Not what I thought it would be. Keto diet food, not a balanced diet. Good for what it is.

The food was great but a chef salad is expensive at 12.00

Perfect for health minded busy people. Decent pricing and absolutely delicious food thats good for your body. Can pick up at local locations for a small fee, don't have to drive to their main location in Vicksburg. Enjoyed all my meals, weekly menu changes so you don't get bored. I will keep ordering from here as long as I'm in Mississippi.

Decent tasting food for low carb/keto but pretty expensive. Rise & Shine drink is very good though!

The homemade chips and chocolate chip cookie was great! I want some more!
