Great little place to stop at. I think by the crowd, this is a favorite spot by the locals on Sunday morning. Coffee was good, baked goods hit the spot, and we had a nice spot to eat. Parking was easy.

Coffee that taste similar to mediocre gas station flavors, we’re out of burritos, and seemingly overpriced plain bagel and cream cheese. Would not recommend unless you were going there for the Wifi to work.

I had the best breve latte here. So good, in fact, that I drove back the next day for another one, and it was 15 minutes away from my hotel!

We LOVE Elevation Coffee. My family does not support the chain Coffee shops in town which are both very close so we support small local Coffee shops. We drive all the way to El Prado because Elevation has the best Coffee I've tried in Taos. Strong, smooth, and delicious. Their staff is always fast to greet and help you. We have had their burritos, lattes, matcha, chai, and Italian sodas and they were all great. While I do support other local Coffee shops around town as well, Elevation has the best Coffee by far. Highly recommend!

I had a dirty chai latte and it was great. Wasn’t very busy in the morning, maybe two or three other people. Service was fast.

Vegan burritos were great, coffee was okay. Very much a second wave coffee place

Just had the gelato. It was beyond perfect. Dark Belgian chocolate with a second scoop of raspberry was. Great combination. Had to return the next afternoon for more DB chocolate and Sea Salt Caramel.

When I was stationed up in Tres Piedras May-August 2021 for Forest Service, this was my absolute favorite haunt in town. My main barista was named Mary and we became fast friends because she was so personable, helpful, hilarious, always eager to serve, and wonderful to just talk to. She left soon after my seasonal position ended, but all other baristas are equally kind and dedicated to pleasant experiences. They make fantastic drinks, carry amazing treats, and have the coolest atmosphere of local art covering the walls and always rotating. The owner has land that he uses the coffee grounds to help the soil and several art pieces in the place have coffee grounds saved by the owner, used by local artists. He has an eco-friendly focus, and the place also uses straws made from natural materials (the best ones were bamboo). Dog friendly (met several dog friends), indoor and outdoor seating, free wi-fi, and plenty of power outlets. Absolutely great place for students, business, and all around leisure with a lovely patio to boot. I miss this place and always try to stop in whenever I end up back in Taos. Please give it a try! Typical small coffee shop. Nothing fancy. They sell a few pastries and coffee drinks....no mugs, accessories, or French presses here. But that's not a bad thing because the coffee is awesome. 😃 We ordered lattes and I was expecting a so so latte, but they were so much better. The espresso beans that they use are rich and pleasantly delicious. They hit the spot!! If you're in the neighborhood give them a try.

The Mexican chocolate mocha is really tasty. Love this place.

Great gelato & super clean bathrooms!

Visiting the area for several days from out of town and Elevation was our go to place. Loved the Mocha latte and always had to grab either the banana bread or cranberry nut cake.

It may have been cash only at one time, but that is no longer the case. I paid using Apple Pay today. I actually didn't get coffee, but definitely will next time. But the herbal iced tea I had was delicious, and the gelato was on point. Very comfy seating, laid back atmosphere. Can tell the coffee will be good here.

We visited this coffee shop based on the reviews. However, our experience was not the same. We were in Toas for the weekend when we visited Elevation Coffee. We purchased two lattes and two pastries. The pastries were so stale, we could not eat them. The coffee was so strong, I was sick for half the day. ( I normally drink several cups of coffee a day, half a latte should not be a problem). We will not be back, to Elevations or Toas for that matter. Not a great experience.

Coffee fanatics delight. We always come here when in town…. Open early and it is a true cup of coffee…espresso has the froth you never get at Starbucks. Sit outside and get to know locals. No matter where you are staying it is most likely a 8 minute drive or less. Parking is good. Fair price

Amazing coffee. I can see why they won #1 for Taos’s best! Full bodied flavor coffee. Ordered a hazelnut latte and a pumpkin spice latte. Both were perfect with notes of flavor, not an overwhelming sweet coffee like the other places. Top 5 coffees all time for me, and I’ve tried a lot of places!

In Taos, this is my go to coffee shop. Open at 630 am! I appreciate the good strong coffee. The brand they use is Agapao out of Santa Fe. We use the same at home with our espresso machine and it's goood. I also appreciate that the almond milk is not sweetened. The staff is very friendly. Locally owned and just a nice place to be.

Did not have fruit smoothies even though on the menu. Breakfast burritos didn't outperform 7-11 fare. Had hoped for better.

Excellent coffee and espresso and quality bagels at a decent price. The bean burrito wasn’t great, but everything else was good, and the service was polite and reasonably quick. A good place to stop on the way to Taos ski valley.

It's just not as convenient as World Cup. But coffee was perfectly GREAT. And we stopped there whenever we were driving down the main drag.

Waited 10 min for a hot coffee.. or I should say cold coffee. Staff wasn't to friendly. Won't be stopping by anytime soon.

Locals place. Very solid coffee. I didn't see another place in town. This is odd to me. It seems that they would have some serious competition in a town like this, but maybe they are the last guys/girls standing

Solid place. They take card now for all the people freaking out bout that. Fast wifi, spacious, outlets and plenty of locals. Coffee is too dark for my tastes but understand that's what folks are used too

Mid morning on 4th of July and this sweet little coffee shop was packed. The two baristas worked non stop to get orders out fast and right!

i liked the vibe and the staff was super nice, their espresso is really dark. i wasn’t a fan of the latte but my boyfriend said the london fog was good. i wouldn’t come here for an espresso drink again personally but that’s just me.

A cute little coffee shop with a delicious dirty chai, I'm super happy to have stopped in here. The barista was extremely kind and knowledge and also helped us with some spots to visit on our road trip.

Got the espresso & gelato and it was absolutely delicious. Customer service was excellent too. Wish there were more coffee shops offering affogato.

Got an iced white mocha.. it was okay it was a standard iced white mocha.. but after drinking probably 2/3 I managed to get something solid through my straw. It was probably a hardened piece of syrup but I couldn't finish my drink after it.

Great atmosphere. Good music playing and a nice cup of coffee. What more can you ask for? The coffee art really made my day too!

Great vibe. Darrian was such a nice person. We were there near the end of the day and had to do a quick zoom meeting. He makes a mean cup of coffee too.

The folks are great here. Ayla and Alissa are sweeties. The atmosphere is pleasantand chill. They have good coffee drinks, a few pastry options and cool tees and sweatshirts, etc. Just a really nice place to drop in for a snack and a yummy drink. Go check it out. ☕️🥐

This is a hit or miss. The coffee is always good but the customer service can be good or bad. Saw a man who works here screaming at homeless kids once and its pretty difficult to get the memories of abuse and lack of compassion out of your head when you see it

Didn't have the coffee, but the gelato was heavenly. The person that working there was great. He also gave our dogs a treat which they very much enjoyed.

This is hands down some of the best coffee I ever had. Friendly and efficient staff, the most delicious fresh coffee and lovely places to sit, inside and out. Look forward to visiting Taos again so I can enjoy more Elevation coffee.

I don’t usually write reviews, but as a tourist traveling through Taos I was appalled at the behavior of the staff.....maybe this is just a place for locals? I did see they served pre made microwaveable burritos which didn’t seem to appetizing... I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The couple that worked today are great, provided good insight into the area. Fast Wifi, good shade on blistering hot day.

Coffee is ok nothing special, no real food lots of sugary items, and rude staff.. Better coffee spots just around the corner.

I like this place. E-Coffee is located in an adobe building by the side of the road as one enters the town. There is an impressive folk-art table in the middle of the room, good WiFi and gelato. Friendly staff. Popular with locals. The Americano was very good.

Smoothest iced Americano I’ve had in years, and I just got here from Portland, so that’s saying a lot. Highly recommended.

Had the white mocha, Mexican mocha, and chai. Everything was pretty tasty! They only take cash or check, but there is a drive thru ATM nearby that is convenient to use.
