Ordered through Uber eats took over an hour to get delivered. Not their fault. By the time I received my order, the pizza been looked like a cooking project at an elementary school; little to no sauce, scarce pepperoni and cheese. Not at all what I am used to from Flippers. Assaigo rolls were good. Pizza was very disappointing. I wish I had taken pics.

We had just left Spanish Springs and would like to compliment our waitress Angelique. Very friendly, attentive and great sense of humor.

10/10. Our waitress Kathryn was phenomenal! She worked out the special we had on our app and applied our $10 off with her manager’s help. They were super attentive, friendly and gave 10/10 customer service with a smile. The restaurant was clean and the food was amazing! Way to go Flippers! I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to visit this location again!

The pizza and service was incredible. We had all meats pizza and the margarita pizza and loved them both taking care of maybe the best pizza ever eaten!

Before, we used to go always to Flippers in Old Town Kissimmee, and we loved their pizza and service. Now we have moved to Eustis and decided to go nearest Flippers Pizzeria, ordered as usual cauliflower crust, the bottom of the pizza dirty black like they don't clean equipment for baking goods. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures, but I definitely will be back to check if they fix the issue.

Nothing special about this pizza chain restaurant except for the fact that its right off the square in Spanish Springs. We've been there twice now and will probably not go back unless its the only reasonable alternative when we're planning to be in the Lady Lake area.

Stopped in for an early dinner. There were plenty of tables available. The staff was very friendly. The brick oven margherita pizza and Mediterranean salad were both very good. Considering today’s prices, its prices were reasonable.

Had pizza and wings, looked really good but definitely not impressed the wings needed to be baked more, pizza tasted funny, and the blue cheese was really runny. Do not like online ordering only. Hard for those that don’t use a computer and there are slot of seniors in the area.

Being from Massachusetts it’s always been so hard finding a good pizza joint down here but mannnn coming across flippers has been the best thing yet. Food is amazing, staff are in such good communication with each other and even though it’s busy everyone’s very attentive. Delicious food!

Out Deluxe pizza wasn't perfect, but our server, David, offered to have it remade for us. I don't believe in wasting food, so I relocated the fungus to my husband's side of the pie myself. Also, asked to sub sausage with bacon. Pie could have used more bacon. Thin crust was excellently prepared. Tables were clean and well stocked. Temperature and music at appropriate levels. See you next time.

To have the Internet and front door of a business say you’re open to 10:00 pm and refuse to serve a customer is wrong. A business owner can open/close anytime they choose, but have that reflect what the Internet, front door, etc says. Not fair to have one drive to your shop, find parking, etc to be turned away.

Had dinner here tonight while passing through. Had a capricciosa and it was delicious. My waitress was Jill and she was amazing. Always good to experience such bright and cheery service on a Tuesday. Will stop by again if I'm driving through again.

The 11" pizza is perfect for two people, and prices are very comparable. The breadsticks looked amazing. We will definitely be ordering those on the next visit!!

Very good pizza, the best we have found so far. Have not eaten in the restaurant but it’s cute with some outdoor seating. Our take our orders are always ready quickly, even during busy times.

I’ve been picking up Grubhub orders from Flippers in Lady Lake Florida for a few years now. Leave it to a group of women to keep everything organized. My orders are always ready. They are always hot and always correct. I’m always greeted with a smile and treated like family. On a few occasions I’ve ordered a little something for myself and can’t say enough about the quality of the food. I highly recommend!!!

We have been to this establishment several times, and we have always had good service and food.

Ordered online. Said it would be 20 minutes. I got there after 30 minutes and it was another 15 minutes. Total or 45 minutes instead of the 20, and this was for a sandwich

0 Stars for this place. $12 for a chicken Caesar salad and u only get 7 tiny pieces of chicken. See pic. Sad! Wendy’s grilled Chicken Caesar is $8 and it has double the chicken breast and it taste better. I recommend u check ur orders before leaving because I ordered Chicken Caesar salads and received “plain Caesar salads Without chicken” although, it didn’t make much of a difference bc when they returned they hardly had added any chicken and the chicken was cold, not even warm grilled chicken! And the dressing was nasty, No flavor to it! The ladies/waitresses at the register From the register “yell” at every Customer who walks in if they are eating in or ordering to take out! It’s actually pretty annoying bc everyone in the restaurant has to hear their yelling at least 50 times while they are eating depending on how long u stay. And if the customer is a senior, they yell twice sometimes so they hear them bc the restaurant is loud with all the customers eating. They got 2 doors and both doors are at least 50 feet from the register. We also bought pizza and their pizza was not great. We bought the Caprichosa pizza, nothing like the real Caprichosa we had in Venice, Italy! Will certainly never be back.

I’ve been a client of Flipper’s Pizza for three years now, and it has been excellent. However, at our last visit, both my wife’s pizza and mine had an ingredient missing. We were nice and didn’t insist on them remaking it. When we got the bill, we felt extremely overcharged. We had asked for extra garlic and were charged three up-charges for, “triple garlic” on two different pizzas. This added $16 to our table’s bill! In the past, when mistakes have been made on our pizza, or when we have asked for extra garlic, the Customer Service has been great, and we were notified in advance of any potential up charges. This time, we feel the customer service has taken a turn for the worst. When we shared our concerns with Gary, a new manager from another branch,, he basically stonewalled us, and refused to negotiate. Sadly, we are rethinking our patronage of the Lady Lake branch of Flippers.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday -they messed up our order ,the bill was messed up too -they had to correct it .. The guy named Gary didn’t know what he was doing .. So unprofessional..

The pizza and salad combo was a great deal. Although there were only a few customers in the establishment, our server was very slow to come over and take our order and even slower to deliver our food o ce it was ready.

Internet take out, waited 25 minutes past when order was to be ready, people who came in after me were waited on & left with hot food; I had to raise my voice to find out my order was on back table waiting & was only warm by the time I got it. Been here with family many times, but not the same as it was. Quality of food & communication has been lost, don't know if I want to return & throw my money away again. Flippers, you need to step it up!!

Kind of pricey pizza place , 34 dollars for a medium. Pizza and 8 bread sticks. Pizza was ok, nothing great, bread sticks were bland, better at hungry howies.

Not sure it was food or the beverage glass, yet experienced foodborne illness within 12 hours of a pizza and salad. Textbook symptoms the morning after... I would avoid until they improve the hygiene of the kitchen and dish washer. Either that or only get a beverage in a disposable plastic cup. I shall find better options.

Had never eaten here before. Came in after a show at the Sharon Theater. Pizza and breadsticks were the best Ive ever had. The marinara for the breadaticks tasted so fresh it was like they had just crushed the tomatoes for it. The pig & pesto pizza was amazing! Luckily there's one in Lake Mary which is near my home so I'll be Checking out that location sometime. Hope it's just as good.

They must have changed how they make it used to love flippers pizza was under done sauce was bland only thing good was the salad. With all the other pizza place in villages flippers need to step up if there going to be competitive.

It's an amazing place to come in and eat very homie the services is great and friendly. The pizza is awesome and everything in the in menu looks good. It's a place would recommend to any for a late lunch or dinner.

Fourth time eating here, clean, smells great, seated quickly, food took long enough to prepare that I knew it wasn’t sitting on a shelf under a warmer to be served like other pizza restaurants. Don’t have any hot drink to serve on a cold night but the food and friendliness of the staff warmed us up.

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be my new favorite 😊

First time at Flippers and not especially impressed. The server was friendly and helpful but the pizza itself was disappointing. The cheese looked to be melted rather than cooked, and the base was so soft in the middle you couldn't really pick the slice up.
