SUCH AMAZING TACOS!!! A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint. I shared an order of veggie vegetarian tacos with my spouse and it was the perfect amount of food for lunch. It came with green and red sauce and I found myself wanting to pour the green sauce right into my mouth. Top five tacos I've had in my life. Highly, highly recommend.

Seriously one of the best burritos I’ve ever had in my life.

Didn't get any sides with my tacos. Only got meat and salsa. Asked if they were still opened, rude service did not even bother to respond to my questions, but I ordered anyways. Got there at 2:15. Disappointing to be up-charged for a credit card and not even given any sides like onions, cilantro, jalapeños. Had i known I would just be getting meat, corn tortillas, and salsa, I would not have ordered and gone elsewhere.

Got the breakfast burrito with the Luis mix (4 meats). I should have taken a picture before i started to eat it. This thing was massive. It was so good and had nice spice from the red chile. It was mostly meat, which I'm ok with, and not a lot of egg or papas. Definitely worth the $11 you pay for it. I want to come back for lunch sometime to try one of their hot dogs or adobada.

Stopped by to pick up lunch after taking my dog to the park. As I was waiting in line for my burrito the cashier offered some bacon for my puppy. Amazing food and service! The green sauce is unbelievably good!

Hands down, one of the best burrito and taco trucks ever, we travel a lot and we are from Oklahoma we have tried so many taco truck in Oklahoma, California, Texas, Colorado and this taco truck is by far still the best. Their sauces are amazing and actually spicy. We dream about them all the time and visit them twice a year. Definitely would recommend.

WHAT A GEM! This place is special - amazing food, fun atmosphere/picnic tables to sit at, and the friendliest staff. I LOVE that they had delicious vegetarian tacos with beans and cheese. Most places just have a mushroom or vegetables-only option for vegetarians, but they really were thoughtful about including something hearty and delicious. Salsas were FIRE. Pricing super reasonable. MUST VISIT

Went to see what all the hype was about (6/25 1:00)very greasy, gritty and fatty Asada, I found several hairs in my food, eyelash and woman’s long hair. This place is a roach coach. Definitely seek other alternatives in the area🤢

Absolutely delicious. The adobada burrito was quite possibly the best burrito I've had. The rest of my family got all different burritos - alpastor, picadillo and carnitas; all fantastic! Do your self a vavor and get it Christmas style, too.

Overrated. Have visited for both breakfast and lunch. Half of a breakfast burrito had to be thrown away because the meat was so fatty and while lunch was better, the asada was tough and lacked flavor and the rice was crunchy.

I completely understand why they have garnered praise from food critics. I had planned on eating there during my visit to Santa Fe, and I'm glad I didn't pass up the opportunity. The flavors, the quality of the food, and the service were excellent. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo. It was outstanding. They didn't skimp on the portions either. I went on a hike later and ate my leftovers. Heaven!

A couple weeks ago I was visiting Santa Fe for a few days while on a long road trip. I asked my local friend where I should go for some food before moving on and she suggested El Chile Toreado. I believe her follow up words were "it's unfair how good it is". That obviously piqued my interest and made me need to find out for myself. I'm a HUGE burrito fan and somewhat of a burrito snob so I had to see if it could back up such a claim. I then headed over there to snag a burrito before they closed for the day. I tried to order a carnitas burrito but they were out so I went with the carne asada with hatch peppers. NBD. I paid and eagerly waited for my burrito. It only took a few mins before I had it in-hand and on my way. I went back to my van and my plan was to take a few quick bites before starting my drive... but... that all went out the door after my first bite! I'm pretty sure I vocally blurted out some sort of instant excitement/happy expletive at what I was experiencing. Unreal!!! I then continued to crush that thing... savoring every bite. Half-way through I realized that they were closing down for the day so I headed back over there just so I could tell them how they made the best burrito I have ever had! I then blissfully finished off that burrito and thought about planning my next road-trip out here (from Cali) just so I can eat here every day!

I don’t even know how to express how good their breakfast burrito is! We got both the breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos veggie style, and the burrito is the winner by long and far. The tacos were ok but, I’m guessing, a lot better if you get meat. The burrito, however, was a life altering experience and I will be dreaming of it for months to come. The classic green and red sauces you get with it are some of the best I have ever had! I recommend asking for extra red sauce if you like things spicy. If you’re in Santa Fe, this is a must visit!

Amazing street tacos from this food truck in Santa Fe. I thought the service was quick and easy. I tried three of the pork tacos and they were each packed with tons of flavor. One of the best carnitas tacos I’ve ever had, so juicy and tender. The al pastor had chunks of pineapple and onions that were marinated with the pork which is different from other al pastors I’ve had, but I like it. And the adobada had a good smokiness to it. The salsas were red and green Chile in true New Mexican fashion and were both perfect on every taco. Bonus points for self-serve garnishes and for having cabbage.

Can’t wait to come back to New Mexico and have these tacos again. They hit the spot if you’re craving flavorful meat, spicy salsas and refreshing toppings. They do it a little different here as far as toppings which I love, they have diced fresh cabbage, red pickled onion and of course Chiles toreados (fried whole chilies)… my mouth is watering! Super bummed we missed the burritos but I gladly had another two adobo tacos for breakfast. Lol Very friendly staff and a couple benches to sit at or plenty of parking to post up in your car.

Hands down the best Taco's, Hot Dogs, and Burritos I have ever had. Their green Chili sauce is amazing. They way that they are able to blend the flavors for all of their dishes is incredible, perfectly balanced and all around amazing. Honestly this is one of those food trucks that derserves a Michelin Star
