I had totally forgotten about my wedding anniversary and this place delivered at a moments notice. I had originally ordered an arrangement of fruit with flowers online and they contacted me stating the flowers were not available by the time I needed arrangement done, but that they would upgrade to compensate at no extra charge. Even got some extra goodies for the wife. She was very happy and I was pleased. Like they say happy wife happy life!!! Definitely returning for future business.

If there was zero, I will put zero stars. It was delivered next day and not same day I requested. I tried to cancel it the minute I received an email that delivery will be next day but no response, nothing !!! My friend wasn't at work next day, so the gift was left with any employee at her work, no body bothered even to send it to her house and call her to see what works best for her!!!! Next day my friend went to work and she took a picture of one of the rotten strawberries!!! I paid $72 for not to be delivered to my friend on the date I wanted her to get as a surprise gift and ROTTEN strawberries!!!! This is nonsense and I demand a full refund and definitely will never buy from you ever again!!!

I really don't know how much you charge your customers for deliveries but it seems disrespectful to me that you ask delivery apps to make deliveries 14 to 16 miles for four dollars. I think you should have a little more consideration

After contacting 2 places near her home, one was temporarily closed and the other had extremely poor reviews (Millenia) I spoke with a gentleman at Edible Arrangements on 11776 East Colonial Dr. Just as I was about to give up. They couldn't help with delivery, due to distance. He gave me suggestions and another worker, Amy, followed through with her assistance. I appreciate you both. THANK YOU.
