If you want to have a wedding with food that is delicious and customized to you, Falco’s is the best. Working with Alissa for over a year of planning was absolutely amazing, she was always quick to answer our emails and went into detail with every possible option we could choose for our contract. We got married down the shore and inquired if we could have boardwalk inspired food at our cocktail hour. Not only did Alissa deliver with food recommendations, she created an entire boardwalk station for us (corn dogs, onions rings, cheese fries, so much more) which was something that was not included in the listed cocktail hour options! The team was so attentive and focused on making sure we had everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. Our maitre d’ Heather and bridal attendant Lisa made sure our reception went smooth and that we always had food and drinks in hand. We highly recommend getting the Italian ice as one of your dessert options, our guests absolutely loved them!

If you want your wedding day to PERFECT, for the planning to be fun & easy, and for your guests to talk about how good the food was for months after, you NEED to pick Falcos. They are simply the best. I don’t imagine there could be anyone better. The food was OUTSTANDING. The service was absolute perfection from beginning (before we even decided to book) to end. Alissa was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable. She made all the planning so painless – even fun and easy - and I never worried that I wasn’t going to get exactly what I wanted. Lisa was my maître d and she is actually magical. She addressed all my concerns leading up to the day and worked seamlessly with all of my other vendors to make sure I was 100% taken care of. She was like another mother who was also running around like crazy during the wedding. I’m so grateful for her. Everyone in my family was ranting and raving about her, saying she was always right there to make sure they had everything they wanted; if they needed a drink, she was right there with one. This blew my mind because I’m not sure how she physically was able to do this for ALL of us and seem so attentive to me and make sure everything else was going perfectly. The rest of the staff were flawless too. Just amazing. And it’s important to share how many guests complimented the food – and (thanks to Lisa) – I actually ate a LOT of it and could not have agreed more how insanely good it was. Lastly, the venue at Renaissance is severely underrated. It looked beautiful, fit all my almost 200 guests and I did NOTHING on the day of. The staff took care of it all. Falcos and the whole staff was a HUGE piece in making my day so perfect. Could not recommend them enough.

Absolute pleasure to work with the Falco's team. The food is always delicious, and they can easily accommodate special requests (i.e., vegan vegetarian, GF, compostable service ware), etc. Sustainable Jersey has used Falco's for several years at our annual Sustainability Summit, hosting upwards of 650 people at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ. I can't say enough and highly recommend!

Wonderful service! The staff is super friendly! Everything was done exactly how I wanted it and my daughters party turned out amazing. On top of that, it’s super affordable compared to other places; which is a huge plus.

I can not recommend Falcos enough!!! I had them for my wedding at Bayonet Farms in Holmdel and they went above and beyond to make sure the entire day and process go as smooth as possible! It’s months later and we still have guests raving about the food and attentive waitstaff! Jenna was our maître d’ for the day and we couldn’t have asked for better. She made sure my husband and I and all our vendors had everything they would need and want! Throughout the whole planning process they were so quick to respond and assured me with every step along the way. It did sadly rain on our day but Jenna and the entire Falcos team did not let that get in their way and still achieved all our goals. Cannot thank them enough for making my dream wedding a reality❤️

We held our Fire and First Aid Annual Dinner at The Renaissance and it was wonderful. From planning stages with Heather to the day of the event, it was a stress-free process. Staff and servers are awesome and the food was delicious!

We were at the Italian American Association of Ocean Township St Valentine's Dance. Live music, good food and great friends doesn't get any better than this.

Throughout the entire wedding planning process, emailing with Alissa was seamless and her response time was always incredibly speedy. My wife and I had our wedding at Art Factory Studios in Paterson, NJ on 12-1-23. We can't thank Falco's enough for everything they did for us on our day. Our guests can't stop messaging us about how delicious the food was and how great the table service was. Falco's put together an incredible team of servers and staff, but the shining star of the entire event was our maître d' Lisa. From the moment we hooked up with her, to the moment she arrived at the venue, until the last of us left the venue, she was incredible. She made sure my wife and I were fed, our cups filled, and our guests tended to. If we had to book our whole wedding over again, Falco's and Lisa would be the first people we called. Good morning Alissa, I just wanted to get a message out as quickly as possible to tell you what a wonderful, carefree, spectacular event we had on Saturday. From the very beginning your attentiveness was a blessing. Thank you for everything you did leading up to this event. You were an absolute pleasure to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and patient Responsive more than anybody could hope for. The day of the wedding went flawlessly! Lisa was beyond amazing! Her attention to detail, her calm mannerisms, and the ability to win over a shy child, and get her down the aisle was phenomenal. Your staff was efficient, polite and wonderful. The food! The food was so unbelievably good. People were raving during the reception and the next day at breakfast recounting all their favorite appetizers and meal selections. I’ve been to plenty of weddings where the food was bountiful, but nothing was memorable. This was both! Falco's Catering is AWESOME and the team makes your wedding planning very easy from beginning to end and is also reasonably priced. We HIGHLY recommend Falco's if you are planning an Off Site wedding. Ours was at the Water Witch Club in Highlands, NJ. It is a unique, historic building with a scenic setting overlooking Sandy Hook and the NYC skyline. BUT you have to bring in and coordinate the vendors yourself. Well, that was EASY with FALCO’S as they are a preferred vendor and do most of the weddings at WWC. They know every nuance with set up, rentals, liquor, displays, ceremony and the like. They have the experience and expertise to help bring it all together. The food is quite simply DELICIOUS. The cocktail hour was plentiful and offered a variety of tasty bites. We were able to customize the available packages to cater to our palates and culinary must haves such as lamb chops, charcuterie and Shrimp Cocktail. The Pasta Bolognese was so flavorful. We even took packed up leftovers for the after party the next day! The buffet dinner service was excellent as well. Guests loved the Caesar Salad and carving stations. The team at Falco's is very professional, timely in communications, helpful and friendly. I really felt like I was working as a team. Heather in the front office was thorough, easy to work with in answering many questions as well as offering good suggestions / recommendations. Renee was our Maitre’ D and kept the cadence of the Wedding day flowing from guest arrival, to the Ceremony, meal service, cake cutting, favors and goodbyes! Renee, GiGi and the on site team took care of everything so we could ENJOY our wedding day. We did not have to think about this, that or the other thing!! We had so much fun. Highly recommend!! Falco's went above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process and they made our day so special at The Asbury Hotel. Heather kept us updated throughout our planning and she was helpful whenever we needed something. Both Heather and Renee provided unbelieveable service the day of our wedding, as well as the other Falco's staff. The food was great and we received plenty of compliments from our guests about it. The service and presentation was awesome as well. Truly a great experience working with them and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

I don’t even know where to begin. I had my wedding in my backyard this weekend with the help from Falcos. It was OUTSTANDING. The food was incredible, beyond. I am still getting phone calls from all my guests raving. But they don’t only just prepare you amazing food. Their hospitality is unremarkable. They give you the ultimate dream team. The entire staff is so attentive, caring, friendly, and they give ultimate boss energy. Starting with Alissa during the planning stages. She answered in such a timely manner and never once got annoyed with any pain in the butt requests, she was the best communicator and made planning seamless Lisa and Renee were my go to girls as Maitre’ d and bridal attendant. They were AWESOME there wasn’t a moment I didn’t have planned by Lisa she ran the damn show like a boss but not overstepping or suffocating in anyway which is huge. My husband and I were never left with a watered down drink or empty handed for that matter because of Renee, the entirety of the night. I was confessing my love (constantly) for the entire staff by the first hour in. People were beyond impressed saying there wasn’t a single moment that night that food wasn’t out and passed around and all was delicious. Not to mention that Stephen did ALL OF IT in my garage, no kitchen!!!! They recreated the garage into an insane industrial kitchen I was insanely shocked and just in awe with this staff. It was the best day of my life and I would be lying if I didn’t admit that a HUGE reason was because Stephen and his crew not only came through but they crushed it. I’m going to need to throw events in my future just as a reason to hire Falcos to be there, (and to hang out with them) I love them and I could go on for days about them. 1000000 stars from me.

Falco’s made all my wedding dreams come true and that is no exaggeration. I’ve dreamed of having my wedding in my parents’ back yard for ages. When we settled on 225 guests, I didn’t think it would be possible. Luckily Falco’s Brothers Catering are the experts at off premise weddings. Stephen Falco reached out to Ocean Tents and together they measured the yard and planned out the tent to ensure we had enough space. Alissa with Falco’s worked with us extensively, coordinating with Ocean Tents for all of the rentals (tables, chairs, tents, even bathrooms!), planning the menu, determining the layout of the space, and putting together an alcohol order. For the alcohol, she was spot on with recommendations and quantities, working with Cobblestone to deliver the order and take back anything we didn’t open. Lisa, our maitre d, took the reigns in terms of the actual wedding day. We met in advance to review the event space, the schedule for the day and the ceremony details. Lisa made sure my husband and I, plus our immediate families, had time to eat and always had a drink of choice in hand. She even talked a 4-year-old flower girl off the ledge, avoiding a meltdown no more than 2 minutes before she was set to walk out. Lisa corralled us for all the important photo opportunities, like cutting the cake, without it feeling like an interruption. Both families commented on how great Lisa was and she put my parents at ease, a tall order considering there were 225 people plus staff in their backyard. Stephen and his kitchen staff were able to set up a fully functional kitchen space in our driveway. My mom couldn’t believe they fed 225 people from our driveway, but they did it no problem. The food was delicious, with options for a variety of diets, and it was plentiful. The waitstaff were incredibly professional, continually clearing the tables so the event space remained clean and attractive. The bartenders, particularly Marissa and Donny, were able to handle the volume at the bar with ease while being incredibly personable. While I’m hoping I never have another wedding, if I did, I would call Falco’s right away! All the challenges of a non-traditional wedding venue were overcome because of Falco’s, their expertise, and their team’s hard work. If you want a picture-perfect wedding day that runs smoothly and that you can actually enjoy as a bride or groom, Falco’s is the way to go.

From start to finish - they were incredible. Heather was very helpful throughout the process, assisting with the menu and making sure everything was taken care. 10000/10 would recommend Falco's for your wedding day!! We had a backyard wedding in June 2023. Falco's handled everything from start to finish. We worked with Heather who helped us with everything from menu options all the way through coordinating with the tent company. The week of, our Matre D', Lisa came to the house to do a walk through with us. She was the saving grace on our wedding day - she kept everyone on our timeline and everyone together. I cannot say enough good things about Falco’s! We had our wedding at Sandy Hook Chapel this past weekend (7/8/23) and Falco’s exceeded every expectation we had. We had to bring everything in for this wedding (tent, tables, chairs, flatware, glasses, a whole kitchen, EVERYTHING!) and Falco’s guided us the entire way. They have solid relationships with many other vendors which goes a long way when putting on an event like this. The food was delicious, hot, and plentiful. All of our guests raved about the stuffed shrimp! From the start to end of wedding planning, Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with. She worked with us to get the menu just right, to make sure we had all the rentals we needed, and coordinated our alcohol order. Our maitre d, Lisa, ensured the whole day/night ran smoothly and she did not disappoint! I felt so calm the entire day knowing she was handling everything so well. Heather and Lisa, along with the entire team, are true experts at what they do. I am so grateful they were part of my wedding day!

Falco's was AMAZING. They were our caterer for our wedding at The Asbury Hotel and every one of our guests RAVED about the food. From the cocktail hour, the buffet, the DESSERTS! Everything was amazing. Heather was so helpful during the planning process and prioritized accommodating all of our guests include those with food allergies. She also did a great job setting up our reception for us the day of the ceremony. We are so glad we chose Falco's for our big day.

Falco's made my big day so special! My partner and I had our commitment ceremony at their venue The Renaissance. It was absolutely stunning and they made everything feel so seamless. The planning, the atmosphere, the décor, and of course the food was all so incredible. We're so happy and we'll cherish the memories forever!

We just had a wonderful Bridal Shower experience at The Renaissance in Ocean Township. The small room was lovely and very roomy for our smaller group. The menu had lots of choices for lunch, and all the food was delicious! The risotto stuffed fish was my favorite, and the chicken in wine sauce was tender and sooo tasty! The appetizers were plentiful ans were the side dishes, and we were given all the leftovers to take home! The staff worked with me on the phone to set it up since I couldn’t come in. The day of the event the party staff was most friendly and helpful. They could not have been nicer! Seven years ago I had my daughters bridal shower there, and it was such a great experience, that when my son got engaged I knew I’d be back! Thank you so much for the professionalism, hard work, pleasant personalities, and lovely atmosphere! I hope we have another opportunity to return!

We are still on cloud nine after our daughter’s ceremony and reception at the Renaissance on May 19th. Alyssa and Lisa bent over backwards to make every detail perfect. We worked with Heather, Lisa and Renee at Falco’s Catering for our recent wedding at The Asbury Hotel on 4/15/23. I can’t speak more highly of the entire team. We felt so well taken care of during our entire planning process and especially on our wedding day! Everyone was wonderful to work with, flexible, helpful and responsive. And our guests are still raving about the food! We opted for a cocktail style reception, and that allowed us to have such a fantastic selection of food. The taco station during dinner and grilled cheese during cocktail hour were particular favorites for our guests.

We recently had an event served by Falco's Catering at Renaissance. We significantly under estimated the number of guests and Steve and his crew immediately responded with set ups, additional food and a warm and understanding attitude. This is not the first time I have see Falco Brothers in action. Their food is consistently high quality and they employ staff that are professional and hard working and they charge a fair price. The rating for their response to our need far exceeds 5 Stars. I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs.

We attended a great well run party but the food was just ok.

Would 100% recommend Falco’s Catering! We had our DIY tent wedding on our family member’s farm in October 2022. From the start we had many non traditional ideas including unique international food stations, specific bar selections, a “beer canoe”, decor requests, etc. When many of our desired food items were not at the tasting, Alyssa kindly coordinated the opportunity to taste our requested dishes. With out many DIY decorations and setups, our Maitre D Lisa not only listened, but executed our vision impeccably. When we wanted a specific Indian food station, Joe went out of his way to purchase the correct ingredients and researched exactly how to create the perfect dish (which was a top favorite!). Most of our guests raved about the delicious passed appetizers and creative food stations (BBQ, Indian, tacos, and Chinese food) and many went up for second and thirds. Despite a hurricane landing on our wedding day and changing so much of our original plan, the entire team adapted and created a day that we could have never imagined.. while keeping our family stress free and feeling confident. If you want a good catering company, I’m sure there are a few out there. If you want an entire family that will support the vision of your special day, accommodate the needs you haven’t realized you have yet, keep you feeling confident and relaxed, and to simply be the backbones behind a successful and memorable event- Falco’s is your team. What they offer is truly priceless. Thank you to the entire team, we will always be grateful!

Falco’s was absolutely amazing for my baby shower this past weekend. It was beautiful, well organized, and the food was delicious ! Highly recommend.

Where to begin? In short, 10/10. If you are considering using Falco’s Catering- do it, I promise you that it’ll be the right choice! Additionally, if you are considering a wedding at the Chapel at Sandy Hook, you MUST go with Falco’s Catering because not only is their service excellent, and food delicious, but they know how to execute flawlessly at this non traditional venue which can be a tricky. Despite the weather challenges (unusually windy) Falco’s kept us feeling stress free and made the right decisions to keep our guests comfortable and happy. Even with these challenges, I wouldn’t have changed a thing because the beauty of the venue and the expertise of Falco’s made it the perfect day. Leading up to the wedding, Alissa gave us the best advice, helped us make decisions, and provided such detailed insight into the process. Despite being very busy, she always made time for us and never made us feel pressure regarding our choices. She always has great recommendations when it came to food, other vendors and color choices. Thank you Alissa, I don’t know what we would have done without you! Lisa, our Maitre’D, is absolutely the BEST. Even under less than ideal weather circumstances, she was calm, cool, collected and executed everything perfectly. She made decisions on the fly that needed to be made, and never made me or my husband feel stressed or worried. When you decide to have an outdoor wedding, you know weather can be a factor, but Lisa kept us worry free the whole time. Our families were so impressed with her ability to run the event so seamlessly. Renee, our captain, and the rest of the staff at Falco’s (Stephen, Alex, Jenna, Marissa and so many more) were on top of everything. Multiple people told me that the waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate them or bring them an appetizer they liked. One server went out of their way to make sure my sister, who is vegetarian, got all the vegetarian options. It’s the little thing like this that make Falco’s stand out and provide an excellent experience for your guests. Lastly, Stephen, Joey, Marino and the rest of the cooking team make the best food! The variety, selection, and quality of their food is top notch. It’s so impressive that they can keep such high standards even when catering completely offsite without a regular kitchen. A family member from out of state said he’s been to a lot of weddings and ours had the best food he’s ever had hands down. He specifically commented how perfectly the meat was cooked and I would agree! The penne vodka at Falco’s is the best you’ll ever have. Six months later and my guest STILL tell us we had, and I quote “the most legendary catering” at our wedding. Our wedding was at The Asbury Hotel and needed to bring in our own caterer. It was never a consideration that we would use a caterer other than Falco's! From the very beginning they were easy to work with and very responsive. After our tasting night we had the hardest time choosing our menu because everything was beyond delicious. We worked with Alissa during the planning process and she was kind and reassuring. She always made time to answer our many questions. We had Lisa as our maitre'd and we feel so incredibly honored to have had her by our side. She made us feel so comfortable from the first moment we met her and she was always there when we needed something during the reception. Our guests were raving about the food and service, for real!!, and we couldn't agree more! Delicious food and the kindest family oriented staff. What more could you ask for???

Alissa went above and beyond to make sure my daughters baptism was amazing. Renee and everyone at the Renaissance were amazing. Renee kept us informed of everything that was going on throughout the party and the bartender and food prep people kept drinks and food flowing perfectly. The food was amazing and everyone was so impressed with how tender the chicken was. I can not thank them all enough for making everything so perfect! I definitely would recommend to people!

One of the most important things for us was to have food that people wanted to eat and keep eating at the wedding (versus other weddings we have been to where the food was just your typical wedding offering and was quite bland.) Falco's more than delivered with their cocktail hour options, food stations and buffet. They had so many options that enabled us to accomodate everyone who attended.
