Always good food across a diverse menu. Service has gotten worse. Very noisy inside.

Excellent service and supremely accommodating of my gluten allergy.

We visited Utah for the first time and only had 2 nights there. Fletcher's delivered when it came to a beautiful restaurant to bring our kids & celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The kids absolutely loved making their own ice cream sundaes. I highly recommend it!

This was the perfect restaurant to end our trip to park city Utah. The service was great and the food was delicious. We had the biscuits and bacon jam, filet, ribeye, mountain trout, truffle fries, & Brussels sprouts. Everything was cooked beautifully. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a great meal and great ambiance. The bathrooms also had cloth towels to wipe your hands which was a nice touch. There is also a cool bar downstairs.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this establishment was highly disappointing, primarily due to the subpar customer service. While the food was passable and the cocktails left much to be desired, the true low point of the evening was the attitude of the manager. She was not only dismissive but also displayed a blatant disregard for my concerns. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service quality, especially in a city like Park City, which boasts numerous exceptional dining options. I would recommend exploring other restaurants in the area that truly value their patrons. In short, this place is a skip.

Fletcher's was the third highly recommended restaurant we ate at this week in Park City and it was by far the best overall experience! We were seated upstairs with the fresh air & a view of Main Street. Our server, Isabel, was very welcoming, knowledgable, and thorough. She provided service that would be expected at a Michelin star restaurant. The menu was smaller than the others, yet each of our 5 dishes was better than anything we had had in Park City. The options & care taken for our food allergies were abundant. The gluten free chocolate chip skillet cookie is not to be missed! Lastly, the drinks were the most balanced & delicious cocktails we've had in PC. The next time we visit Park City this will be our first stop instead of our last!

Awesome service. Chef Scott and his team do an amazing job. Short rib grilled cheese is a must. Waygu is butter. The Pork belly is mind-blowing. The lobster tails are so good. Cocktails are the best. I'm going back.

Food was extremely disappointing. Fillet was terrible, the broccoli was disappointing, the brussels sprouts were very dry. The biscuits were amazing! And the french fries were good. Some of the other dishes, some people really enjoyed. However, I cannot recommend any of the above other than the biscuits. Brooke, our server was extraordinary! She was the Highpoint of the whole evening for us @templemastery

Our server, Honey, was fantastic and the food was amazing. Very accommodating for allergies. Honey even checked with the kitchen to see what desserts would work before even offering dessert.

Superb the cognac sauce. The wedge salad is delicious. The mussels are mouth watering. Octopus is very good. Meat cuts are great (try the cognac sauce… you will be in ecstasy) the crème brûlée is very well done. I didn’t love the butter bread dessert so much… The service was very warm and welcoming and very good attention. Restaurants atmosphere is very nice and nice decoration, it has a special natural illumination as the windows are big and let you see the street. Price is ok and normal for the average Main Street restaurant.

Great atmosphere and good server. The candied carrots were not good and the salmon salad came with chopped pieces of blackened salmon rather than a piece of salmon. The others who had the peanut encrusted salmon as their main really enjoyed it.

It just didn’t really click. Ate upstairs. Perfectly ok room though nothing really stands out. Waitress super friendly. When I read the menu, it felt like every item had one or two-too-many ingredients. Trying too hard to stand out. Shishito peppers - were fine, but lacked flavor. Needed a hit of balsamic or a smidge more salt. Peanut-crusted salmon - probably the best dish we ordered. Tasty though halfway through felt overly sweet. Blackened salmon salad - salmon was dry, salad was over-dressed. Ribeye - decent but definitely not commensurate with $56 price. Was really looking forward to the dinner, but it was just ok.

Had the absolute best time here. Honey, our server, was so attentive and had the best recommendations. The tomato salad was so incredibly fresh and the short rib worth returning for. Can’t wait to go back again!

Excellent choice to have dinner or lunch. I will warn you though, if you have a later reservation, they will try to get you out quickly. PC shuts down early in general and even though they have great service and food, they do move you along. Just an fyi.

Awesome food and drinks. I had the short rib and my husband had the special Caesar with blackened grouper. Very good choices. The cocktails were also very good.

Outstanding! Had the mussel appetizer which was delicious. Wedge salad was ordinary. Beef short ribs and salmon were incredible. Both dishes prepared to perfection and we don't use that term loosely. Nice drink and wine selection; Martini was not watered down and the Japanese Old Fashion was awesome. Mud pie desert was well worth the calories. Nice atmosphere and are server Alec was a rock star. Ask for him when you dine there.

Felt so welcome here at Fletchers for ski week! Julie the manager and her whole team were so kind and the food was fantastic! The carpaccio and butter cake 🤌🏻! We have eaten here a few years ago and we were not disappointed this time . We had a lovely meal with the most amazing octopus dish - the best I’ve ever had . All the family enjoyed their meal . Good wine list too

Fletchers has become one of our favorite restaurants in Park City over the years and again this year, did not disappoint. We had the biscuit appetizer ( can’t come here and not try them), we each had the buffalo sirloin and shared the mushroom polenta. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sauce was superb. The brussel sprouts and beans that accompanied the steaks were also delicious. Their signature drink- the Fletch- was also very smooth. I almost don’t want to tell people how much we like it here but it’s too good not to share!

Had peanut crusted salmon and the Oaxacan old fashioned. Food and service were great.

Our waiter Josh was so friendly and gave great recommendations! The star of the show was the peanut crusted salmon, and the warm butter cake. Don’t get the fries.

This place is good but not great. Overall a good solid experience from the food to the service. There are many places in park city that are better but I am glad I ate here and would come back.

I was told to go to Fletcher’s by multiple people during my ski trip in Park City with friends. It didn’t disappoint! The downstairs lounge and drinks were so memorable for us. And the bison sirloin was incredible!

Nice place, food was a little odd and unfamiliar other than the steak. Nice quaint atmosphere, some may say it's a little small.

This place is unparalleled! Best friend and I come here every year on our birthday and we refuse going anywhere else. Every menu item is flavorful! The staff is attentive with drinks, plate removal, delivery and any other needs you have. We had the biscuits, poutine, shishito peppers as appetizers,steaks, short ribs, brussel sprouts, and carpaccio for entree and they brought us Butter cake for dessert. If you order any or all of these items.... You'll go home smiling. It's one of the best eats in Utah! This was probably the 5th or 6th year we've been and we'll be back for many years to come!

Buffalo Sirloin is wonderfully tender, I paired it with the candied carrots, which was excellent. The blackened salmon salad is also very good and quite a generous size. With very fresh tomatoes and lettuce. The modern wedge was very good and served with the right amount of dressing. I had a Fletch, which comes with a take-home glass. The mules are good as well, the bartender appreciates the customers.

We had made a reservation and were seated promptly upstairs. Our server Honey was kind and informative. I had a wonderful sangria and my husband had the cocktail special that came in a Fletcher’s glass we could keep. We had a side of mushroom polenta which was delicious. Our entrees were both excellent as well. I loved the laid back vibe here. I 100% recommend this place! Thanks for a delicious dinner.

I was very pleased with our visit to Fletcher's. Service was swift and attentive from the start. We were seated on time and immediately engaged by our server. Our waiter recommended the short rib grilled cheese, a melt-in-your-mouth affair, the meat so tender, offset with the perfect amount of arugula (as someone who is not a big arugula fan). Great NY Strip and ahi tuna stack with pure raw tuna. Reservations strongly recommended.

It is absolutely great! Brooke and Neil served us at the bar and we will be back just to have those two serve us!! Food, drinks, and service are top notch! Five stars all day!!

After dining at River Horse on Main, I was expecting the same type of service and quality of food and it just was not there. Our waitress forgot our bread and the only reason we even knew bread was available was because we saw another table receive a plate full. We purchased a bottle of wine and Robin was not proactive in refilling our glasses. The food was sub par. I have never had chilean sea bass on top of linguine. The fish was covered in sauce and it was overcooked. I have eaten many gluten free desserts and I was looking forward to enjoying the cookie skillet until I realized how thin it was and that I had to literally scrape the bottom of the cast iron skillet to get any of the cookie. The scallops were good and my son enjoyed his kids steak. We will visit Park City again and I am willing to give them another chance from their regular menu.

Must go! The food is great and the staff is amazing in the bar below. I highly recommend dinner or at least a drink downstairs. Feels cozy and like a place where the staff is chill and so helpful. Thank you for a great night!

As a party of six, we tried a variety of menu items… You can’t go wrong with any selection. The atmosphere and food are a cozy contrast to the cold outdoors. The only thing that tops the menu is Josh… His unbelievable service and love for the food and customers he serves is unsurpassable! War Eagle!

We had a great time at Fletchers. Our food was very good, especially the peanut crusted salmon. Portions weren’t huge so we had room for dessert. They had a kids menu for our 10 year old. The french fries that came with his meal were excellent! And I normally don’t care about french fries but these were really good. The ambiance was nice. The staff were excellent. Our server, Josh, really seemed like he liked his job and loved this restaurant. Susan made sure our water was always full. The only negative was the hostess working at the table right when you enter. She was in a horrible mood. It was not a nice welcome when you walk in the door.

We enjoyed our dinner celebrating our grandfather’s 70th birthday. Our waiter Josh was amazing. He made my grandpa’s birthday celebration even more special. He explained the menu and special menus to us and was very understanding towards our children (21/2YO & 3MO). Food was outstanding - our favorite was the Buffalo Sirloin. We had a bottle of Pinot Noir from Oregon and our whole table got a round of The Fletch! We will be returning because our service was top notch! We highly recommend this fine establishment and request Josh when you come here!!

We have eaten at Fletchers several times during our visits to Park City. The food and service have always been great. The braised short rib was very tender and flavorful.

The special Beef Wellington was outstanding, and the butter cake for dessert was to die for. The chef is a true master of flavors.

Our first time here and what a find! We had a great meal, our waiter Josh was excellent ask for him- he knew the menu very well and was helpful being new customers. The owner/chef stopped by as well to talk about his food and cooking style a very nice touch. of course our meal was fantastic and presented perfectly. This spot is a gem!! Excellent service, and server was very knowledgeable of the menu. We had bison and salmon dishes which were delicious. The wine and butter cake dessert was also fabulous. Highly recommend and will be back the next time we are in Park City.

Our server, Jules, went above and beyond to make sure we had a phenomenal experience—all the way down to asking the chef to make us a side of greens since we are from the South 🙂. Chef Scott stopped by our table to make sure we enjoyed the food as well—go Vols! Our time at Fletcher’s added to a truly memorable evening with friends. We can’t wait to go back.

Jon Goode is a treasure to your restaurant! We went in with a party of 6, all restaurant people from California, including the general manager/owner of a 5 store operation. He said it was the best service he has see in a long while!

My goodness, this was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The charred peppers, the lobster tail and beef, and y’all, they have two gluten free dessert options! Woot woot! If in Park City, make reservations and dine at Fletcher’s.

Out of three dinners we had in Park City/Deer Valley, Fletcher's was by far the best in every single category including the best value for our fine dining dollars! Our server (Isabel, maybe?) was a breath of fresh air and treated us as a guest in her home. I wish I had pictures of our entrees, but we were enjoying the food and ourselves too much to be bothered with photos. I would highly recommend the salmon and the short rib. We were both extremely happy with our wine choices as well.

Great meal. The bacon jam with cheddar chive biscuits are must haves. Great meal. Watched our waiter handle an unpleasant customer at nearby table with grace and charm.

Great ambiance, come early and go downstairs for a drink in the library. Great craft cocktails. Food was very good, in line with pricing. Would recommend.

Dined their for our Anniversary dinner last night while on vacation and it was an overall fantastic experience. The staff immediately acknowledged our special day and our server Josh was so kind to send us a complimentary butter cake dessert, which was amazing! All of his recommendations were great! The Buffalo Sirloin and Short Ribs were amazing! And you must start with the biscuits w/bacon jam. Ambiance was energetic and made for a perfect evening with my wife. Thanks to Josh and staff. I highly recommend Fletchers and will be back next time we are in Park City.

You’ll discover much of the staff has been with Fletchers for several years! They work well together and are an effective team. Paired up with a creative chef and you end up with a consistently good experience. This night I had the lamb special and my wife had the trout (both based on the advice of our excellent waiter, Josh). Delicious and well presented! Wine prices are steep, but entrees are much more reasonable than similar quality food at other Main Street restaurants. We’ll be back!!

Menu: Offerings include beef, seafood & chicken dishes for entrees. One entree special for the evening was lamb chops; an add-on special was also offered. Several salad offerings plus some “smaller plate” items available, including the intriguing short rib grilled cheese item. Decor: Inside seemed modern, smart & comfortable, with dimmed light & interesting bar. Outside, the patio offered a bit of a view & was made comfortable with portable heaters. Service: Perfection. Our server was helpful, just the right amount of attentive, and personable. Quality: Our entrees were wonderful - the buffalo was cooked perfectly, tasty with the pesto preparation, while the short rib was among the best ever. Appropriate portions, nicely plated. Nicely crafted cocktails, too - proper strength & flavors. Value: Good. We were quite satisfied.

It was me and my girl's anniversary and fletcher's treated us right. The food was amazing, they got me my drink despite it not being on the menu anymore, they didn't rush us at all and let us enjoy ourselves. Our server honey was also really nice to us and even got us a free desert since it was our anniversary.

Probably the best steak I have ever had, so tender and juicy. Cocktails and dessert were on point and the portions were generous.

This honestly may be a great place to eat, I have no idea because they never return any phone calls/messages regarding reservations. I have called 3 times, left messages and spoke to waitstaff AND emailed management multiple times about reserving for a large party. No contact back in any instance. Poor customer service, and it's obvious they do not value large party business.

This was our first time eating at Fletcher’s. The tuna tower was amazing. The filet was also very good. The butter cake and gluten-free cookies were outstanding. Service was great.

We were fortunate to be served by Isabella. She made great recommendations and was made our evening awesome. We were seated outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely start with the biscuits. The desserts looked great but we passed. Loved my buffalo steak. Next time I’ll have biscuits and dessert with a bottle of Chardonnay.

I ordered a blackberry smash cocktail and it was so good! I had beef short rib on mashed potatoes with stir fried spinach and braised heirloom carrots. The beef was so flavorful and could cut with a fork. The vegetables tasted fresh and were perfectly seasoned. Throughly enjoyed this meal. Wait staff was friendly and efficient.

I sometimes read reviews and wonder if they were at the same restauran! The service was perfection. The food was innovative and delicious. We did not experience anything but the highest standard while there. The signature biscuits with bacon jam is delicious and a wonderful sway from "the norm". The " Ugly Tomato" heirloom salad was a blend of the perfect ingredients. Pine Nuts, hand pulled mozzarella, arugula, and a wonderful drizzle of balsamic reduction. Perfect split for two people. The peanut crusted salmon was again...perfection, And anyone who enjoys Bison...do not hesitate...This was superb. The special right now was an add-on lobster tail for a an amazingly low price. It was delicious as well. We had to gave dessert (of course). The lemon butter cake was worth the caloric intake. Served with ice cream, fruit and whipped cream. We were full but...seriously had to eat it all. Definitely a teo person dish. Our server, Jon, was in the list of elite few that I consider perfectionists in the profession: interested, enthusiastic, informative, and personable, a true professional, We fortunately don't live in Park City, because I would be here far too often!! We will now make a point to have a meal here every time we come into town. Kudos to the chef, management, and the staff for putting together the complete package! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Josh was the PERFECT server. He knew everything about the menu and made GREAT suggestions. The food was amazing. We loved the biscuits, the tuna tower, the butter cake…. Everything!! We can see why Fletchers is one of Park City’s best restaurants!!
