperoni so I was charged full price. Refused to give me the discount. Makes no sense. Won't go back. Oh and we wanted the knots NOT the rolls and the pizza was disgusting

We ordered pizza few nights ago.. we got delivery from a guy named Ben. He was the most kind, courteous and awesome pizza Delivery driver I've ever had. I wish more people were like Ben. I will definitely keep using you guys and hope I get Ben from now on. Pizza was hot fresh and damn good!

They were out of wings on July 3rd I canceled my order called back July 4th nd they had wings 🤔 but they gave me a 25$ credit because online let me place my order even tho they were out so I give them a 10 for fixing the mistake now my order today is 6.75!!

Big shout out to the crew there on Saturday, May 27th. I showed up at the last minute in the afternoon to order 10 pizzas for my daughter's birthday and was a very special one. The staff was super friendly and welcomed the order, got me in and out in less than 30 minutes to get the party fed. Thank you, guys! Every pie was fresh and perfectly made.

Had a unfortunate experience today with Dominos. I ordered on line as I always do - was given a window of time for pick up 5:53pm to 6:03pm. We arrived at 6:07 and they had not even started the order yet and it would be yet another hour. I asked why I did not get a notifications or email about the delay. The replied "well you could have kept an eye on the tracker" Yeah that is what I do order something on online and stay glued to my phone. Really.... we barely got an apology just a bunch of excuses as to why they were so behind that they had 50 pizza orders come in in less than 10 minutes. Well I guess they were busy most of the night telling customers that their order was going to take an additional hour when they arrived. Canceled my order got a refund and it will be a long time before we try Dominos again. I believe that it was out of their control of all the orders coming in but Dominos had control of informing their customer, offering a discount or something to make up for the inconvenience, but that was not the case just "it wont be ready for an hour we have not even made it yet"

I ordered a pizza yesterday through the Dominos app. The pizza was great but the guy who took my order was abrasive! I felt like I was being a nuisance! He wouldn't even give me a ranch sauce without paying for it.

I have never written a Google review but we had a large order yesterday before 12 PM for 50 pizzas and this team was great! Toby made sure to get my order and showed up the next day that he was scheduled off to ensure there was enough hands on deck. The whole staff there made us smile and were so pleasant and happy to help us yesterday! Thank you!

I got the new tots from dominos in Parrish FL and it was highly disappointing soggy tasted stale barely warm. Waste of money tots are supposed to have a crunch and be hot and this order was neither of them. Tasted stale no flavor barely any topping on it

1 star due to pizza taking 1hr & 45min to get to our house. Then all of our food being cold and taste old. Called and asked how long the pizza would take to get to my house. They said they left and would be there shortly. Checked the tracking app and they were at another house 15m away. Got food 30m later

I placed my order online as I always do. I immediately received a call from the GM himself. He stated that delivery times were running up to 2 hours. I was like "oh wow, why?" Valid question. He proceeds to get offensive and snarks back "uh, we only have one driver and tons of orders. That's why."I explained that he didn't have to be so rude especially as a GM. No sorry for the time. Just rudeness. I understand things happen and they were shorthanded. But his attitude was totally unprofessional. I then get an email requesting for my rating. I gave 1 star. Not even 5 mins later my phone rings. It's the general manager himself confronting me on my rating. I told him he was unprofessional and rude. He then tells me I am rude and hangs up on me. Maybe sir if you spent the time you spent harassing me, actually helping your employees then maybe you could get more deliveries completed. I have been in the industry for 20 years. Never would i ever call a customer that I personally upset after rating us 1 star to further harrass them. called corporate already. They are closed until monday. I will most definitely be calling again monday. You are very aggressive sir. I dont appreciate you calling my phone to confront me on your unprofessional tactics. Bless you and have a great day!

Normally, the food is ready when you arrive for pickup. But I am giving them 4 stars because I had to wait an additional 30 minutes this last time. The gentleman in charge did offer me a free soda while I waited, which was a nice gesture.

We definitely got a lot of food for the price that we paid which was nice but half of our food especially the parmesan bites we were missing half of what we ordered because they were really small pieces but they put them in there anyways!!!

It’s obvious this location has stepped up their game. However, the pizzas need to bake at least another five minutes. The thicker crust pizzas are completely undone in the middle. The toppings were great. The sauce was great, but the bake time needs to be extended.

Absolutely the best pizza and delivery in town! Super friendly driver, hot (and delicious) pizza. It's been a while since I've had a Domino's pizza and I was completely surprised. The service was good. It's chain pizza so nothing fancy. They really need to fix the signage at this location. Street signage looks horrible, and the front of building sign is barely lit at night.

Took owner 3 mo to reply to this! All you need to know!! Terrible mgrs! Got hung up on twice by Mgrs because I "raised my voice" trying to help a driver w a tip she shld have gotten! As of this review, BEST PIZZA location HANDS-DOWN, whoever owns this franchise should be very proud of their team. ALWAYS friendly, customer is #1 and it shows. Pizza is pretty good too. But mainly just very impressed with their customer service.

They literally had me on hold for 15 minutes then answered but didn’t say anything and I listen to them talk smack and lip off at eachother. Worst dominos service. I hung up and didn’t even complete my order. Went to a different pizza place.

Ordered online and received an email indicating a 70-80 minute delivery time. I called 90 minutes after placing my order and was told it wasn’t made yet. “There’s only one delivery driver and times are actually 2+ hours. Your food will go out after the driver returns in 60 minutes.” So 2.5 - 3 hours and $25 for a cheese pizza delivered. Needless to say I wasn’t happy and asked John O’Donnell how he was going to make it right. He actually acted offended, cancelled my order, and hung up on me.

Took like 3 hours since they were short staffed, wasn’t their fault but I was still annoyed, almost got jets pizza instead but it arrived and I have to be honest it was worth the wait.

I always get lite sauce. The last time they put regular sauce, this time I said make sure, they did lite sauce. Cory is a great team leader. Cory always makes sure things are right. The pizzas and wings were perfect. No more Pizza Hut for us.

I ordered buffalo chicken pizza twice and both times they failed to put buffalo sauce on the pizza... if you don't have the ingredients then don't post the option in the online menu. Waiting 45 minutes to get a pizza that is missing a main ingredient is ridiculous

Always forgets the icing for the cinnamon stick things. ALWAYS. Thank you for your time. UPDATE: I called back and they made me fresh cinnamon twists and gave me my icing. I appreciate that.

Little consistency in the production of their products

First of all we have used Domino's several times and loved it. But tonight...ordered and they said delivery and no one showed up with the pizza. So basically a mistake was made, ok, refund the money and give us pizza for bargain and opologize. The young lady on the line did not say sorry and would not deliver our pizza.....rude and should be fired....so now we live in a community that we will tell exactly what happened....not good for business and people skills.

For home delivery, these Peeps are the fastest around, bringing your food as fresh and hot as if it came directly out of your very own oven.

Every thing was hot and cooked to perfection. Our order was delivered and it arrived quickly.

Really friendly staff here. We ordered weekly for a Bible study and they always have it hot and ready. It is decent quality at the right price for our group. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service.

I've never been disappointed with this store. The delivery drivers are professional, and my orders have always been accurate and tasty. The delivery driver, Javian, was very friendly & polite! He's great!

Quality is always decent, but they have a propensity for getting details wrong more than other locations I've ordered often from (eg. wrong crust type, wrong sauce).
