Look for the food truck in front of the Morgan Trading Company. I had the Matt burger with gluten free bun. Delicious, bacon jam some yummy sauce. My son had the Papaw and devoured it. I wish I had this place back at home.

If you are looking for super yummy, full of flavor and still gluten and/or dairy free must try this place. They use fresh veggies, real seasoning and beautiful food. I highly recommend Fil-Am Fusion.

Biked here with the family yesterday for a fantastic lunch! Everything was delicious. Kids ate most of my husband's adobo pork before he even had a chance to taste it. Lumpia, garlic rice and the Matt burger (bacon onion relish - so good!) were all great. Even tried the beet burger - I'm not vegetarian, but I'd absolutely order that again. Shaved ice and lemonade were also a refreshing treat for a hot day. Definitely looking forward to eating here again!

DELICIOUS FOOD! I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and portion sizes. It is my new favorite food in Gaylord! Can’t wait to go back!

Nice little addition to the food trucks in town. The burgers and the Philippino food are both delicious. The cucumber salad they give the burgers is super tasty. We've loved everything we've tried so far!

Traveled with another family here and the only thing that beat the food was the service. Angie and staff had the park benches very clean. Angie came out to talk to us to make sure the food was as expected. We also talked about the local Filipino community and where in the Philippines she immigrated from. We ordered the tapsilog, Papaw burger, tocilog, chicken adobo, and chicken inasal. In addition to the rice and meat, they serve it will a side of pancit (noodles) and all of it tasted truly authentic. Halo Halo was good but I think I liked the soft serve (pineapple) even better. Definitely will return every time we are in the area.

In a town that isn’t necessarily know for being culturally diverse in their restaurants Fil-Am Fusion is a breath of fresh air. We stopped at Fil-Am Fusion after a bike ride along the rails to trails, and it’s super easy and quick stop if you’re looking to fuel up. Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious. We couldn’t have been happier with the food and the service.

Had an absolutely wonderful pork burger (called The Xabin) with a double patty. Can't wait to try another item when I swing back through Gaylord. Very nice people as well!

Tried the lumpia with garlic rice and pancit, the xabin burger, and the turon. Everything was great! There are options for vegetarian and gluten free folks as well. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome fusion food with a flavor for everyone. The Filipino dishes were great, we tried the Tapsilog, Lumpia, and Pinakbet. All very different flavors, and the garlic rice and noodles were a great compliment to the main dish. The beef was very flavorful and tender in the Tapsilog. The kids burgers were fresh and came with fries. If you have room for dessert- try the Halo-Halo. It was colorful with a lot of different flavors. The coconut jellies were really unique and tasty. There are picnic tables and really nice planters closing the dining area off.

I love Filipino food and was thrilled to find out this truck opened recently. It's been a while since I've had a chance to have lumpia and pancit, so I opted for the lumpia dinner. I tried the hibiscus drink and the casava cake. The lumpia is excellent and beautifully crispy. I've never had casava cake, so decided to try it. Definitely worth the money! It isn't too sweet and has just enough coconut milk. I look forward to working my way through the rest of the menu.

My husband and I stopped to eat since our friends recommended. It was fabulous. We added the hibiscus drinks which paired great with the pork dishes. Friendly and fast service! Highly recommend and come hungry.

I've been enjoying Angie's food for years and can really say she can cook delicious out of this world meals!

I grabbed lunch at Fil-Am Fusion Food Truck today and 🤤Can we take a minute to appreciate how much food there is?! I got the BBQ Chicken Skewers weekly special with the garlic rice, which also included Pancit and slaw. I also grabbed an order of Turon - which are these wonderfully crispy, delicate banana stuffed spring roll wrappers with a light caramel drizzle. Presentation, flavor, food quality - all get 5-stars! If you're looking for something different, run to their location. You won't be disappointed! As an added bonus, they offer online ordering so your lunch can be ready when you get there.

Absolutely amazing! Missed my abundance of Filipino food growing up so had to try this place and it was definitely worth it. My family now has to work on budgeting because we'll most likely be back regularly.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! The owners are extremely pleasant and welcoming to not only the food truck but the pawn shop as well! My only complaint is that they didn't open 4 years ago when I moved here!

Everything… and I mean everything we ate was delicious. Refreshingly vibrant and full of bold flavors. The tosilog with garlic rice & the pork adobo with garlic rice were both equally amazing. The Calamansi juice is perfectly tangy and sweet like a limeade and the coconut juice with with pulp tastes like dessert in a can. Thank you Angie and the gang - for not only the authentic flavors, but your willingness to push the boundaries of food in northern Michigan! ALSO, MAKE SURE TO TREAT YOURSELF TO THE VEGGIE SPRING ROLLS!

The absolute best burger you will find in Otsego County. No ordinary stuff here. Happy people who are excited to cook for you. So glad to have some ethnic lunch choices in town. AND GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS TOO!!!!!
