This dinner was so good. Fun atmosphere, big margaritas. I got the Burritos Deluxe.

Never disappointed!! Love this place.

Do not eat here if you’ve ever had decent mexican food. The margarita was good. We thought the food would ok. It was not! Don’t waste your money. Taco bell has better food!

It’s always such a pleasure to slide into a table here and just relax and know I’m going to have a delicious meal with friendly service.

Good soup, huge burritos, great service. Salsa a little mild would recommend a little more spice and cilantro.

Food was very good thought it was a little on the pricy side until the food came out and I saw that my burrito would have been enough to survive a few months on an abandoned island overall very pleased will be coming back

Everything here is consistently good. The staff is kind and very helpful. Large portions of fresh food. I'm a chips and salsa nut and they have some of the most addictive.

We LOVE Fiesta Tapatia! They offer great food and great service. The new changes to the building are fantastic… huge outdoor patio, a large covered outdoor waiting area in front, and a ton more parking in back of the building!

I sometimes find myself dancing and eating at the same time at this location. I can't resist the good musical vibes. My family just expects it now and are no longer embarrassed to bring me with them.

I live in NC and every time we’re visiting our family in WV we come here every time! The service is great, food is delicious and their margaritas are unlike anything else I’ve tried!

The typical American-Mexican restaurant - the colors and decor are a bit over the top. Food is good and generous portions, especially for lunch.

Overpriced for quality of food. 1/4 of our order was wrong and server didn’t come back to check and couldn’t get it rectified. My husband shared his grilled chicken quesadilla with me and the second bite had a massive chicken bone in it that nearly caused me to choke. Terrible service, quality of food was less than sub par.

The food here was fantastic. Everything was loaded. Atmosphere was great. The server that I had acted like he just did not care. He went to get me a refill. Walked away with my cup. Disappeared for like 10 to 15 minutes. I had to get another server to go get him so I could get my drink. Every time he came to the table it was a 15 to 20 minute wait and he was not busy with other tables either. He was just hanging out. Great food but if you want a fast dining experience that's iffy. I'm sure if we didn't get another server to get us our check we probably would have sat there all night.

Everything started off amazing. Chips, drinks, food everyone was on it. The waiter was friendly at first and quickly disappeared. Waited for 15 minutes and another waitress came over to get us to go boxes and our waiter showed up again to take dirty plates and did not return to give us our bill or see if we needed a drink. We sat again for another 10-15 mins and finally got up to see if we could cash out with the other waitress. She said they needed the bill which we weren’t provided with. Our waiter was still MIA ,she had locate him. I am not sure if he was multi-tasking or what. It was not busy on a Thursday night. But the service was awful and we will not be back. He totally wrecked our experience. Reading the reviews it sounds like this is a continuous issue. The food was great except the mole sauce, nasty along with the service.

I've been coming here for at least 14 years now, this is hands down the best Mexican food in all of Martinsburg. They also have been expanding the building and adding onto the seating areas (it's very nice to see businesses reinvest in themselves and grow.)

The all meat fajita was the best

We’ve been here several times, it used to be a great place. The last few times we’ve came we were sat and then had to wait 10-15 minutes for drinks, another 20-25 to order and then wait 45-1hr to get food. Oh and another 20 minutes to get your check. Once you receive your check, it’s a handwritten check. The items listed on the check were illegible with extra charges that didn’t make sense to us, we went up to the front to make sense of the situation. We were charged $7 for HALF OF ONE AVACADO. We also ordered the fajitas with French fries but asked for French fries on the side (which is a menu item fajitas w French fries $18.99 inclusive price)… because we asked for the fries on the side we were charged and extra $3.99. Subpar experience for over $120+. We won’t be back.

This place was unique, fun, and a great place to grab dinner and drinks! We made it there about an hour and a half before closing, the service was fantastic, the music was fun, and the food was delicious! The prices may seem pretty high, (sometimes nearing or just over 20 dollars) the portion size is large. You get tortilla chips and salsa immediately. I ordered the fajita Supreme, and it did not disappoint. There was enough food to have leftovers twice!

This restaurant is well situated near I81 and the hotel area. It is a short walk from major hotels which is nice after care long car journey. In a previous visit I had the single fajitas, and it is a lot of food for 1 person. Recently I had the Enchilada Verde plate with 2 shredded beef and 2 shredded chicken enchiladas. The chicken and beef were tender and each had unique seasoning, the rice was excellent, flavourful and cooked perfectly, but the refried beans were simply fantastic. So as not over eat, I left half the rice with everything else having a clean plate. I had one imported beer with dinner and the price was very reasonable.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. we were simply visiting in town and stopped in. The food portions were excellent. The taste was excellent for every dish and there was seven of us. Food was served very quickly.

Typical Mexican (Tex-Mex) restaurant, nothing fancy but solid for what it is. The chips were warm, crispy and tasty. The salsa had good flavor, could have been spicier. I am a Chimichanga snob, these were great! I would definitely get them again. Finally, I had a Margarita on the Rocks. Big, tasty and a little kick. I have actually already been back.

They are always at the top of the quality of their food and provide the best customer service. CANT SAY SAME 4 SPRING MILLS.

Today was one of these worse experiences I had there the server was terrible told the manager when the manager went to speak to her she stormed off ridiculous! The food is normally good but not this time been sick to my stomach since leaving! I wanted to give the tip to the waiter actually came to the table poor guy didn’t want to accepted but Hector well deserved it!

Usually this place is great, we’ve eaten in the restaurant a few times and the food and service has always been good. But this time, we decided to order to-go and will never make that mistake again. We ordered two entrees that each come with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guac; but was not in our bag. When I asked about this, the hostess said that the entrees don’t come with it, I said when we’ve eaten in the restaurant they do. She asked someone else, and they brought me lettuce, tomato and sour cream (no guac). I just figured I wouldn’t order to-go from here again and didn’t think it was a big deal. But the reason I am leaving this review is the revolting “flan” we received. It was chunky as if curdled milk was used.

TRAVELERS ON 81: Avoid!!! We picked this place because it was conveniently located off the exit. BIG MISTAKE! The hostess/server obviously does not like her job. The owner had to seat us and gave us chips/salsa and took our order for waters. Then the surly hostess/server approached and asked about drinks. I said that our order for waters was already taken. Then she disappeared! We waited almost 25 minutes for her to come back. At which point we left. This was an absolute waste of our valuable travel time. To note for other wheelchair users: bathrooms are not handicap accessible for wheelchair users. We ended up at a chain restaurant down the road and were seated and had our food in a short amount of time. DO BETTER..:this “fiesta” was an awful experience!!!

The atmosphere is excellent everything is colorful and themed. The food was decent.

I ordered a combo with a enchilada and burrito. The sauce tasted like it had bbq sauce in it. I have never tasted a sauce that tasted like bbq in a mexican restaurant. It was expensive for the food quality. My husband and I ordered guacamole, 1 beer each , fajitas and a combo. It cost 58.00 before tip.

Worst Mexican restaurant ever traveling from Georgia and stoped by. Chips were stale. Server was not great. I ordered a Chicken Chipotle and was nothing near chipotle it was more of a tomato chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant

We were in Martinsburg for the weekend and stopped by this place for dinner. It looked like a clean and neat facility. We were waited on very quick. But the bowl of chips served before the meal were stale and the salsa was pretty bland. I had the three (3) chicken enchiladas with refried beans and Spanish rice. The enchiladas were just awful and the rice and beans weren’t any better. It was actually the worst Mexican food I’ve had in years. Really a big disappointment.

Asked for some sour cream to put on my meal and was charged $3 for two spoons worth of sour cream!!!

Authentic atmosphere, very colorful and beautiful. Good was hot and cooked well. The server was attentive and friendly. The cost was lower than some other places I've eaten. I had lunch with a drink and it was right around $13.00.

I wanted it there for 20 minutes. Nobody acknowledge me or notice me or ask me if I need help or I had any questions. No one greet me Bad experience first and last time I go there if you’re traveling to the state, I want to try it. I wouldn’t recommend it because I’m not from the area and I always like to try different restaurants.

First time eating here. The food was excellent! Some of the best fajitas I've had. The service on the other hand was abysmal. Our server brought us our drinks, but then didn't return for 15 minutes to take our order. We were constantly looking around for him in need of refills on drinks and chips. We finally received our food, but the server never checked on us or returned until about 10 minutes after we were finished. I'd recommend the food, but it will be a while before I return. I would hope for better service next time.

Stopping overnight at an adjacent wonderful hotel, we perused the nearby options for dining on this New Year's Eve evening. Though I enjoy Mexican, my husband rarely agrees to go, but on this night he said yes. It was problematic from the start. New Year's Eve and the sign over the bar says "sports bar", but there was no sports and the bar was not open. What!--on New Year's Eve?!? Your only choices were terrible tasting margaritas, select beers or wines that the waiter could bring from the back. It only got worse with the food. We had tacos and enchiladas---don't even think about ordering. Did that "cheese" in the enchiladas get poured out of a large Velveeta jar? The chips were the thicker kind and with the salsa, this was the best part of the meal. For us, this was a great mistake.

Good food. We had good service for a while until we were talking, and I guess taking too long to leave in a mostly empty restaurant. We were there for a while longer after finishing our meals, and continuously got the side eye and were ignored until we flagged someone down for the check and boxes. If you wanted us to leave, you could have asked or given us the check instead of ignoring us.

Worst quality to price ratio I've ever seen. I'd park across the street if you go here, an employee in a chrome Escalade was in such a rush to get off that he almost slammed straight into me on his way out, then he gave my kids the finger. So yeah, never again

Overall, the restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is awesome. I love the Mexican decor. Artistry and creative. Lots of artwork. Margaritas were delicious and my fiancé and I had huge glasses of them. Chips and salsa were fun to eat. My only complaint is that the portion is HUGE! I ordered 3 fajitas of beef, chicken, and shrimp. I don’t get HUGE order like this at other Mexican restaurants. I gave it 4 stars because my dish was too huge and I wasted my money because I couldn’t finish it all! :(

This place has fantastic food and service. The seats and colorful designs covering almost everything in this place makes it even more special. You can tell the owner put a lot of work into his restaurant and they’re still doing more renovations to the outside seating but I hope there parking lot is next, it’s hard to find parking at this place it’s a very tight parking lot.

We stopped in while traveling from NY to VA. We were seated promptly and greeted by our server, who took our drink order. Our chips arrived and were toasty warm, and the salsa was on point, fresh and a little chunky. We ordered queso funding, which was tasty as well as the fajita nachos. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit by colorful lights! Very fun atmosphere, and great food. Would go back tomorrow if it weren't so far away.

We ate here with friends today. We loved the decor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was really great. I had a delicious taco salad, my daughter had the sizzlin fajita and my son had the biggest super chicken burrito I ever saw.

This was our first time trying Fiesta Tapatia. We are not from the area and was not disappointed! The food was delicious with huge portions. The place restaurant was very clean and vibrant. Our Server did a fantastic job. We are looking forward to going back again!

Left a cash tip. My account was charged correctly at first, and then it came through finalized with a $15 tip. Call mgr with no solution. How can you add to your bill after you place zero tip and a total. Others has this happened also

Food was bland with no flavor. Tasted like what you would buy in a can at the grocery. Guacamole dip had no flavor, spicy cheese dip was not spicy. Chips tasted old. Sparse meat. Service was spotty & minimal but pleasant. Decor is very festive and pleasant Mexican atmosphere. A shame the food doesn’t share the same! I would not return nor recommend.

We stopped in Martinsburg after a long day driving and were surprised to find this gem. The bright, festive decor, extensive menu options, & welcoming staff set the tone. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp & Rice which was one of the best Mexican meals I’ve ever enjoyed & the No 8 Burrito meal with refried beans, also delicious. This is a reliable, good Mexican restaurant. The service is always excellent. We were a group of four for lunch and were easily able to be served and eat in under an hour This is also the most colorful restaurant in Martinsburg: it’s very festive.

I have been here a few times, as recently as April 2021. The food here is always realllllyyyyy good. This recent time I ordred Pollo Con Chorizo and there was just SOOOOOO much food. Prepared perfectly. I also had a frozen strawberry margarita which was fantastic. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly. It is pretty and clean inside. We went with a party of 7 and they had no problem finding us a table. We went during their rush, so it took a little while for the food to come but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this place. I've never had a bad experience and even take out-of-towners when they want good mexican food! PS: it looks like they are building an outdoor dining area, and I will definitely be back to sit on their deck and enjoy another nice meal!

We enjoyed our dinner of shrimp salad and chili rellenos. Lisandro was helpful with meal selection and service. The serving size for both our meals was very generous. The presentation was attractive. We felt safe with the booths having very high backs. It was private and we felt safe. Wait staff were wearing masks.
