Very inconsistent. Last time I ordered ribs I got a full rack, this time I got four.

The food was really good the waitress was amazing I enjoyed her. The only thing I didn't like which was somewhat out of her control the lady across from us took a phone call an we had to listen to her every word as she yelled about money people owed her as her child under 2 sat in highchair an cried because he was hungry. I go to restaurants to relax an enjoy not cooking that night people should be respectful took everything I had to keep my date in his seat not to say anything. Staff should help to keep everything peaceful

The pulled pork was leftover and watery. The salad bar wasn't as fresh as it should have been.

Great BBQ and only place I know that still has a great soup and salad bar after Covid. You can go back as much as you want.

Great staff food's pretty good and the buffet is okay, especially since what is offered in the area but it is extremely expensive for a little salad bar over $12. I paid for just a basic salad bar. No soup, no nothing. I know prices are going up on everything but come on man

Was selectively offish environment, however; waitress was attentive to basic needs...as for lunch value to food value not worth it... for 11.79 the food was portioned to a child's serving not worth the money paid...

Just ate at Dustin's and the waitress gave me credit card to another person at check out who left with it. They asked me for my phone number in case that person came back with it. Obviously I canceled it right away. Didnt even offer to comp my meal.

Food is good, salad bar needs more attention, and it's been that way since I first went there, waitress's Hurry to Rush for order and some has been Rude

Finally got here after 5 years living in Florida. Wanted to try Dustins after so many rave about it. I ordered the sampler, chicken, pulled pork, beef, beans and potato salad. The meats ere all cooked properly but not tasting like barbecue at all. If it wasn't for the sauce in squeeze bottles at the table this would have been extremely boring eats.

Great food and service. Had the ribs, cole slaw and mac salad. Serving size will def fill you up.

This is a family BBQ place. The food was good and so was the service. I had pulled pork and Mac n cheese and my husband had a pork sandwich. The baked beans were delicious.

If I was voting the salad bar only, I would probably give four stars. The meat is about two stars. I would stick with the salad bar if I came here again and choose somewhere else for BBQ.

The hostess/server in training with the blonde hair underneath and glasses forgot my lemons and also skipped over me while I was at the head of the table with my boyfriend’s whole family and was very rude to me. Never apologized…also my food came out last…10 minutes after absolutely everyone else’s…no idea why…but she definitely got my boyfriend’s order right…L O L

Good Ole Southern BBQ. Always good buy seems to be better on their slower nights. Maybe they're just not so rushed in the kitchen. I don't know...

This was the worst BBQ I've ever had. It's the kind of place that your grandparents would rave about because they forgot what flavor is.

Moved away from Fla three year ago. Made a return visit and went to Dustin's for dinner. Just as I remember...good barbeque, good service and friendly wait staff. Seems just as I remember from years ago.

I had a sliced pork sandwich and fries. Both were good. The sandwich wasn't as full as I like to see from a BBQ place. The mustard based sauce had a weird end flavor. The sweet sauce was the best sauce for me. The sweet tea could have been a little sweeter as well. Waitress was on top of everything. She makes me want to go back and try something different...

Not impressed, ribs should be fall off the bone. Just no flavoring & just blan as far as seasoning on other dinner items. Salad bar was great with a great variety of items. I might just be a little critical as I own a restaurant in Ohio and do all my own smoking of the meats. Just wasn't my cup of tea. Waitress was great and kept us well supplied.

We arrived before the rush, so it wasn't a very long wait. My opinion they have THE BEST Salad bar I have ever had. It was fresh and continuously cleaned and checked on. I would highly recommend getting this with your order. The lady who took our order was very friendly and helpful when asking about the different items we were interested in. I would go back to this location if I was in the area again.

Been pick up ordering for years, tonight Jan 5th,they fully dropped the ball,120$ order fries were softer than their baked potatoes, fried shrimp so fully cooked they fully came from our their very breaded casing,burger that I always get and am always happy with tasted like cornmeal bland not even a charbroil taste,this was the first time I've ever in 15 years had a complaint, literally would bring family from out of state here, something has changed and there are other options I'm gonna have to find,so here is my gripe,will it help I hope so but will more than likely over looked,but definitely gonna be waiting a while before going back

Went in for luncheon but it was passed time. Looked at the BBQ chicken I usually get was $18.99 without the salad bar. White meat $2.99 more 1 dinner $21.00. We walked out and will never go back. RIP OFF!!!!!

First-time customer fish is great, and potato salad is tasteless but edible. Ordered cornbread arrived home and was given what appears to be flat bread. I'm certainly disappointed. My search continues for a place with good fried fish. Sonnys satisfies our huge BBQ cravings.

Cabin type feel in the dining room. Nicely decorated for the holiday. Our first time here. Our waitress was extremely helpful explains the best options for value. We ordered a rack of ribs w a salad bar and a pound of pulled pork w the salad bar. Ribs were outstanding! Fall off the bone and mighty tasty. Pulled pork was avg. not impressed with this choice. Salad bar was all you can eat with all the fixings and many side salads as well. Coleslaw, carrot salad, pea salad, Italian noodle salad, fruit salad chicken noodle soup to name some of them. Displayed nicely too with cough screens in place. Highly recommend stopping for ribs!

Usually we have had a good experience here. This one bad one says we won’t be back. Typically we are with a large party and we are buying dinner for all. My wife and I just went and seeing that I have had gastric bypass I eat very little. My wife orders a meal large enough to feed her and take food home for work. Tonight we were adding on a salad bar and I was taking that salad bar for myself. It’s an additional 5.99 to her meal. Waitress asked me what I’m eating. I exclaimed I’m having her salad bar. “You can’t do that” the menu does not state yo can’t share meals. A sign at the bar says no sharing which literally intends that you won’t feed another person a portion of your trip to the salad bar. Common sense right. I’m this case the salad bar is my meal and my meal alone. But according to Toni the manager who has been there 22 years. That is not allowed. Thank you Dustin’s. You’ve lost a group.

The food is good! LOVE THE toast that comes with the meal. The salad bar is fresh but needs romaine lettuce. The ribs are very small so don’t expect a big meal if you order them. Will definitely return;)

While both of the food and service were good on this visit, I was actually somewhat disappointed Perhaps anti clematic is a better phrase because nothing was wrong I was actually headed to a different establishment for dinner. That evening when I passed the Dustin's location. My last visit to a different Dustin was very good and I had a prime rib that I thought was absolutely spectacular. I know you don't expect prime rib at a barbecue joint and even if you do, you probably don't expect it to be spectacular So I made a U-turn on US1 and went back. Figuring I would have another prime rib. I could not locate it on the menu and began doubting my own memory. Thinking maybe it was a special and not a menu item, I asked my server and was told that. . .Yes, they did have prime rib even at this location. But they had stopped because Management decided the meat was too expensive. So I had a beef plate instead. Like I said not really a disappointment just kind of missed the mark of my expectations Will I go back to Dustin's? Probably, but not as quickly as if I had eaten another Prime rib

I love Dustins, great BBQ, good portions and quick service. We used to eat here at this one all the time, but we have moved away. I miss Dustins but came back to eat on a recent visit.

The food was awesome! The service was awesome! It’s the first place my family of 6 went to eat on our vacation and as my son said” this place set the bar high”. We ate out all week and Dustin’s was the overall favorite. It has something for everyone… great salad bar, ribs, shrimp, chicken, smoked turkey and even the sides were great…. Nothing to criticize. Thanks Dustin’s for starting our vacation out right!

My family and I always enjoy going to Dustin's.

My mom and I met up for lunch on a Monday at 12 noon. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy. Upon entering, we were greeted and noticed a sign that informed us we could seat ourselves. I don't quite remember the exact verbiage but parties of either 5+ or parties of more than 5 would be seated by a host. Service was quick and friendly. We got our drinks and then places our order for food. Our lunches were brought out very quickly... Maybe ~5 minutes after ordering. My mom and I both ordered pulled pork lunch plates. The coleslaw was good, as were the beans. They had a selection of 4 different BBQ Sauces: - Sweet - Mild or Medium - (barely noticeable spiciness that was perfect for my non-spicy tolerance) - A Mustard-Base BBQ Sauce (I liked this one too) - and we were offered a Spicy BBQ Sauce I can't say what it's like when it's busy but if you're in a hurry, I'd imagine it would be difficult to find a place for a sit down meal that would be able to compete with their swiftness. Note to Owner: BBQ is a type of food that some people take pretty seriously. Some states are even legendary for a specific type of BBQ. I attempted to find some information on the website about the history, differentiating factors, and influences of Dustin's BBQ. Surprisingly though, I wasn't able to find anything. With several locations in Florida, I was hoping to have been able to learn a little about your BBQ.

Ribs, sweet tea, corn nuggets, wings, all fantastic! Fast service. Walked right in at dinner time and got a table right away!

This is a typical BBQ place with that country vibe. Their salad bar was great and I also had their smoked BBQ chicken. Corn nuggets are an easy and good appetizer.

I gave low stars for the service, not for the servicer, but for the company for lack of having enough waitress on the floor. One girl was waitressing the whole restaurant. You could hear her trying to delegate other workers to help her :( The vegetable soup was very good though!

It's okay if you don't have no place else to go. It's actually the only barbecue place close by. Wouldn't take much to take the business away from them. Everybody works their seems miserable.

Got tired of waiting for the waitress who cared more about talking to her friends than waiting on me. I was there at 3:30 pm. Only 3 tables at that time. So I went and ordered at the to go counter. Got my food then sat down and ate. Green beans were mush, way over cooked and flavorless. Pulled pork was great. Potato salad so so. Felt it was over priced.

Placesd an online order, the food was brought out to the car and I made the payment. Seemed pricey, so when the receipt was brought out & I reviewed it, I saw that instead of a kids meal, that I ordered, I was charged for a "jumbo pulled pork" and a drink. I went back in with my receipt and the food. The employee I dealt with was rude about the mix up. They took the food that I had had in my possession, & returned it to the kitchen, where they proceeded to remove it from the to go carton and put it back into their food supply!! I am shocked and grossed out! How unsanitary. They don't know that the food wasn't touched when I had it in my car. It was an all around bad experience, with horrible customer service. Now I can't help but wonder who all has had their food brought to the table & returned to the kitchen, to be put on someone else's plate.

Had a great dinner here tonight! The sign says best salad bar in town and I believe it is! It was delicious as was the Monday Vegetable Beef Soup and the Bar B Q Chicken and the pulled pork. Service was excellent!
