AWESOME Great staff, great atmosphere, EXCELLENT beer THE REUBEN!

We had the 4 sausage sampler and a pretzel. I had a Dunkel. The food was excellent. This is a two person crew and they are really good at answering questions about the food, and get food out to the tables. Highly recommended.

Loved the beer and sausage. Staff was great. Have been coming here for years and will be back again. A little bit of Germany in Frisco.

Fun place to visit. German beer was delicious. We loved the stiegl beer sausage! Potato salad and cucumber salad were just alright.

Best place in Frisco! Always stop by when we're in town cuz the food and beer are always excellent and the patio is great. Love the sausages and sandwiches are great too. Best place for German food and beer that I know about. Gets busy on weekends in summer.

Simple, counter service restaurant. Delicious sausages and drinks. We loved sitting outside to enjoy our lunch and drinks.

Good but overrated. Counter service only and the girl at the counter and line were very slow. Helles lager was excellent. Vegetarian sausage and side were good but smallish and not filling. Again good but overrated. 4 stars.

Poor service. You expect an authentic experience with that name, but a half attempt in reality.

Fun Fun Fun Best eating and drinking

Had some good and authentic sausages at Prosit. We are German and thus always hesitant to try yet another mediocre restaurant, but Prosit was a pleasant surprise. Will come back and try their Prezel also. It is not a place to go for a real dinner, but great to have a beer and small meal after a hike or bike ride.

Great brats and elk cheddar jalapeno

Literally got yelled at by an employee for the napkin usage. Apparently she felt we used too many. Hoagie bun was hard as a rock, sausage was just ok. Nothing special here and will not return.

A great spot to have nice German sausage and beer! Try the sausage platter. There is a self-service bar to get kraut, onions, and 4 mustards you can add. A good selection of German beets but also a number of guest taps. I had Pliny the Elder which was amazing.

Small place so can be tough to get a table but the sausages are amazing and the beer is cold - so worth any wait you might have

Awesome place to relax and enjoy beer and German sausages. Cool vibe. We had a 3 sausage sampler (beer wurst, elk and huckleberry and buffalo chili) along with a giant pretzel. All the food was awesome. We will be back

Super duper deep place located on main Street in Frisco Colorado. Attached to a gift shop with an old caboose inside. The building is also an old railroad depot. The tracks are covered up in the middle of the gift shop with some wooden planks. Neat place for train enthusiasts, tourists, beer lovers and if you're hungry for some awesome food.

A bier garden tucked inside of an antique shop was a very interesting experience. All the food was amazing—breads (pretzel and reuben bread) were perfectly soft and crispy, the sausages were very yummy. The mustards and beer were also great. Awesome spot for an evening beer or a quick lunch.

What a local gem! Be prepared to wait for a table during popular times, but it’s worth the wait! I was happy to find that they offer a vegetarian sausage. The pretzel was great and a wide variety of mustards to choose from.

Excellent small batch distillery we stumbled upon. Excellent service. Delicious gin and vodka. Did not try the whiskeys.

Great German style food and drink . Rather small ,walk up ordering, not a bar or restaurant atmosphere but well worth a stop if you like German beer and sausages . Great staff

Frisco's Bavarian beer bar features good selection of of sausages and traditional fixings.

When in town, we usually stop in for a beer and a pretzel (w/beer cheese). They always have a great German draft list to choose from as well as a couple others. Their selection of sausages is great, especially if you want to try different meats (grab a sampler). It's a small place with a small staff, so be patient when ordering. You're in Frisco after all, so what's the rush? Sit outside on the patio during the summer and enjoy a stein. Prost!

Ein Prosit is a great bar on Frisco Main. Live music on certain nights of the week, we were there for St Patrick’s - a truly fun night with live music and dancing, winner bagged a new snowboard, it was great to meet and chat with locals as well as fellow vacationers. The bar has a great atmosphere, plenty of beers. As per norm in the US not so much call for rose wine in establishments, but Taco went out of her way to make sure she had rose wine for my visit the following day! What’s not to love about that… ❤️ The German sausage is great as is the pretzel (especially covered in beer mustard) ❤️ Locally produced gin (Pullmans) by Scott, with alpine water distilled in the rather unique train carriage within the premises is also very good and it survived the journey back to the UK. Yes, we will be returning in 2025 - already booked up…

I’m not a meat eater, but I’ve passed this place so many times and it looks absolutely adorable and of course who wouldn’t want a German brought or a German beer, sitting in a log cabin style restaurant, listening to live music outside facing the mountains?!

It really surprised us 😮 In a positive way, of course 😁 The atmosphere is pretty cool, chill vibes. The food is great.... simple menu with delicious options and is very authentic. Just make sure you like suasges and pretzels 🥨 Oh and the beers 🍺🍺🍺... no comments 😋

Sehr lecker. Very delicious! My husband is German and we met another couple who had lived in Germany for two years and brought them here. We were all pleasantly surprised. It's all about the beer and sausages. My husband loved the fresh Paulaner on tap and we all enjoyed the variety of fresh sausages. A big hit was surprisingly the rattlesnake! We had 5 kids with us and they loved the Käse Krainer and Frankfurter. We loved the authentic beer tables and cozy atmosphere. When you can't make it to München, come to Frisco. Ein Prosit!

Surprisingly good food for Colorado

Fantastic beer with a great variety! The distillery was attached to the brewery, but unfortunately, it was closed when we were there. Very cool bartender as well. Loved it!

My favorite bar in Frisco. They have a great selection of traditional German style beers, which has a rotating tap as well. Sad when your favorite gets rotated out, but a great way to try German beers that you'll never find on tap in the US.

An excellent selection of sausages, especially the exotic sausages. A really interesting and high quality beer selection. The staff are really friendly. They occasionally have live music.

Are you kidding me? So glad we went here. This place is amazing. We tried two samplers, 8 different kinds of sausages and they were all extremely flavorful, unique, juicy, and delicious. The sauces were bomb too, but you don’t even need them! Worth the wait. Edit: so we came here 3 more times after this review, haha. Actually 5 times, the other two, we missed our chance. Good to know that the kitchen closes every day at 8:30pm!

Cool place to hang out when you’re 5,000 miles from home!

Have been coming here for several years. Today we ran into an interesting problem. MY ID (from New Jersey) is not federal “real ID act” complaint. Because of this it says “Not for real ID purposes” on the ID. They would not serve us because of this. Hopefully they can fix this issue because we really want to go back before we leave.

Ein Prosit is a gem in Frisco and one of our favorite spots. It's a small and fun atmosphere, be ready to share a table and take your time while you are there. The food is incredible and their extensive beer selection is awesome.

Get a sampler and ask the staff for recommendations. Don't forget to try all the different types of mustards they have!Awesome selection of beer, too. It can be crowded at times, but that just tells you how good it is!

Such an wonderfully friendly place with outstanding beer and sausages. The staff were so attentive, despite how busy it was. Sadly, I missed Pliny the Younger - the kegs kicked in a couple of hours - but the other local beers were solid. Since I don’t eat mammals I was concerned about the meat selection but the duck with cilantro was out of this world. And the mustards! Yummmmy. Highly highly recommend Ein Prosit. Updated 2024-02-22 So now I'm almost entirely vegetarian (will i stop eating cheese? probably never) but their pretzels and beer selections remain AMAZING! I didn't try the veggie sausage this time but will next year for sure. Who knows what else they'll have in store by then? Seriously: go to Ein Prosit.

Tiny indoor space but that's part of what makes it feel authentic. They have German and Belgian beers on tap and a unique selection of sausages. There is a toppings/sauce bar to dress your own food and the garlic sauce there was delicious.

We love this place. It's small and intimate. Great beer options in huge mugs and authentic, delicious food. Usually live music. Service is great, they are a small shop and employees do it all. Your job is to be patient, drink your beer in line, make friends, enjoy the atmosphere.

We had a true German lunch in the heart of Frisco, it's a perfect place to park for an afternoon brew.

This is our new favorite place to stop on the way from Aspen to Denver for food. We came here because Highside Brewing was sold out of what we wanted for the day and came this direction. Turns out, it’s even better than Highside. The food is sooo flavorful and authentic. The unique beer selection is above average and the beer steins are big, the pretzels and cheese were amazing, the sausages were great. Who knew we loved Bavarian food? We will be coming back here again in the future. The pricing is decent for how much food you get, too. The value for the money is there. I also love all the authentic European decor throughout the place. Super cute local staple with character, we will be back.

This place is nothing short of amazing. I had the rattlesnake pheasant jalapeño brat and my wife enjoyed the Reuben. The food and their homemade mustard were incredible. The service was great. The place was packed on a Saturday in January and our food came out within 10minutes. We will definitely be back!

My favorite snack & beer spot in Frisco! The beers are terrific and the brats are delicious. I can never decide which german mustard to go with, but the sauerkraut and other toppins always get piled high.

Fairly small and crowded layout for its popularity, but a cool vibe with awesome servers, great beer, and an incredible antelope jackrabbit habanero sausage with one of the, if not the, best mustards I've ever had

10 out of 10 all the way around! Location is easy to find for tourists like me and my Uncle. Jordan & Helen were so nice, informative and the most kind service we have experienced in CO - which is saying a lot because CO has some lovely people! We loved the restaurant so much that we even bought to go items!

Little bit of Bavaria in the small cute town of Frisco. I didn’t have any cocktails but Pullman is the distillery it’s housed in and I’m sure they’re good. Food is excellent! Very cool menu with unique brat/sausage offerings and they all tasted amazing. We had elk, wild boar and venison. Also take a look around the spot the restaurant is in. It has some surprising little nooks.

This place is cute and cozy! Hint on the cozy...the inside has a few tables and a couple of picnic tables outside. We went around 5pm and it was busy! We got a table outside and it had heating lamps which helped. The food and beer were great! The sausage sampler was so freaking good, especially the snake jalapeño one! The soup and bread hit the spot too.

Great little place for getting something different. They carried some German beer and food that brings you back to your travels, or home. Great sausage selection and pretzels. Connected to a store inside that was not open when we went. Felt a bit odd about where to sit when it got full.

Yes, the stand in line service was insanely slow. Yes, the inside benches are a bit wobbly and the co atmosphere is a combined antique store/small town train station. However, the price is ok, the beer is good, and the sausages are not bad at all. It’s a great place for a lunch! PS: some higher quality German bread roll would offer a real upgrade.

The brauts were excellent and only surpassed by Jordan and Helen were more than friendly and helpful to us. Recommend highly.for a good experience and relaxing meal.

Not sure if I'm the only one with this experience here but the bread was super dry and doughy at the same time. The braut themselves are over cooked to where it cools down a bit, it's just dry. Place is awesome, they should at least try doing something different with the bread.
