Sarah S. was our server and she made our experience here memorable. I would visit here again just for the service but the food was exceptional as well. Steak was great quality and cooked perfectly the way we wanted. High recommend the Tomahawk Tuesday!

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in my life! Service was amazing (thank you Sarah!), food was incredible and location was perfect. The filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus were my favorites.

Usually are big fans of Fleming’s but something was off in the food this time. Wife and daughter shared a ribeye, ordered medium but was well done. Didn’t notice until it was too late so we didn’t say anything. Everyone’s entitled to an off night. As usual, service was terrific, Sarah S. was attentive and pleasant all evening.

EDITED ONE YEAR LATER… from ⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I decided to give Fleming’s one more try for date night tonight, and we are both glad we did. Tara and Josh took care of us, and the experience was infinitely better than our last one. The food was great. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Even with a full restaurant, the noise was not overwhelming. I tried the pork belly appetizer, and it was a top notch combination of flavors. I definitely recommend it as a great start to a yummy meal. We will definitely be going back, and we’ll ask specifically for Tara’s section. OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE: I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday with a beautiful, relaxing, delicious meal in an elegant setting. I at least got the setting. When I eat at a restaurant like Flemings and pay the prices associated with that, I expect excellence. Unfortunately, I did not get it here. We should have just left when the seats were uncomfortable, the extra place settings were not removed when we sat down and the server took over 5 minutes to show up, but we apparently are more hopeful than serves us. While the steak was good—tender, well seasoned, perfectly cooked—it was not anything particularly outstanding. The Fleming’s potatoes were quite tasty, too. The “colossal” shrimp cocktail, was not, however, “colossal”. Jumbo would have even been a stretch, but my husband did say the flavor was good. When I pay $5 for a tea, I expect the glass to stay filled. Instead, I had to drink water with my meal because our server never came back around to check on us, and even then I ended up drinking my husband’s water, too, because that didn’t get refilled either. I had wanted to get dessert, but given the experience we had with the main course, we just left instead. We won’t be going back. Maybe I can get a do-over elsewhere for my birthday.

We had the Tuesday Tomahawk dinner-for-2 special and it might have been the best meal of my life! The steak was prepared perfectly and the sides were just as good. We had the Fleming’s potatoes, which were au gratin style, and the crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon. Just spectacular. The deal comes with dessert, too, which was also delicious (strawberry butter cake). Our server, Sam, was extremely attentive and professional without being hovering. He was also very kind to our children, who loved their steak and ice cream sundae. All around a great experience and a perfect way to end our visit to Destin.

This was our first time dining at a Fleming's and it was a very positive experience. We went on a Tuesday evening and there was a Tomahawk Tuesday special we tried. For two people you get to pick two salads, two sides, two desserts and share a big Tomahawk ribeye for $150. We brought our kids with us on this outing as well, and they had a 3 course kids menu. Our server was very professional, attentive and friendly to us and our children. We were given a complimentary loaf of bread with 2 kinds of butter and coloring stuff for our kids. Our cocktails were made just right, and they had blue cheese stuffed olives as any place that puts themselves out to be higher end should. Although you would be surprised how many restaurants do not carry them. We got Ceasar salads, a side of sautéed mushrooms which were a variety of mushrooms, and a loaded baked potato as our sides. Our Tomahawk was prepared medium rare as requested and came sliced to perfection, and it melted in our mouth. For desserts we ordered, the chocolate lava cake and key lime pie tart. Both desserts were delicious. My kids each got their own meal and each came with a starter of crackers, cheese and veggies, and ended with a fruit dessert platter. One got a macaroni entree and the other got a chicken tenders and fries entree. Both children really liked their meals and had leftovers. I would highly recommend the Tomahawk for 2 deal as we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered, and you get a very good amount of food for $150. The service and ambience at Fleming's was totally on point. We were treated excellent and I liked all my food and drinks! So I will definitely come back here again for a nice meal when I'm back in this area visiting. Thanks for making our children and us feel welcome unlike Sealand Restaurant in FWB!

I was treated here for my birthday. It was quite an experience! I enjoyed everything about it. The customer service was top tier. Waiters were very attentive, not just my personal waiter but all of the waiters stopped to check on us and wish me a Happy Birthday as well as the manager. The food was delectable! The steaks were cooked to perfection, the lobster tail was tender and juicy. We also tried the percocino corn. I must admit I was nervous at first because I can be a little picky but it was honestly very good! It had a distinct taste but I loved it! I also ordered a blueberry lemon drop, it was great and mixed really well. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning! :)

Bone in ribeye no seasoning. Onion rings burnt. Returned to kitchen. Second order better and taste delicious with sauce. Wedge Salad and creme burlee delicious.

We normally love the food and experience and the food was delicious but our server kept coming by to see if we were done, making us feel rushed, trying to take our plates even though we were still eating. We both agreed that she just wanted to get this job done and over with so she could leave which did not make for a very romantic evening and sadly, we probably will find another steakhouse in the area that makes us feel more welcome and appreciated. And it's funny how Flemmings only replies to the positive 5 star but doesn't offer any apology or any creative feedback for the ones that aren't 5 star. Yet they charge you the same whether you give them 1 star or 5. Just another reason to take your money to another restaurant. That actually appreciates your business and doesn't care about the ones who get bad food or bad service because they've already got your money!!

Food was fantastic. Our server was an absolute superstar. Not once did our drinks go empty, and she consistently was making sure we were happy. It was a great dining experience. We had the calamari and pork belly for starters. They were amazing. The filet and lobster tail for the main course. Steak was cooked to perfection. And a lava cake to finish up. Hat tip to the chef.

Omg the food and service was fantastic.

Extremely unimpressed. It took forever to get our food. Scallops were good, but the steak was terrible. We ordered NY strip and it was the most boring steak I’ve ever had. It also had a lot of chewy pieces which I’ve never had in a NY strip. Mashed potatoes were just meh, definitely not anything special. I expected a lot more from this restaurant. Service was also just ok, not stellar by any means. I’d say save your money and choose a different steakhouse in the area. When in spending $150 on a dinner for two, I’d expect to have zero complaints afterwards. Super disappointing.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there. All of the staff were very kind to wish us a happy anniversary. The summertime special was great. The onion rings were delicious. Thanks for making our anniversary meal and experience great.

Had early Fathers Day dinner here. The Restrauant is nice and the staff is great. The food was OK. It's just another chain restaurant that owns Carrabas and Outback. The mac n cheese and broccoli were great. The husband had the surf and turf, and it was good. I had scallops. They were tough, and the char tasted like chemicals. My son had a NY strip medium. The first time, it was overcooked. They graciously recooked him another one. It was the right temp,but it was very tough. They offered to make another one or give us another side, and we declined. They did take the steak off the bill.

We stopped in for early dinner. We split a 11 ounce filet mignon, also got a wedge salad and Fleming potatoes. All was delicious. Place was clean, our server was excellent everybody there was nice. We would definitely go back again.

Outstanding Food and Service! I was there for a Birthday dinner and they pulled out all the stops!

We had dinner here last night and the steaks and sides were delicious. we were seated right away greeted by our waitress. Took about 20 minutes to get our dinner and it was perfect. My only complaint was they charged 12$ for 2 glasses of coke and never ask us if we wanted a refill. That’s just not ok to me. I do understand it’s a higher end Restaurant but the soda should cost the same as any other restaurant. I absolutely do recommend the restaurant overall.

The food was spectacular as usual. Tonight, for whatever reason, the service was s l o w. The culinary experience - the actual food - was great. The service definitely was not. It took almost 30 minutes to get dessert after our dinner plates were cleared (and the dessert was preplanned). 2 hours dining time is usually a result of me talking too much. Not this time. I don't know if it was the back line, waiter, or something else, but things were *really* slow...

Brian server disrespected me tonight..i had one glaas of wine at dinner afterwards wanted to go to flemings with my friends And have coctail and desert. He precided to tell me i could not order a drink because i "slurred my words' i have been to flemings over the last ten years for parties get togethers and have never had more than two drinks. Celebrated a Birthday Dinner here! We were treated like Rockstars. Birthday boy got a box of chocolates, card, and photo that was framed. Totally cute little Gem confetti was all over the table and now let's talk about the food! We did the Tomahawk Tuesday. Salad....Steak...sides...dessert....all amazing. The fresh Sourdough bread with Cabernet butter was insanely good! Great value, impeccable service with a smile. So Impressed ❤️

Just had an excellent experience here at the bar. I was stopping in the area for a movie and I wanted to grab a quick dinner. I was able to grab two drinks and an entrée and under 40 minutes. The bartender Brian or Bryan was very attentive, friendly, and had a great drink recommendation for me. I enjoyed my time and I look forward to another experience here in the future

Katherine and I went to Flemings for their happy hour on a Thursday evening. The offerings were absolutely delicious.. The temporary shrimp was made to perfection with a more refined tempura batter. The crabcake bites were incredible. I loved the tuna wonton a little bit more than Katherine and loved the caviar on top. The prime steakhouse sliders were absolutely off the charts and perfectly cooked, and the portion of four of them was generous and satisfying.

We booked a reservation for tomahawk Tuesday and thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service Our meal was exceptional. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. This was our 3rd time eating at flemings and it never disappoints. Our waiter was professional and friendly. We highly recommend this 4 course meal for a great price

Our food was Devine and our waitress Gabby was the sweetest young lady.

I went to Fleming's with a group of ladies as we usually go somewhere every month as an outing. I had very high expectations and was excited about going here because this was my first time there. This was one of my worst experiences especially with a restaurant of their caliber. They placed us in a really dark area. Our male waiter was very rude and not personable. He never refilled my drink until I asked and he acted as if he couldn't hear me when I would try to get his attention. I ordered a New York strip medium well, with Fleming potatoes and asparagus. My steak was burnt and my potatoes were overcooked (they didn't even look like potatoes) and the asparagus weren't worth their price. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time eating there and I didn't want to make a scene in this "upscale" restaurant. I was told by our female waitress that they were known for their steaks so I thought that I was safe getting a steak. I paid over $121 for the worst meal and service that I have ever had in my life. I don't mind paying gratuity when it is worth it but I paid almost $25 in gratuity and couldn't even get a refill for my drink without it being completely empty and me having to ask and a cook and staff that was comfortable sending burnt food to a table for someone to eat. Only 2 of us ordered steak and they were both burnt. Everyone else seemed to be okay with their meal. I wished that I'd gotten the memo. I would recommend anything but steak or the Fleming's potatoes from this restaurant.

My husband and I had the jumbo shrimp for appetizer, petite filets, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Everything was top notch including the service. We will be back!

Aged ribeye tasted like Outback sirloin. They are served on plates so hot that if you are unable to hear what the server says, which happened to my husband, you will burn yout fingers. Steak also had no flavor and not cooked to temperature. Had a great experience at Flemings in Birmingham so my husband brought me to the Destin one for my birthday. My husband does not mind spending $300 for a meal, but it should be worh it and it truly was not. I would have been happier if he had surprised me with Texas Roadhouse. And what was even the cherry on the top, was couple behind us had bad steak experience also to the point of having management come to table. I will say the crab cakes and scallops were on point. Will not be returning. I know I will get an automated response to this review to email them, but that is a tacky response to an issue from a high end restaurant.

Food was okay considering the price....I'm used to Flemings being a fine dining experience. Being that this place is located in a high traffic vacation zone, you have lots of families coming in. Not an issue but just wasn't what I was expecting. Had a great server though.

Brought my lady here for her birthday. Had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. Wine was perfect. Chase, our server, was incredibly knowledgeable of all of the menu items, and all recommendations were absolutely on point. Definitely coming to revisit and requesting the same server.

Sarah was very polite and helpful! Will attend again! the Flemings salad surprisingly was my favorite being very light and flavorful.

I found the only thing extravagant to be the price. The wedge salad was borderline inedible. Filets were cooked right, after being butterflied. They looked just like an Outback sirloin to me. $17 green beans were almost raw and did not have the tips removed. I knew it was bad when my wife didn't even want to take a picture of the food like she does everywhere. I have eaten here twice, and both times have been unable to justify the cost. A Ruths Chris experience it is not.

This place is ok. My mom had to argue with a server about what a red wine is. We were asking for a Savion Blanc but the server said it was supposed to be red. Wrong! It was a red wine. How do you mix that up?? And after they served me A DIRTY PLATE. It’s not that hard to wash a plate?? It still had steak juice from the last customer. Never coming back save your money. Plus we are locals so we go to grand boulevard like it’s our home.

My husband and I frequent our Fleming’s in Metairie, LA and naturally we assumed that this location would mirror the amazing experiences we have had. This was NOT the case. Our steaks were severely undercooked(mine even after sending back), the “creamy spinach” was crunchy, and the overall flavors were just not good. Our waitress Jenny was absolutely the highlight of the night. She was very personable and frankly the only reason we didn’t just leave. 2 out of five stars because of her. $300 wasted. We will stick to our home location.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday & I loved every minute of it! The staff were so welcoming and very accommodating. They continuously checked in on my boyfriend and I to ensure we liked what we were eating/drinking. I believe I met the owner as well, who was very sweet as well. Coming here for my birthday dinner was the best thing ever!!

Disappointed in the steak special, served a tail end cut of filet. Was overcooked and dry. Waiter was not very friendly, felt like he was not pleased with our order......since it wasn't the most expensive dinner on the menu. Amazing how much a waiter can make or break your dining experience.

Really.. anyone who's been there knows how well your visit will turn out. The food is exceptional and the service and attention is par non! Expensive but worth every dollar!

We were given an opportunity to try Fleming's in Sandestin as a redemption from a subpar experience at the Tampa location (Thank you for the opportunity Jorge!). This visit not only redeemed Fleming's for us, but far exceeded our initial expectations! We were greeted warmly and taken to our table, which was set with a birthday card and rhinestones for my husband's birthday. Our server, Jenny, was really what set our experience apart from most of the dining experiences we've had and I couldn't have waited on our table better myself (and I've been in the service industry for 10 years, so that says A LOT). Not only was she incredibly personable, she was also knowledgeable and we felt like we were with an old friend. The attention that the wait staff paid to us was outstanding; our drinks were never empty and table was never dirty with dishes. Our food came out timed perfectly for us to be able to appreciate the experience...and it truly was an experience. Fleming's easily has some of the best crab cakes that we've had, and we live in the Panhandle so seafood is a dime a dozen. The goat cheese grits under the seared pork belly...10/10! Really everything we tried was 10/10! Our steaks were cooked perfectly to temp (medium for the filet, med-rare for the NY strip) and had the most delicious char on them. Our cocktails were delicious and paired well with our meals. To top it off we finished with the lava cake, and we scraped the plate it was so good! We spent two hours here and not once ever felt like we were being rushed or an inconvenience. The manager stopped by twice genuinely and they even gifted my husband with truffles for his birthday. We truly felt welcomed and received, which was such a relief because we were skeptical to try the chain again after the first impression. Thank you so much Jenny and all of the Fleming's staff for the hospitality! You lived up to the namesake of a Prime Steakhouse and made my husband's birthday dinner special. We will definitely be back and hope to see you soon!

The ambiance of the restaurant was really nice. They made me feel special for my birthday. The waiter was really nice, but he was a bit much. He offered to "help me out" with my steak. I accepted and he proceeded to butcher my steak. I did not complain as he was super nice. I thought there would be some sort of method to cutting the steak, but was done as though being cut for a child. I ordered my steak medium rare BUT it was medium, and it was a little tough. Overall the entire experience was just okay. Not something I would co sidereal doing again, especially after a $253 bill. I had high hopes, but unfortunately won't return.

I was so extremely excited about going here on my birthday they had put out little diamonds on the table with a card that said happy birthday and a rose. The waitress was absolutely amazing .The atmosphere was so beautiful and the food was phenomenal. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Overall this restaurant is an A+ We visit there for my fiancé’s birthday dinner. Host was very nice and had our table prepared with a nice happy birthday card and a rose 🌹 on it. She asked if she could take us a picture and later brought it back for us to keep it. Our waitress name is/was Aniko V., she was excellent! Very nice and courteous, always with a smile on her face. Aniko customer service skills are above the standards and she pays too much attention to detail. She later brought a small box with chocolate to my fiancée as gift. Food and meat flavor and quality was exquisite. Atmosphere really nice, clean, and attractive. We ordered Smashed potatoes, asparagus, 16 oz New York Strip and Bone in Ribeye. There were another male and female, don’t remember their names, but I’m assuming they are managers/ supervisors. They were going around and asking if anything was good and making sure everything was in order. Would love to comeback next time we are visiting the area. Highly recommend.

Our server Chase was simply amazing! His timing when checking on us throughout dinner was perfect, refilled our drinks without us having to ask for a refill, and he had superb personality. Food was outstanding! We both had the lobster tail dinners.

Excellent food and service. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and wine! We enjoyed everything from the fresh bread with champagne butter to the espresso mousse, and everything in between!

Somewhat disappointed on this occasion, we had six for dinner several ordered their filets medium, but received rare. Mine was to be medium rare but came medium well. The waitress forgot my salad. All in all Flemming's was off their game that night.

We came for our anniversary dinner, and we’re treated like royalty. Our server (Sarah) was just incredible - polite, attentive, knowledgable, and an all-around pleasure. We will be back just because of her, but the food was superb - cooked to our specifications and timely.

Everything but the main course (steak) was great. The steak had absolutely no flavor. We were very disappointed because we specifically went to a steakhouse for a good steak. We spent over $300 for two of to eat and the best part was the starter (calamari) and the dessert (crème brûlée).

Overall my experience at Fleming was great . The service and ambiance was spectacular. The only issue I had was that my steak that I ordered (main filet Mignon 11 oz medium temp) was a tad bit underseasoned. I felt like it needed a bit more salt and pepper to enhance the steak cut. Also I ordered the lobster bisque as an app. It was good but for me, the sherry that was used in the bisque was a tad bit overpowering.

Slower than normal service it was not even busy. Potatoes were cold and my steak was not cooked enough

Unless you are wanting to impress someone with their high prices, skip it. Nothing special other than the beef carpaccio and tomahawk steak (style was nice but not very tasty) to be had here. Overall very pretentious and way over priced. Find a nice cozy local place (or most other chains), save a few bucks and enjoy yourself.

Great place ! Incredible customer care. I will not even use customer service but customer care because how much they actually care for their customers. I will not lie, I am picky. And I am particular but they accommodated me with a great attitude. I would recommend everything on the menu. The steak was excellent but I would recommend to have it cook in the classic way and not the Memphis way if you are sensitive to salt. The crab was excellent and I loved the banana foster. We got the honing wine. It was great. The cocktails were great. The manager worked in Vegas as bartender and everyone around the table were very happy with their drinks. We are cocktails drinkers. I highly recommend this restaurant. The same standard as Eddie V’s, Ruth Chris, capital grill, etc.

We had the aged ribeye, it had no flavor, lots of fat and no seasoning and the sides were no better. The waitress suggested an Irish coffee, it came in a clear mug with no whip cream, no stirrer, what a disappointment. The food at Outback would have been a much better choice. We won’t be back.

We went the day after our anniversary for an upscale dinner, which is not a normal thing for us. Our server presented my wife a red rose, we were served Champagne on the house, provided a picture of us at our table, and presented a box of chocolates. Dan was our server and treated my wife like a queen. He provided great service, was attentive but not intrusive, and gave great food advice. While all this is his job, it was the manner in which he did his job that made for a special night for us.

I enjoyed a delightful meal with my family. I got the petit filet mignon, which was cooked beautifully and went well with the champagne butter we had leftover from the bread appetizer (which was also phenomenal). The rest of my family got more traditional Thanksgiving food (with which they were quite pleased). Out server Jenny provided high quality service with a smile- she was a delight to interact with and very attentive to our needs. The overall atmosphere is simple yet elegant. At the end of our meal, we topped things off with cheesecake and carrot cake, both of which were delightfully rich without being too much. As a whole, I highly recommend Flemming's. I give a strong 10/10.

First experience, eating at this Flemings, let alone any Flemings confident to say that this is the best meal we’ve had anywhere in the area. Food, service everything was absolutely on point. Our meal was fantastic!! The Steak the lobster crab salad desert all of it was really amazing. Our waiter was also fantastic Noam really is good and was training new waiter also wonderful !. They are lucky to have him. The manager also came around numerous times to check if everything was good probably one of the best run restaurants anywhere in the area. We will definitely be back again. I have eaten all over the world, and this place did everything above and beyond very impressed. Happy this is 4 miles from our home in Destin. Thanks !!!

Absolutely worth the splurge. We got the Sunday Special of Filet and Lobster with a salad and dessert and it was remarkable. Not only was the food amazing, but by far the best service we have ever experienced by a gentlemen named Dan. Please if you visit ask for him or have him host your parties. Went absolutely above and beyond for our family, even down to cutting our lobster for us to better assist my parents. Steak was impeccable, but if you get anything the lobster was phenomenal. Thank you Dan for the great service, you're an incredible human. Cant wait to come back!

They received me with a rose and a happy birthday card and let’s not talk about a chocolate sample box!!! Food was amazing Drinks were great! There was nothing that I would say was not on Point!! I are here for our 20th Marriage Anniversary and from the time we walked in I was greeted with a red rose and an anniversary card. While I understand that they want to maximize profit by charging everything even the sides, it compromises the presentation of their dish making it look dull and making the experience tacky despite the place exuding "money*.
