Loved the ambience of this place! Like stepping into an other world. They actually had live entertainment the day we were there. Their açaí bowls were wonderful. I chose the option of creating my own. I would definitely come back!

**EDIT** they are PERMANENTLY CLOSED and didn’t update their google profile. Love this spot near the beach. Been at least 30 times so confidently giving them 5 stars. Get the Warrior smoothie, add espresso, have a nice day.

This used to be one of our favorite places when we came to visit. Now they randomly close early, the frozen yogurt is soup with only half the flavors, ingredients are given sparingly in the bowls, and the location feels dirty. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Golden Juicery.

The bowls are absolutely incredible. Had the 50/50 bowl and was blown away. The fruit was fresh and tasty and the honey was divine. Looking forward to going back.

I’ve been there multiple times for ice cream for the kids. The other day I was nearby in need of a coffee. The coffee was just okay and nearly $5..Two dollars more than my typical Starbucks. Needless to say, I’ll remain a a Starbucks customer in the morning.

What is going on? Your closed every day at 5pm, really? Why don't you sell the place to someone interested in having an ice cream place open past 5pm Dairy Queen would be more reliable

I took my daughter and grandson here after visiting the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. They both enjoyed it.

We received a gift certificate for this place nearly 2 years ago and finally stopped by. Based on the reviews and pictures it looked really good. My experience was disappointing. There were not many frozen yogurt options and the two my daughter wanted were not working. I asked the girl behind the counter (she had no customer service skills) She said she had to reset the machine for it to start and walked away. It didn't start. She didn't seem concerned at all... Another guy came out and attempted to get them started multiple times. It took more than 15 minutes for my daughter to get some frozen yogurt. I had wanted to try an acai bowl and maybe the coffee I had seen in the reviews but lost interest I just got a bit of coffee/ chocolate yogurt with chocolate chips. The place seemed drab and could use a refresher and some better employees. I probably won't go back even with more money on the certificate. My daughter did like hers after we finally got it. I thought it was okay... nothing special.... but not worth it.

4 to 2. For 4+ years this was go to on monthly basis. Iced coffee/tea and yogurt. Continues to seem to slide down hill. From low energy of staff to constantly broken yogurt machines. Sad to see - hope they step it back up.

UPDATE: every experience I’ve had since then confirms the previous statement. Extremely overpriced for the quality you get, And this time around the entire boba drink was filled with boba! The only good thing I’ve tried so far is the Java Chip Frappe…. But that feels hard to mess up. Summary: Boba was watered down and overpriced for what we received and service was average. Overall mediocre experience and wouldn’t come back. Unfortunate experience… I had heard such good recommendations! I feel like the service is very hit or miss. My mom had been before many times and raves about her experience with one of the employees, and today the service was mediocre and the boba was watered down. I’m sure this is not always the case, but out of 3 teas, 1 was undrinkable. The coconut flavored one was basically water, the Thai tea was extremely watered down, the lavender fields was the same. I am extremely disappointed because again, I had heard such good things beforehand that the experience itself was a let down. I would want to go back and try it again, yet I wouldn’t want to spend the money just for the boba to be subpar.

Brian does not make coffee, he Performs it and it is his craft. I don't mind coming here here from DC for these amazing açaí bowls and coffee. Go Elements!

Place used to be great and ran even better. Quality has been going down over time and now they don’t even serve açaí after 6. Used to be a great spot.

Been coming here for a while never had a problem till today .. when I walked in they where moping in the floor .. half of the flavors where not working .. and to top it off they said the kitchen was closed and where not willing to make a açaí bowl for me .. bad customer service .. needless to say I will never be coming here again.

Best açaí in Jupiter and all surrounding cities, and that says a lot, for I’ve tried dozens of others. The smoothies are great, as are the boba teas and frozen yogurt. I have three young kids and this is, by far, their favorite joint. The selection is superb and the employees are kind. The place is very clean. The owner is a top-notch guy, and I would recommend this place a million times over anywhere else. We are lifetime customers.

Change your hours on google if you are going to close at 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We drove over 20 minutes to get here to only be told by your staff that you are closed. Not cool. While writing this review, there were at least 7 more people that were turned away.

Sugary Paradise! Vast Selection. Great customer service

this place never has anything on the menu when i’m there! I’ve gave them three different chances on different days and they always do that to me! I’ve been wanting to try the frozen horchata and they always tell me they ran out. And when i try to order something else they say the entire menu is not available. Also got told by a employee that they stop serving most menu items by 6:30pm but they close at 10.

Element is a great local spot for açaí and pitaya bowls. They also have frozen yogurt, coffee and tea. I love the multitude of toppings they have to offer. The location is great in that it is located across the street from the beach. The wait time is short. The atmosphere inside is quiet, chill, and the staff is friendly. It is a wonderful place to hang out with family, friends, and kids. There is also plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather of Florida. I have been here several times and this time I visited I had the Islander (pictured), which includes delicious fruit toppings and their maple pecan granola with wildflower honey. Definitely recommend you come check them out!

Great Acai bowls for $9.75! Tried Golden Juicery's Acai bowl next door a couple days ago for $13. Both were great Acai bowls, however for under $10, Elements wins my vote, plus they have more choices and toppings! Good job Elements!

Good yogurt, but don’t like the payment screen asking to tip a cashier for doing nothing. It’s irritating to say the least.

Great local spot that offers tasty açaí bowls. They offer açaí & pitaya bowls, parfaits , frozen yogurt , coffee and boba tea . I enjoyed their Zen bowl (pictured) The bowls and parfaits are made fresh to order . The location is very clean and is always busy. The wait time for your order is not long at all . I have been here multiple times and happy to say I am a forever customer . Give them a try you will enjoy all they have to offer .

Used to like this place. Tonight I went in, it was FILTHY. BEWARE:: THERE ARE TINY ANTS ALL AROUND THE TOPPINGS BAR!!!!!! Honestly, shut this place down. No one who works there or owns it cares about it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Honesty not a huge fan of the Boba tea.....but the service was great and I'm sure the other products they serve are fantastic

When you walk in at 7:57pm (closes at 9pm), and the guy behind the counter looks at his watch and then whispers “F**K ME”. We had three people in our group and only two others inside. You leave as you know this is not a place you want to spend money. BEWARE!

Back in 2019 I wrote the review below and gave the place 5 stars. Today the place does not hold high standards at all. Brian is barely there, the people that work there are unmotivated and could care less about customers, the store is always dirty when I walk in, tables are sticky, floor full of toppings, machines full of yogurt drippings, etc. One time I said something to an employee and she rolled her shoulders!! 😳 Also the portions have decreased a bit. If I’m paying $10 for a bowl — fill it. Lately it’s be 2/3 full. Another time, I was waiting inside for my order to be made, the employees blasted the music so loud it gave me a headache. I told them I was going outside as it was too loud. They didn’t apologize or turn it down. They just said ok we will find you. I said something to Brian the owner about the difference and his response was that’s the kind of help he deals with these days. Wellllll — it’s a shame because that help is going to ruining your business. ——————————- My absolute favorite place for Acai bowls! Everything is fresh, the staff is so nice, place is always clean. They really take pride and care with the store. Brian, the owner, holds high standards and it shows. I eat there at least 2-3 times a week.

Was excited to try it out only to be met with super watered down Boba and really terrible service. The guy with beard and tattoos working today 9/18 couldn't of been less happy to see customers walk in. He basically rolled his eyes when I asked what flavors of tea were available and never actually told me. None of the employees were at all helpful, but this guy just really made it an uncomfortable experience and is the main reason I won't be returning.

I usually love elements but this visit really disappointed me. My two friends and I came and bought boba and pastries. After finishing our food, we became thirsty and I went inside to get three cups of water. Typically establishments will give free waters, yet the employee refused and told me I could buy a bottle. I proceeded to tell her that it is illegal to not offer a cup of water to a customer so she poured me one cup filled halfway and proceeded to hand it to me with attitude. A few minutes later My friend went in and tried to get a cup of water for himself and another employee told him there was a one cup per three people rule which is obviously bs. The worst part is I’ve gotten ice water for free at elements in the past. I’m very disappointed.

This is the first time for me in Florida and Elements Frozen Yogurt Shoppe was the first place to visit, and it's a cool cozy place to hang out and enjoy a tasty Acai bowl and many varieties of drinks, smoothies and frozen yogurts... Definitely a place you should visit... 🙂

I went in for Acia and asked for a specialty drink. The gentleman Evan behind the counter made me a cold brew coffee with milk and BOBA, it was AMAZING!!! I think they should put it on the menu and call it “The Evan”. It filled my need for caffeine, something cold and chewy. It was like drinking chocolate milk. This is my new drink!

Came midday and it seemed like the perfect time! Not too busy and the staff was very nice. The Açaí bowls were made quick and tasted amazing! You can tell they use locally sourced ingredients because the flavor is incomparable to any other 😁

Very disappointed. I waited 20 mins for 2 bobas. 5 other customers who came after me, received their orders before me. They totally forgot about my order and didn’t even apologize. I am never going back there

This is such a gem of a store. Coffee is great smoothies are amazing and their bowls are healthy and come in a variety of flavors. Brian the owner is friendly and a pleasure to talk to every morning!. Do your self a favor and check these guys out.

Nice clean modern atmosphere, fresh and new creations, served by excellent employees.

Really nice atmosphere, with glass mosaic tiled counters that mirror the ocean, which is nearby, and the seating includes tables that are made from beautiful varnished drift wood. Very nice vibe. The choices are abundant, with many healthy suggestions on the menu, or you can go my route, and grab a waffle cup and go crazy on the "serve yourself" wall of frozen flavors. Be careful, though! It says .59 cents per ounce, but I was hungry and went nuts. (Well, I could have gotten nuts, but my add ons were boba, crushed graham crackers, fudge and fruit.) This bowl ended up costing $15.50. Ouch. But it was really good. I recommend it. EDIT: Now a regular, I increased my review rating from 4 stars to 5. I go at least once a week and get their awesome Zen bowl, which has frozen acai, peanut butter (or almond, your choice), honey, granola, fresh fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries), and a light sprinkle of coconut. . It is to die for! Also, the employees are very nice and know customers by name and remember your favorite orders. Go there!! Update 3.15.22: I went again, first time in a long time, and had another great experience.

Really good boba tea and acai bowls! The atmosphere is super unique and calming! My only complaint is that the acai bowls taste a bit like syrup.

Really clean environment with nice variety of yogurt. Their fruit smoothies with popping boba are tasty but I would avoid their regular flavor boba. It’s not good compared to other places in west palm and lacks flavor. Customer service was good.

Service was wonderful. Our drinks were fresh delicious! We came from Georgia so we will miss it!

Probably the nicest frozen yogurt spot I have ever been to. This place is super clean which is always nice anywhere you go, so props to them. There are a lot of options when choosing your froyo flavor and toppings. Everything has always tasted so fresh and is definitely one of my go-to sweets spot anytime I am in Jupiter. If you are wondering how they serve you during this Covid time, they are putting the toppings on your froyo when you tell them what you want. A lot of people like this option that way 1,000 ppl aren’t touching the same spoon to scoop out toppings. Definitely a must try in the Jupiter area.

An intricately lively atmosphere indeed, the bathroom is decadent, the ceilings are whimsical, the attention to detail is not at all sub par.... but then, the boba. What used to be a place with wonderful black traditional bobba, has now budgeted to a merely tolerable brown sugar boba that is no fun. Difficult to suck the sticky tapioca substance up the improbably sized straw and once it finds it's way into your squirrel cheeks, it is not in any way shape or form tasteful or enjoyable to chew. It sticks it's tough and it is a waste of money. Acai and pitaya still hold their ground, but just never dare to step in for a delightful bobba tea because here, you will indeed not find it. Kidding! It Is THE BEST PLACE EVER! GO THERE!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've been coming here weekly for 4+ years to get the Zen bowl and it is to die for. The storefront is very clean and unique inside, they have awesome menu of acai bowls, smoothies, Boba tea, and frozen yogurt. The owner Brian and the staff are top notch as well! Probably my favorite place for a snack in Palm Beach.

If you are ever driving from palm beach to Orlando, and you feel like having the best acai bowl, you must stop at element frozen yogurt shoppe to eat one. Their so delicious and refreshing!!! The bathrooms are very clean!

Best açaí bowls in the area. We are regulars here. I thought we visit a lot but I think some people go daily. We get the Zen with almond butter. You can get a small version though this is not on the menu. They have local Oceana coffee, too. I like the fact they support local business like the Chocolate Spectrum as well. Great job, Elements!

Majority of our group really enjoy their deserts. The dairy free option isn’t usually favorable with their topping options. I know it’s a yogurt place, but there are other non-dairy yogurts.

I love the coffee and the people who work here. The bathroom is amazing. ACAI bowls are awesome. Can't wait to try the dragon fruit. Eating the half Paradise bowl was great and the Island bowl made me feel like I was walking on ocean water on a surfing day! One has bee pollen yes!

Best Acai bowl ever!! I love this place. Their service is fast & accurate, they make great bowls. It's very clean, nice restroom too. Love it has outdoor seating. Tons of fro yo options as well as lactose free flavors. Tons of toppings candy to fresh fruit. If this place isn't your go-to, it needs to be!

The shop is really relaxing environment. There are sections divides in good space! There are several kinds of topping. There are many seats both inside and out side. It is really good for you to hang out with friends or kids! There are many favor of the yogurts, the yogurts also taste great. It is not serve only the ice-cream yogurt in addition it also has the smoothies menu also coffee & tea. This place is close to the beach which you can walk across the street.

I've been coming here since they opened, when they only sold frozen yogurt. I am so happy they have extended their options to coffee, smoothies, acai bowls and now boba. Everything the sell is of great quality. I dont live close either but we always find a way to make it over this way.

I was really surprised by the quality of the acai bowls! This quaint little yogurt shop by the beach has a wonderful family-friendly vibe, too.

Never had an acai bowl before, but noticed all the kids coming in were getting them instead of frozen yogurt, so decided to try one. Wow. Really, really good and healthy too. Also, if you get an iced coffee it comes with frozen-coffee ice cubes! That’s serious attention to detail. These guys are mindful and take pride in what they do
