hands down the best Cadillac Margaritas in the Antelope Valley I highly recommend you try it great place for lunch and dinner the staff is super friendly and you can order to go which is awesome definitely will be back

I can't imagine why some places only offer extremely hot salsa. By the time the food gets there my mouth is on fire an can't eat my food till it's cold. First off the food (in my case a burrito) plate is melting hot but the meat is room temp😳 why? But my biggest problem is the price. Me an my wife ate there we shared a burrito an 2 sodas the bill was almost 40$ !! They Nickle an dime you to death!

Go-to Mexican food spot in the AV. This is our fave location as we enjoy the service and the staff. Margaritas are awesome (and potent) and so many food choices.

This place is great! Situated in a little strip mall, this little Mexican restaurant is worth trying. It's not very big, but make no mistake, it's not a fast food place, it's a sit down restaurant. It has very cool decor, clean and well kept. The food was delicious. Everyone in my party was super happy with their food. I ordered the fajitas... Delicious! Other parts were; carne asada plates - delicious! Came with two pretty good size steaks, chicken mole enchilada - delicious! The taquito plate and the fish plate, also delicious. It should also be noted that their portion size is really good. We all ended up taking some food home. Oh, big shout out to our server (wish I had gotten his name... Sorry) he was very attentive. He took the time to explain what the dishes came with, and what I really really appreciated was that he asked if any of the kids' orders needed to be modified because he knew sometimes kids don't like everything the plate comes with. This was perfect as my kids are a little picky. So big shout out to him!

Love this Place it's mostly sentimental to myself , family, and brings back memories w/ my BFF and ex son in law , dad - who now have Passed...😥 Although, I ve been in area recently , near by there , Unfortunately , HAVE NOT DINE THERE ANY TIME RECENTLY 8 HAVE TO SAY THAT - ITS BEEN FEW YRS NOW. BUT IT 8S GREAT AS ALWAYS IM SURE. SAME OWNERS / STAFF SO- THEY DESERVE A GOOD POSTED REVIEW ANYHOW . 👌

We hadn't been to El Toreo in so long. We used to eat, or order from the East Palmdale one all the time until it closed. The food was good, the wait staff very attentive. We'll definitely be back. 😋

Great staple of the AV love the grilled chicken wet burritos and flour tostada salads!

Me and my dad always drive thru Palmdale from a long day at Cedar Sinai, I'm trying to get him a lung transplant. But this is our favorite place to eat. Everything is so tasty, and the quality of ingredients is clean.. when I get a pork tamale, I don't run into a fat chunk. It's always lean, tender pork. Bomb. And to be honest, you can usually tell if a Mexican restaurant is good by the chips and salsa and their chips and salsa are so good.. do not be misled by other restaurants with the same name almost, L10 is the place to go.

I can't believe this place doesn't have authentic Mexican food. It was horrible. Not only the food but the service. Our waiter rushed us to pay because he said he was leaving. We weren't even done with our food or drink. The chicken tostada was a big slob. See the picture. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have been coming here with my family for many years now. Excellent food. Very authentic. I love coming back every 2 weeks when visiting Lancaster.

This is the best Mexican food in the whole Antelope valley in my opinion. Reasonable price and good service. Best cheese enchiladas that I have ever had And great chicken tacos!

We have always liked our dining at any El Toreo location. This location is closed on Sundays, but is great any other time.

I love going to this location. They are quick, they are kind, and the food is delicious. Prices are not crazy either. It's a great place to go for lunch or a dinner date!

El Toreo is a family favorite and always delivers with awesome food and great service. Their Albondigas is incredible! And recommend the green sauce if you're looking for something on the spicier side

We celebrated our granddaughter's 21st birthday with the family. 🎉 We have been celebrating family birthdays at this family owned El Toro business for forty years.

I ordered the carnitas quesadilla. It was massive. It will easily take me 3 meals to finish it. The carnitas were amazing. This was my first visit. I live 90 miles away and dont make it to Lancaster frequently. I will go again when I'm in the area.

Delicious chips and salsa. Best margs in the valley. And their chicken mole enchilada is top-tier. Definitely a local favorite.

Would love to see your company expand to the Victorville area we need a few new restaurant names in our town and myself and my family love to patronize your restaurants but don't have any in our area so we only get to eat there when we are in Lancaster area hope you will consider expanding to Victorville area there are lots of great location opportunities on Armargosa rd in the 99 only shopping center

Came from Don Coucos after being ignored for quite some time... And we are SO happy we chose to come here! Food was amazing and so was the service. They catered to the 10 month old with us.. Everyone was super sweet! This is our new Mexican restaurant!!

Of all the El toreos in the Antelope Valley, this one has the best service. People that truly care about the service they are delivering and it makes the experience 10x better than anywhere else. The food has always been a home run, but the staff at this location makes it worth coming back time after time. This time, we had a party of 6 older women and our server Dallas catered to their every need.

Was pretty disappointed. Cramped. Poorly lit in a way that portrayed 'dinginess' instead of 'ambience'. My burrito with red sauce was bland and loose. Servers made a few mistakes, but we were a big party.

Always great food at El Toreo. However, this last time I went, the food was super fresh and delicious. The beans were so creamy, and they had a really nice garlic flavor. The we're delicious. They are also fast food lunch.

Albondiga soup, it was satisfying

This food is average at best. This is not authentic Mexican food it's Americanized Mexican food which is not a bad thing if you like that. The food portions are big but the taste is not good. The sauce and salsa taste like it's out of a can. The meat in the chimichanga and flautas have been bolied to the point where it has become mush. And its the same meat in all the dishes. The rice and beans are like every cheap Mexican restaurant. There is nothing outstanding about this place. It's not very clean the prices are high but the quality is low. If you want authentic Mexican food this is not it. If you think this is authentic Mexican food you've never tasted real Mexican food. Try Puerto Nuevo on Palmdale Blvd they are much closer to real Mexican food than this place. *Para los Hispanos* Amigos esta comida no vale la pena. Esta cara y sabe como que salio de una lata. La carne estaba hecha un masacote y los frijoles y arroz sabían como los que se compran en Sams club o Costco. Ahorren el dinero y vayan a un puesto al lado de la carretera. Perdón El Tereo pero la comida de ustedes es para güeros.

This is my first stop every time I come back to the high desert to visit. Some of the best Mexican food outside of Mexico. Everything is a standout, their tacos are probably the best I’ve ever had. Margaritas are massive and strong, well worth the very reasonable price. Extremely attentive and kind service.

Food was ok, I had the chicken enchiladas 6/10. My guy had the fish tacos and he like them, lots of shrimp. The salsa and chips are really good 10/10. Overall good place to eat.

The food is real good as is the service! The seating layout is a bit weird, maybe it's just me, but I don't like sitting directly across another party with no divider, it felt like they were watching us eat lol. They give complimentary chips and 2 types of salsas, one is spicy and the other mild, we enjoyed both but especially the spicy one. I ordered a chile verde burrito, the sauce was so good and it had a spicy kick which I loved! The pork was real tender and delicious! I will definitely order again. My husband got a tostada with steak which he liked. There's not a lot of seating so we had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated, the place was full but the service was still fast and the servers were polite and prompt! Prices were fair as well. Will definitely be back.

Excellent sit down Mexican restaurant with various lunch specials. Wife ordered the 2 item combo, she chose 2 crunchy beef tacos, which were perfectly crispy and loaded with beef. I ordered the Carnitas Taco plate. These Carintas were seasoned well, juicy and overflowing the tortillas. So good! I topped it off with some mild salsa and guacamole that came with the dish. Probably some of the best Carnitas I have had in a restaurant in years.

Ordered the lunch special shredded beef burrito but the wet sauce was bland and the burrito was filled with runny beans and very little meat

Just ordered some food for pick up and was told to come in 10 minutes. Show up and the doors locked with a sign stating they close at 2:00. I placed my order at 1:35 and was there @1:45 . Wasted gas to get there and that’s what you do? Worst part is I go there all the time so I know exactly who took my order.

This has been in my top 2 favorite Mexican restaurants for many years. The portions and selection are big, and the salsa / chips, bar drinks are excellent. The service is friendly and efficient. Delicious plates. I love the triple combo plate the best, with rice, beans, and soup, or salad. The shredded beef is awesome.

This place was okay I had the Carnitas plate and it was a decent the only thing is their version of Pico de Gallo was horrible. It looked more like it wanted to he a salad. It was dried up big chunks of tomatoes and onions. The burrito was a better plate as well as the chicken quesadillas.

Really Good... After receiving "skimpy" portions at another Mexican restaurant(s), I decided to try this El Toreo's. Their Albondigas soup is 2nd to "none".... I mean that !! I know people that travel to Mexico quite a bit and they say El Toreo's albondigas is "the BEST". Had old friends come from out of state...this place did not disappoint..Had a Wonderful Time. The Best in A.V. .....The Food, The Service 10+

The chips and salsa are excellent, which led to awesome enchiladas for my wife and chicken tacos for me. Everything, down to the service was spot on. We'll done!

Great service, amazing margaritas

These guys are always working so hard and seem very short staffed. They had to close early when we arrived due to the chef having an emergency but thankfully allowed us to order food to go. The food is always great, they just need customers to be patient and maybe another phone line since it's always busy when we try to order ahead.
