Drip Studio is a must-experience place whether you live here locally or for the visiting coffee shop hopper. I don’t exaggerate when describing the coffee as “scrumptious.” Every pour over is made to order, but beyond that you can choose between an array of beans that can really change things up. The owners are always trying new coffee gear to find the best way of serving their customers and their enthusiasm is palpable. I have always been welcomed in whether there for a conversation or for a moment to myself. The food is amazing too. Just overall great atmosphere and energy, hope they continue to be a positive influence in the community and so glad I stopped in.

It's such a cosy hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. It's a bit small, but the coffee is great! Super friendly staff, and the vibes be vibin'. They've got a large selection of coffee mixes to really satisfy your taste. I'm so glad I got to make it here!

Great coffee spot in Honolulu. Pour over was top-notch. They serve beans from all over the world, great place to go if you want to taste more than just Kona beans. I had pour-over, which was great, however they offer many other types, e.g. Japanese iced pour over, coffee tonics, different espresso drinks, etc. I’ll definitely come back here when I visit Hawaii again.

Drip studio has amazing coffee and pastries. My job brought in some yummy pastries and cold brew coffee. Their banana bread and carrot cake is BOMB. Super moist, fluffy, and not too sweet. The scones were good too and not super dense. The standout was definitely the carrot cake because the frosting on top was A+. If you go Drip Studio, definitely get their coconut cold brew. It tastes very similar to a delicious Vietnamese coffee. Highly recommend it. Drip Studio has some of the best coffees and sweets on the island!

Best place in Hawaii to get a pour over! Owners and staff are very passionate about coffee without being pretentious and great at offering up information and answering questions. The atmosphere is a cozy corner off of fort st mall that encourages socialization via the "coffee bar" up front but also allows a nice setup for catching up with a friend over some good food and great coffee. For anyone that enjoys coffee, especially pour overs, this should be a MUST try at least once while on island.

I love Drip! It’s the go-to coffee spot for me and my co-coworkers (we work downtown). Not only are their coffee, tea, and other drinks of super good quality, but the atmosphere Vince and Kelse have created is worth coming back to again and again! They are so kind and welcoming, and their thoughtfulness and care can be felt in every aspect of Drip from the decor, to the service, to the drinks, to the food. There’s a reason you’ll visit and find dedicated regulars and first timers all singing Drip’s praises! Highly recommend the strawberry matcha latte and the curry chicken sandwich. The chocolate chip cookies are also DIVINE! Just come back often to try everything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed. I don’t drink coffee but I’ve come with coffee lovers and they can attest that the quality of the pour overs, specialty coffee, beans they bring in, etc is also amazing.

Drip is the best place for beans and pour overs on the island. We discovered drip during a lunch break more than a year ago and haven't stopped coming since. Kelsie and Vince are the friendliest - always ready with your regular orders. The staff are very knowledgable about the coffees, methods of brewing, and flavor pairings. They even offer classes that are so engaging and you walk away with so much information about the coffees being served. Came here for a drink to start our day after looking at many cafes in the area. The tiny shop is located in Chinatown. There is an adorable dog sitting at the front of the store, greeting guests and laying around. The baristas are easy to talk to. My friend got a pour over at the recommendation of the cashier, and I went with a Cold Fashioned, their take on the cocktail with maple syrup, orange bitters, housemade cold brew and added the highly-recommended foam. Wow, the Cold Fashioned was delicious! I kind of want orange bitters in all my drinks now. It smelled divine and was the perfect pick-me-up for the morning. The foam really brings the drink together too. My friend said the barista's recommendation was "perfect" although I'm not a huge black coffee person. His coffee was fruity and was exactly what he was looking for. Overall I recommend stopping by this cute shop in Chinatown. Their food looked yummy; I'd come back!

There are a bunch of fancy coffee gadgets and even special methods to make the right kind of water. They clearly have regulars, as people came in and the staff knew their name and order. If I lived closer, I too would be a regular. The food - we tried the waffle and egg toast - was delicious. Will be back to try more coffee (beyond the Vietnamese pour over and matcha latte) and food. Must visit coffee shop in Chinatown. The staff are super friendly and are very knowledgeable about their craft. All the drinks are awesome. The pour overs are great and they have lots of different beans to select from a few different roasters. Their non pour overs are also the shizz! The Vietnamese coffee is the right kick of caffeine and condensed milk, especially with coconut milk. The honey rosemary latte has a great balance of savory and sweet. The Calamansi lime (in shop home made) cold brew has such a great hit of sweet and sour. The space is a bit small but the touch of the order up coffee bar to watch the baristas in action and talk coffee/ Hawaii was unforgettable. So excited to see this wonderful new business thrive! Such an incredible and unique coffee shop experience! You can tell just from the menu that the folks here have a special knowledge on the art of coffee. We shared a Cold Fashioned- I could write a whole long paragraph just on this drink. What a smart idea- I can’t believe I’ve come this far in my coffee-shop loving lifestyle without having experienced this take on a coffee/cold brew, lol! (So many wonderful, complimentary layers) Also shared a hot Mamaki tea which was very yummy and flavorful. All of the toast options seemed delicious, but we went with the Ricotta- this was very good as well. (I can’t believe I forgot to pick up a BANANA BREAD COOKIE on my way out- I will be back!!!) Other than the appreciation I have for the yummy and unique beverages, I really want to emphasize the warmth of the staff here. The owner is SO incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. This kindness was shared by all of the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. Even if I didn’t have such an appreciation for the expertise and tasty drinks, I’d be back just for the hospitality! Overall, the crew/owner here has curated all of the components to make a wonderful and unique experience that all kinds of coffee-shop-goers can really appreciate!
