We stopped without knowing what we were going to eat. The meal was delicious, value for money like we rarely see in Florida. The service and employees are adorable.

I recently dined at Entretapas by Señor Ceviche, and while the food was good, the experience was overshadowed by the poor service from our server, Zuri. From the start, it was clear that Zuri was not attentive. She didn’t even offer us water, and I had to stand up to place items in our order because she was nowhere to be found. This was especially surprising given that the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other table of six guests arriving later. The real frustration came when it was time to pay. Zuri took about 15 minutes to bring the check, and to my surprise, she had already added an 18% gratuity. The receipt indicated that this gratuity was for tables of five or more, but it was just my wife and me. This felt both dishonest and undeserved given the lackluster service we received. In conclusion, while the food at Entretapas by Señor Ceviche was enjoyable, the poor service and the unwarranted inclusion of an 18% tip left a bad impression. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues so that future diners have a more pleasant experience.

Had to drive to Miami airport to pick my car up after flying out earlier in the week. Stopped for gas at exit 21 off the highway and stumbled upon this restaurant. I love Peruvian food so was pleasantly surprised to see it. Decided to stop in and have dinner. Mauricio was my server and he truly went above and beyond to recommend dishes that are best sellers as well as recommended a good glass of wine to complement my dish. I ate the steak saltados & it was the best I’ve ever had, I also ordered a dessert per his recommendation that was delicious. My steak was tender and cooked perfectly. He offered me spicy sauce on the side and the dessert I ordered was refreshing with strawberries on top. I ordered fresh ceviches and lentil soup plus, tres leches to go so I could bring dinner home to my other half. I wish I didn’t live a couple hours away cause I would become a regular. Must stop in and have dinner. I did see they had great lunch specials as well.

We celebrated my birthday and between Ramiro and Zury they made my day end perfectly. The food was all delicious and all orders came out exactly as we expected. It is the second time we have held a group meeting at this restaurant and we are sure it will not be the last.

Sr. Ceviche brand NEVER disappoints!!!!! Again great executive (lunch) menu, the leche de tigre was 10/10 (I’m Peruvian, so I know) the limes are 100% Peruvian, the chaufa de pollo was great and lomo saltado was superb!!! authentic Peruvian flavor. I have tried the spaniard menu also, its also good. But, if you are a peruvian food lover and you live in Weston, this is the place to be. I’m glad I don’t have to drive to pembroke anymore!!!!! :) And I came back and still Good!!!!!

The lomo saltado is super good, the tostones also hold their own. This is a great little spot. Ana, our server, was amazing. Food came out fast and delicious.

It is the second time we have come and both times it was a beautiful experience. The paellas are incredible and made to order. And all the dishes that are passed to other tables you want to order. Spectacular! And the attention of the waiter Ramiro is great. We will return and recommend.

If you like tapas, seafood and a great atmosphere, this place is for you. The place is beautiful, the service and people are amazing and most of all, the food is BEYOND GREAT!! Our server Domenico was on point all the time with his recomendetaions. Everything was wonderful and we had a great experience. Definitely recomend this place and we are coming back.

The food here was SO delicious. I had the causa trio (my favorite!! Seriously I'm going to figure out how to make this at home lol) and the meat paella. Our server Dominic was very attentive and accommodating, especially for my husband's food allergy. We'll be eating here again soon!
