Food is very good and always fixed hot and fresh to order

I enjoyed eating here. Service was excellent. Food was good. Many customers there. Only problem is bathrooms are NOT handicap accessible, which is required by the ADA since 1990.

We went to celebrate our 35 wedding anniversary because we met at druthers. It was my first job and my husband was crew leader. It was a nice walk down memory lane. We had a variety for dishes including biscuits and Gravy, royal burger, deluxe and fish sandwich.

Employees always serve you with a genuine smile, and the food is always great, love it, my family and I are getting ready to move there for family and I can't wait to come back to Druthers for more delicious meals, Yum

First visit, I had slaw dogs with fries and my fiance had a bacon cheeseburger with tater wedges. Definitely worth driving an hour to get! Friendly staff, and great atmosphere! Will definitely be making this our go to place on our days off work together! You don't find fast food like this anymore...

A trip down memory lane... I remember as a kid going to Druthers when they were everywhere. Sadly, that's not the case anymore. I remember mowing lawns in the summer, swinging by and picking up a fish sandwich for lunch. When I found out that there was one Druthers left in the US, I loaded up my parents and brother in the car and drove the 3 and a half hours. Am I glad I did. It was exactly the way I remembered it. The fish sandwich was just as delicious as I remembered, and the prices weren't bad either. My folks were amazed and were excited to go back. We make the trip once a month now. Thanks for allowing us to relive simpler times.

The very last one in existence. That's a shame these used to be everywhere. Many of my greatest childhood memories were getting an Andy Dandy meal. The food here is amazing and timeless. I hope this one lasts forever. When it's gone it will truly be a shame. If you haven't had this place it's worth the drive. I'll for sure be back. This is a staple of the 80's era it's like being able to step back in time.

If your looking for something good to eat this has to be ur stop. Breakfast is never a disappointment nor is lunch.

The food is still good, but it seems to have changed, the Staff was fine, but not very personable.

Went through drive thru to pick up breakfast for my family, hadn't been there in awhile...but was highly disappointed...the service was fast and friendly... The food not so great as I remember it...really went to druthers over anywhere else because I was craving a butter pecan milkshake. Guess what??? Machine must've been down... Because Milkshakes weren't available this morning....that's my luck...smh.

Long live the royal burger this place is like a time capsule and food is awesome.

I drove all the way from Lexington to eat at Druthers...I once worked at the long gone Danville location..back in the day...I must say the food was the same as I remember....delicious....a great nostalgic visit!

Good fast and friendly. Some days women are nice and some just disrespectful due that I'm deaf one lady just got all mad rude n hurt my feelings I got my food said God bless n hop you have a good day I know there's days can be tough but don't take it out in customer I'm a regular customer.

Breakfast is always on point. Great service......but if the owner is cooking the eggs order them over easy as he has a tendency to over cook them.

I've always loved Druthers! They treat their customers like family and they give everyone fast and friendly service. And their food is always delicious!

This place is an absolute staple for Campbellsville. No matter if you're looking for a killer fish sandwich, a great burger or an amazing breakfast plate there is only one place to find it all that's Druther's. If you want to feel the true atmosphere of what is the heartbeat of this small town then just come in find a seat and listen to ol timers tell there stories or even listen to the young guns tell their funny stories of the day. To sum up if you have never tried it for yourself then you have done yourself an injustice and you need to head down to see what all the fuse for many generations is all about .

When I think of “Druthers” of Campbellsville I think of “community” 🙏 Talk about some good comfort food 😋 this place has it all, but my favorite is their breakfast 🤗 hands down! Want a double cheeseburger with all the fixings? Druthers is the place for you then! The only down side to going to Druthers during breakfast, lunch or dinner is the line you will probably wait in, but it will be all worth it 100% 😎 Talk about a great atmosphere and you will describe Druthers for sure! Druthers has the best food in campbellsville..they have the best owner and workers... when u walk into the restaurant, they welcome u with open arms...the owner and the workers are very nice and polite...I love eating at druthers...if u have never ate there then u need to try it

Excellent service and food! I am in my late twenties now and I can remember going here as a kid getting ice cream with my grandparents who have now passed. This place holds so many memories. But also the food has been consistent all these years. Steve, the owner, takes care of his customers and employees and runs a great business. I hope Druthers never goes away!

I'm a bit biased because I worked here for about a year like 7 years ago but druthers is a staple in our town. I've worked a lot of food places but nothing like druthers, not only is good affordable food but they provide nostalgia. For most residents druthers is a generational restaurant, my mom, myself and my kids would happily eat here and not break the bank. The menu is all day and if one of the owners Steve is there he use to sell t-shirts and they were less than $15. So if you are traveling to the last druthers around, you can possibly bring a piece home.

Anyone who would leave a 1* obviously is lame. This is hands down the greatest fast food left. I live 2 hours from it and I use any excuse to stop here. I don't even really eat fast food because they all suck anymore. But this one is a shrine. When my daughter's travel softball team gets to play down there, I eat there 4-6 times a day for the weekend. Not joking. From the cheese burgers, the 8 piece buckets of fried chicken, the fish and the hushpuppies. Even the cokes are better. I'm currently looking for an excuse to go there. I hope it lasts longer than me.

Finally had a sunny day, so my wife and I went on a road trip. Found ourselves in Campbellsville KY and had to stop at the last Druthers in the world! The food was just like we recalled, hot, tasty and affordable. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are anywhere close by, then you owe yourself a visit.

Brought back so many memories. I hadn't eaten at a Druthers in 40 years. This place did not let me down. I know how it has lasted all these years. Management..service and food was all great!

I’ve only been here since August and I’ve tried druthers on several different occasions at several different times of day, and while their prices are reasonable, the Greece is not changed often enough. It needs a facelift a little bit and some cleaning to make it look like it’s even cold compliant and I have had so many times I’ve gone in with my friends so she could get the fried zucchini and I would get something simple like a cheeseburgerand half the time we didn’t even finish our order before we got 3 miles home because it tasted disgusting

The best food and value for breakfast in campbellsville

I met Andy Dandytale at Druthers long ago. But it seems like only yesterday. Which is strange because I was a lot shorter and to be that much shorter yesterday, it's a stretch, I'll give you that. But the point is, Druthers great food helped me grow tall, and though Druthers closed in my town, I'll always remember their fine food and service and recommend them. I look forward to my next trip , and a man needs something to look forward to in life, so why not a cheeseburger. Why not a cotton pickin cheeseburger.

I stepped back into my childhood growing up in the country. We used to go to Druther's in Lebanon, KY back in the 80s. We took a roadtrip to Campbellsville, KY and I just looked over and saw the sign. We turned around and went back to have lunch. The people were awesome, the booths could use a little updating but thats about it. The food was nothing but delicious...the double cheeseburger and tots were amazing...wish I had some right now. We will definitely be making another trip to Campbellsville for more nostalgia and delicious food. Thanks for bringing those childhood memories back. A+++

This place was nasty old and ran down. My wife wanted me to try this place because there used to be one in Richmond. But after that, all she could say is sorry they used to be good. I told her no problem but I would never eat there again and she agreed.

I was so excited to drive to this Druthers,it was really popular in my hometown of Richmond but believe me this one was definitely not like ours!!! The prices are right. The food is good, its somewhere between fast food and restaurant food. Sara and all the rest of the ladies are very polite seem to truly enjoy there job and serving the customers and their all wearing beautiful smiles. Great cup of coffee too ☕

It's not a big place, but the food is amazing. Went in with a party of 5 and it cost less than $40 for everyone too get a meal (entree, side and drink).
