First time coming here. As a truck driver, it is very hard to find good healthy meals on the road, I was welcomed warmly by the Staff. They were very friendly, and very knowledgable with calorie and protien intake, they also helped with advice with my mother's diabetes. Pricing is far better than truck stop foods. I was able to get a weeks worth of meals for half of what i pay on the road!! I will be coming here everytime, i come in, Thank yall so much!!!

This is my first time trying Fit & Fresh meals & it’s exceptionally good! The cauliflower pizza tastes better than a pizza you’d get from a pizza joint! Clean, minimal ingredients! You can tell Terrence, the owner, really cares about his customers health & fitness journey! As a nursing student with absolutely no time to cook, this is life changing! QUICK, EASY, HEALTHY. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing atmosphere. Supporting local is great, but knowing you are supporting genuinely kind / helpful people makes it so much better. I’m looking forward to supporting this place more in the future.

Started a new weight loss journey and was struggling to find the time to prepare meals separate from my family. I decided to give Fit and Fresh Meals a try. They have a large grab and go section with a big variety of different meals. All the meals are clearly marked with nutrition values and ingredients and help alot when trying to choose what's best for my diet. Unlike other meal prep services that I have tried these meals are delicious! The seasoning and flavor is on point. So far I have not had one that I didn't like. Portion control was a big issue for me and this helps so much. The menu changes week to week. Chef prepared foods at a realistic affordable price.

Do not like that food selections change weekly and then some of the food items enjoyed are not available the following week without online ability to make special requests.

So many options of great healthy food with a new menu each week. Each meal has your protein, calories, carbs and fats shown to you. If you can't eat everything youve purchased by its expiration date, the meals have a 3 month freezer life and the containers are reusable. Affordable and perfectly portioned. Today I had shrimp and grits and tomorrow is chicken Teriyaki meatballs with green beans and jasmine rice. Wraps and burritos are also a tasty option. Breakfast options are also available. They even have healthy desserts like cheesecake that's sugar free and peanut butter protein balls. Meals are $2 off on Friday. It is take out only. Microwaves are there for your on the go meals. They now sell cauliflower pizzas.

Every meal I have had in the last month has been amazing. All the breakfast and lunch options have been fresh with the perfect amount of seasoning. Everything is calculated so it makes watching calories so simple. I highly recommend trying them!!

So many things I could rave about with Fit and Fresh, but before I get into it I’ll post the gist in case people need a quick read! Friendly staff that make you feel like family - the meals have such amazing flavor - you cannot find meals this reasonably priced ANYWHERE My husband and I have been cooking our own prepped meals for a while, but we still found ourselves slipping through the cracks with occasional drinking and eating out. We have been wanting to make a lifestyle change for a while but have always dropped the ball every time we have tried. We recently decided to purchase already cooked and prepped meals to help save time and hopefully stick to our nutrition goals. We came across Fit and Fresh online and decided to check it out. IMMEDIATELY we fell in love!! First of all, Terrance is amazing!! He is so kind and encouraging! We were able to discuss frustrations we were encountering and our future goals and he jumped on that opportunity to encourage and guide us. He thoroughly explained EVERYTHING from nutrition to exercise and it made complete sense! We went on Tuesday and a few days later have already placed our first order for the following week. (Not to mention we swung by today for the $6 Friday meals!!) I could honestly go on and on, but this business is such a gem in the Lafayette area and I am so excited we found them!!

Fit & Fresh is my go to place for quick, healthy meals that taste great. There are so many breakfast and lunch options to get you through the week. Being on a weight loss journey, it is so helpful to have reliable meals that can fit into your diet and budget. With the help of Fit and Fresh meals and a work out regimen, I have lost 30 pounds in the last 3 months. The meals are delicious and so easy to grab and go.

So I was visiting New Iberia and just wanted to have healthy options for meals because it’s past time for me to be taking control of my health. Well I had the grilled chicken spinach wrap and a protein breakfast bowl! The flavor was awesome. The food was super fresh! The cold press strawberry lemonade was delightful. I’ll definitely be returning for my next few meals while I’m here. Also, I was greeted by the most engaging folks. Overall I was really impressed!

Got us some meals for the first time last week from the lafayette location and I have to say they are delicious! Went visit the New Iberia location today. Not only did the owner wait for me at closing time (cause I’m always running behind) he took the time to educate me on how to store and prep my meals that I picked up and gave me great tips for when I’m on the road (or ballpark) Terrance was so helpful!! I will definitely be a weekly customer!!!
