I ordered a calzone for pick up. I only had a brief wait when I arrived. It was huge and delicious!

Excellent food, service and view of the lake.

Went to buy a small NY style pizza with just pepperoni and cheese... This is what i was given.... I walked out and will never support your pizzeria again.

I've been wanting to come to floridinos since the new opening, but it always looked really busy, and I'm no fan for waiting a long time to eat. So instead I ordered take out and the food was really good amd inside looked really nice the staff was really friendly and welcoming. Overall, I'm going to have to make time to try the dine in since their food was so good and service was fast. Thank you 👍👍

Went on 8/22 to pick up take out. The blackened mahi mahi was burnt with no flavor and the broccoli was totally bland. Unfortunately the quality has dropper a great deal.

Our first visit. We will definitely be back. Very clean restaurant. Food was awesome! Portions are plentiful. Employees were so friendly and helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere, too.

Ok, I have a thing about pizza in Florida so I came in skeptical...but I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place is. I had a calzone, which was really great, crispy on the outside, gooey & stuffed on the inside. It was huge & could be shared...I took half home. My hubby had a delicious chicken parm sandwich which was toasty, melty & had a big piece of chicken in it. It was surprisingly not messy to eat! Also enough for 2 people or take home. We will definitely be back!

ADAM!!!!!! YOU ARE AN AMAZING HUMAN! Okay, now that we have gotten that out, I want to walk through (in a nutshell) from the moments prior to flipping a U'Y. So yes, my husband and I neglected to feed ourselves breakfast and hurried out the door! After stopping at 3/4 of our meetings, errands, and more meetings, we decided it was important to eat. (This was approximately 3 o'clock. Famished, we passed multiple fast-food stomachache places, and nothing looked appetizing. So many places and none sounded like we would be happy about our decision (if you know what I mean). That is when, in the middle of nowhere and somewhere, there was this green 💚 shining building (no kidding it was like Jesus shone the light of the heavens down on it! In a moments decision, we had already passed it, something drew us there so, my husband committed a U-Turn and there is this massive parking lot. Parking in front of this huge lake... and walked in the front door, but as soon as we walked in, the door wasn't even closed, and someone whizzed by with a very pleasant attitude. I turned to my husband and said I already have a good feeling about this place." If everyone in here had her personality, then this place is for us. No sooner did I get that out of my mouth, a blonde lady happily sent us to a table, but knowing my husband and myself, we NEEDED A BOOTH. Which she generously and pleasantly obliged. We were already impressed and then came our amazing waiter. His name is Adam... and when I say he was amazing, he was amazing... he was cheerful, helpful, courteous, kind, and efficient. The cups never got empty, AND we never sat waiting for anything . Adam seemed like he honestly loves his role at his job and is so... so very good at it! We honestly had NO regrets. Our ticket was affordable, and we vowed to always come back when we were hungry for pasta, pizza, wings, atmosphere, or just a pleasant sit down with coffee and dessert. It was awesome, too! All in all, I wish we could give more stars because it was THE place, everyone!!! Just go ahead and make that U-Turn, people. I assure you, you will not regret it. By the way, we live over 35 minutes away and will be repeating this trip, hands down! See ya'll soon, we will be back!!! Thank you for being that place!!! ❤️ Footnote: we never got a stomachache! Wow!!! The chicken on the white sauce pizza was seasoned so it was soooo good! The wings with their signature sauce was probably the best or 2nd best wings I've ever had! Our waiter was on point....plus he goes out to Vegas a lot ((where we live)!

It was just so, the wait was terrible the server she acted like she was doing us a favor she wasn't real personal at all. The view when the sun was going down was beautiful. The food presentation was good but it didn't have alot of flavor at all. The sauce really needs some work in flavor. The garlic bread forget it, it was hard and had no flavor at all as well.

The food was worth the wait. We decided to try this place after reading the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. The place was busy so there was a bit of a wait for the food to arrive, but it was fresh and delicious. The portions are a good size too. You definitely won’t leave hungry. Our waiter Jeremiah was very friendly, chatty and made for an all around great experience. Would definitely recommend!

We have gone twice and have loved it. We invited our other sister for a lunch. She responded with the internet review. Please people don't listen to people that wanted to hurt a business. Just go and find out yourself. I can promise you, you will love it. We are going once a month. ❤️

Always great food and perfect service

This place is absolutely fantastic. The pizza, appetizers, deserts, everything!

The bigoted 15 year old greeter is on a wierd power trip. She took us to our table, but there was an empty table with a view of the lake. The table was pretty clean with clean plates on top. She said: "well that table is dirty so you're gonna go have to wait in the waiting g room" We, a family of 4, go back to the front of the restaurant. We wait 10 minutes and she says: The people were actually in the bathroom so you can only have the table. We looked...there was no people.

I really try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, but how my family and I were treated is inexcusable. Went in and waited to be seated, a rather young girl comes up to seat us and while she's about to seat us we ask for booth rather, to overlook the water. She rolls her eyes and with an attitude continues to say " you need to go to front, I need to clean it" meanwhile, the table is clean and there is nobody there. We go to the front to wait, and wait and the hostess is side eyeing me and my family. She leaves and comes back and says, again with an attitude " you're gonna have to take the table I originally gave you or wait cause those people at that table are in the bathroom" I find it hard to believe that people at that table were in the bathroom for over 10mins! It felt like she was on a power trip because we asked to be sat somewhere else. We walked out since it felt like we were not welcomed in this establishment. Get some customer service training immediately! 0/10!!

It has a good bar. I liked the decoration. They have outdoor service with a view of the lake. It is another option. Italian food. I loved the lazzagna pasta and the salads.

Second time here. First time felt the food was subpar with the Chicken Parmesan we had but came back again just figured stay away from the chicken parm. Got the pizza bites for appetiz and they were ok although dough kind of soft. I had a salad my husband had the turkey club. Lots of bread on his club more bread than meat. My salad was ok. The raspberry vinegarette tasted more red wine than raspberry and the chiken looked like something out of a deli. Overall nothing special to it either sadly. The one thing to note here is if they could charge you extra for the napkin they would. Extra dressing or for example ranch w fries cost 2.50$ even though no ketchup on table so ranch should be free. No other option but fries w sandwich no salad or soup option or even sweet potato fries. Maybe people come for calzones because that is what they are good at. Definitely not “Italian” food and just ok otherwise be prepared for extra fees

Pizza is always Hot, Fresh, and Delicious. I have taken simple expectations for granted lately, thinking All Pizza Is Good. No, not all is Good. But, FLORIDINO'S is Good. And, you might be able to find a coupon in the Coupon Book🤗. ENJOY P.S. "That pizza place" next to Winn-Dixie is a Disappointment. 👀

Pizza are to die for this place rocks!

I was in the restaurant for a delicious dinner. I order pasta penne with meatballs and this was the presentation. Oh and is only one meatball and the half of the other one literally, didn't even look like it was cut with a knife. Ask the server if that was normal and she said yes they only give a meatball and half. The service was appalling and the sauce of the pasta tasted like it was from a can. A chefboyarde can will it taste better and have more meatballs. Not coming back. Done

It was the service. Not once did the waitress come to our table of five to ask us "how are we doing?" Do we need anything? When we finished, just gave us our bill. She should be happy she got tipped!

Good Italian food in winter haven. We didn't experience any rudeness not being locals as others mentioned but could tell they were "aware" we weren't from around there. portion sizes were generous and food was flavorful.

When you go in ignore the sign at the door that says "wait to be seated" after 5 min of people just walking bye and not saying nothing, a customer told me to just grab a seat. And I will like to thank the guest that did the job of the restaurant workers. But after my rant, the food is good and fair price.

Jeremiah was very pleasant. Can stop by boat or fly in as well. Portions are big, and it is a great sharing opportunity if you're on a budget. good for family or friends groups

This place used to be amazing. Best wings in Florida, hands down, and those pizza muffins wow. Now though if you're not a local, it is made obvious from the start that you are not welcomed. Our waitress maybe said 5 words to us and went missing for most of the meal. (But was seen at the bar frequently pouring beers for another table of ederly gentleman across the restaurant), but the food quality has also suffered. The wings aren't so jumbo anymore, and the breading even changed. Pizza Muffins were smaller and doughy. But no worries, the prices have doubled what they were a year and a half ago. Regardless, the new location has not been serving them well, and it is starting to really show. For 12 wings, loaded fries, appetizer chicken tenders, 3 kids, pizzas, and 1 pepsi, it ran us $100, and the quality was not worth it.

We went for lunch there were five of us and we all loved our food and our waitress could not have been more awesome. Sorry I did not to at least forgot

The place was average for the food, the view of the big lake was nice. Found the hostess to be rude asked if we could have a booth she said I’ll be 30-45 mins and kept trying to force us to choose a table we didn’t want which eventually did within 10 mins then some booths opened up so asked if we could move which another person said yes you can. It was only within 10 mins booths were opening up so the hostess was a liar acting like no booth wasn’t opening up anytime soon. Overall, the calzone was average nothing special as well as the wings were okay. Not really a place would want to go out of the way for again.

Seen the place always has cars so we tried it out. Soon as we walked in I seen pastries and was excited Our waitress was Kira and she was on point and made the night fun. Place was probably half full. We were seated and started with some apps which were really tastey compared to the entrees 🫣 So the pizza muffins were super delish they were nice and hot and soft I didn’t even dip them in the marinara sauce they were that good. Chicken wings actually blew me away with how good they were they had a really nice crisp to them a little on the vinegar side but I looked past that for the other flavors. We were happy at this point Calzone came out and looked good was crispy and was told it was good. We ordered 2 of the Tuscan dishes garlic bread was really good the dish not so much Alfredo sauce very bland chicken looked like the frozen kind you get in a bag pasta was slightly overcooked. I did not eat all of it. And as far as the Margherita pizza it was deff not it was just a covered in garlic butter regular average pizza. I will go back and give it another go and try some different things but I will eat the wings again for sure. I’ll keep ya posted.

We loved our dinner experience at Floridino's! We enjoyed pizza, spaghetti, and Mike's muffins; finishing with some excellent Lemonchello Cream Liqueur. This is a great place to come for dinner and watch the sun set over the lake. You might even spot a gator swimming slowly past!

Decent food, could be better. Service is slow but very friendly. Prices could be better on deserts. Overall it's just average.

The place looked good online but it really didn’t translate to reality. The service was good. The area is nice with a huge lake thats beautiful. The pizza and the flavor are not there. The bread was ok but the sauce was missing and flavorless. The deep dish was really a pan pizza. Just very disappointed on the flavor. The sauce is the heart of the pizza.

We showed up as a party of 14 at 7 PM,called ahead As well ,and still waited nearly 2 hours for a table then they split us up into three separate tables not together. It was nearly 10 o’clock before we got out of there. Bill was high food not great and portions are tiny. I’ve been there four or five times and had the same experience nearly every time, and if you wanna park near the building, good luck there’s about 15 parking spots in the whole lot. I feel like the guy that designed the building never met the guy that built the parking lot.

First time to eat here. We started out with the Pazzo's Crazy Bread, good sized serving, highly recommend. I had the Chicken Parmesan with Ziti (instead of Spaghetti), Chicken was a little on the small side but good, would definitely order again. Wife had a small Pizza, said it was good. Numerous other items on the menu looked/sounded appealing, will absolutely be back to try some of them. Nice view of the lake directly behind it.

Pretty decent pizza, reminded me of Mountain Mike’s Pizza. My favorite part of the restaurant was sitting area which faces Lake Hamilton. Their coffee was great!

The food was good. It just missed the mark a bit. The wings were good not great and the same with the crispy chicken salad. All the breading came off of the crispy chicken.

The place is bigger than it looks. They have outside seating on the lake as well.the day we were there there was a helicopter parked on the grass. I had the lunch special of antipasto salad with a 2 ingredient calzone. I had sausage and mushrooms in my calzone. The antipasto was delicious, but had way too much dressing. I was able to tip the plate to funnel some of the dressing off.my calzone was tasty, but I needed a sharp knife to cut it. My partner had the lasagna with a house salad and bread sticks. The salad was nothing special, lettuce with cucumber and tomatoes. The house dressing,an Italian was very good. The large piece of baked lasagna was smothered in cheese with 3 meatballs on the side. It was fabulous. The garlic ,cheese bread was great. We ate it all and had no complaints on the service. It was hard to walk by the desert counter on the way out,but we did. Maybe next time.

The eggplant Parmesan was, I'd say, in the top 3 of best I've ever had. And I travel a lot. They get the edges of the eggplant crispy while the center is tender, which is hard to find. The flavor was on point and not too salty, that I find some places to do. I had spaghetti with it in a marinara sauce, which was ok. I also had the lemon creme cake which is a must and I mean a must try. I took my food to go so I can't speak on the service or ambiance.

Regardless of how busy they are the staff continues to smile and be polite to all customers. Food is always good. Haven't had anything I didn't like there yet.
