The manager here, Amanda, is incredibly rude and needs to learn customer service skills.

It looks clean now that it's had a remodel the food is the same as always. The staff is hit or miss even with the counter being opened up to see the employees better you'll find very little interaction

Staff is always rude, place is always dirty, and you can’t get a refund for when they are out of things. You have to call corporate. ETA: 03/14/24 I ordered 2 bagels with bacon and WHITE CHEDDAR. I got American. For whatever reason you guys can’t even get a simple bagel breakfast sandwich right. Honestly pathetic. 04/11/24: Dunkin strikes again. You guys seriously suck. Can your employees read? Why charge for extra bacon if you don’t add extra bacon?

Worst customer service. I had to repeat the order 3 times. Then they messed up one of the order 4 times and another one twice (and still didn’t get it right). Plus the waiting is long.

Terrible store, flies all over the place landing on the food and they are still selling it, coffee is burnt and has grounds in it. Overheard one of the people talking about fudging the numbers in their food safety book, and selling expired food with a new "tag" on it. If 0 was possible that should be their score. Someone is gonna get food poisoning on of these days, don't go!!!

Fast service, fresh coffee and friendly staff

It seemed like the person taking the order was new or just not sure of himself. Had to repeat the order multiple times.

They have great staff that are always nice and smiling. My food and drink are always right and warm. They are also very quick to get your order ready which is nice

Only go early, once a type of donut is gone it’s gone. Donuts are not made fresh onsight. They are delivered.

Hit or miss never know how your coffee is going to be. The turnover of help is something else always a new face working there maybe that's why you never know how your stuff is going to be because the employees are always in training. Unfortunately, it's the only coffee place in this town that's open early

Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been multiple times, having placed my order ahead of time in the app, just to walk in with almost twenty people waiting in line to order/get their food and drinks. I make my way down to the end and wait for my order. And I wait. And wait. For about 15 minutes. Other people are getting served, but not fast enough to actually make a difference. Mind you, they are now understaffed. About 6 people in the front area. They are often out of donuts and food, as early as 11 AM. This has happened multiple times, but today’s visit was extra special. While waiting for my food, a employee came out of the back area and started to do something with the ice machine and a blender, but he got frustrated with it and threw it onto the counter. he told another employee “that’s it I’m taking a break outside!“ the poor employee just said, OK, and the man stormed off into the back and yelled a swearword very loud, and must’ve knocked some things over in the back. Very angry. Another customer received two drinks and asked for a drink holder, I believe, and an employee said I’m sorry, but I can’t get that for you. very unacceptable Customer service. There should not take almost 20 minutes for six employees to make some drinks and heat up some food that’s been in the freezer for days. I get my food and drink at Starbucks faster with only two people working. Not acceptable at all, will never be coming back.

Super friendly. I requested some honey with my tea and they had no trouble going back into stock to bring me some. Thank you for your kindness and extra effort.

Got a bagel with almost no cream cheese on it. It looked less than 1/4 of a teaspoon.

This Dunkin always has great service, and the food is usually on point as well. Today I placed my mobile order (how I always do it) twice by accident. The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of, even though it was a mistake made by me, and not the establishment. All in all, they made the experience that much better by being polite and respectful when sorting out the issue. For that, as well as the other reasons above, I give 5 stars!

The manager is completely rude and disrespectful. It's no wonder why there is always new people working. First hand witnessed her yelling at the new girl, "don't ask questions just go look!" I could keep going about all the rude things I've witnessed but I'll stop. Will NEVER go back to this Dunkin's simply because how management treats customers and employees! Completely disgusted!!

Ordered ahead multiple times with 20 minutes before, food/drink not ready on pickup. Ordered on site, waited a long time for food, got sandwich that was burned. Employees always fighting, ovens broken, etc. Other local, non chain cafes in town. Would recommend visiting other establishments and avoid the chaos.

Love the employees! Always happy to help their customers! They went Beyond to help my son find something he would like in a drink! Once they new he was Autistic they really took extra time to serve him! He really felt special in the best way!

3 error in a orfer of 5 things.... too mutch waiting

First, the cashier made mistakes on the bill. We didn't get what we wanted at the start. Second, it took a while to get our drink. We surely waited 10 minutes after we had our sandwiches wich, for my boyfriend, wasn't what he wanted at the start. Very bad experience. I didn't remember when was the last time i was that point disappointed. Didn't recommend to anyone.

Not impressed with the service my fiancé and I received this morning. I got a matcha latte and nothing was mixed in. I took a sip and got a mouthful of matcha powder. My fiancé got a caramel craze latte and it tastes like nothing but plain slightly sugary milk. Both of our donuts were thrown in the bag upside down with the frosting all over the bottom of the bag. Very rude young lady running the cash register and there was even a customer trying to hand out coffee to people to lessen the line because the staff were simply throwing the coffee on the counter and not calling out names or flavors. We will not be returning to this dunkin. Horrible experience for our morning and we opted to go to a different local coffee store.

Chain store quality is a joke. Cheap ingredients make worthless products. Oh yes, and have some sanitary standards for your snot dripping staff!

I was at the st johnsbury dunkin donuts this morning at about 9:15 and ordered a medium vanilla Chai and a half a dozen donuts, I was given my my Chai and noticed it felt really light. I took the lid off and the cup wasn't even 3/4 full so, I went back thru the line and asked them to please fill give me a full cup and rather than adding more Chai to the cup to fill it, the blonde doing the drinks simply added some hot water to it and re-frothed it. So, now I have a watered-down Chai. Thanks dunkin..... To the young lady working the counter, you did a great job. But, you should have said something to the bartista when you saw what she was doing....

The people who work here will steal from you. I had been shorted $20 from a $100, and they said "we don't just hand out $20s here". So I suggested that when they count their drawer if it is $20 over they call me. Sure enough I get that call saying they found my $20. But when I go to pick it up, they act like they don't remember me and say "oh... uh... we got $10 here I think". It was simply lost on them that if they were wrong to begin with they could be wrong again, while my claim that they shorted me $20 never changed from the start. They are either stealing from customers or seriously incompetent. Don't go here.

24 minute wait to get a sandwich and wrap. 3 staff behind the counter but only one person working.

Walked in on the tail end of a nasty fight among employees. Many walked out on the job, leaving two people to do all the work. Only wanted a latte but the machine is broken indefinitely, but no signs indicating that anywhere. Coffee that we did get was so-so, probably because they were still reeling from the fighting. Atmosphere was really uncomfortable. Hopefully they can get it cleared up soon.

This place is short staffed, and everyone working was incredibly kind and they aren’t being paid enough for what they do every shift. I’m very grateful for the staff making my day a good one

I love Dunkin' donuts they are so friendly there.

Check your food before you leave because this location loves to add meat to my very simple egg and cheese sandwich.

It's a hit or miss here. One of the workers was rude because I was trying to see if they opened up the bathroom. And of course not it's closed to the public. They was out of a few coffee options . And parking is a nitemare.

First time to buy from this Dunkin. Came in at 30 mins before closing time and the cashier/staff was already cleaning up the place. She seemed tired to see me come in 30 mins before closing but when she went to the register to take my order, I was greeted by a very nice countenance. I know what it’s like to work long hours and so I appreciate what she did for me tonight. Didn’t get her name but kudos to her!

No line when I got there. Ordering and coffee prep was quick. Was in, out, and back on the road in just a few min.

The one in Walmart in Littleton is always shorthanded! Not sure why. But it takes awhile for your order. However, the staff is friendly!

The staff is overwhelmed. Bad process improvement. The small lobby has no flow. They really need to add a 2nd door on the side. 1. Not safe during covid. And 2. Its impossible for the staff to hand out orders from the pickup counter. I genuinely felt bad for them.

I’m a regular customer, I go in 4 days out of the week. The women are always kind which makes my day during these hard times! If they don’t have something, they know my other options and always let me know. Plus my frozen coffee is always made right! I will always choose here!

The girls that work the morning shift are incredible. They make it a point to learn everyone's order. The service is friendly and fast. Also they do their best to work with people who are on diets. For instance I just started the keto diet and Amanda, Sam, and Bethany figured out how I could still get the breakfast sandwich I love without killing my diet. I drive from lyndonville every morning just to go here. They're worth every cent of gas.

If you stop in during their busy time, 7:00am-9:00am and 10:00am-11:00am, the coffee will be hot and fresh. During these times, service can be very slow because servers spend a lot of time "chatting" with familiar customers and/or each other. Servers are not particularly friendly with those who aren't regulars. Freshly made breakfast sandwiches are hot but donuts are stale by mid afternoon. There is no drive through so calling in an order makes the experience much faster.

They truck them in, I guess. So not fresh or particularly tasty. Coffee is still great. There’s no drive through here, but the staff are usually quite snappy on the service. If you want Dunkin fare, they’ve got it.

High price for small cup of regular, but decent coffee. A little bit of a wait for something do easy but not bad overall. I like their thick paper cups.

Although it's small and often the line is big, when I walk in there and it's my turn to order the girls are already making my order ready for me to walk out with. The majority of the girls are very personable kind and a joy to be around.

The coffee was a bit watery the last time I went, but more times than not it has great taste.

Staff is decent, but the flow is horrible. Challenging to get in and out, not only the parking lot, but in store too. Doughnut selection is better then most, but how they are made is inconsistent. Despite the glitches in the app staff do their best to make sure customers are taken care of.

Stop regularly for coffee. They move quickly in this place. You typically don't have to wait long for you order. There are a few tables and the place is always busy in the morning.

If you have a service animal you will have to deal with discrimination and will be told to leave. I have boycotted this specific store, the manager of Saint Johnsbury Dunking doughnuts will lie and cause a problem for you and your service animal.

I love Dunkin.. staff is awesome. Super friendly and remembers my usual order. I've been using the app to preorder the last few months and it's a life saver. My order is always promptly ready with getting to skip the line. Now I'm never late for work or leave 15 mins early just in case i randomly walk into a rush hour moment, swarmed with customers ordering dozen donuts and detailed lattes.

Probably the best dunkin I've been to. The only downside is that there is no drive thru 😕
