The food and service are always great. Highly recommended

I'm editing this post from 6 years ago because it want to reflect the quality of service and food over time. I am old(er) and as taste buds mature you come to realize and appreciate good food. That is the case with Elizabeths Pizza in T'ville at Walmart. I want to specificallly write about how good and authentic the pizza is and has been forever. It is difficult to eat from a chain when you have this as an option. They are not that much more expensive and the quality is exceptional. I wish they had a location closer (Archdale) but it's worth the trip!

Great NY style pizza and they brought water for my dog without me having to ask.

I got a lunch special ham calzone. The portion was much bigger than I expected for lunch, but it was delicious. I really wish I would have thought to take a picture. Fillings were perfect and it wasn't just a bunch of dough on the ends. Service was also very good as not only our server checked on us, but also other servers did as well. Can't say that I've had a bad experience here yet and that includes take out.

Alway's consistent. Food and service is top notch.also has a nice drive through window and easy access back on the interstate.

Elizabeth's feels like one of the few places to get non-chain food in the area. I know they had or have multiple locations but the people cooking aren't high school kids mixing boiled water into a packet mix to make your meal. There's nothing wrong with fast food of course, but I dig this as an option. Keep up the good work. Some of the mains are comically sized. Which I guess is standard American expectation. Still, be prepared to take some home.

Ordered two of there Italian burgers skimpy on the topping I had a half a pecice of tomato sprinkle of lettuce when i asked for extra toppings I definitely did not get my money's worth I drove over there cause they was good last time this time was very disappointing. The fries was good

This place is the best!! Great food! Great service. Will continue to come here!! I got 1 slice of pizza with ham and hamburger!! Perfection!

I have to edit this review. We used to love this place the last few times we haven't been completely satisfied and today was the worst. Food was alright, we got a large pepperoni the crust was so chewy you couldn't even cut it with the knife. My husband ordered a Stromboli and was given cold sauce to dip it in. When he talked to the waitress she said to him oh did you want a warm one... I asked for a refill on my coffee now mind you both my husband and I ordered coffee. She brought us a Styrofoam cup barely filled and stated I got you the last bit of the pot. It's 7pm... I'm sorry you couldn't make a fresh pot? She never asked us if we wanted a refill either, never asked my daughter if she wanted more to drink. Left the check with the meal. We would have liked to order dessert but she never came back. Very disappointed. Picture below is what we received of the refill for coffee.

You won't find a better ran establishment in Thomasville or anywhere in the Triad. A family ran business who takes pride in customer service, cleanliness and quality of food, this is the place to eat in Thomasville and surrounding areas! So many good options!

Coolest people around and food is stellar.

In town visiting family, was in the mood for a cheeseburger and fries, we also got pizza and plain wings. I was surprised by the cheeseburger!! It was amazing full of flavor and looks like they make their buns/bread it was soft. Pizza 8/10 , French fries 5/10. Wings 8/10 cheeseburger 10/10

Had a great lunch with my son Jeff and his wife Amy and 3 of my grandson's.

First time at this location, boy how I wish I had tried it sooner! The food is SOOO much better than any other locations that I have tried 😁 service was great as well. ❤️‍🩹

Service was unbelievable! An automatic bill cleared out my account just after I ordered lunch. With my declined card, they gave me the food anyway when I found what happened on my phone. I returned next day to repay bill and give a tip, they didn't want to take it. I made them but a great attitude on managers and staff.

Such a cozy little place to enjoy some Italian food. I visited this place for the first time in 2016 and the quality of the food has not changed much since! Pretty good from than till now! The garlic knots are a must!

We get food here pretty regularly. Whether it's something like pasta or stromboli, or dine-in or take out, the food is always hot and delicious Their marinara and ranch are both pretty good (not together, just saying that they have both and that it's good) I typically get a regular stromboli with mushrooms added, but I got the Penne Arrabiata (I may have spelled this very wrong) and it was very good

Website needs to be updated with the correct information. The children's chicken nuggets states you get 8 pieces with fries and garlic bread and that is not accurate. It is a 6 piece nuggets with no garlic bread at all.

Delicious, fast food for a sit-down restaurant. Friendly staff and not at table all the time...just the right amount of table visits. Came at lunch and took care of people to get them back to work. Pizza was huge for small pizza. Cheese steak sub with several fixings. All priced within a budget.

The best pizza ever, and if you haven't already had their potato soup. Try it. You'll be glad you did. The best you've ever tasted. Nice owners also

Love this place. Food is always good ! I love the freshness of my selections. They always make the changes I ask for. Never soggy !! That’s a big plus , when it comes to things with sauce !! Try the roast beef sub !! The veggies are fresh and the sauce they use is addictive !!

Great food and the service is top notch

My family used to like this restaurant a lot but their wait staff has changed to kids over hyped on something so that they can't take your order without it becoming an ordeal. Foods really, really good though. I just can't justify going as the price is going up so much as the service drops.

We drive 30 min just to eat here since we moved away from Thomasville. For whatever reason this is the best Elizabeth's in the triad. Never disappointed!

The food was cold and the place was nasty I asked for me money back and they refused they told me that they could remake it but who wants to eat at a nasty restaurant

We ordered the large stromboli, 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak. Unfortunately it came out burnt and was served with cold marinara. Our salads were very fresh as usual. After our stromboli was delivered to the table. Waitress never came back, guess she even knew it was wrong to bring out. Very disappointing as we used to come here all the time and always got great food.

Dryed pizza 🍕 tonight it was like they gave me the pizza that sat out all day. My chick had the spinach salad with olives she said it was ok.

This place is so good. OMG I always get a large pep calzone.

Food was great. Service was not. Refills had to be asked for. Our waitress was missing after food was brought to our table. Seemed like the employees were more interested in socializing than doing their jobs.

Passed through on the way to visit family. I got the vegetable calzone, my daughter got the spaghetti carbonara, my husband got the Philly special and our grandson’s got the cheese pizza. The food was amazing and our server was so nice. Pretty sure my daughter would marry that pasta if she wasn’t already married. Definitely a great experience!!

Food is great and service is fast even when they are busy, it's a little crowded for my taste in eating in, they have a drive through which is convenient, so I order ahead of time and just get mine to go.

The food is mediocre. The service is deplorable. After an extremely unpleasant experience, We will not return. A pair of intententionally obnoxious guests ruined what should have been a memorable dinner with friends. The waitress declined to take appropriate action regarding their boorish behavior.

This place is fantastic! They have a wide variety of lunch specials and they are all delicious with generous portions. I have have almost the entire menu of the last 2 years and my favorites are the hamburger (made on scratch made buns!!), Philly cheesesteak, meatball parm, turkey special, roast beef special, pasta options....no better place for lunch exists. You will not find better food at a better value for lunch. The owner (Italian) and his family are super kind and personable and so is the staff. This Elizabeth's Pizza is highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff are the above beyond any place I have been to . We have always had amazing service . Words don't describe the food. I had over half the menu over the last few years and it is always amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

i specifically asked for no salad with my entree and received the salad regardless. sofgy bread. Alfredo chicken has got to be the most bland/worse i’ve plate EVER HAD. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Great Sicilian pizza. I just wish the bottom crust was more crispy. We also had the fried zucchini which was very good. This is a keeper

Never had a bad experience here. Food is delicious, prepared fresh, excellent marinara sauces and salad dressings. Local favorite and staple for consistently excellent food and service. Cheese steak and stromboli are two of our favorites.

We ordered takeout for lunch today at work and it was excellent as usual! Great salads, pizza and cheesesteak subs. They have the BEST Ranch and 1000 Island as well as sweet tea! Great staff as well!

Food has no business being this good! I haven't had a bad meal yet. The food and service has been consistently good for years. I don't know why I haven't given them a review yet. It's probably because I'm too busy enjoying my food and resulting full belly. The prices are great, the portions are great, the food is wonderful. If you have been to any other Elizabeth's Pizza, leave your low expectations at the door. This is some damn good food.

We stopped while traveling. We ordered a cheese steak and a small pizza. The cheesesteak was almost all bread. There was hardly any meat. The pizza had a nice fresh crust but there was so much cheese that the base was soggy. It was very clear that the locals love it there and were well loved as a result. That was a nice thing to see. Gave you a small home town vibe. The service was fair but nothing to be overly excited about.

We had a group of individuals that were behind us. Basically every sentence they spoke began and ended with Mother F__ker. This wasn't the restaurant's fault. It's the fault of the people who raised these #13%s. Ok I've vented.

From out of town... grabbed a couple pizzas... when I showed up everyone was pleased it was from there. Good Pizza.... great end cap with drive up.

Never had a bad meal from here. Wait staff is very friendly and do their job well.

Philly steak and Cheese sub with fries is always delicious there. Perfectly crunchy bread on outside while soft in the middle. Server didn't check on us and we had to hunt him down for our check. Ladies Restroom was very clean

I would have given them a better score but they forgot to give the drink for the order and the Stromboli ordered was burnt. Didn't have time to call or go back because it was a lunch break. First time ordering from them and it's questionable if I will return...

Best meal I can remember in a long time. We live in Raleigh and dine out a couple of times a week. So glad I chose Elizabeth's Pizza tonight -- chef recommended the linguini pescatori, oh yeah! Incredible. Great service, each staff member I saw greeted me warmly and made sure it was great.

Got a large 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, hamburger, and mushrooms and garlic knots. Pepperoni's were a bit spicy for me, but I'm a bit sensitive to spicy. It was still very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, the person that rang me up didn't seem to be an approachable kind of person.

We do take out from here, at least once a month. The people are always so nice. The food is hot, fresh, and tasty. They literally never get anything wrong, or forget anything in the order. They offer a cauliflower crust pizza that is pretty tasty.

Ordered mild wings for lunch. Worst wings I ever had. They had no taste & was fried very hard & smelled like they were cooked in old grease but I wasn’t wasting my gas to go back that far. Will never order wings from here again

I guess there are new owners/chefs/suppliers.. it's not as good as it used to be. Our waiter was great. I think his name was Kevin. Very accommodating and did his best to make it a good experience!
