They always have great service and it always delicious

I got a plain ham and Swiss sandwich. They made it wrong, adding all of the toppings. I called and was told to come back by and they would remake my meal. I told them I could not come by until after work which was 5. Went back after work, and they YET AGAIN did not make my sandwich right. I want my money back especially when you are charging almost 15 dollars for a combo but can’t even get the sandwich right after TWO times in the same day.

After 50 years, it's nothing like an Eegee's!

Went through the drive thru today for lunch around noon, wasn’t having the best of days due to people being rude but just as I had given up on human kindness the adorable young lady with glasses at the window made my day better and showed me good people are still out there. The food was as great as her service definitely a 10/10!

You want a sandwich that tastes like bread? Come here. You would think they're rationing prisoners. If you want more value, go literally anywhere else. If their best thing is a side or a drink, it makes you wonder.

“Oh you ordered extra ice cream?” No I ordered a flavor of the month, and you gave me just the orange part bc that little bit of extra work was too much and it was the drive through so it didn’t matter, your brain shouldn’t look at something that should have ice cream that doesn’t and say “oh you ordered extra?”

The customer service might have been the best I've had out of all Eegees I've been to over the years. It's a tiny little eegees... Doesn't look like much from the outside. Whoever the guy was who worked at the counter on 6/16/23 is great. Everyone who walked in was genuinely greeted. He was quick and efficient while being friendly and very personable.

I wish they would bring egg salad back.

Eegee's is a Tucson classic. Pro tip: ask for your fries double fried

Fries are always on point here. I wish the employee asked if I wanted ranch once, but they give me it when I do ask. I've never had a problem with my order. It sucks that I have to turn off my car for them to hear me place my order at the box, but they are fast and decent people.. still love the iced tea-gee!

Went there for lunch. We enjoyed our meal of a sandwich and the Greek salad.

Coming from Michigan, we don't have eggee's, but I was introduced to it by family and friends, and I'm so glad they did! I love the Skinny Berry and the many other flavors offered. My grandson always wants to try the Flavor of the Month, so who am I to refuse?!? Lol! They also have the best fries!!! 😋 The staff is friendly and patient, and the customers were friendly too! Even met someone else from MI there!

Marco, the GM, was SO helpful in assisting me find a receipt from over 2 weeks ago. He was so kind and didn't make me feel like a bother. He even e-mailed it to me so I didn't have to drive down to pick it up. As someone who is also in the customer service industry, I was very impressed with his level of service.

Waited in line and would’ve spent the same regardless but they “can’t serve” if I’m not in a vehicle

Rushed a funpack order of eegees for me, you all rock!

So I ordered the Buffalo chicken covered chicken tenders. THEY JUST GAVE ME THE SAUCE. If your employees listened better I wouldn’t be making this review. Not to mention, why the hell did you take away the cheese pretzel. It was the best thing there 🤦‍♂️

This Eegee's in my opinion is one place I would not recommend for anything. They continually get the orders wrong and when you ask that your sandwich or your ergees be corrected they act as if you have a an foot where your nose should be a stinky foot at that lol. I'm sorry to say that while I am a fan of Eegee's if this was the only one I wouldn't go here. I do not recommend this Eegee's location. I do recommend the other Eegee's locations.

We stopped by at lunch for some ranch fries. They were good. The cashier seemed irritated and overworked as it was lunch and she seemed to be the only person working the counter and drive-thru. The fries took a minute but the person who served them to us was super friendly and helpful. I didn't know that ranch fries were so cheap! I'm definitely going to start getting them more often. My friend turned me on to the Buffalo Ranch on my Ranch Fries. It was delicious.

Went through drive-thru, and they didn't get my order right at all. I had to go back thru and complain and had to wait just to complain.

Wanted French fries and was in the area close to this eeggees drive thru it was pretty fast getting through and getting food.

This was my favorite place to go when I was in college (early 80's) I always make a point of going there when in Arizona. Glad they've expanded to Phoenix. Everyone needs an "eege's"

Odd they changed the size of sandwiches. Confusing to order

So many recommendation for Tucson is to try Eegee’s, so here we are! Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 - the cups are HUGE! We did order a large and it was a 32 oz drink. There’s actually another size up from large that offers 44 oz. Large Eegee of Pineapple Dream. A “fruit-filled frozen drink“ was mostly sugar and food coloring. It tasted like an artificial orange and had some tiny sandy/pulpy texture when you eat with a spoon. SO had a sugar crash halfway through the day and we got through only about half the drink between the two of us Ambience: n/a - ordered food to go. Brightly lit space in this fast food restaurant. Seems clean and organized Service: 5/5 - very friendly and told us to let him know whenever we’re ready to order Value for price: 2/5 - good idea, cheap, and I can see this being an amazing treat if it wasn’t so artificial or sweet

Flavor of the month: Raspberry & Lemonade - first time having this drink and it reminded me of Rita's Water Ice, but a lot thicker to consume. Didn't eat anything but I will definitely have to check out their sandwiches the next time I find myself in AZ.

I had a great experience at Eegee's #7 a few days ago. The food never disappoints, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was perfect. As for the managers and staff, they were very nice, as well as professional. They took my order right away, and delivered my food very quickly. The managers were What more could I have asked for! I loved the great service, which is kind of rare these days. Oh, and I tried the Eegee's of the month, which was Pineapple, and fell in love with that too!

The Holly Berry flavor was a little sour but it was ok.

The food was cool for a quick lunch and customer service was good and that means a lot to me! Especially when I go to a restaurant for the first time and they take the time to explain things to me.

The young man that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is usually my go to eegee’s but twice now I’ve gotten the holly berry Eegee and it’s had pineapple in it. Everything I read says it’s not supposed to. The first time was a LOT of pineapple and it seemed like they had mixed it with pina colada. The one I have no doesn’t seem to be as much but it’s still there and it’s not what holly berry should taste like. Not sure what’s going on…

No longer have pretzels or chili, tried to charge me extra for asking to substitute one cheese for another on a sandwich. Took awhile for staff to greet and take order. Food was prepared fast. Honestly, aside from their trademark drinks, I'd rather go to Subway for a sandwich and will in the future.

Im so tired of not getting the food I order. 14 minute drive home to discover I didn’t get the 3 large fries I paid for. Dinner ruined, because with these prices, I can’t even afford to drive back to get a refund. Please just get the order right!

I know it isn't necessarily your fault, but this teeny tiny little Itty bitty sandwich is definitely not worth 6 bucks. I will order your frozen drinks till the day I die, though!

Getting rid of the 8 inch sandwich is a deal-breaker for me. The fries used to be golden brown and crispy, but are now gray in color, and soggy.

They gave friendly service, a little slow because it was busy. They did remove my favorite chicken sandwich from the menu, but the deluxe grinder is always a good option.

If I could I'd give negative stars. This place is awful. It's not so much the food as it is the rude staff that should be fired. I went into the lobby about 10 minutes before closing, walking 2 miles to get there, might I add. I rushed to get there and when I walked inside I was refused service and told to leave. I will never EVER go here again. And, I will tell everyone I know what an awful experience it was. I wish I knew the woman's name that so shamelessly DEMANDED I leave. The guy I asked very politely to serve me, DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME. What lazy, awful, human beings, that shouldn't be allowed to work with anything living or breathing. This was my experience with your store. Food is good. Staff was so bad, I wouldn't want people like them making my food. 7102 E Broadway Blvd- where they don't spit in your meal but instead spit in your face.

This location has issues with communication and staff with attitudes. I will typically drive further to avoid this location even though it’s less than 2 miles from my house. Tonight I ordered a grinder without house dressing, got home it’s drenched in it. Also ordered a kids meal and asked for it to be half lemon. The girl who took the order even asked if it’s pink if it’s ok I said yes. When she went over the order she didn’t mention the lemon I reminded her she said she would add it, nope forgot that too. I’d recommend driving to another location for better and accurate service

My first time here Very disappointed! I ordered the original and they don't cut the bread deep enough, all the ingredients were piled on top so when you try to eat it everything falls out.... not enjoyable!!!

We usually have a great experience at this eegees. Not this time 😕 They were fast and efficient however I ordered an 8 inch meatball sub and I was handed a five inch meatball sub. I told them it wasn't an 8 inch sub and I was told the bread changed. I am very disappointed in eegees. If you are going to go smaller on your bread then you should go smaller on your price.

The food was standard eegee’s fare but the communication between the drive through box and the person taking the order wasn’t great. Order wasn’t right after a few explanations. Kinda sad about it. But it happens. Life goes on.

at 7:50 pm i was instructed to go through the drive through which was very long on my scooter by a larger female that looked like management. After waiting a half hour and getting to the window i was turned down. and wouldn't be served. The lady the hedge me the instructions wouldn't come to the service window. I'm blown away that i was told to ride a rent a scooter then told to go away. the service is terrible. i won't be back after 30 years.

If you're in Tucson, the location to go to is the Broadway/Kolb store. They are the only ones in town that NEVER get your order wrong, they are always friendly, and they are fast. And het the fudge cookie with every meal. It is worth the calories!

Received my order of a hot dog, soda and fries. The fries and drink were fine but I was served an over cooked or over microwaved hot dog on a large, chewy, dry bun. No condiments, just a dry rather stale bun, threw it away. The last 2 inches of the hot dog were also inedible, will never order it again.

I dont really care for their sandwiches but my husband loves them. You cant beat an eeggees they are amazing. And the prices for the party size is unbeatable! Bring back Red licorice

Tucson staple, especially in the summer

Likely the least expensive and tastiest flavored ice beverages in town. It’s like a 3 for 1 compared to some other places. The lemon is my favorite and my daughter loves strawberry.

The eegees is really the only reason to come here. We got the orange dream and it was very tasty, the syrup did not just drain to the bottom like a slushy but was pretty consistent throughout, and the flavor was very enjoyable (reminded me of an orange Julius). We also got the turkey provolone sub and it was ok but nothing special. The crinkle cut fries are normally my favorite type of fries but these fell a little flat with the seasoning. The one big upside to eegees is the ranch dipping sauce it did improve both the sandwich and the fries.

Place is clean and the food is better than subway in my humble opinion. The staff is attentive and nice.

Ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich at drive thru, my 3rd within 1 week, and was soooooo disappointed. Upon eating the sandwich at my destination, noticed it tasted totally different, it was made with fried, breaded chicken. Also the sandwich lacked that secret savory sauce. Was too tired to change back into my clothes and venture back into the night to find the restaurant and have the sandwich properly remade. Will still be on the lookout for this company but don't forsee me patronizing this particular location again.

It's still okay food. Seems like the sandwiches got smaller and the prices skyrocketed since they all franchised.

eegee's is a pretty basic submarine sandwich shop. The menu is short and sweet. Hot Subs(ie Pastrami, Spicy Chicken n Bacon, etc), Cold Subs (Grinder, ham n cheese) and Icy Slushies (Mango, Strawberry, etc). French Fries with Ranch Dressing, Hot Cheese. It was a substantial meal. Price was reasonable.

There are no Eegee's where I am from. A real treat! Love it!

Love to get Eegees when it is super hot out. Watermellon and grape are my favorites.

Accept the window attendant was not wearing a mask and I asked her to please put mask on and she said we don't have to wear masks and she left and had another guy with a mask hand me the food while she was by window giggling...it's unfortunate because I only asked because I have a health condition and I don't want to get sick.

As a tourist to Tucson, I kept seeing these stores all over town. Really enjoyed my lemon eegee, and tried the chipotle ranch fries which were awesome. Highly recommended for a nice treat to cool off on a hot day!

It is the best child exploited labor made sandwich I've ever had. Truly this company preys upon the labors of the highschool kids who don't know any better. Perhaps this is why so many of today's youth are addicts and apathetic. But the flavor of the month goes great with vodka and depression.

So this would have been a 4 for slow service lately.... But they seem to have fixed something and I am back to a 5.
