Food was good, my order was messed up and I was given the wrong thing but they compd me it and it was delicious. Server was very apologetic about the mix up and overall was a great server. Caesar salad was very nice aswell. Overall food was good and great service, mistakes happen. The atmosphere was problematic. Tables were very close and with so many people in a small space it was very loud because everybody's talking over each other so I had to either talk to my partner even louder or lean in really close. There was a half wall to me left where there was another table so close I could reach my elbow out and probably touch them. Overall enjoyable just cramped and loud so it kind of takes from the romantic aspect

The wife and I share everything typically & really wanted to sample more than 2 items on the menu. The waiter, without asking, was more than accommodating by splitting up most of the items into separate plates. We ended up trying their mushroom soup, carbonara (2nd fav), caesar salad, bruschetta (my fav), a lemoncello, an affogato, & the zuccotto. All were delicious & we can’t wait to return.

Fine dining on the Lake in Longwood. Felt like a VIP arriving with valet service for parking. Dinner with a friend - wonderful & varied menu, an experienced waiter, and fresh tasting salads & pasta dishes made a great evening. Look forward to my next visit!

We went here on a date night. Excellent food and service. The place feels a little outdated it needs a lot of remodeling the parking lot is very rough and so is the back deck area near the lake. Other than that we had a very pleasant experience the whole time that we were there.

Went there with some girlfriends to celebrate one of my best friends mothers birthday along with mine. The food was superb and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, our server wasn’t necessarily the friendliest. We had order the same appetizer 3 times and wanted to change it and he said no, the order was already placed. We would request so things but, our server made it feel as if we inconvenienced him. Needless to say we would like to return but, hope we have a different server.

Thank you to Christina for making sure my parent’s anniversary dinner went so beautifully. She was very kind and attentive over the phone and in person while I was trying to set this all up for them. Their dinner, drinks, and desserts were all so wonderful and they said their server (I didn’t catch her name) was wonderful as well. Just a really great first time experience at Enzo’s for them.

Truly sad from what it was to what it is Folks save your money and go somewhere else. Service is still good for the most part but my god the food is cheap and low quality. Sad to see someones life passion was taken over by investors just to milk the name really should be called something other then Enzos

Not as enjoyable as other visits. Server pretended to know more about menu than he actually knew and this was not at all helpful. Food was good but not the excellence of other visits.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for years and finally went last night. I was very underwhelmed and quite disappointed. The restaurant is crowded. The service was just okay. And the food wasn’t anything I would ever come back for. It was overpriced and not worth it. The lake view is beautiful but that’s the only positive thing worth mentioning.

For a fancy restaurant the dishes were not very tasty nor were the ingredients that good. The steak was the most disappointing.

Great date night spot! We had a terrific meal with very attentive staff. The location is odd considering it's directly next to a shady motel, but don't let that fool you. They have live music right on the lake too.

I was so disappointed. Was looking forward to a nice celebratory dinner. It fell way flat. The food was the biggest disappointment. After posting on FB I rec'd the same negative responses. After Enzo died & Joanne sold it. It's gone way down unfortunately 😔.

Excellent food and excellent service. You can order any item on the menu and be extremely happy. Our favorite server is Ernesto because he is friendly, knowledgeable, and amazingly attentive. The specials are also always delicious. And for dessert, you can't go wrong, but you don't need to go any further than the complimentary amaretti and ginger snap cookies.

Decided to take my girlfriend for her birthday dinner, and I’m glad we decided on Enzo’s. The restaurant is just the right amount of casual and upscale combined. Requested a window table for the lake view and we were accommodated. Hector was an excellent server who made great recommendations and was around when needed. Everything was delicious. Starting with drinks, apps, entrees and ending with dessert. We’ll be back.

Our favorite restaurant hands down. We go every year on our anniversary and birthdays. Attentive service and views of Lake Fairy. The Antipasto Della Casa is not to be missed - a large array of housemade appetizers. Homemade pasta is the best!

I had the Filetto Formiagio which was served with broccoli & potato. I ordered medium rare was served medium well, broccoli was over cooked & potato chunks were under cooked. Also had an anti-pasta appetizer and gelato for desert. The anti-pasta was average and the gelato was an iced something that was not gelato. The atmosphere was very nice if that is what you are looking for.

Great food. Ordered the veal chop, spaghetti carbonara. The house antipasto sitting on the buffet table was irresistible so we ordered it and loved it. Great service and although the place was old it was nicely maintained. Love the outdoor area on the lake.

This is perhaps the most overrated restaurant I’ve been to in a long while. Here’s how our experience went: 1. Made a reservation for 7:45. Arrived right on time and had to wait. Valet is a joke. 2. Seated and waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. 3. Hector was our waiter and didn’t really understand what service meant. We ordered a bottle of wine. A $120 borolo. Our two appetizers arrived before our wine. And he served us a CORKED bottle of good wine. Even my 13 year old knew it was corked without having to taste it! That was a big disappointment. 4. We ordered burrata. Was served like deconstructed parmigiana with a side of toasted bread. Who melts burrata?!? And it was a VERY small portion of melted cheese. 5. The mussels appetizer lacked flavor and the mussels were overcooked. 6. The pasta entrees lacked flavor and they overcooked the pasta. It was homemade which was nice but way overcooked. 7. The risotto side was more like a hybrid between arrincini and risotto. 8. The desserts were OK. 9. The server brought a sample of dessert wine to try but it was in a glass that obviously was sitting a while as I could taste the stale dust. 10. It felt rushed the entire time. I suggest you go to Francesco’s instead. He knows how to cook there. This place obviously doesn’t.

I was overall underwhelmed. There is a difference between character and needing a remodel, and this place needs updating. The parking lot is not paved and valet parking is unnecessary. It was hot inside the restaurant and the vibe wasn't welcoming. The food was good but not for the price, in my opinion.

My first time here and I’ve lived in the area for almost 40 years. Don’t ask me why I haven’t gone before as I’ve known about it forever. We were here to celebrate an anniversary. The service is top notch the best.

We just went two nights ago for the first time in a long while. Just the very best! Food, drinks, service, surroundings all provide for a truly celebrative experience! One is never rushed, feels welcomed, and just a special glow of happiness can be felt as you depart that lovely restaurant, (even if you don't imbibe that much!).... We just loved it!

It’s ideal for special occasions.My uncle proposed to my aunt at this restaurant many years ago.It is my favorite Italian restaurant.I haven’t eaten this well since visiting Italy.This is the best Roman Italian restaurant in Orlando.It is my favorite restaurant as well.It is romantic.

This private home that has been converted to a restaurant is stunning. The waterside view is lovely and the food was really delicious. We tried a few of the small plates with our drinks and were very happy! Great service and staff as well. Perfect date night venue.

Excellent food at Enzos. The John's old fashion was fantastic with a nutty flavor. I would definitely return again. However, I was not impressed with the Ceasars salad. It tasted good, I was expecting shaved parmesan and not granulated parmesan.

We went to Enzo’s for the first time last Friday. The food was extraordinary. I had mushroom soup and veal scaloppini. Both tasted divine, far surpassing the same dishes at other notable Italian restaurants in the area. My husband described his Boulevardier cocktail as “perfect.” Our friends, whom we met there for dinner, were likewise delighted with the food, the charming atmosphere and the service.

The food was really good and the waiter was very attentive. I did feel just a tad bit rushed towards the end, but I’ll take ownership of that since our reservations were at 9pm and the close at 9:30. The waiter gave the wife a free slice of cake for her bday which was a wonderful gesture. Other than that, the atmosphere and view was great. They had live music going on as well near the lake. I would definitely visit this place again. I’m looking forward to it.

We went for our 50th anniversary. We were seated at a water view table. Dinner was delicious. Our server was Susan. We received complimentary dessert for our anniversary. They really made the night special. This is my favorite restaurant and we can't wait to go back.

We went for lunch at Enzo’s on the Lake and our meals were great. The service there was excellent as well.

Stopped by the Lake for a night of Frank Sinatra’s music and food. We were seated right away, and the view was beautiful! We opted for the picnic seating, and of course ordered some food and drinks. Enzo’s were offering some staples from both the food and drink menu. Including a delicious arancini and margarita. Please host nights like this more often!

The food was delicious, the service was friendly and she made you feel like she knew you and you came there all the time (even though it was our first time there). We were sat at a table in the corner by the window, with a BEAUTIFUL view of the sunset over the lake. Valet was complimentary as were the cookies at the end of the meal that came with the check. I had the bucatini and it was great! Fiance had the Chilean seabass, it was a bit fishy but still tasty. The antipasto della casa was a great sampling of all the deliciousness one could think of. I'd definitely go back and try some additional dishes.

This place is magical. I felt as if I was on vacation in Italy. The bar is a tucked away grotto with fun cocktails. My zuppa di pesce was outstanding. I added a small batch of house made linguine - brilliant idea. And what a treat to have complimentary valet, I felt so pampered. The whole dining experience was special. This place is a gem.

We just celebrated my friend's wedding and we loved how attentive and accommodating the staff was. Brandon was the lead server and he was excellent. The ceremony was in the beautifully manicured garden followed by a scrumptious dinner in a very romantic setting. Highly recommended!

Have had the pleasure of making wonderful memories here for decades. Still the best Italian food in central Florida! The Antipasto is always amazing and the Penne Vodka is the best I have ever had.

I have visited this establishment 3 times over 10 years. They are arrogant at front desk. Reservations at 5 and you have to sit in waiting room till exactly 5:02 to get table. Way over priced for what you get. You feel pressured to get in and out. Rushed. Shrimp was not good and veil was sub par.

From the outside wall off Highway 17-92 you would not expect this hidden gem of a restaurant to exist. Once you enter, you see the front facade as well as the valet parking attendant. The restaurant is not very large inside. Although a small room for parties and bar is present as well as a gorgeous area out back that leads to a covered dock. There are small areas to sit and they have live music on the weekends. We went on a Tuesday and the restaurant was full! Their menu is amazing. We truly would love to try everything on it. They have a nice wine and champagne selection. My wife had a Bellini and I tried the house Rosé. Both were excellent. Our waiter was not Italian, but from Albania and had extensive knowledge of the Southern Italian regions. He offered the daily specials; all sounded amazing, but we decided to go off the menu. We had the Grilled shrimp, and the Veal Scallopine. Great presentation, and the flavors were delicate, so a person with a refined pallete can distinguish what message the Chef was trying to convey in his food. The buttery flavor of the Broccolini, the grill flavor on the shrimp, and the smokey flavor of the Mozzarella in the Risotto, all shined through. We did not have any dessert, but saw a couple being delivered to another table and they looked fantastic. They did give us a plate of complimentary fresh ginger cookies and almond cake balls coated in powdered sugar. Light and refreshing. A great finish. We will be going back again!

We've been coming back every year and they never disappoint in any aspect. Quite simply the best service, fantastic food and a fair price.

Food was mediocre at best, and overpriced for quality. Service was very good, and atmosphere was great. Hostess told us to wait outside and she'd text us. 35 minutes later we asked when our table would be ready and she said she sat someone else for our reservation. She got us another table, but had a poor attitude. Disappointed about food especially because we were really looking forward to eating here.

We found the place almost by accident. After a day at the springs everyone wanted Italian and I picked the highest rated place within 15 minutes, without reading any more details, and ended up at Enzo’s. After valet parking and getting seated immediately with an amazing view of the lake I realized we may be a bit underdressed and was worried it might not be the best place for our two kids, but everything was absolutely amazing. The Service and food was perfect and they were very accommodating with meals for the kids. There was nothing bad I could say about the experience besides it was hard to pick between the menu options because everything sounded great.

What a wonderful restaurant — upscale, romantic, waterfront ambiance with wonderful food and fabulous service. We took friends from out of town and enjoyed a window table with fabulous service from Elliott. We shared the buratta appetizer—creamy cheese, Kalamata olives, roasted garlic, plum tomato sauce and balsamic drizzle—to die for! For main courses, my husband had the linguini (house made!) with clams which was beautiful in presentation and even more delicious. I ordered the home made ravioli — scrumptious! The bucatini that our friends had will be what I order next time. It was aromatic and (I was told) delicious. Elliott did the perfect job attending our table. He was attentive, informative and paced the meal perfectly. He well understood that we were there to “dine” and not just eat and run. A wonderful experience! Highly recommend Enzo’s on the lake!

Enzo's is one of Central Florida's gem, with an exquisite menu, fine wine collection, beautiful ambience and a welcoming staff. It's our 'go to' place for special occasions and date nights.

I set a early evening reservation here with my wife. Upon arrival, the valet was nice and professional. I felt comfortable giving him my keys. The hostess was kind and hospitable with her greeting, and our seat was not a bad view of the lake; however, we were suffocated by groups of other people and close seating. Couple this close quarters atmosphere with a table that had a few loud men and next thing you know, the wife and I can barely enjoy ourselves, let alone hear each other speak at certain points. The table got quieter once they received their food, but that didn’t last long. The waiter was presentable, but that was merely surface level. As the evening went on, he surely progressed to show who he was. Things were great through the drinks and the appetizer. Yet, when we received the appetizer, which was a superbly delicious thinly shaved filet mignon, we were ready to place our food order. After the appetizer was long gone, we waited another 15 minutes before the waiter finally came to ask us if we were “finally ready to order” (words exactly) like he has been waiting for us. Now we ordered the pappardelle pasta for my wife and the short ribs for me. The food never took long to arrive(this included the app) and when the waiter brought the plates I was personally surprised that my dish was tomato based. Now granted, the menu did say the ribs were slow braised in a Chianti ragu, but was served over pappardelle. (Me not being Italian, I thought pappardelle was the dish and not the noodles) So, when the waiter asked if everything was fine, I stated, “well I was not under the impression that this plate would be mainly tomato based.” To which I was immediately snapped up with an outrageous attitude and a barrage of condescending retorts no matter what I was going to say. My wife and I both stared at each other, her mouth gaping wide, and I gently asked the waiter why was he being so hostile and informed him that I was being very nice and calm with him. He looked around, he looked at my wife’s dismay, and he instantly began to backpedal. “I’m so sorry. I should have never… what can I do? I’m sorry if I offended you. Etc.” I was filled with anxiety, anger, embarrassment, maybe some other emotions? Idk.. it was a lot, very quickly. All I could do was cover my face and sit in silence. My wife spoke for me for a moment while I collected myself and after a few moments I told the waiter that I would ‘try to enjoy’ the food. This being near impossible for me as I have a weak stomach to tomato sauce, but it wasn’t going to stop me from trying to be a nice guy to the waiter. Once I was finally able to try and eat the plate, I was sick on my stomach. Not sure if it was the food, or the interaction. Either way we were ready to go. I told the waiter I couldn’t eat it, they offered to make me another plate, I took it to go. My wife got the tiramisu to go as well it was the best tiramisu we ever tried together. All in all two stars, The food was not too bad a price, but I never got to really sit down and even enjoy the plate I paid $50 for, that’s annoying. The atmosphere was entirely too loud for an early morning on a Tuesday, music could have helped maybe? Idk. The waiter snapped me up like a twig over a simple mistake I made with my menu choice. This is precisely NOT the service anyone should expect at such a fine establishment, and such a ticket price too? No thanks. I feel like the two stars is maybe generous, I’m sure other people reading this review would give it less. I think personally the valet is the only reason this post got 2 stars.

This spot was recommended to me by a coworker. Our whole family went there for a birthday dinner for my mom. It was our first time eating here, and I was extremely impressed! Food: My vegetarian option was amazing, my family had veal, catch of the day, and the pork chop. We had the bruschetta and a meatball appetizer, and two desserts as well, along with a bottle of wine shared between us. There was not a single thing we disliked. Flavors were amazing and we were all sharing bites. Service: We made a reservation, and when we arrived we were sat right away with a beautiful view of the lake. Our server promptly greeted us. UGO, he was amazing! He taught us some Italian words, was making us laugh, had a special plate for my mom, the birthday girl, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We were so lucky to have him as our server! At one point we dropped a fork, and within the bat of an eye we had a a new one presented to us. Water glasses were never empty, and the staff was so attentive! Atmosphere: Complimentary valet was a really nice touch! The restaurant seemed very clean and well-kept. The view that we had from our table to see the lake was perfect at sunset! After dinner we walked down to the dock, and the landscaping was so well done. Lots of flowers and uplighting to create perfect picture spots! All in all, happy memories with my family were made, which is priceless. Thank you Ugo and Enzo’s!

I think this place is over rated! The service wasn’t great the food was good but small portions and the prices way up and loud place , first and last next time I go to a real Italian restaurant with music and good spaghetti with meatballs.

Enzo's on the Lake is a beautiful hidden gem in a city that is rampant with generic cookie cutter chain dining choices. The restaurant has a stunning view of Lake Fairy. The atmosphere is romantic, elegant, one could say angelic. The outdoor venue is perfect for a summer evening or special occasion to enjoy the view of the sunset while you sip on either pre dinner or after dinner drinks. My wife, family and I are frequent flyers here at Enzo's. The service, atmosphere and food is always impeccable. We are never disappointed when we come. Highly recommend at least one visit, almost sure it will become a regular haunt for you.

Extreme busy Saturday night. We had requested a table in Main dining and we got to eat in a different part of the restaurant, right behind the bar called “La Terrazzo “. Not a disappointment. Our server was excellent in everything, timing was perfect. Prince Edward Island mussels and their buratta was to die for. Sauce of the buratta was the best thing I ever tasted!!! After we asked for 2 best dishes in the menu, we decided to go for short ribs and filetmignion for our main course. Oh boy!!!! CIBO PERFETTO!!!!Deliciousso!!!! We were surprised with a Italian homemade dessert for Theo’s birthday. We love this place. Getting better and better every time.

So. Much. Flavor. Clearly a high end experience but rather than that coming at the expense of delicious and abundant food, this place is so intentional about making sure that the food and drinks taste incredible.

Food was so disappointing... being an orlando native and now living in the area I was excited to take the wife for date night. Service was poor, our server didn't check on us and I had to ask twice for water. The food was equally bad and we maybe ate half of our entrees before asking for the bill. Not sure I'm willing to give this place a second try and can't recommend.

Went to Enzo's for my wife's birthday dinner. It's a 90+ minute drive for us, so we don't frequent it routinely. For special occasions, it is worth the combat driving to get there. Always enjoy the food, service, and ambiance. We always start with the mussels appetizer. Mussels are good, and the sauce it fantastic for dipping bread into. I had the lamb chops with Polenta, and my wife had the veal scalapini. She loves veal and claimed this to be the best she ever had. It is an ample portion as well. My chops were done just as I liked, and while no cut of meat is thick enough for me, they were ample. Chocolate desert, coffee, and a bottle of wine completed the dinner nicely. Our waiter, Dan, took great care of us and made the evening enjoyable. We wish Enzo's was closer to us so we could go more frequently and enjoy true dining instead of just "going out to eat."

The food is amazing. The taste and flavor is out of this world. The portions, however are extremely small. I left still hungry. This is not a place if you were looking to have a romantic dinner with your significant other. We went here for our Valentine dinner, and it is extremely overcrowded and people piled on top of each other. You cannot hear the person sitting across from you. Not much of an atmosphere or ambience. I am more than likely, would not refer this to anyone or return. Like I said, the food was amazing.

An Orlando classic! Always have a fantastic meal here- and leave time to enjoy the views from the lake.

The service and friendliness was outstanding. We were there to celebrate Valentine’s early and was my first time there. We were seated on time in a quaint side room. Upon being seated, we realized there were six women seated in the room as well. They had a lot of wine and were very loud. The waiter couldn’t even hear what we were saying. I asked to be moved; however, there were no other seats available. This was not romantic at all and took away from our special night. I was surprised no one came to talk to the table or us and apologize for the situation. I was looking for anything free. Next time I go, I am going to ask for seats in a bigger part of the restaurant to help avoid this issue if I do decide to go back. I was very excited about this night as I have always heard that this was the place to go for a special occasion.

The food was OK, a bit salty, we drank a whole bottle of water with the food beside our drinks, the service was AMAZING, and the ambiance was OK, but nothing special.

It is so loud in the restaurant that you cannot enjoy your dinner and the people you are dining with. We had to yell to have a conversation and still couldn’t hear each other, very annoying. Went to the bar since when I arrived they were getting my table ready and I tried the lavender rosemary and it was a really good cocktail! My server Ernesto was awesome his recommendation of the short rib pasta was delicious! And then for dessert I got the teramisu and it was so good! Ernesto also brought out some cookies and donuts to try!! Both was good too! I also got a cappuccino to go with my dessert! This place is on the pricey side but it was worth it excellent food and service!

Service and ambiance was great. Our filet tenderloin steaks were ordered medium well and arrived looking like hockey pucks with zero pink in the center. Sangria was watered down. Deserts were awesome.

We were fortunate to have Ernesto, a terrific server, along with a wonderful view of the lake at sunset. Add delicious food(antipasto and mussels, house salad, any pasta and Zuppa di pesce) and the result is about as close to a perfect meal as we could ever have. My advice to anyone thinking about going to Enzo’s for the first time: Go! You won’t regret it - it’s a great experience and the way ‘dining’ should be. Buon Appetito!

They only do that on Friday ! we make it a special lunch occasion as often as we can ! always go for the specials but I also still have my favorites, so it just depends but you're never getting anything but great food and service at wonderful Enzos! their seafood is always fresh, so their grouper specials and their tile fish specials. You can never go wrong and we love love love our favorite waiter Ugo!

Outstanding food and wonderful service. Love the cozy bar and fairly priced wine and cocktail options. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Lots of patrons in jeans and tennis shoes. Loud office /work parties impacts experience negatively. Expertly prepared food and yummy treats at the end will keep me coming back!

A very nice quiet place to have a romantic dinner or a business lunch. The food was excellent and the location is convenient. A beautiful view of the lake depending on where you were seated.

Seating was a little uncomforting close with the other tables. Drinks and appetizer were great. My pasta dish was very good. Sadly, the Fish we ordered was overdone. We sent it back and they took it away and off the bill, which was great. We replaced it with a Penne dish that was served under cooked even for al dente. Dessert was good, but the evening was marred. This is a very beloved, but expensive restaurant. Our expectations were not met and we were disappointed by the experience.

Lived here for 20 years and Enzo’s has been a spot I have always wanted to go. Finally had a family celebration there and it did not disappoint. Took me back to the way dining out used to be. Great food, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Will make it back soon.

Another outstanding night and dinner at Enzo’s on the Lake!!! The night began with drinks on the dock on the lake followed by an exceptional dinner from the antipasto to the veal chop parmigiana to the wonderful dessert….all served by their wonderful staff. This place continues to bat 💯 %. BRAVO!!

Attended a wedding held at Enzo's. It was a small event with close friends and immediate family. Enzo's staff were attentive and very kind. The whole evening was fantastic. Looking forward to going back.

We celebrated my birthday with friends over a wonderful dinner. The setting was beautiful overlooking the lake and sunset. We will definitely return.

They were very busy and our server had too many tables. Other than that, it was great!!!
