Horrible customer service!!!! I will never visit this location ever I would rather go to another location. Female manager is horrible…. We are waiting in line she takes the guy behind us and asks him if he wants his regular he replies yes… So she made his macchiato and he hands her the cash and says you want your change now or later…. She should never be in management position…I guess I have to be her nationality to receive service…

Went there this morning before my doctors appt. I ordered a small black tea and a cinnamon raisin bagel. I get to my appt which was literally down the street and the bagel was hard as a rock and stale! I can't wait to leave this appointment because they can have that hard stale bagel back and refund me my money. I know the person that made this bagel felt how hard it was yet you still serve it to a paying customer. Sometimes it's not about speed but the quality of the product you're serving customers.

Donuts was not fresh at all at 6:30am so thick dry and hard to swallow very disappointed

I love Dunkin !!!. I have never been disappointed with any of their products or drinks. The customer service is just impeccable and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to be a customer of Dunkin. Keep up the awesome work.

Order or go through drive through cause you’ll wait 20 minutes inside to get your meal as they get too busy for mobile and drive through order and forget about the inside guests!

Great Staff! Always working hard and putting the customers first! They deserve more recognition for all they do. I drive pass several Dunkin Donuts everyday just to come to this location!

Went through drive through at 6:16pm today, they close at 7pm and the girl at drive through said they are about to close and wouldn't let us order. I am guessing she didn't want to make anything.

Order was messed up two days in a row I have and everything bagel with cream cheese on it every morning yesterday morning they put quarter pound of cream cheese on it then this morning they put nearly not even enough to cover one

Serves burnt coffee to paying customers

Went through the drive-through ordered avocado toast, then was told they don’t have it so I ordered a bagel instead but I had to pull out front to wait for the bagel which never came so I had to storm inside and ask where my bagel was. Such a fiasco never going back.

The morning crew at this Dunkin’ location are awesome. My drink is always made correctly! Thank you.

Great donuts a bit of a rough donut taste not really light on the stomach. The veggie sandwiches are great though.

Closest to my home, gave them two chances a few months apart to fix their mistake. I need uncaffeinated coffee because my body is sensitive to caffeine (both shakes and aura migraines). Both times, I ordered in the drivethru. A medium decaf (about 4mg caffeine), and they gave me regular (about 200mg caffeine). The first time it happened, I had watched one of the workers pull the regular coffee from the tap and passed it off to me. I called them out on it, and they blatantly lied to me, so I went to another store (mentioned below) who didn't question it and replaced my coffee correctly. I even admired and tipped the manager there who joked about it, "you didn't go to right store." Second time, though I didn't get a chance to see it, not long after drinking the coffee, I began to feel the shakes and aura. I stopped caffeine a few years ago because of this, but I still like the taste, which is why I get decaf, and it helps with the urge. I don't expect them to understand the caffeine sensitivity dangers, and it's not their fault my body has these issues with it, but the aura migraine is extremely dangerous because I can be driving and suddenly be unable to see directly in front of me (not to mention I get a numbness throughout my body). They simply need to get the order right. I used to work at Starbucks for 5+ years, and we had standards. Thankfully, the symptoms will go away after a few hours... Anyway, I will only go to the store on Roebuck and Haverhill even though it's further out. They are excellent and have never messed up my order.

Apparently I purchased creamer with a hint of coffee. It was not good at all. I ordered a blueberry muffin and it wasn’t baked completely. I received a raw batter muffin. It wasn’t edible. I think proper training on how to bake and not serve customers raw food. I would hate to have ordered eggs and had to drink them. I do not recommend this location unless you enjoy overly sweet and under cooked.

The vibes was weird as soon as I walked in the girl workin with this icy blue bad wig on was lazy and had a stank attitude sitting there on her phone. after I payed for my stuff she walked off and I had to literally reach over to grab my own receipt. And the donuts was stale and old. It cost nothing to provide customer service. hire new people.

This might be one of the worst DDs I’ve been to. The coffee tasted burnt / old, the hash browns had a strange flavor, they didn’t have basic breakfast items and the bagel I did get was tough and chewy. And this was all in the morning when things are supposed to be fresh and stocked.

Worst experience in a Dunkin donuts ever.

Worth the visit, a few things need a bit of attention but for the price its so worth it! One tip i could give is work on your selection of food and your drinks. Drinks are tad bit expensive. The team is extremely helpful and respectful, very knowledgeable on local areas for sure!

The people at this location are knowledgeable and helpful! I love going to this location even though it's a little out of my way since everyone so nice!

hey just want to say i’m so happy that someone knew spanish there , many other dunkin don’t have someone who is bilingual she was sweet and always smiling to the other customers, definitely will be coming again!

Decided to stop and get a bagel this morning. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, not toasted. When I got home I had a difficult time slicing the bagel. Even more difficulty chewing it. Hard as a rock! I've gotten bagels at other Dunkins and they've been very fresh. Don't know why this was so hard at 10am. Must have been from yesterday. Also got a glazed donut, which was fine. Won't stop here for a bagel again!

This location is staffed with employees that march to the beat of a different drum. It's really a cultural clash between a group of people who are raised differently and not much more than that. You will find similar behavior throughout Riveria Beach. Another issue I have is this location overfills all iced drinks with more ice to save them time when adding the drink to the cup. See a photo of the level of Ice in my medium cup. It's pretty much 95% ice and 5% liquid by volume.

I hate that more than once this Dunkin has not had Midnight (dark roast) coffee, and even though I ordered it, they've given me regular coffee as if I wouldn't know the difference. Just tell me you don't have midnight!

I arrived Friday Morning &’ I wasn’t able to get the women name but she was very rude . They exspressed the food wasnt ready and I understood and was patient. I offered to just wait as it was bo problem with me however the lady was just so rude and aggressive for no reason

Cool little one of a kind fish tank at this location. Food is same as other Dunkin's. Nice staff. They try hard within what they have to work with in a busy area.

This is the worst store ever. I have been here multiple times and have to wait each time. Then once you finally get your order it is incorrect.

The entire staff couldn't move slower or be less enthusiastic about being at work. Worst generation ever LOL. If you can't do a minimum wage job right you won't get far kids.

Egg and cheese Croissant tasted like it was made with chlorine water. Yuck

Donuts are always great. Lots of people working. Most were super friendly and smiling but the girl at the register wasn't. Tried to ask a few questions and she made it seem like it was a bother to respond. Later overheard she was the manager there. Never experienced that from a manager at other establishments before.

Placed a mobile order. They didn't have the donut I wanted nor almond milk for my coffee but the relatively large order was done relatively quick and the staff was very nice and accommodative, food was good too. In conclusion, the staff gets max ratings 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿, needs slightly better management for stocking issues is all I'd say. Huge improvement from before remodel.
