The closing hours need to be updated. Every time i come here late night it's full of people, door locked.

Food wasn’t horrible but the customer service was. This isn’t typical of five guys, especially this location. Maybe the employee (manager) was just having a bad night.

Burger bun was dry. Patty is much much thinner. Really getting thin like McDonald’s burgers. Fries are still good but the burger portion and quality are trash pandaville. Why post signs about the quality of burger in the past when they are now making McDonald’s type of burgers. Someone is pinching pennys at this location.

First time eating at a Five Guys. Was great all around!! If I had anything negative it would be that the dining room area needed cleaned.

The experience is always excellent t. The only less than perfect part is the cost is a little high.

Great burgers and fries like they are known for. Service and atmosphere was good.

Cant believe i paid 8 dollars for fries only to hear the workers actively talking about me and laughing at me. Unbelievably disrespectful to be talking about your customers negativity WITHIN EAR SHOT of said customer. Overpriced and unprofessional.

Oh is it ok to hit weed there cuz I was let go I do remember marijuana is still illegal in this state everyone is smoking weed there now if Nick would like to bring me back I'll calm down about it or I'll be like a barking dog and that would seriously affect his brother who works there and everyone else who smokes weed on the job

We went for the fries which were extremely salty and dark. It's a first for us with them. With them being busy that late at night it wasn't worth returning to get them fixed.

Food I ate there one night made me sick. The store is always dirty and very unorganized.

I wish I got all the guys names but this is the chillest 5 guys I've been to! Staff is friendly as all heck and they cook a mean burger!! Great customer service and great vibes and food! Company has to fix the card readers because we were trying to tip the cashier and it froze out and we didn't have cash! Fix that so your boys can get some money!!

I'm on a Carnivore diet, so this is awesome! Especially when it can be open late!

This is my second time ordering from them and I had to change my review. Y'all shouldn't do an online order because they mess it up Everytime. I would not recommend five guys to anyone. Especially if ordering online.

The food there is INCREDIBLE and very worth the prices!! I had my order Door dashed. Well when the door dasher, Gloria, dropped off the food, there was one whole order missing. I tried calling her four times and I texted her three times and got no response from her. So I contacted the store and explained the issue I was having. The manager that was working that Saturday afternoon/evening was very understanding and very professional. He fixed the issue with absolutely NO PROBLEMS. This place is FANTASTIC!! The employees are great. You actually see smiles on their faces and they actually greet you politely!! Great people, great atmosphere, and AMAZING food!!! Thank you all for the work you do for your customers everyday!! You guys do a fabulous job!!! Please keep the great work!!!!

I love this Five Guys! I’m a dasher, and this is one of my frequent stops. The staff is always super nice and helpful, the food is always great when I decide to grab a bite, and I love that they keep the cute art cards up on the cork boards, with special attention paid to the really good ones. :) one of my favorite places in the Eddy Street Commons!

I placed an order through door dash around noon today and I just wanted to say who ever was running that grill FIREE!!!! A++ best 5 guys I’ve had yet.

Who stopped by Notre Dame for a quick tour and found this Five Guys restaurant. Five guys has the best french fries around. That’s all we went in for. We weren’t that hungry, but it was a great stop. There is no fry sauce in Indiana. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend you stopping by this location when you’re in the mood for a burger, some amazing fries, or a shake.

Still a really great burger price is a little steep but atheist it tast great. Fries I just wish the weren't as soft.

Above average 👍 1 bacon burger, 1 bacon cheeseburger, 2 regular fries, and to regular shakes came to $43.01. So, imo, the price was a bit high but the food was delicious. Recommended

I love this place 💯 Everyone is always so inviting and comfortable and food is done quickly. I've eaten here for years and not one order has ever been messed up. They are on top of their game 10/10 one of the best burgers you can get near by

Love the food! Would like to see some sort of vegetable. (No preservatoves or chemicals. No GMO products.) Service was great - fresh food, prepared to order. Glad to see someone refilled the ketchup dispenser right away, when it was emptied. One of our favorite burger places.

My first time coming here, prices are decent for the portions you get. If you get fries with your food, they literally put them in a drink cup, so plenty to share if you want to 😅. Their shakes are damm good, too. I'm definitely coming back for more.

The manager tonight will not stop complaining about customers...very unprofessional. Maybe should focus a little more on slinging burgers since it took a while to get food out.

Food and service are great, but this particular location has the aroma of fruit-perfumed vomit and I'm not sure why. It seems clean but the smell makes dining in unbearable. The fries are delicious and the burgers are great, but I'm not sure why the smell of the place is so off putting.

If I could rate them lower I would stood in line for over 20 minutes just to be told at 1:30am they were no longer taking orders when I asked the guy wearing black why he didn’t tell us this previously he then informed me that i wasn’t “listening “ like how do you tell a customer that me or anyone I know want be returning smh

Ordered delivery through the Five Guys app. After an hour, received a message that our food had been delivered. No food at any door, and hadn't seen any vehicles on the street. Called the store, they refused to redeliver. Said we would have to come in, even though I told them we had no way to come in, which was why we ordered delivery in the first place. Horrible customer service. Manager did not give a damn.

I'm writing this review in response to my awful and repeated bad experiences at their neighbor, Noodles & Co! I walked right out of Noodles & Co after watching the line of people waiting for their food & orders being wrong. This was the last time I gave them a chance! I walked straight to Five Guys and ordered my delicious burger! It is expensive and watching the prices go up hurts but...I've never had a bad experience here. They have never gotten my order wrong and I've never had to wait for very long. Employees have a good attitude and work hard. Thank you!

Ate at Five Guys before two Notre Dame games. Great service and quality both visits. Keep up the good work.

Always have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for orders some employees pants are half way down there back sides was there once and a couple employees were cussing at each other in front of customers and the manager. Night shift is very unorganized.

The place smells literally like a rancid bathroom! Why?? Sure the food is good, but you are gagging trying to order when every other place is too busy.

Forgot the bacon on my partners burger seems to be something fast food places just want to charge you but not give it to you. You're not the only ones. Other than that, fries are always amazing.

Extremely impressed with the speed and accuracy of our order on an extremely crowded home game day. The cashier also took time to ensure my allergy needs were met further down the line to prevent cross contamination. 10/10.

Five guys burgers and fries are one of the BEST! They are cooked to order which produces a hot and fresh meal. The service is quick and friendly.

I used to work here. I got really sick for a week and couldn’t go to work and they decided to fire me. Very bad head management(Sam). They only need you for the busy hours and don’t give you what you want. But yea good food

The fries are fantastic, but the cost and size of the burger are just terrible, super expensive for a tiny burger. You can get two burgers from BK for half the price and almost three times the food!

Terrible customer service experience. I showed up after receiving a text that my door dash order was ready. The girl at the register said they didn’t have the order and proceeded to help the next customer in line. I asked her what I was supposed to do then because I had already paid. She told me I would have to get a refund and she continued to help the next customer. Turns out they actually had our order. The cash register girl just doesn’t know how to read receipts correctly. And we had to wait an extra hour IN-STORE just to pick up a DOOR DASH ORDER.

Perfect except they didn't put enough seasoning on the fries

A little bit pricey. But, what isn't these days. I was kind of bummed about the french fries. They used to fill the cup and then dump extra in the bag but I guess they don't do that anymore. I got a large cup of fries and not a single one more. The cheeseburger was great and so were the fries.

Food is alright. Took 20 minutes and didn't seem that busy. Prices are way to high. Almost 20 for a burger hotdog and a drink. Not even any fries .

Worst service never going back too them 50mins to get my order.. while other people got there food in front of me after they ordered front the desk and i order before showing up. And still waited almost to midnight to recieve my ordered.

Their fresh fries are so good, and the helping is huge. A large order easily feeds my hungry hungry hubby and I, especially along with their burgers. All toppings are free, and they have a lot of them to chose from. Staff was very friendly, service was pretty quick considering they make everything fresh, which is nice for a burger place. I haven't gotten a milkshake yet, I was too stuffed lol.

Nice quick food, nothing over the top but the staff was polite and fast.

Tuesday, June 7, 2022 At 9:29 p.m. we stopped in for burgers and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. They didn’t put bacon on it so I went back I asked for some bacon and they gave me cold bacon, so cold that the grease had turned white. I asked for fresh bacon and had to argue with the manager that that is not fresh bacon just because you made it this morning. Then she proceeds to get the bacon from the back of the store she is talking to her coworker and rolling her eyes. Pretty disappointed with my visit and probably will go to one of the other burger joints in Eden Street Commons next time

It's a real busy restaurant because of the location. It may take a little time to get your food, but it's worth the wait!

Second time arriving at this location to be met with a closed store. They phone number listed seems to direct to another store as when I called to check if this location was actually open, the person at a audibly busy store hung up on me. Arrived at 11:30 to find a note on the door stating they are closed until noon.

It was an all male staff and they were working very hard! I am usually obsessed with their sandwiches but today their fries stole the show! They were perfectly cooked and perfectly salty! I also love that they have the pop machines with all the options!

Five Guys is definitely getting more expensive. C'est la vie.

Food was good, food was fresh and food was slow to make. Five Guys always slaps but waited to long for a burger midday no real line or large group.

I usually love coming here but I went this past Friday and did not have a great experience. They take way too long to make shakes and one of the employees yelled at me when I was eating. I had not seen any signs anywhere saying we could not eat and there were multiple people eating while they waited on their shakes. The guy making the shakes was taking his sweet time and was walking around talking to people instead of doing his job. An African American employee saw me eating while I waited and yelled across the restaurant saying it was a carry out only. He continued to yell asking me if I saw any other people eating. There were indeed multiple people eating. I understand we were not supposed to eat in the restaurant, but there are other ways to talk to people. This was coming from an employee who was wearing his mask on his chin, not following regulations. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Five Guys restaurant which is sad because it is usually pleasant. I think they need to do a better job of screening their employees and hire employees with better people skills or train them better on customer service.

It’s good but WHY do you click the text link them to let them know you’re here then wait 10 min to find out they’re waiting for you check in once again. Make no sense. Like are you really here… YES for the 2nd time

I used to dine at their Grape Road location a lot whenever taking a trip to UP Mall. The Eddy Street Commons location is similar in quality and professionalism. I still prefer the Grape Road location over this one only because there were a few times when their computer system was down. I don’t really fault them for that, though. Five Guys is still my go-to burger no matter the location.

Ordered a burger taste great and a oreo shake not disappointed at all.
