Since 2021 we have been clients. Even moving to downtown FL, we still drove 3 hours to enjoy the great food and excellent service.!! Hilda is our favorite waitress!! Excellent place 🥰

Exceeded my already high expectations. The food is authentic and thoughtful. Everything tasted delicious, and reminded me of the very best home cooked meals made with family recipes. The decor and music gives the restaurant a welcoming, energetic appeal. The paella was perfect and the serving size was generous for two. We will keep going back to try the other varieties. The rabo (oxtail) was the best I’ve ever tasted. Delicious.

Me and my guy went on a Thursday night and they had live music and a flamenco dancer. 💃 it was amazing! The owner's husband was so kind. He shared with us his delicious desserts. Definitely going to come back for more tapas.

El Pimiento in Miami Lakes is a gem. Abel's attention was exceptional, he explained to us in detail the different types of wines and which one combined best with the dishes recommended by Andrea, our waitress. Between the two of them they made our experience incredible. The dishes are delicious, I highly recommend them. It is definitely worth visiting and trying all the delights they offer. Thanks to the entire team for such a special experience.

To start off the food as simply delicious. I have been coming here for many years and I have never had a wrong order or a bad night. The staff is completely professional and the ambience its always perfect. A 10 out of 10 and I will forever be coming back.

My mom loves everything that has to do with Spain and this restaurant did not disappoint. We were recommended to come on Thursday night where the flamenco dancer performed. The atmosphere has a very homey relaxed vibe. Tons amid places to take pictures. The food was amazing and not too pricey. The house cannery was absolutely delicious , so much so I had to take a picture of the bottle. The best thing about the restaurant was the flamenco performance. They brought my mom on stage to sing her happy birthday and since feels most comfortable in the spot light she loved it ! 100% recommend this place !! Book your spot early because it’s a very small place and u don’t want to be caught sitting on the patio during the performance as it is only for inside seating.

It is the best corner of Spain 🇪🇸because it is exclusive, cozy, with many details to take photos. The attention is unbeatable, you feel at home, the owners pamper you, the black paella is one of my favorite dishes. And Thursdays are the best day to enjoy a good Flamenco 💃.

El Pimiento is an extraordinary place, we were there on my husband's birthday on a Thursday and it was incredible, the music and the flamenco dancer transmit an emotion that provokes dancing with her, the delicious black paella, and the delicious desserts and the attention Abel and Roberto, one of its owners, makes you want to return, makes you feel at home. It is the best Spanish place in Miami Florida.

El Pimiento is a delightful escape to Spain in miami lakes. The tapas are phenomenal – we particularly loved the excellent patatas con chistorra and the chicken and garbanzos with chorizo. The service is attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is warm and inviting, transporting you straight to a bustling Spanish plaza. Highly recommend for a delicious and authentic Spanish experience!

Great vibes for a local hole in the wall spot. Loved the music (we didn’t make it to a live music night, just the radio they had was nice), cool decor, very cozy feeling. Our food was great. We ordered: -Filetillo con salsa cabrales (my favorite. Not overly “blue cheesy” for people like me who only like mild blue cheese) -pollo con salsa cabrales -albóndigas bravas -huevos rotos con chorizo. -tarta vasca. Very nicely done. (It came with a sauce on the side that I assumed was raspberry or strawberry. It was a pepper sauce. My boyfriend loved it, I didn’t care for it too much probably because it wasn’t what I expected it to be when I ate it.) Overall, Highly recommend! *Service was perfect. We read on the menu that gratuity was included but in the end it ended up not being included so just check your bill.*
