Went for special occasion and it was a mix. Service was lacking and weird , atmosphere is off. The food presentation was not there, only in caprese salad. The food was good. Took time but no hurry as only one chef cooking with assistant for salads and appetizers. The location and outside appearance is a turn off. Chef was putting his sole and energy to get all plates out as it got full. Just some tweaks and it can be a hit.

The second time we dined here was amazing. I brought my husband for his birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We love that the restaurant is located in a quiet area and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. My husband is Italian, so finding an authentic restaurant is always a priority, and we feel like we've struck gold here.

Delicious meal with homemade pastas and sauces. Risotto was done to perfection. Atmosphere is great. Highly recommend

Just moved to Miami and wanted an elegant and quiet place to celebrate my birthday away from the flashy downtown. Don’t be deceived by the exterior! The minute you walk in you’re greeted with elevated service, and beautiful ambience. The host Giorgio was wonderful and made us feel so welcome! We’ve been looking for authentic Italian food and Ferraro’s didn’t disappoint - from the burrata to the eggplant parmigiana, carpaccio and perfectly light panna cotta - we were impressed by the presentation and quality of ingredients (no overly sweet or salty food here trying to cover up produce!). Our server was wonderful and made great recommendations for wine pairings - definitely will revisit this great neighbour gem!

I have been frequenting Ferraro's since 2017 and it is a fundamental stop on every trip to Miami. Definitely the best Italian restaurant in Miami and probably the best I've ever found abroad. Alfredo tagliolini don't exist here! Excellent raw materials, truly Italian cuisine without compromises, a cellar with uncommon wine offerings in the USA and at a very competitive price. Finally, impeccable welcome from the staff and the Chef and owner Igor. Truly a corner of Italy in Miami!

We are avid travelers and have had the privilege of trying numerous restaurants around the world, but we can say without a doubt that this Italian restaurant in Miami is among the best we have ever encountered. The quality of the food is exceptional, with dishes that authentically recall the flavors of the Italian tradition, prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients, we recommend the pappardelle with wild boar. The service is impeccable, with attentive, courteous staff always ready to satisfy our every request. The staff made us feel at home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even more special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner (Igor), a passionate and dedicated person who told us the history of the restaurant and his vision of Italian cuisine. His presence and commitment are reflected in every detail of the venue, from the menu to the decor, making this restaurant a must-see for anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience in Miami. We can't wait to return and experience this unique experience again.

Wonderful evening. Date night Friday with Salvatore as our server. Wonderful wine. Caesar salad. Zucchini blossom and most amazing pear gogonzola tortellini. Crema catalana. Expresso. Heaven.

After a few days in Miami between Latin and American culinary experiences, we were looking for quality Italian. Ferraro's lived up to our expectations. High quality, refined and authentic Italian cuisine. A wide choice of menu and wines. We tasted wonderfully cooked lobster tortellini and truffles and a delicious NY steak, for a very reasonable budget for Miami. The dishes are copious and the service attentive. The setting is modern and refined, with a classy atmosphere, in a non-touristy area. Highly recommended!

We went to Ferraro’s for dinner. The room is about 16 tables. Love the colored water glasses on the white tablecloth. We sat next to the wine wall. Wine selection is outstanding and different awards are hanging on the wall. It made me feel like I was in a Michelin star restaurant. Food is fresh and delicious. Prices are affordable and portion honest. I’ll definitely go back!

I ordered the steak expecting a juicy, flavorful cut of meat. Instead, I got a dry, overcooked slab that tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. The side vegetables were soggy and had no seasoning. My partner's seafood dish was similarly disappointing, with rubbery prawns and a bland sauce. It was a complete waste of money.

We live in the area and drive by Ferraros every day. We have always been intrigued by the hustle and bustle seen outside of this establishment. By god, now we understand what it’s all about! My experience at Ferraro's Kitchen Restaurant and Wine Bar was a complete disaster from start to finish. The service, despite the reputation, was really bad; Workers are aggressive and resentful when experienced." They are always in trouble." We want something. The food was just bad. I was expecting a well-cooked fresh dish, but this thing was dry and overcooked. The accompanying group was not spiritual, pretty tender. My friend ordered some pasta dishes that were swimming in an overly salty sauce, almost inedible. I expected something great on the wine list, yet it was very limited and disappointing. The glassware I chose was old fashioned, and the response to requests for alternatives didn't seem appropriate from the staff. The whole atmosphere was rather chaotic due to uncomfortable seats and intrusive music which hurt the eating. I was quite surprised to see great reviews online. They seemed so unrealistic. It is now crystal clear to me that Ferraro's Kitchen does not live up to its reputation. There are many good places in this area where one can eat good food and enjoy good service.

The service was shockingly poor, with the waiter ignoring our table for most of the night. When we finally managed to place our order, it took an eternity for our food to arrive. I came with high expectations to Ferraro's Kitchen Restaurant and Wine Bar and was met with one of the worst dining experiences in my whole life. Not exactly very thrilling, the ambiance is flat, and the food is terrible. My seafood tasted like a stale version of its fresh form and over-salted; my partner's meal was equally disgusting. Their staff is non-professional and uncaring. We had to wait an inordinate time for food, and it was cold. The response to our complaints was careless and rude. What's worse is that right after my experience, I did take some time out to read up the reviews of the restaurant, and there were quite a few telltale signs that the good reviews are fake. The gap between those reviews and reality just staggers. Clearly, Ferraro's is trying to scam potential customers. Bad service from the owner and the waiters, high prices for just average food, plus you can eat much better somewhere else at half of their price; a full disappointment

Bill couldn't believe his eyes; The prices here are outrageous for the quality of food and service you get. Further observation made me realize that most of those good reviews are probably fake and trying to lure unsuspecting customers like me. I felt cheated and I will never come back. My pasta dish was cold and tasteless, while my friend's pizza turned burnt and inedible. The service attendant was distant and more interested in her phone than looking at us. The place seemed to have a cleanliness problem—dirty plates and glasses were not attractive. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was wild and loud, not something one would expect from an upscale restaurant. After visiting, I began to question myself about the truth behind the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Look closer and one realizes that one finds similarly dubious, untrue claims. Ferraro cares more about creating a false appearance than creating a quality dining experience.

Excellent place to enjoy a quiet dinner. Everything exquisite. As a starter, some meatballs and the octopus with sautéed baby potatoes that were magnificent. Then pasta stuffed with pear and gorgonzola and some osso buco ravioli with donkey and sage. And for dessert the great tiramisu. I would definitely return, a great wine list and exceptional service.

Ferrari’s our family’s favorite restaurant, hands down. Italian hospitality with amazing servers, including Salvatore and Lucas. Birthdays, Anniversaries, and gatherings. Must try, if you want a taste of Italy in Miami.

We've been going to Ferraro Kitchen for about two years now. It's our cozy little spot with great service and food. The menu is fantastic, and the staff are exceptional. We love that it never gets too loud—there's no blaring music, and the patrons never speak loudly, creating a wonderfully serene atmosphere. This place feels like visiting a relative who always welcomes you and feeds you with their whole heart and soul. It almost doesn’t feel like a typical restaurant, in the best way possible, because it truly feels like home.

Consistency good! This is our 3rd time. Food is delicious every time. From veal tenderloin to short rib risotto and tiramisu. Our waiter Salvatore was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. We've been coming to Ferraro's since 2018. After 6 yrs being regulars (we dine here a few times a month), Ferraro's is still our most favorite dining venue. Friendly welcoming staff, consistently excellent chefs, warm atmosphere run by a loving Ferraro family. No other restaurant is as sincere as this place in Miami.

What an incredible experience. The service was excellent, and the food incredible. I recommend the Proscuitto Crudo San Danie Le and fresh Focaccia for an appetizer. Then the la greca salad with the Spaghetti Chitarra al Pomodoro for an entree.

Our waiter Nathan! What a gentleman. He was a fantastic waiter and recommended the perfect pairing of wine with our amazing meal. We have not finished a meal at a restaurant in a long time. Salads and pasta were made fresh. Wow. Manna from heaven!

From the outside of the gilding one cannot affirm there’s a high end restaurant and service inside, other from some very expensive vehicles parked by the entrance and the valet service sign. Yet the service food and ambiance are top! Excellent Italian ingredients and menu.

Our server, Lucas, was formidable. Perhaps I’m getting the translation of the French word wrong, but what I mean is, he was excellent. Only took two wines to find me the perfect one and managed to educate me on why the prosciutto was salty, without being condescending. Loved him. It’s all about the people. The owner or manager also came around to check on us. Very nice man. The Eggplant parmesan, minus the breaded and fried nonsense, was excellent, gluten free and a meal in itself and the burrata, elegantly plated and sparsely sauced (as I like it) on a bed of arugula with prosciutto, was fresh and tasty, almost as good as my first experience of truly good burrata was, at La Locanda on South Beach. But then it’s tough to surpass first impressions. Dessert; the creamiest puréed italian cheesecake with, I think, raspberry dripping was delicious. It must have been, because I actually dislike italian cheesecake, and I was happy to eat more than a few bites. Amd the ambience was very good, gave an intimate , but out for the evening feel and the music volume was perfect,; low enough to have a conversation instead of a shouting match. All in all, it was a great experience;would have been five stars, but for a poorly buffed wine glass.

The food is exquisite, Michelin star vibes. The owner is so nice and the server was super sweet with us! I recommend the Lobster Ravioli, meatballs and the Tiramisú.

The wine list is long and you can always find a decent bottle. The servers are friendly. The food is amazing and the menu is changing seasonally which I love. Very cute patio and the interior is charming and intimate. Definitely give it a try it's a NBV resident go to.

Wow, just wow. Food, service, and atmosphere on the patio was fantastic. Salvatore was phenomenal serving us and recommending perfect food and wine. Atmosphere is casual and understated and the Italian cuisine is as good as you will find in Miami. Ask for Salvatore, he is a prince. We are already looking forward to our next meal here.

Everything was fantastic. Excellent service, very nice restaurant and the food and wine exceeded expectations. Everything is cooked from scratch daily and it really shows. We had marvelous bread, an app of fried calamari, shrimp and zucchini with marinara, lobster ravioli, ravioli osso bucco with sage, and cheesecake. All outstanding and very reasonable prices. This was our first time at this restaurant and pleasantly surprised. Good food, service, and atmosphere. Good music. Staff very attentive which we appreciated. Had the Cesar salad, paccheri dish, and papardelle dish. Was exactly what we were looking for tonight.
