I go here all the time the all nighter sandwich is my favorite and the coffee is also great! Highly recommend 10/10

Just another example of what is expected at an einstein bros shop. Fast and friendly service with delicious food and drinks. So far i havent had a complaint with any locations. This is no exception. I highly recoment the all nightwr sandwich.

Bagel sandwich really good but the wait time could sometimes be long.

This place is always packed in the mornings.

It looks old and dingy. Cream cheese is low fat & full of sugar. Very limited flavors. Not like the original Einstein. They wrongly decided “let’s save money” and changed everything. But Sofia the attendant was outstanding such an asset. Won’t go back😣

Maybe the people in today weren't morning people lol. But the service was prompt, place is clean & food was well prepped.

I have been a customer of this store for several years. I saw this store decline in quality and customer service, which made made not go there for several months. I can tell you that for the last year and a half or so I returned as a customer. I have been a regular customer now for over a year. I believe that the Manager Edwin has made this store earn this review. Customer service and food quality is much better. Staff is much more Customer oriented and aims to please the customers. I hope that Mr. Edwin sees this comment and remains at this store. I higly recommend this store.

Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Service is terrible. I ordered a turkey whatever sandwich, I forget what it was called. It comes with onion and chive schmear, and cucumbers, and comes with chips on the side. I asked to substitute the onion and chive schmear with regular plain schmear. I ordered it with diet coke. They charged me for a bottle of diet coke, instead of asking if I wanted a bottle or from the fountain. (I wanted a cup, from the fountain.) I told them about the mistake, and they allowed me to get a cup of diet coke from the fountain, but they didn't fix the charge. I still ended up paying extra. When I got my food, I looked at it and there were no cucumbers, and no schmear. I brought it back and they added the plain schmear, but said they were out of cucumbers. They should have told me they were out when I ordered it, or at least when they were about to start making it. I really like cucumbers and it was the reason I chose that particular sandwich from the menu. So I took my cucumberless sandwich back to my seat, only to realize they also didn't give me the chips I paid for, so I had to go up and ask for them. Don't go here unless you want to pay for more than what you ordered and receive less than what you ordered.

My first in this store, and had the most amazing experience. Daniel had my mocha ready, delicious and warm as expected. Brandon grabbed the rest of my order, also provided excellent customer service. This guys are spot on the best. Thank you.

As always an outstanding service and I want to remark the excellent service of the Manager Edwin and one of the employees named Yoanni. My scooped Garden avocado bagel, was prepared exactly the way I wanted. March 16th 2024.

I’ve been coming to this place for years but today my experience was not pleasant. My nova lux bagel which i always order was scanty of everything and the bagel was very hard. My husband ordered bacon and cheese with two eggs on a Asiago cheese and again the bagel was hard and it didn’t look like it had two eggs. Will be looking for another bagel place with fresher bagels.

If you want awful service and not the bagels you expect this is the place! The cashier (kind of blonde with color contact lenses) was angry and hated being there. I asked for Asiago bagels and she just put whatever was handy in my box. When I asked about it she tells me this nonsense: ‘oh you were pointing at those’ whatever others. She slammed them through the cutter and here’s a pic of how she anger sliced them. Btw, the ‘Asiago’ ones were less dark baked (than my last time) but with barely there cheese ‘burned’ on the bagel. ‘Everything’ bagel next to it has a hint of spices only. See pics. I went at 11 am, no rush hour. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION, go to South Miami or Doral where staff is nice and bagels are perfect.

Hi, I hope this is a constructive review and not to take it or receive it otherwise. While I’m waiting for my order, and this is my very first time coming ,I can say the the people to people experience is 0. The girl at the cash register was angry and in a bad mood, looks almost like she is hating this place, she asked me to move to the other cashier because she was doing something, the other male proposed two types of chips, I did not understand the options and he almost yelled. No one smile, everyone’s hair is a mess, they screaming at each other for orders or other matters. The place could be cleaner, if you standing out looking at the menu you get the view of dirty almost like abandon food stand. I have my bagel to try now, I hope is good! Thanks much.

They have no clue on customer service. They make their bagels extremely dark that looks like whole wheat bagel. And at Noon they don’t bake more bagels.. All they answer is “ that’s all we have right now, that’s all we have left” and I don’t know why they provide online order if you have to wait for ever for them to wrap the order that is already made. There was an amazing guy great customer service no longer working there imagine why. If you are not a rude slow unprofessional employee you are not welcome

It's not bad. If you like Einstein Bagels, then there's nothing really wrong with this one in particular. I'm just not really impressed with Einstein Bagels in general. And this one does have a bit of an outdated look and feel.

Love their bagels with cream cheese 🥯 Just wish they would stay open longer. This is a great location on Kendall Drive next to the FL Turnpike. So, if you’re traveling get off on Kendall Drive (SW 88 Street) grab a bagel or two 🥯 and hop right back on! They’re open everyday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Very friendly and welcoming staff. 😃

They made the bagels tiny. Should be called mini bagels.

I just left this place and I am insulted! I stood in line to buy 1/2 dozen of plain bagel for my sons and was told I couldn’t because they had to save them for orders. I understood that the oven was not working so I then kindly asked for at least one to be sold to me for my son and was told emphatically no! I am insulted and will not return again! I stood in line like any other paying customer and was refused to be sold ONE plain bagel. Most HORRIBLE customer service!

The food was delicious. I recommend ordering the Avocado Veg Out sandwich on the cheddar jalapeño bagel. The service was incredible. Edwin went above and beyond with customer service. He saw that I was freezing and he gave me a Cappuccino on the house to warm me up making this an amazing experience. Thank you again for showing that kind people still exist in this world.

It’s disgusting to see kids working and have no training for such a big company I would expect better I waited over 10 min for a toasted bagel and it was not busy the kid making the sandwich’s saw me standing there and still worked at a snail it’s really disappointing.

I love how fresh the bagel sandwiches are here. Great customer service and dining area clean. I ordered online and did wait a little longer than expected for it. The line gets long inside but it moves along. Today I tried the brisket and egg sandwich with a cold brew. Cold brew was just that. Now hmm the “brisket” was not at all what I was expecting. the sandwich was good and very fresh, but I won’t purchase the brisket again. There was actually very little brisket on the sandwich, didn’t cover both halves, maybe about 1 bites worth on each half. I’ll definitely be back to order other bagel sandwiches.

I was the only customer in. And the lady that was making my bagel.was eating in the same time. I walked away without even asking for.refund. NO BASIC HYGIENE.

This slowest Einstein location. It took 40 minutes to get 2 bagels. When I inquired about our order, they said, "Other people have been waiting longer." Avoid this location if you're wanting a quick experience.

Great coffee and bagels. A little smaller than I'm used to being a spoiled New Yorker. Great breakfast sandwiches like the Texas brisket breakfast bagel sandwich and Farmhouse egg breakfast sandwich. A little pricey but it's worth it.

The all nighter was great! But the chai latte was horrible: very watery and it did not taste like a chai latte at all. I ordered 2 and one was full of foam 😒 (then they just added milk to the foam 🤦‍♀️)

Went back after a not so good experience, today I order 2 bagels and a tub of veggie cream cheese. The team working today quickly let me know that if I ordered 4 more bagels, It would come out to basically the same price. 🙏 the team today 5 stars

Our next food adventure take us to Einstien Bros. Bagels at the breakfast time located in kendall with all kinds of Begels and coffe. Our experience was good Edwin the waiter take our order and he explained to us all options from the menu.

This Einstein Bros has been better , the employees seemed stressed out because there were not enough workers for the amount of people ordering online and in store. Besides that's they seemed confuse with the orders . I asked for a nova lox 6 cheese bagel and at first they said that there was no 6 cheese bagel when I clearly saw it in the basket, and asked me to choose a different bagel. At the end they gave me my 6 cheese bagel but no capers, because there was no capers and they forgot to let me know. The cream cheese spread on the bagel looked wack and uneven. I'll rather get their flavor bagel and make myself a nova lox at hone.

Ordered the variety pack for my breakfast party for my teachers and it finished within few minutes. It’s fresh and soft. My husband is also obsessed with the chocolate bagels. He drove in this cold and rainy day to get chocolate bagels only.

Horrible customer service!! I have a hat trick with this place messing up my order. I ordered a Santa Fe with regular eggs and no turkey. They gave me egg whites only. My wife ordered regular santa fe. She got with regular eggs and no turkey sausage. When she took it back they just slammed a sausage patty. SMH PS they were making fun of names of this Asian couple that was ahead of us.

I ordered a half dozen box and AFTER paying, they said I had to by force take the bagels that are on the half dozen box which it does not say on their menu behind prep service area about any specific bagels, but the bagels were not what we like, so instead of placing a complaint I demanded a refund and they said that only that one time they’ll give me the bagels I want. Today, I chose to properly pay for each bagel individually (since the bagels I like aren’t on the half dozen box). I ordered a chocolate chip bagel amongst other flavors and as I dig in to begin eating I instead had a nasty raisin bagel! I paid nearly $3 for one single plain not toasted chocolate chip bagel just to notice this error while being an hour away from the store after they closed. Will not be coming back here.

Ordered the bakers dozen w/cream cheese and requested my bagels to be sliced. As soon as I got home, I was missing my cream cheese and bagels weren’t even sliced. Bagels were also cold and seemed like it was sitting there for a while. Will give this place another try and will update my review.

the farmhouse was expensive and surprisingly bland

Everyone is nice however no one wears hair nets or masks or gloves. The young man that made my bagel kept scratching his head at the same time. I threw it away.

Ordering process was easy and service great. Edwin was very friendly and even helped my wife carry her order out to the car. This is coming at a time when it is very difficult to find good customer service. We called several times and he answered every time. Will be ordering from here more often.

Rushed here before close of the Sunday of July 4th weekend. I arrived expecting a limited selection and grumpy employees eager to close. They proved me wrong. They didn’t have a ton of bagels understandably but they had a great variety so I was able to get a bakers dozen bucket with everything I wanted. The employees were super sweet and the manager was great.

Ordered samon locks on a cheesy bagel. Not very muck samon and onions sliced way too thick! You could tell it was made by inexperienced younger kid. Otherwise food is good most of the time.

Do not come to this location save your time and money! Especially if you’ve already been to and Einstein bros and know the quality of their food. Multiple times I’ve gone and the vanilla hazelnut coffee taste horrendous, same goes for the chai tea latte I ordered one time. Now to go to the food ordered a egg ham and cheese bagel and the bagel was chewy and difficult to eat. The little hash brown muffins disgusting and completely undercooked. The nova lox barely had cream cheese I literally had to resemble my bagel to spread it since they just put a ball in the middle and call it a day. This location need to be taken over by the franchise completely. Just ruining the Einstein bro bagel name and it’s a shame.

Bought a chai latte and two bagels sandwiches. Bagels were either overcooked or unfrozen at one point because they were so tough to chew through. I also waited up to 15 minuets for one chai latte when I was only the second coffee order in the queue. My bagel with cream cheese had such a small amount I had to double check if they really put any on it. I used to enjoy fresh bagels and great coffee from Einstein but now it’s just horrible quality with extremely slow service.

Bagels always good. It takes a bit to place your order though.

Bad layout. Bad service. Bad attitude. Place is a mess. Why would you set up the restaurant to have a long line of people loop from the door to the right and then to the left back to the register if you're going to let people hop the line from the door straight to the register. People in line were annoyed. Cashier said "Oh it's not my fault." Doesn't matter. Just pay attention to the people in line and control the situation.

Ordered ahead and I got there earlier than the pick up time and it was ready. They were out of something I ordered but they were really accommodating to replace it with something else. Excellent service and really friendly experience. Definitely going to come back here again.

Worst Einstein’s ever!!!! Ordered ahead, came 10 min after the pickup time and nothing was ready. I had to ask 3 different staff members over a 30 minute time period where my order was, all were confused each time. They finally come out with my coffee but it was the wrong order and spilling everywhere. Terrible terrible terrible

As an avid traveler, I’ve frequented many bagel eateries throughout the country. Some very good and some very bad. New York is known for some of the best in the world and California is a great runner-up. Surprisingly, Kansas City had a great bagel at Bagel and Bagel many years ago. Since I recently transplanted to the Phoenix area, I decided to try the bagel shop over on Dysart called Einstein Bros. The entrance and dining room to the medium size eatery was inviting but the rest was abysmal. I arrived around 10am in the middle of the week. Fortunately, I didn’t have a schedule to adhere—or I’d be late! From the time I opened the door, ordered, paid for my order and sat down with my food; an entire half an hour had passed. I observed workers working diligently on orders with a sense of urgency, the Order taker consistently greeting and taking new orders, and the cashier busily trying to defuse angry customers. The thing I didn’t see, which was the biggest red flag: a manager, someone to Captain the ship, a leader to ensure each worker was confident in handling their tasks, a PR person who knew how to manage and operate a bagel shop. If I had to guess, this location has low morale and high turnover. I bet the district manager is just as out of touch with reality as the out of sight manager. The lox would have been better if they carried smoked cream cheese shmear as it was back in New York and KC.

Can’t get no better bagels in Kendall. Real NYC style bagels.

The old woman"Wanda" at the bagel station is very rude. Multiple people inside the bakery agreed, everyone was complaining of her rude behavior. When I complained about my bagel to have it exchanged she started throwing things around accidentally hitting a coworker and started singing in Spanish loudly.

I ordered delivery of Texas brisket sandwich The most underwhelming order I have ever gotten, pictures are false advertisement, I was embarrassed to serve this to my husband as breakfast, I normally don’t review bad food I just don’t review them at all, but so disappointed, I just had too.

Terrible, they burned my bagel and forgot bacon and cheese so when I goback and tell them she gets an attitude. Why would I ever go back?

Always delicious but this morning they got our order wrong 3 ways, and since there's no dining in, we found out when we were almost home. Busy Sunday mornings require extra staff. I felt sorry for the cashier who took orders, prepared coffee, answered questions, corrected orders, etc. to a mob of impatient customers. She looked like she was about to walk out.

They now have app to order curbside. Many new bagel flavors offered. If you like spice try spicy jalapeno cream cheese

Bagles are great, however once inside you find there is no place to sit, and only 2 tables outside.

I came for breakfast at this location today Thursday and I was amazed how great the crew members was. Especially a girl name keysha [don't kow if I spelled right]. But she's rocking. Congratulations to the upper management. 👏
