The donuts is a chefs kiss but the coffee is a nooooooo no no don't do it

We love going on Wednesdays for the vegan donuts!! The owner is so sweet, and the Donuts are amazing!!!

I went in to get a dozen. It was a lady and her daughter at the counter. I was waiting for them to finish up. Two guys and a girl came in. Knew the cashier. Went straight up to him. Said hey to him and made their order. That's definitely bad service. Probably because I am also a person of color. Definitely want be back. I felt discriminated against. Just because you guys are friends or whatever. Doesn't give you the right to break in front of people. I would of understood, if they asked. But never had the audacity too. Which isn't right at all. After that whole situation. I told the young lady. I wasn't getting any. Since the guy did that. I told her that's not right and very unprofessional business.

We place an order for a dozen while in Spartanburg in hopes to swing in on our way to an event. We waited for over 30 minutes after arriving to the store for our order. They did give it 6 free donuts, but it doesn't make up for the time we've lost. We were informed that in store orders come first.

I tired my first donut with bacon it was excellent but small, it not the same size as a regular donut. Workers were very welcoming so I’ll definitely go back and next time get 2 :)

Went in for the vegan donuts they offer on Wednesdays - amazing! Freshly made to order & customize just the way we wanted. Service was great, they were very friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend!

Best doughnuts in town ...made hot and fresh when ordered

This was our first visit and our reaction was “Meh.” First of all, it was quite crowded when we arrived and the line to build our order at the one and only DIY kiosk was long. One couple seemed to have difficulty deciding what they wanted and hogged the kiosk for over five minutes. The rest of us just had to stand and wait. So, after about 15 minutes, our order was finally in the system. Then, it took another 10+ minutes for the 6 donuts to be “built” and delivered. So, it was almost half an hour to get 6 donuts. We found the donuts not to be that exceptional either. Yes, ordering custom donuts is somewhat of a unique concept and experience, and worth doing once, but we won’t be going back. 6 donuts for $16 and half an hour of my time is not worth it.

I thought this place was extremely overpriced.$3+ for a single donut is a bit much. They do make them fresh while you wait but it was a small regular donut size and the taste was not especially exceptional for the price. Not a place you can sit and enjoy the donuts but a take out atmosphere. And a little harder to find if you are not familiar with the area

Always love coming here! A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Jenny is a fantastic owner that takes great care of her customers. Came in close to closing time one day and she threw in 3 specialty donuts they’re currently offering and the most delicious caramel frappe! 🤤 Highly recommend. Some sweet merch available, and if you bring the kids, they have dozens of assorted, cute rubber duckies for sale. Decent indoor seating. 13 total seating capacity. Michael did a great job making the donuts as well! Our family enjoyed them a lot!

The donuts look cute, but customer service is totally lacking. 3-4 people behind the counter and not a hello or good morning. It’s roughly 9:00am, and only 2 other customers in store, so it wasn’t busy. I like seeking out small local places to patronize, even if it means I pay a bit more. Once again, the donuts look really good, but I kinda got the feeling that the staff had a super rough morning and were already over it. Go for the food, not the atmosphere.

I'm not saying you should give your dog donuts but, thx for the puppy treats! Friendly staff, 100% customizable donuts. 10x better than Dunkin Donuts and definitely better than Crispy Cremes dated menu and style. If you haven't tried this place yet, you absolutely should! Plenty of parking and other things to do near by.

I’ve been coming here for years. Once a week coffee and donuts. Donuts are great. Cold brew Coffee with cream was my favorite until they stopped using fresh ingredients. I went in today and was directed to the preserved half and half packets on the table. Drink tasted terrible, threw it out. If anyone thinks those packets are equal to fresh cream or fresh half and half, they are not. Completely changed the quality of your coffees. Bad move.

These are simply the best donuts in town! Made to order warm and delicious. You can also purchase ducks there as well.

Can’t say enough how amazing this place is !!! Donuts are made fresh when you order, so they are warm and melt in your mouth! The coffee is delicious - both cold and hot !! The service is somehow even better than the food! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Will definitely stop there any and every time we are close by!

I had the duck donuts trailer at my wedding at it was an absolute hit! They made fresh donuts on the spot and my guests raved about it the entire night. The food was delicious, they were so professional and went above and beyond to make the food and experience wonderful. I would recommend them for any event or wedding. My wedding had around 100 people and they provided such a memorable experience for everyone!

Was very excited to see a Duck Doughnuts in the upstate. I bought 3 doughnuts and a mini duck for my nephews Jeep. I really enjoyed my mid-day treats.

The duck logo is adorable. The donuts look like art. They're gorgeous. They arrived warm. I didn't personally like the taste of the donut itself but I do understand the appeal. Overall, definitely worth trying. My advice would be to order flavors that the bakery created. I went rogue and I think that's mainly where I went wrong with this order.

OMG! So, I learned about Duck Donuts because they were a participating restaurant for Let There Be Mom's "Dine Out For Mom" event. So #1 - love that they're giving back to our community, for such a worthy cause. But... I didn't get a chance to make it in to check them out until Valentine's Day when I was in the area again. Watching them assemble the orders was awesome! It truly is an art! And the donuts were delish! Definitely made my littles so happy!

The best donuts I’ve ever had. The bacon donut on vanilla is such a good combo. Oreo and boardwalk and funnel cake are also so good. You will definitely enjoy your trip and the fun combos. My kids love it here.

In an area plagued with too much Dunkin and Krispy Kreme, Duck Donuts is a welcome respite. Consistently great donuts. And what they lack in variety of actual donuts, they make up for by having a variety of toppings to choose from. Personally, I enjoy getting chocolate frosting, peanut butter drizzle, and coconut. Sounds strange, perhaps, but I find it to be quite good. But, there are ... (calculates statistics)... too many permutations of toppings for me to count. Go create your own new favorite :-)

Stopped by for my first visit today and was very impressed. The service was amazing, the restaurant clean and bright and the donut simply heavenly. I expected a standard doughnut shop with a display case of several offerings. Instead, you watch as your doughnut is removed fresh from the fryer and dressed to order. Simply the best doughnut out there!

Oh boy, what a treat. Clean facility, helpful staff, and amazing products. No line when I arrived at 11:00am. I was immediately serviced by a excellent cashier that answered my questions of donut ignorance. I was in the building for less than 15 minutes. They helped me with a freshly made (just after I placed my order) seasonal assortment of 1 dozen donuts. All staff were pleasant, and helpful. No regrets, and will go back anytime I want amazing donuts! Thank you for the great experience I was hoping for!

The donuts are delicious . The taste reminds me of a funnel cake. The made to order concept is nice and the toppings and everything tasted very fresh. I still prefer a more yeasty donut. I feel like I could make these at home easily. Also, from the other customer photos it looks like other people got more icing on their donuts than I did. That is a bit disappointing since it's my first time trying these.

Eh....quack. I was not especially impressed by these. I've had fresh made donuts from all around and have definitely had much better ones. There was nothing bad about them, I think they had just been built up too much in my own head. We had the maple bacon, pb&j and oreo crumble. The donut itself was more of a cake like consistency then I was ready for. Everybody seems to rave about them, but from me.... eh.

I had a good experience at this place! The ambiance is charming, and the donuts were incredibly tasty. They were a bit too sweet for my preference, but still delightful. The variety of flavors they offer is impressive. It's quite enjoyable to watch the donuts being prepared, and receiving them while they're still warm is a real treat. The staff is very friendly and willing to explain the different flavors

Best: bacon in the sun, coffee cake, cinnamon sugar. Also: French toast, cinnamon bun Don’t get the blueberry lemonade, cookies n cream, peanut butter jelly, or chocolate explosion.

I was so stressed out after a doctors appointment. I decided to try this duck donuts. They made to order, they served warm. Crispy outside and soft inside. It is worth it. My favorite is the Byo oreo chocolate. Must try it. Size it small compare to KrispyCreme or Dunkin.

Donuts are great when eaten there but to take home my cake donuts got a little hard. Sorry

I was looking forward to trying their donuts but unfortunately I won't be returning. The dozen donuts I purchased were made while still warm which seems like that would be ideal. But when I received them the icing was melting off all of the donuts except the bacon donut.l drove home 20 minutes and the icing was still wet and quite a bit of it was on the bottom of the box. Now that it has cooled off the donuts are stuck to the box and I have to use a spatula to get them off. I have tried two of them but with most of the icing no longer on the donut they lack flavor. I gave three stars because they do have a good variety of flavors.

This place is always great service and wonderful for children. My kids absolutely love it.
