This place is slow and very unorganized and un professional.

My littles & big kids enjoying some doughnuts & coffee!!!

I pulled in to use the superchargers and went inside to order some breakfast. The restaurant was empty aside from a few patrons enjoying their coffee. The drive thru was steady but only 1 or two cars at most. I wait at the counter for a while to keep being told "be right with you". We wait and wait and finally we walk out without being helped and without food. I'm sure the staff is pleasant and they probably do their job decently. The problem is, all the staff was prioritizing drive thru. No one wanted to help us. I'm a patient person but unless you order for pick up, don't go inside to order.

I am sitting in the drive thru line at 155 been here for 20 minutes. No one in the parking lot but the people in the drive thru. It is taking way to long for this. I order ahead and normally go in but thought well it is after 12 so they will be slow so drive thru should be fast...nope it isnt. I understand short staff but this is ridiculous. Plus i had to wait for 5 minutes at the speaker to talk to anyone. No one should be by themselves and running this store. Do better!!!

You call this an oder of hashbrowns? The were soggy , not crispy, and tasted like old oil. Please just do what you do best... DONUTS & COFFEE!

The staff was really friendly I got my two donuts and a drink$6 and something I was surprised the drinks only came in bottles but it was all good in a good staff as well in Manchester

Service is always slow! Store was not organized or well-kept. We had to go back for half of our online order after leaving the store! Corporate needs to make a visit. Fast!

Worst Dunkin experience ever. Ordered via app as I always do. I was traveling, and after stopping nearby to fuel up, I decided I could do with a nice, warm bagel to eat while driving home (GA). I waited 30 mins and never received my food. The workers were understaffed and trying but needed more help. The card reader was down; it was an absolute mess.

Service is ridiculously slow every time.

Definitely a place I like to go to! Go see Morgan! Super nice manager, and staff are excellent

The best Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. The employees are very friendly and never fail to have a smile on their face. My coffee order is ALWAYS right and that’s really hard to come by nowadays too. Love love love the Hillsboro Dunkin! Also, I think we should be mindful of others… especially Dunkin employees. Please remember to be kinder to your local baristas. They’re doing their best :)

Gave us the wrong donuts after they told us they didn't have 4 different donuts that are simple btw then they only had frozen coffee. I mean hell your name is Dunkin donuts how are you not gonna have the 2 main things you advertise 😂 won't be back I'll just give my money to the donut place and star buck. Plus they were rude little kids that don't care. Probably just standing around that's why they don't have anything ready.

Horrible drive thru service in morning. Slow, very slow. You will run late. They can’t get their act together. Update… they only had 2 servers. No one wants to work nowadays. I hope they got tipped really well!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had a mobile order for 1 drink and it took 30 mins to get the order. When I said I had been waiting for 18 mins the owner screamed at me that it was too busy. There was 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 person in the dining room.

Excellent bacon, egg, cheese croissant.

I love their bagels but after having 2 different cinnamon raising bagels they had a total of 3 raisin total for both of them. Are they scrimp g on them too???

No Lemon Bismarcks, That's almost sacrilegious. The jelly filled heart-shaped sugar donuts were delicious though.

Our family visited here on 01/15/24 on our way back to NC. As soon as we walked in the door we were told they were closing in 15 min due to the weather. We said ok that we would take it on the road. There were several guys inside waiting for their order and the entire time we waited the girls were griping that they were afraid they wouldn’t get to close on time. Their gripes continued the whole time we were in there. We had to leave since we felt so unwelcome and didn’t want our food food made bad. We’re from Michigan so we understand bad weather but the staff didn’t need to be griping so loudly.

This Dunkin used to be my favorite & I'd recommend it to everyone! Not so much anymore 😕 The last 2 times we went were so disappointing.

Stopped here on a road trip and went inside to order and use facilities. Restaurant and restrooms were FREEZING. I'm talking around 50°. I stood at counter with several other people for at least 5 minutes trying to place an order. No employees acknowledged us or even looked at us. I finally placed my order on the mobile app and sat down to wait for it. Ordered myself, paid myself and picked up my own coffee without a single employee acknowledging my presence. Extremely poor customer service.

Very fancy dunkin! Great location, service, and food. The outdoor seating area is very nice. Hope this new dunkin keeps its look!

Stopped for coffee while at the Tesla charging station, and was so pleasantly surprised at the nice patio and conference room, a couple people on laptops.. very impressed and not expected for a Dunkin' Donuts. Hope to stop here again when traveling.

Nothing beats a good cup of Dunkin Doughnuts coffee,,, except maybe a cappuccino from Dunkins

This place is great! Stopped for a road trip but the atmosphere was lovely inside sitting, a business office/conference room, ans outdoor porch sitting. It was wonderful little rest stop.

Place an order through there app. Waited 15 minutes before arriving then had to wait another 15 minutes in the front of the store. So 30 minutes turn around for a pre order. Luckily they had enough time to give away smart mouthed responses at no extra charge when I attempted to inquire about my order.

The food was excellent and drinks amazing! They said that they are short staffed so idk if you want to you can get a job there but ordering was not the best experience. I was going a little fast with what I was saying to order but I had to repeat my self a lot and after we had ordered I had to say again what munchkins I wanted. (Also kinda funny but I saw some people playing super smash bros on 2 switches.

I love dunkin because of there coffee but this place has the worst customer service

I always hit up that drive through for my dose of coffee or on occasion a Raspberry Watermelon refresher with the lemonade and a maple treat. There is a hand crafted place for sweet treats as well here in Manchester but the service at the drive through and the politeness of the employees here makes this my favorite spot to stop before a long day of shopping and running errands.

Great coffee, friendly atmosphere ,but they are not so fast . So if your in a rush, might not wanna stop here.

When we walked in, nobody was around. There was one person sitting at a table. The person that waited on us was very friendly. I don't eat the donuts. They are to dry. I went and got ☕️ coffee. They do have great coffee.

It seemed very confusing and they never took our name and could not seem to find my Mom's order....it was just weird.

Very nice place! Beautiful inside as well as outside! Very clean and nice atmosphere.

Last 4 or 5 times we have tried this location they are our of donuts and I dontbmean speciality ones I'm talking glazed and chocolate frosted. And a 15 min wait in line to get a cold coffee.

Everything is always great when I order here. The employees are almost always very friendly. They are just a bit slow. I know not to stop here if I'm on a time limit and there are a handful of cars in line.

Dunkin is always a favorite of mine. The double chocolate donuts never disappoint. The frozen coffees are really good too.

Always has my mobile orders correct, my door dash orders, my walk-ins & drive thrus. Savannah up front is so sweet and can makes my lattes just right!! Clean and welcoming atmosphere and iys right by the interstate

asked for French Vanilla Iced Coffee and Irish Cream Iced Coffee but they taste like 2 Iced Americanos that are burnt :( also felt a little too long of a wait for bad coffee… the Dunkin we go to in Murfreesboro make these drinks perfectly and we order the same way, so I highly recommend Murfreesboro Dunkin’s! :)

They messed up our order, the food was not good

I ordered a iced coffee, just drank 1/3 of it and by the time I got home it made me sick.. I could taste and smell it as I was throwing up. Won't be getting one of them again

I have to give these guys kudos because they have really been doing a great job. The drive-through lane has been quick and orders accurate. As a native Pacific Northwesterner where coffee was all but invented, the struggle here in Tennessee has been real. 😉 Great job Manchester Dunkin for stepping up to the challenge!

I love this Dunkin. They have the friendliest employees. I got a half dozen donuts today someone wrote have a wonderful day on the box with a little smiley face. Little things like that really can brighten your day.

Don't get me wrong, I love Dunkin but this morning my husband bought me a coffee and when I was finishing it up I got a mouth full of coffee grounds. I have never had this happen before. Completely disgusting.
