I've been to way better in terms of Medditerranean food. Their food isn't terrible, but its not amazing either. The main thing I disliked about Fatoush Cafe was actually the customer service. My mom and I were there to grab a quick bite, and this man (I'm assuming he was the owner) was yelling at me to go help bring our food to our table. It was completely unprofessional, in my opinion.

We had to wait for loooooooong time, and the food was awful.

The food was absolutely delicious and served very quickly! I will be back. The vegetarian options are varied and delicious.

First time in and I really enjoyed the food! I checked it out bc of its feature on Guy Fieri Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. It definitely gives other Mediterranean spots in Nashville a run for their money. Staff was awesome, helpful with menu and timely. Excited to try chicken shawarma next! Plenty of parking.

The falafel was nicely seasoned, nice texture, not dry at all. They freshly made some falafel after each order. The stuffed grape leaves were very nicely flavored, very different from typical places. Potatoes and hummus were good as well. Place is decently big with plenty of seating. Parking is available. Baklava was really good. We had to go back and get more.

Fattoush is the definition of a hidden gem. If your visiting or a local, do yourself a favor and give them a visit! Consistent, authentic, and delicious

Unassuming place, it was a pretty slow day when we stopped which had us a little concerned. But, the food and service were awesome!

We needed somewhere close to our event and this was it. What a surprise that it was as tasty as it was and !Bonus! the owners and staff were amazing. I love falafel and had it in a wrap with spicy tahini. They were not messing around with the heat — SpiCY! Two diners had mixed meat wraps they liked. The order taker was very detailed asking about specifics; spicy tahini, tzatziki, or ranch. Lettuce and tomatoes? Everything arrived as requested. The final diner had the Super Fattoush dinner with a bit of everything. He enjoyed it and managed to eat every last bit of a very copious amount of food. It was definitely not quick, but made to order and tasty. Will definitely be returning!

My dad was passing through town, and we wanted to get dinner somewhere convenient. I told him I had never been here before but wanted to try it; the reviews mention vegan items. I could tell once we entered the short line of customers that each dish was prepared with care and presentation, regardless of dine-in or take-out. I got a Falafel Plate, and as I asked for no dairy items (I wasn't sure if it came with cheese), I was told that the dish comes vegan. The only vegan sauce is the spicy one; apparently, the plain version isn't popular enough to prepare an entire batch. I ended up really enjoying the sauce (the image does not picture it, but I poured it over the falafel). My spice tolerance isn't very high, but it was pleasant and woke me up. Overall, the food was fantastic, our service was wonderful, and my dad and I had a great catch-up dinner. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

Ordered delivery because I was in town for a conference and WOW! It’s really nice! The baklava was still warm on delivery and the salad was stacked to the brim. Huge portions, great food.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with my call-in order here. When I arrived, the employee didn't even acknowledge my presence and had a noticeable attitude. He informed me I'd need to wait another 20 minutes for my food, which I could handle, but his rudeness was unacceptable. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by spending my money here. This level of disrespect and poor customer service is inexcusable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

Quick to take your money and fix messy gyro that’s all meat and barely any toppings or sauce for $10. Does not include fries or anything else. Man fixing food can be rude and doesn’t care if you get what you pay for. Waste of money.

Best gyro and hummus I’ve ever had in my life. I’d take a bath in that hummus and drink it down. Fabulous.

Amazing Mediterranean food. This one goes down in my book of favorites. Took me a minute to understand that you order at the counter and not wait for a server, but, I'm a little country, so that's my excuse haha. The hummus plate with gyro meat made my day.

I am going to absolutely miss this place. I had the Fattoush super dish. Generous portion of everything. Meat is not dry, well seasoned and marination is perfect. The lamb and beef is donair like texture which is absolutely fine. I am glad I went to this place before flying back north. This is a must go place and an incredible treat. So sad to part ways.

This just might be the best Greek I've ever had. I'd rate 6 stars if I could. Staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, going the extra mile for me, and even covered a second drink I ordered on my way out. I will be back the next time I'm in Nashville. I may even make a trip out just to eat here.

It's all about the food, simple, fast, and made with great heart. There's just lamb/beef gyros meat, chicken shawarma, or vegetarian falafel, served as sandwiches or plates with warm pitas, yellow rice, salad, and the creamiest hummus I've ever had the pleasure of eating. It's a one man show, and he makes everything and does it with pride and great practice and skill. Super generous helpings. He was also kind enough to give us bottles of water when we were too dumb to order them instead of assuming he'd have water cups to give us. The prices are great too.

Great food! The Gyro, Chicken Shawarma, Hummus and Falafel are all outstanding. We’ve been eating lunch there on our trips to Nashville for the past two years and never have been disappointed in the food. Only downside is the service, so be prepared to wait. Ever since we seen Fattoush Cafe on Diners Drive In and Dives, we had to check it out! Fattoush Cafe serves fresh, delicious, and beautiful greek food. From spanikopita, to baklava, to shawarma. We had a beautiful lunch where the warm and hospitable owner came to chat with us. He is an amazing and hard working man! This hidden gem is definitely worth the visit!

Easy to find, right off street, great stop right off interstate, nice area, very reputable restaurant so parking can be a challenge, welcoming and inviting, can be busy during certain hours, vast menu is filling and satisfying , nice atmosphere, comfortable medium sized dining room, with t.v and window view .

If you’re eating “Greek” food in Nashville and haven’t been to Fattoush, you’re missing out. While there may be a time and place for assembly-line Greek, when you want the real deal come to Fattoush. Here’s a plug: this was my wife’s first meal request the day after giving birth. 😂 They have huge portions—so good—you can taste the love in every bite. Keep in mind this guy is a one man shop, and that’s not going to change. So if you’re in a hurry or want delivery better go elsewhere. But if you want the best, come and get it, wow!

We saw this cafe on Food Network and wanted to try some authentic Mediterranean food. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive from Clarksville. We will definitely return. The older gentleman working by himself was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Went there on a whim and it did not disappoint. Had the falafel sandwich and hubby had the lamb gyro both extremely flavorful, could add authentic hot sauce to make it spicy. Family owned and you can see the pride in the owners . Will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great falafels n gyros. They also serve other plates which looked amazing but we didn’t try.

Kinda pricey for only 2 menu options Food was overall great and good quality The owner was working by himself and had great attitude. $22 is a lot for a combo plate that u really don’t get to customize how you want. I love greek food just because I can customize it but overall I rate the experience a 3 it could be better and has a lot of potential coming from someone who travels for work and eats a lot of local shops
