I ordered online. My diet is restricted a lot so I know it was a bit questionable on my order how to make it. A staff member called me to make sure it was what I wanted. I thought that was nice. The food was good. I really like the gluten free bread! I love the option for “less bread” too. I do wish there was spinach as an option.

Food was good and cooked as per request. You order at the counter and wait for your name to be called and pick up your food at the counter. The restaurant was clean with sanitizer bottles located directly next to the drinks station. Since Covid, there are no longer communal hot sauce bottles.

Customer service is excellent and whom I’m assuming was the manager has top tier humor, left with my sub and a smile.

They be talking about roaches behind the counter while I got my head phones in thinking I’m not listening 🤣🤣 nasty place

Pretty okay place. They have food, which is good. Honestly though, subway tastes better and is cheaper, but firehouse has better quality, and they have good cookies. The employees are pretty cool too. I’ve met a few of them here and there, boss man John is cool. Would like to get to know the employees better. Also, their bacon needs to be crispier.

They hire children that's always playing over your food while fixing it and they don't pour the water off of the meat while fixing your subs the bread be wet.

Went in at 6:30ish on August 15th and had a wonderful time dealing with Trey! It was only him and another girl and he was cleaning the store (pulled everything from up against the line and was mopping it) and still managed to help us in a timely manner and had a great personality. He was so sweet. He also initially forgot to put bacon on my turkey bacon ranch sandwich and instead of letting me walk out like most people do for me to find out when I got home he stopped me and put bacon on it. Such a great experience :)

They have some really great subs there. And you can also help the fire department get all of the things that they need to safe A life. Just by getting some thing to eat there. And the life that they save might even be your own.

I have to give these guys some kudos, I visit regularly and have seen them in different stress levels. They always make me a great sandwich and it is always timely. COVID has introduced a whole new set of rules and this firehouse has adapted nicely. Love the meatball sandwiches and the Club on a sub! Hook & ladder was my first sandwich when they went in business and it remains my only choice since they opened. Love everything about them. Can't beat it.

Awesome Steak and Cheese sub served hot and fresh! Restaurant was super clean.

They changed things since my last visit. I love the hook and ladder but now you can't get 1/2 sub. It's small, medium or large. My small was 90% bread. The meat and cheese were miniscule. I was disappointed.

While ordering my food to go this afternoon, i was assisted by a young gentleman by the name of Adam. After a long day at work and having my infant with me, Adam went above and beyond to help me. From bringing my to go order out to me and even holding the door to help us out. It’s the small things that mean the most!! Great staff at this location :)

These people have always been friendly when I come here and I usually make it once a month. The restroom are very clean, the associates greet you with a healthy smile and the dining area is clean too. It's a good place to stop for a sandwich if you're traveling north on 319/Thomasville Rd. It's not ever too busy at lunch time however, I've been here anytime between 11am to 2pm and was out in a matter of minutes!

When it comes to the sub sandwich, Firehouse puts the competition to shame! Firehouse subs knows how to give you what you pay for. The other sub shops continue to skimp you as much as they can, and expect you to pay a higher price than Firehouse subs cost. Plus, Firehouse supports the local emergency responders that put their lives at risk everyday so you and I can go about the day. Thank you Tallahassee Police Department and Sheriff department for putting your lives on the line. Thank you firefighters and EMS for the high intensity stress you endure day in and day out; to keep our community safe.
