We went in to order donuts and 3 of the 5 or so employees were either coughing into their hands, scratching their heads, biting/picking fingernails, or trying to clap at a fly hovering over the donuts work area. My family and I were really grossed out. One guy, who seemed to be in charge but hard to tell, kept coughing right by the donuts and scratching his head. We were only there for 10 minutes and kept watching as they did this. The gal who made our donuts was at least wearing gloves, but I think the staff needs some coaching about health and safety practices. We won't be returning.

Not your normal doughnut! I highly recommend Duck Doughnuts to anyone. Freshly made right in front of you, so you know they haven't sat for any length of time. Plus they are made to order from a large variety of icings, toppings and drizzles. Good value for what you receive. Every time I've been to one the staff has been friendly and a joy to speak with!

Good fresh donuts. Getting a little pricey. Fresh and hot right from the frier. Lots of topping choices.

The donuts are made to order. My friend Sam says they're a beach favorite, but this location isn't always as packed. Fresh cake donuts, if you have a sweet tooth, you will love the icing combinations, (the flavors are incredible) but if you don't like a very sweet treat, skip the ones fully coated with icing. The real treat is the texture of a fresh cake donut, anyhow. Crisp outside, light cake interior. 🎂

These aren't doughnuts. Just fried miniature cakes covered with candy. Stomach will feel disgusting after eating this cake batter to start your day.

Duck Donuts are always awesome. I've never had a bad Donuts or customer service at Ducks.

Some of the best donuts I've ever had. Definitely recommend the peanut butter icing, or the blueberry/strawberry.

Have heard very good things about Duck Doughnuts, even about the original in Duck, NC. Stopped in to give them a try. At first, I was a little overwhelmed by the number of different Doughnuts they had. I asked what they had made, and the young lady said, them all,"We make to order. " That was a bit surprising. If you hit a Dunkin or Krispy Cream, you only pick what they have. Ended up getting a cinnamon jelly. When I got it, it was still fairly warm, which always makes a doughnut taste better. The only complaint I would have is the jelly in naturally filled into the hole. When picking it up, a lot of the Jelly stayed on the paper, which made it a little messy. Other than that, it was delicious. It's just a plain strip mall location, nothing fancy inside. Lots of merchandise you can get, if you love them. You can also grab a drink. Definitely would eat their Doughnuts anytime!

For my first time ordering from here I’m very pleased to say these donuts are absolutely amazing. I like the fact you can pick your own toppings. I’ve found a favorite though lemon icing topped with graham cracker drizzled with vanilla icing. Tastes just like a lemon cookie. Outside of the donuts being cooked fresh to order they’re soft not too sweet. Now I like bacon but for some reason the bacon completely over powered the donut. Best experience eat them warm but still delicious cold! Can’t wait to try more flavors.

Friendly, delicious, and very reasonably priced! Can’t go wrong with these always fresh and made to order doughnuts!

Been here 4 times, the first three times were delightful, today, not so much... Hey there I was at your location in williamsburg today and I guess I was taking too long in the bathroom cause all of a sudden one of the employees comes pounding on the door, not just knocking, pounding like the police were gonna break down the door, honestly it scared the bejeebers out of me, scared me so much even though I thought I was done out came another squirt from, well you know where So I finished up my business as quickly as I could, wiped up my mess(which seemed to be neverending) washed my hands and just as I'm about to open the door, here he comes again pounding away telling me he called the cops and refusing to sell me the dozen donuts and coffee that I wanted to buy, I was probably in there 15 minutes maybe a half hour tops but the way he reacted you'd think I'd been holed up in there for 3 hours on top of that there was nobody even waiting for the bathroom I dunno sometimes it takes me a while to poop, I'm on medication which makes me a bit constipated so getting things started sometimes takes a bit but once it gets started I gotta finish it Regardless it's a medical condition and I should not be discriminated against for it, in fact it's illegal to discriminate against someone for such a reason

The donuts were incredibly tasty. We got a half-dozen and each donut was full of flavor. I am not generally a fan of donuts, my Pina colada donut was warm and just the right amount of sweet. Additionally, the gentleman at the cashier had great energy, he engaged in light banter with us, answered all our questions, and provided great service. I would definitely be a regular customer if I lived in the area.

We stopped in on our way to VA beach for our son's birthday. All I can say is Omg every donut was absolutely delicious 😋. I wish we had one in Richmond!!!! Staff was very nice too!!!

Fresh donuts! Every donut is literally made right in front of you so the box is warm when you get it. Donut dough is not to sweet so no stomach ache after eating one either!

I tried these donuts for the first time and I ordered the cinnamon sugar. It was made fresh, still warm when I ate it. I only bought one, but after I took my first bite I immediately wished I bought more. Reminded me of those cinnamon sugar mini donuts my family would wait in line at the county fair to buy.

Always outstanding donuts (although they really need a coffee upgrade).

The food was very overpriced for what it is. Maybe we messed up by not getting donuts, but the sandwiches are on the small side and not very flavorful. We paid nearly $30 for two sandwiches and two coffees. That said, the staff was really nice and helpful and the restaurant was clean.

All the donuts are made fresh and topped waiting times will vary based on how busy it is. You can order in advance online and pick it up. Serves coffee and juice. Tons of merchandise to buy from rubber ducks, mugs and shirts.
