GREAT, GREAT, GREAT. Just found out about this place from a friend and drove all the way from Delray. Owners were very nice and let me try several types of products I never had. I walked out of there with a $100 worth of products and can tell you I am very very happy. Highly Recommend if you like fresh Sausage and all other types of fresh meats made right in the back. Emil's always has wonderful fresh meats and cheeses. I love their dried sausage, Frankfurters, Red Cabbage, and their frozen Sauerbraten even made my italian friend a fan! I'll be there tomorrow to pick up Perogies

I have lived in Germany for 42 years and just moved to Florida a year ago. I am so happy I have found this place. Their variety on authentic German meats and sausages are amazing. I have bought some Leberkase, which I absolutely loved. Also the Salami, Schinken and Bierwurst are amazing. My American boyfriend also loved it and couldn't get enough. I also liked that they have a couple of german groceries that I can't get in a regular grocery store. The owners were super nice and welcoming. I can't wait to go back.

I love this place! Growing up in Southern Germany it's great to have a real German butcher close by. He makes everything fresh in house,any kind of German cold cuts you want. Nothing bought and shipped! The only thing you will find bought are a few German specialty item in there little grocery area. My personal favorite are the landjeager, he also makes them with cheese they are so good!!And I get to speak some German when I pop in there. Love reminds me of home❤️

Delightful gentleman Emil is. Tight, spotless shop with a near staggering selection of sausage and other items. Not your $2.99 supermarket kielbasa, but a wonderfully flavored link of quality old world style fare. Bought Hungarian, polish, Italian and spicy smoked brats. Driving and the nearly full bag is filling the car with garlic aroma goodness. A rest stop ahead, I'll check back in after my sausage coma. More later.

This place is fantastic! Genuine German and other European sausages, and cold cuts; all hand-made with no preservatives, no sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, and no chemicals. The owners really put their heart into it, and the taste is awesome!

They handle the meat products with their bare hands (no gloves or food tongs) and this came as a big surprise for me knowing that supposedly they are Teutons.

I love Emil's I told my German mother about it and took her there. She was hooked after the first visit. Owners are awesome and Mom gets to speak German while there. The cold cuts and sausages are top notch. I'm trying the homemade chicken pot pie I bought tonight.

Amazing experience. The food, the imported goods and more importantly the owners are excellent. All the sausages are made in house by a true southern german. We'll definitely be back with a slice of homemade black forest cherry cake for the owners to try and receive their feedback ;)

Amazing as always. I went back today April 16th 2022 and got a little bit of everything. I absolutely love their vinegar head cheeze. Their meat and cheese sticks are also amazing. To be honest I don't think I've ever gotten anything there that is not awesome. The people are super nice and are the owners as well.

I like my freedom more the sausages. They lost us at "masks required" after all this time. We used to come here often. We found a polish place in Pompano plus Wild Fork Foods has a good selection and Rodina Foods on Hillsboro.

This place is great! It's got a good selection of imported (mostly German) canned and preserved goods, such as pickles, sauerkraut, and jams and jellies. But the main focus is on the meats - hams, coldcuts, and sausages (most of which are house-made). While they do focus on German foods, their sausages run the gamut from German to Polish to Cajun to Spanish and more. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

How about six stars? Coming from the Vaterland myself, I can attest the products here are 100% authentic. Fresh Leberkäse was like back home, Zwiebelwurst terrific, Brötchen awesome. We'll be back for more soon.

Really enjoy coming here. I was born in Munich Germany and had eaten german food all of my Life. They have all the selections you can ask for for being a German grocery store here in the United States. Absolutely no complaints. Owners are very friendly as well. Always good to practice my German

I love German food, and last week my husband surprised me by bringing me to this store. I would have bought a sample of everything they had but restrained myself to just the sausages, which are all homemade. We bought Beer Bratwurst, regular Bratwurst, Breakfast sausages and Frankfurter, and they were all fantastic. But what surprised me even more was their smoked liverwurst: it’s even better than the one I used to get in Germany! If you like sausage, this place is a must-go!

What a great find! Homemade sausages (exquisite, the bratwurst was to die for!) and plenty of other pantry items, mostly from Germany. We got some Frankfurter (good), Beer bratwurst (very good), traditional bratwurst (excellent) and breakfast sausages (excellent). Also bought some Sauerkrauts and some Guerkel (sweet and sour pickles). These sausages were fantastic. To try them, as it was my first time here, I simply grilled, with no additions: wonderful! I will definitely be back to this place! Talk about tailgating party kicked up 3 notches!

Fantastic little sausage shop. I picked up a package of merguez sausage there. They were authentic and delicious. I cannot wait to visit again and try everything in those display cases. I used the sausage to make Gordon Ramsays holiday pork stuffing roll with pistachios and apricots. It was horrible but thankfully I only used 3 meguruez links. I grilled the remaining and made appetizers with great mustard dipping sauce. I hate you Ramsay......

Emil’s is the real deal. You can’t find another authentic German Sausage maker anywhere like them. They make everything there from scratch and can even make custom sausages to your specs if you ask. This place is a Diamond in the ruff. Stop by and show them the love German style!

Walter and crew provide the finest Sausage, meats, and German products around. We lived in Munich for several years, and his shop is just like our old local corner shop. We love the variety of brats, breakfast sausage, dried sausages, and much more. My kids grew up on his putenwurst (turkey bologna, but way better than American bologna. So glad they relocated to Deerfield Beach. If you are looking for truly authentic German food that is super fresh and taste great, they can not be beat.

Ich hab Emils erst kürzlich entdeckt. Und ich bin so froh! Die Wurstwaren schmecken ORIGINAL. Man schmeckt überhaupt keinen Unterschied zur deutschen Wursttheke. Der Service ist freundlich und die Preise sind sensationell!

Excellent German style house me made meats.

Emil's attracts an international and knowledgeable clientele. When I was there today, I spoke French with a two year old, German (badly) to his mother and another shopper, and English to everyone else. The sausages, sauerkraut, head cheese, wursts, and everything else I have tried is excellent, and consistently so. Their weisswurst (a veal sausage) is pillowy and delicate, while the head cheese (not cheese at all) is satisfyingly full of meat. They sell a superb very hot mustard as well as other German products in bottles and cans. The owners are kind and friendly. On a recommendation, I will try to pot pies for dinner tonight. This store has an amazing selection and the food is always fresh because they have a loyal and frequent clientele to assure constant turnover. Ist zer gut!!

Very clean shop with most items showcased. Great pricing and patient customer service (I ask a lot of questions). A few times a year we crave Brats and I went here because of the reviews and it was closer than my usual stop in south Broward. I'm glad I did! The shop specializes in all types of sausage from multiple regions. I purchased the German Bratwurst, the Beer Bratwurst and the Polish Kielbasa. I also took home the sauerkraut and 1/2 dozen pretzels. We cooked the sausages in accordance to the directions the shop owner told us and they turned out amazing!! The spices in all sausages were perfect with the Kielbasa having a touch of pepper - Delicious! You can not buy this quality in Whole Foods, Publix, etc - Emil's blows them away! I suggest you cook the sausage in the sauerkraut as the shop owner told us. It brought out the flavor of the sauerkraut but also retained all of the juices of the sausage and allow them to cook tender with a perfect snap! They also offer potato salad, mashed potatoes, pork chops and a lot of other fresh alternatives to the super market. I will be returning to try the other items in the future. It's nice to know that we still have friendly, local, fresh places in our area. Thank you!!
