I’ve never been but this food looks amazing, I’m only leaving this review in hopes of the truck owner seeing it and getting back to me. Will the truck be opening again soon? I was hoping to visit when I come to Miami in 2 weeks but I see on Google it says temporarily closed?

I came on a late night. I did not know the “clips” was this small at all thought it was a medium sized burger. Who sells this size of burger ? But the food tastes amazing I will be back for more but this time I will remember to get the double cheeseburger

Decided to swing by Eduble Chefs during my visit to the Miami area. The robust menu features classics like burgers, as well as some Asian inspired meals, drinks and coffees, side treats and desserts, all 100% plant-based! We ordered the Doobie burgers, loaded fries, and pineapple ice. The ice was a nice sized treat before the meal great flavor without being too overpowering. When it comes to the burgers, they were very accommodating with toppings as well substituting the buns for lettuce wrap options. Best sandwiches we've experienced in the area, bar none! The portions for the burgers and fries were great, and everything was done to perfection. The patties had the right amount juiciness and tenderness with flavors to match. The fries are just what the name implies; loaded with your dressing of choice and compounded with cheeze and impossible meat, with other variants including additional toppings. Would easily visit again! Thank you for the meal!

The chef is very nice with great customer service. I had the double burger and it was really good! I plan to come back to try a few more items on the menu. Great food and kind staff.

For starters, this place is very convenient for a late night grub and the owner is very nice. However, the food lacked flavor for me and the portion size was small for the price of the food. I had the taco salad and it was pretty small. The chips were kind hard as well.

This may have been the best vegan burger I’ve ever had - The Doobie. There’s a variety of sauces to choose from, amazingly crafted toppings, and great options for sides (the sweet potato waffle fries were A++!) The food was 5 stars and so was the service — Christian, the founder, came to our table and chatted with us about the business and food, and even gave us a complimentary artisanal ice! (also amazing)

Great location, attractive space, and FIRE food! The burger was the best I’ve ever had and the Italian ice was the perfect end to the meal. Bring eduble chefs to Las Vegas please!!

Amazing food, service and ambience!

In the 5 days I stayed in the Wynwood area I ate at this food truck twice, and I was blown away both times. The first time I ordered the Doobie burger (which is a double patty plant based vegan burger) with seasoned waffle fries, and I believe a lemonade of sorts. I have zero complaints. I consumed the burger so quickly I didn't have time to photograph it. The second time I visited I ordered the Esculent bowl and l can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The bowl contains veggies and impossible burger meat but the coconut milk reduction is the real hero of this dish. Your taste buds will truly thank you for the experience if you come and eat here. I had the chance of meeting the owner and his enthusiasm and passion is reflected within the menu. The lady who took my order was really kind and walked me through all of the ingredients, which I appreciate as I do have some food allergies. If you come to Miami you must find your way here vegan or not; you will not regret it.

Worth a visit and still a bit of a hidden secret. Been going to plant for 2 years and didn't even know this is one street up. Burgers are great. Even the rice bowl. All good flavors. Enjoy!

This place is one of Miamis hidden gems for vegan food. I had a burger here with waffle fries and the food was so fresh and delicious. I am currently positively full and really appreciated the quality of food for the money we laid. The sauces were incredible as well. Extremely knowledgable, friendly, and impressive tech in the truck! If you are vegan, definitely check this place out! Super glad We ran into this place. Def need to come back and try more menu items!

Wow! Our meal was just excellent! This was the best veg burger that I ever had, every ingredient was top quality and so carefully prepared. It is that one burger that looks exactly like the picture with its perfect lettuce curves and soft bread- and tastes even better. Fries were crispy and flavorful and they come with house-made sauces. If you are in Miami you must try these burgers! They also have perfect gluten-free buns, not like the ones that start crumbling at the sight of the patty. 😋 outdoor patio is so cozy as well, perfect place if you don’t want to listen to the hum of a crowd while eating. Owner was so kind and gave us all super good vibes!

Tried one of the bowls, excellent food. Perfect consistency and seasoning, Eduble Chef's food felt less fatty and "cleaner" compared to other American restaurants/food trucks we visited during our vacation.

I have recently changed to a more vegan diet and I was amazed at how good the food is here. Was so happy to also discover that many ingredients are locally sourced. I will be returning for more!
