Their chicken flautas are amazing!

Food is excellent. Service is a little slow. Also small and cramped but overall not bad place to get some authentic Mexican food.

The place is actually very small but the food is delicious.

What a great little dive for a brunch or breakfast at least. Very busy, lots of take out orders, 8 tables max, Friendly but busy staff And the best tacos I have ever had. Loved the crispy version which is not really crispy and their assortment of carnes was awesome! No Margaritas unfortunately, beer only but still awesome. We were the only grengos in the room Which speaks for the quality of the place. Give it a try

I was so excited to order the red enchiladas from them and to my surprise they where unbelievable from how spicy they where and I’m a fellow Mexican so I can take heat but this was extremely hot spicy I didn’t like that they didn’t try to even do them again or try to offer something else just can’t imagine if someone else ordered these they will probably end up in the hospital from how spicy they where .

Nice small cozy restaurant to enjoy great food without the crowd! Prices are very affordable and super friendly employees!

The decor is classically Mexican but so was the lack of air conditioning, I felt like I was transported back to Mexico heat! The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the three tacos special with steak, pork, and ground beef. My mom ordered a steak quesadilla. The chips and salsa offered before the meal were ok. The chips were definitely from a bag which I was a little disappointed considering the authenticity of the place. The steak quesadilla had a great taste. The hard taco shells were ok, but really greasy for my taste. And honestly, the taco filling, rice, or beans didn’t have a ton of flavor. Both my mom and I had heartburn a few hours later. I am not sure if I’d come back although I was sick excited to find an authentic Mexican restaurant so close by! Hoping it was just a bad day and they are usually better.

Almost wanted to gatekeep this one to myself.. it’s THAT GOOD. I just discovered this spot like less than a month and I’ve ordered 3 times. this is going to be my new spot. the food is beyond bomb! if you like real authentic Mexican food, this is the spot for you. Not that American-Mexican. No. This is the real deal. Everything is so fresh. I’ve ordered something different each time because I just know it’s going to be bomb, and no doubt. I haven’t gotten anything I didn’t like. The tacos, chicken soup, sopes, quesadillas, enchiladas, and horchata. All so good. And I get the guac every time. It’s a must. 11/10

Every time I buy here I always leave happy because of the service they give but the only thing I don't like is how they make the guacamole as if it were leftovers today I made an order and the guacamole is the first time it was made into a pile of horrible salt I couldn't even eat, the horchata was delicious the first time and the other times it tasted horrible. I would like you to take those two things into account, the horchata and the GUACAMOLE, which I have not had so little of and as if they were leftovers.

About this place I can say that the food was 10/10 and the prices were very affordable. But the truth is that the waiting time to enter was very long. The waitress who served us was very friendly. But being such a small place, many details are aired about how badly they get along with each other and they feel some ugly vibes, which we clients don't care about. The client is going to have a good time.

Placed a pick up order and was later double charged for my order. Additional tip was placed on their behalf.

So yea I went to pick up an order, waited over 15 mins just to see another customer come into the store with the order I was there to pickup i asked them if the could remake customer order seeing as they allowed another customer to take and leave for over 15 mins then return it they informed it was ok cuz the guy who left with food lives near by, I said but he still left with the order I was here for 15 mins or so they took the food in the back where I can still see the food and they moved from one box and put in another did not remake so I call customer and Inform them of issues customer still wanted order so I delivered it... BE careful with this place someone may leave with your food and can come back and return it and you would never know he could have sneezed coughed on it or even touched it... Just saying..

I had a HORRIBLE experience as a food delivery, merchants like this need to learn to keep their hands to self, You can't touch someone's personal phone because you want them to confirm.The older lady in restaurant needs to be retrained on customer service skills including respecting food delivery DRIVERS.

The best Mexican food by far, the grilled fish & burrito combo is 5-star. We stopped here on vacation because of the ratings, and I’m so happy we did.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get tacos until I went tonight. I did a phone order for tacos and the order was repeated back to me before I hung up. When me and my husband went to go pick up, the first Lady who spoke to us asked us our order but what they had was different. She proceeded to tell the kitchen the order was wrong and you could see faces become upset. But instead of just correcting it they sent another girl up to repeat exactly what the first Lady asked us. This time she opened the box and put it in the kitchen window and everyone in the kitchen came up to look at the tacos and us and just started laughing. I have worked in many restaurants and you should never do that in front of customers. It was very disrespectful and it was disappointing that they just couldn’t fix it without making a huge deal about it especially since it was their fault. We ended up just leaving because we didn’t trust what they would’ve done to our order at this point. So we won’t be going back

Be careful when you order food here, watch out for bugs and roaches. We found a small roach in our horchata, disgusting!

This 6 booth restaurant is a must eat for authentic, delicious Mexican food. You know it’s good, authentic, delicious when you are the only white person in there. We will definitely be going again. We have a 9 month old and everyone in the restaurant was really sweet and kind to us. Place is perfect for 4-5 people group.

Possibly the best burrito I've had ever. Even the salsa they give with chips was stand-out good. I want to start at one end of menu and diligently try every item. Service was perfect.

Best, most authentic Mexican I’ve had in Central Florida. The only ones that serve my favorite “gorditas” appetizers. Can’t call yourself authentic Mexican without gorditas.

On two separate occasions, I visited to order food, only to find the place untidy with lackluster customer service. Additionally, the men's restroom lacked hand soap, and the overall cleanliness of both the kitchen and the dining area was questionable. While the food holds great potential, I'm hesitant to order from here again until improvements are made.

BEST AUTHENTIC TACOS IN ORLANDO!!! I got food from there today and it was so flavorful and delicious! There is a Mexican taco stand in Dallas, TX that has customers 24/7 (literally open all day) because it's so good, and this is on the same level! I didn’t think I'd find a substitute for that place, but here I am 3 years later. This is the first restaurant that has done true justice to my taste buds. Pastor and Chicken are off the chain. I'm going back tomorrow lol. Good price, good food, good people. What more do you need?

This place almost has the best tacos around. You guys are so close to being a favorite. I’ve only ordered delivery and unfortunately each time I order, the tacos are usually falling apart. Not sure if it’s from moisture or too much oil/grease, making a huge mess. Highly recommend the burrito (although it’s usually soaked in from the oil/grease) The food itself is very delicious though. 2months Update: Food is still decent and tasty, HOWEVER the tacos are still falling apart because of the grease/or maybe condensation of the packaging. Whether it’s a hard/soft taco or even a burrito, it’s still going to be soggy/wet. Had potential, unfortunate.

The food is good but if you want more sauce you will have to pay additional. We used to go every week and spend more than 60 dollars each time, but paying for sauce does not make any sense. If you like Mexican food the sauce should come with the plate not have to pay additional.

Never had a meal here and never will. The attitude of the ladies towards a delivery person is AWFUL! I’ve been here several times to pick up customers orders and they are downright mean! Maybe it’s my race or they just need A-LOT of training in customer service. I’m working for mine but I hate going here. I have a lot of Mexican friends who I would Never recommend to go here.

Lo único malos es que todas las veces que voy escucho que tienen música la cual me es desagradable, Cristian nodal, o peso pluma, entre otros promotores ne narcomusica, igual y representa alguna región de México, pero no es representiva nacionalmente.

First time trying this place while I was sick so I ordered Caldo de pollo which tasted good, but could have been more flavorful i think. I also got the green chicken enchiladas and chocoflan which were both chefs kiss. I wish they had a salsa bar with more types to try, but I could tell the one I had was homemade which I love. I also wish I had some chips to go with the salsa, but I understand that not every place gives them out with the meal. Will come back soon to dine in next time.

It is hard to find good, authentic Mexican food in the Orlando area and I was very impressed with El Pueblo. Their enchiladas were awesome, but the real star for me was the green sauce they served in the bottle. It was so good!

I have seen this restaurant driving by and since we were around the area and already hungry, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is very small but cozy. They get a lot of to go orders, so we may do that next time. We sat at one of the booths and got a server right away. She was nice, friendly and got our order right away. We did not get chips and salsa, so not sure if it is their practice or maybe given upon request. We did not ask and not bothered to not have them. We ordered the grilled steak with onions, rice, beans and salad, a chicharron taco (spicy), a pastor taco (super tasty) and 2 chicken sopes (chicken tasted yummy). It is hard to get a good sope and this one is one of the best I have had in a while! The dough was nit hard or fried and cooked as it should. The ingredients on top with the chicken did make delicious!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Absolutely wonderful food. The atmosphere was transcendental - every table and chair is a unique piece of artwork. You would never guess from the outside (strip mall) what a treasure awaits inside. I had the Camarones ala Diabla and my kids had enchiladas and quesadillas. Not only was it delicious, but the bill was 50% less than every other Mexican restaurant in town. I'm glad we came early (11:30am) because people were waiting outside for a table. MUST EAT!

Come hungry, a lot of food. Such a quaint place to come and enjoy an amazing meal. Very intimate perfect date night, anniversary night or Tuesday night place. You will not be disappointed.

Everything I had was amazing. Mole chicken was great, I think the best mole sauce I have had in ages. The rice, beans, and tortillas with my entree were perfect for soaking up the sauce. Chips and guacamole were also flavorful and everything you would want in an appetizer. The house made hot sauce and salsa were unique and flavorful. I also enjoyed the horchata. Looking forward to coming back because I saw at least 5+ items which looked good.

You step out of Orlando and into a small little world of their own. It is the perfect little hole in the wall with beautiful art through out which gives the name El Pueblo a nice perspective bc from the art, the tables, to the sweet staff, and the impeccable food this is a must visit for those visiting!

Great food. Very authentic Mexican food. We had the fajitas platter and the Bistek Steak combo. Both were very good, Chips and Salsa were great and rice and beans were fantastic. Definitely will be coming back.

We are Mexican food lovers and this is our second door dash delivery from El Pueblo. I hate to confess that having lived in Aloma Ave. for years we have passed the place and never paid any attention to it. Shame on me! Shame! We have avoided in person restaurant dining unless we can eat outdoors so we haven't been inside. Keeping the review at four stars due to only having delivery. Great food, great presentation, and super fast order processing. The Horchata is honestly the best I've had in years. Deliciosa y refrescante👌

This post is about the SERVICE. This place used to be better. Service and food used to be great. Since the passing of the owner everything has changed to the worst. The waitresses are the rudest females ever. They don’t check on you after they serve you and if make a request they ignore it. If you don’t leave a great amount of tip, for their non existent service, they get mad. They go huffing and puffing. Be grateful that you have a job and act like you care. Y’all are grown women do better!!!! The place only has 6 maybe 7 tables I think so it’s not like you have a whole 10-12 table section in a whole restaurant. You want good tips then offer great outstanding service. AND STOP HANGING UP ON PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE TALKING TO YOU ABOUT THEIR ORDER.

I should have took the picture before I started because it was worth while. No wait time I enjoyed every part of my meal. It tasted yummy its filling the seats are cute. I got a great filling meal and I recommend this place. They have music playing and Selena is always on I love this place viva Mexico.

The restaurant is small but worth a try to sit if there is seating available or to order out. Though prices have gone slightly up compared to older photos of the menu, it is still very affordable with most meals no more than $14 (or less I believe). The meal portions are very nice and can fill you up. If you don't want to do a meal grabbing some al a carte things can work out fine and be reasonably priced. One of the few drawbacks is because only 6 booths fit in the space, if you pop in at the wrong time it maybe full. I've been lucky that the times I have gone, a table is available. With the large booth backs, you only see the person or people you are with, the server, the table across from you, or anyone walking around. I like that it gives some privacy. This is one of those little hole in the wall places that I would recommend

Always delicious food and fast service. It is a small building so seats are limited. It is always busy, and understandably so! It is my family's favorite authentic mexican resturant.

This place is authentic so yummy fresh and they make your meal on the spot.veggies and herbs so fresh everything on menu is a plus I come with my picky eater son and make him try the Mexican authentic food and he loves it. Basic simple good food and the inside is very cozy and makes me feel like I’m in Mexico for an hour.

I am not sure how does this place has 4.6 rating. Decor and music was great but food was not good quality. I asked for hard shell taco. I got very oily deep fried soft shell taco filled with beans only, no greens nothing on top. Staff was busy so orders were slow. We waited for a while. Will not visit again. At all Mexican places I have been this one ranks the last.

A lady with long dark hair and glasses sat us down and went on taking care of people that came after us while forgetting about us. The place was packed and the other lady that was there was really busy when we came in, however she eventually noticed us and took care of us nicely. The person that sat us down didn't even tell her to take us. Besides that we really enjoyed our food. Highly recomend the sopes.

W O W! This quaint, small restaurant is as authentic as it gets. I love me some tacos and have had so many from too many places to count…BUT THIS RESTAURANT beats any other I’ve ever tried. The interior decor is beautiful and traditional to Mexican culture. Don’t pass this place by, you will regret it.

I just to like it, until... This happened! Honestly my all entire order should of been free... It was embarrassing and unreal what is happening in this place. The servers told me that days before the restaurant was fumigated so the Roach was also full of insecticide inside my soup. I’m thinking to report it to Health Deparment. I DID SEND AN EMAIL TO THE OWNERS AND NEVER HAD A RESPONSE... Such a customer service. I WILL SEND A REPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND TO A NEWS REPORTER
