Although I grew up with parents who disdained buffets and all-you-can-eat restaurants, being parents of three growing boys who collectively ate enough for another family of five they appreciated taking us to them occasionally. I loved them intensely. Their quality was never quite like that associated with the usual restaurants we frequented. The outright gluttony displayed by our fellow diners was appalling. As a kid, who cared? Six or seven plates was usually my limit. Now that I'm a grownup, I do not go to those kinds of restaurants, even on cruise ships. I was invited to a birthday party at the Sunday Brunch at the Biltmore. I knew it was expensive and featured seafood which was a-okay with me. When I sat down and thoroughly enjoyed each of my seven allotted plates, I was almost in heaven. I appreciated the fans that kept us comfortable outside. I REALLY appreciated Matthew, our server who was impeccable serving us our champagne and orange juice. The amazing things I ate were too numerous to describe here. Their caviar bar was amazing. They had a two giant pans filled with paella. The carvery had turkey, sirloin roast and the most amazing stuffed pork belly that blew my mind. Crispy outside, rich and flavorful meat inside. Their charcuterie items were outstanding including mortadella and soppressata. They had real stuffed grape leaves (dolmades!) and dozens of the best cheeses available. Their seafood table was half-covered with lobster tails, split and halved, halfway covered with BIG shrimp, small oysters and king crab legs. Amazing! They do have a pasta table with four different shapes and sauces, and a complete sushi bar with all of your favorite rolls. The dessert room, across the courtyard, had some of the most delicious chocolate sweets imaginable. Pots de creme. Truffles. They also made a wonderful coconut-rice pudding accented with coconut ice cream. Pure pleasure! Although I made an exception by going to THIS all-you-can-eat buffet, I would absolutely splurge at this one again.

Went for the Sunday Brunch last week. Several food options available, majorly seafood heavy. Most food items were salty. Overall, had way more tastier and better quality food in way lesser of the price. If one is a dessert lover, might like the variety of options. We travelled with 2 little ones and were seated in the room serving dessert. It was quite a travel back and forth to grab food. wish we had known earlier or had the receptionist guided, we would have preferred to be seated closer to the room serving main dishes. Servers ( several of them were taking care of us) were very attentive and helpful. Self Parking was challenging during peak hours, Valet parking costed $25 plus but was helpful in our situation.

Qualifies to be called a hidden gem in Miami. Far from busy touristic spots this place provides great food and service. Well deserved 5 stars. Definitely planning to come back!

The service and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. There is no real saying at this hotel is gorgeous, and just luxurious in every aspect. To be fair I expected it to be mediocre overpriced Italian food, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. The cocktails were incredible. I cannot recommend them enough! Their bruschetta was my favorite part of the meal, but all the food was absolutely delicious.

Very nice food but the service was non existent despite the automatic 20% tip. We had to ask for our drinks multiple times, dirty dishes not being removed.

The Sunday brunch is always a great experience. Prices have gone up over the years, but it's definitely worth a visit. Great atmosphere in this landmark hotel.

My husband and I got veal shank, beef filet and a cocktail called Rasoto Paloma. My veal shank was phenomenal. My husband loved his beef filet. The food at Fontana is definitely amazing. The cocktail was super nice. We also had very good service. Our server Juan is very kind.

We hosted our son's baptism lunch celebration at Restaurant Fontana at the Biltmore, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Vanessa, who helped us organize the event, was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere at Restaurant Fontana was elegant and welcoming, setting the stage for a memorable gathering. The food was simply delicious; we especially loved the carrot cake we ordered from the Biltmore, which was a hit among our guests. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue or better service. Thank you to Vanessa and the entire team at Restaurant Fontana for making our celebration so special. We highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or dining experience at the Biltmore.

We were recently at Sunday Brunch and it was a pleasant experience. The food and atmosphere excellent. The only thing that made the experience unpleasant was that when we were assigned our table, the waiter moved it. Which we thought was to make us more comfortable. But it didn't turn out that way, since the way the table was placed was outside the spaces of the umbrellas so the sun's rays were annoying, just as when it started to rain lightly...the food got wet and so did we. At no point did the waiter come over to ask if the rain was bothering us... that seemed careless on his part. We thought about moving the table on our own but in the end we just grabbed our desserts and left.

Food was amazing and Service was spectacular. Went for an anniversary dinner but a Family with 2 toddlers sat next to us. We never had any problems with dining next to family with little ones, it actually brings us joy, and encourages us to talk about our future. This situation was different. Their oldest kept running around the whole place barefoot, and rolling on the floor with her sister. The parents were letting them roam freely. Then the Mom decided to strip the youngest down to her diaper at the table and also allow her to crawl around the floor, and kept screaming at the table. I understand, kids will be kids, they cannot control their emotions, and they are still learning so much everyday, but I wished the parents put more of an effort to at least keep them at their table. It just really ruined the whole romantic, anniversary celebration for us.

My friends and I went here for dinner to celebrate one our friend’s birthday and I must say that as first time guests, Fontana did not disappoint! Our server Arnel, was very attentive to our needs and is very helpful in suggesting menu items. I loved the Sangria that he chose for us! The service of the staff is above and beyond and everybody was just very friendly. We also got to meet the chef! Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely be back soon!

We went here to celebrate my birthday and Arnel our server and the whole team were amazing! Impeccable service, the chef is very nice and the food is great!! One of the best restaurants in Miami. I recommend the gluten-free pasta carbonara, the pasta with clams, and the burrata with prosciutto. Eduardo's service was incredible.

Honestly, had an amazing overall experience here! Greeted with smiles, we were seated swiftly and were able to enjoy our experience immediately. Our Servers Matthew and Edwin were EXCELLENT. Extremely catering, always with a smile. The food options were great and the quality top notch. I personally enjoyed the caviar station and the fresh seafood. Azihan the manager was always smiling, opening doors.. just an overall great experience that I would say is totally worth it.. Run don't walk to a Biltmore Brunch experience!

We had dinner last night (Saturday 1 June) at La Fontana. It was not as great as we had come to expect. We were informed of the specials, only to find out the one we wanted was no longer available. Our Caesar salads were dry and basically tasteless while the lobster ravioli lacked of lobster and was cloying (empalagoso) with a creamy concoction of unknown origin. The linguine al vongole was marginally better but not up to par. Pls advise us when you get a new chef and we’ll give you guys a try. Unfortunately a mediocre experience for such an amazing venue as the Biltmore.

Just went for brunch today. Haven't been since before covid and it's still a Great brunch and totally worth it. It was so hot outside they were accommodating enough to sit us inside. The food is split into two sides of the courtyard. The breakfast /dessert /Gelato is on one side. Carving station/seafood/caviar /pasta on the other side. You do have to cross the courtyard to get from one side to the other. Very pretty classic ambience in the middle of coral gables. The food is amazing! We sat on the 'meat' side and I couldn't get enough. The caviar station had 4 kinds of caviar. Seafood station has lobster, king crab legs and shrimp, paella, sushi, and the list goes on. And that's just one side. The desserts were phenomenal. Raphael was so busy with everyone wanting to sit indoors that Matthew and jossin (?) were helping. All very accommodating but wasn't sure to flag down for service. The timing of certain things wasn't always on point. At one point, I got the roast and needed a knife, but the time I got one, the meat was cold. Also my drawn butter was congealed and had to wait to enjoy my seafood before more butter came out. Jose the manager was super nice. We had no complaints. We will be back again.!!! Valet $25. All in all worth it and on par or better than any bottomless brunch buffet in Brickell or sobe.

Great value for very great food and service. Unlimited crab, sushi, lobster, and caviar. The food quality is great for a buffet, but nothing amazing. Definitely worth the price (~$120 per person).

We came for dinner and it was great. Arnel, our server gave impeccable service and no complaints. The atmosphere was great with good music that fit the ambiance. Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard of the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. My food was a masterpiece of perfection — beef tips with cremini mushrooms and cipollini onions in a demi-glace sauce. Au gratin potatoes were on the side. Everything was outstanding.

This is such a lovely place to eat! Our server Michael-Anne was terrific and our order was not only taken quickly but also arrived quickly. The atmosphere can't be beat with the beautiful lights and music at night. Dessert was amazing. We've eaten here before and it is consistently good.

Undoubtedly, this spot stands out as one of the finest Sunday brunch destinations in Coral Gables and the wider Miami region. Offering delectable cuisine, bottomless mimosas, and unparalleled service, it's an experience beyond compare. Once of the best meals of my life. Brunello was elite. Lobster and salmon cooked perfectly. The beet salad, coffee and desserts were perfect.

Despite a charming environment (open courtyard, fountain, greenery) and a good wine list with a few very good choices at good prices, this restaurant was a disappointment. We ordered linguini with clams that was so sandy that we sent it back. The veal piccata was exceptionally salty. We’ve long found it difficult to eat well in Florida. This restaurant confirms us in that judgment.

The food was a little salty. Service was very pleasant and the waiter took care of the birthday cake for my wife. The service charge is what got me as it was not part of the tip. The valet was $25 however they did not mentioned that a service charge would be added and still wanted a tip which was provided. Other than this the experience was nice as well as the outdoor sitting which the wife enjoyed.

The best brunch i have ever been to! We were sat next to the fountain, delicious food, so many stations: raw (king crab legs, oysters, lobster, shrimp, sushi), caviar bar, paellas, pasta, meats (sirloin, lamb, chicken, turkey), cajun boil, omellette stations, croissants, fruits, desserts, icea cream…absolutley everything. The best part of it all, the service!!! We got as a server Taylor at first which was very welcoming and nice and attentive and then we moved tables because the sun was on top of us and taylor moved us to a different one (thank you!!) and we got vanesa and edwin, amazing people, so nice and detailed, answered all of our questions and were smiling with a great attitude, they made our brunch experience wonderful!! This is a really beautiful spot to have a nice dinner. The food was tasty but our meals were a bit salty. I enjoyed coming here but more so for the atmosphere. I do recommend the chicken parm and the house salad was wonderful.

My party and I were there for an all day event. We told the host that we had limited time (1hr) and asked if that was going to be a problem and the response was "not at all". It took an hour and a half for our COLD food to come out. The orders were not taken down properly. They forgot to bring a few drinks and they still tried to charge us for them.

The Biltmore has been hosting this legendary brunch for years. This was my 2nd time here and it's still worth every penny. It's $120 but the seafood section alone will make up for the cost. If you've been to the hotel, you know there's free parking. So that's one perk compared to paying for parking or valet in Miami Beach or most areas now in Miami charges for street parking. There are plenty of places to sit indoors and outdoors, and they will gladly accommodate big groups. The food selection is amazing. They have a carving station, caviar station, sushi station, salad section, made-to-order omelets and pasta, fruits, charcuterie, paella station, and tons of desserts, but the seafood section is the best part. OMG! Unlimited huge king crabs and lobster tails plus oysters, jumbo peel-and-eat shrimp, ceviche shooters, and smoked fish. And of course, bottomless mimosas are included. They don't put too much OJ and it's nice and cold which we prefer. Love this place and I highly recommend checking it out. It's pricey but worth it. Perfect for celebrations with friends and family.

I’ve lived in Miami for many years and have never been to brunch here, but it did not disappoint. The food selection was amazing, from eggs Benedict to fresh lobster tails to caviar and paella. It was fantastic! But even more amazing was our service: Alba and Vanessa were so attentive and wonderful with us, especially our little ones. We will definitely be coming back and requesting both Alba & Vanessa.

I made reservations for Miami Spice on Thursday August 24th because of previous great experiences although my experience tonight was terrible at Fontana. The server we had (Luis) did not greet us for over 20 minutes and the drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. The food was very although it took a considerable amount of time to arrive to the table. When we complained to Luis he did nothing to fix the situation and no manager ever came by the table to check in on us. This is one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had the restaurant was mostly empty. I’m very disappointed and have zero desire to return.

My husband and I took our mothers there yesterday to celebrate Mother’s Day. Food was good but service was completely absent. We weren’t told where to go for self serving and had to constantly ask for drink refills. We missed the entire breakfast portion as we were never told where the food was. The worst part is we had to pay $112 as 20% gratuity for nothing. We had to wait 30 minutes for the check. Terrible service and horrible experience. Danny at The Carving Station is AMAZING! By far he has THE BEST Puerco in all of Miami! Biltmore Brunch lives to its reputation. They went above and Beyond to make my son's 25th birthday extra special. They gave us the best window table center view to the enormous pool. We went to the first seating, early before the busy crowd. Our Waiters and our Waitress were all divine. I always prefer to sit inside in case it rains. The fountain courtyard was lovely to cross to get desserts and breakfast items on the other side. There was a live Acoustic Flamenco guitar player. Fabulous! Inside They had music from the Speakeasy era! The pasta station had the best Cook-to-order Ravioli with VodkaPink sauce, not to mention the amazing Lasagna. The Paella was fenomenal. They had gorgeous a glass sculpture by the seafood station. We got lucky with perfect blue skies, amazing ambience, delicious food and a celebration to remain in our memories for years to come. After the Brunch we went upstairs to the Main Lobby to enjoy live Harp Playing near the lovely bird exhibits. Superb. Will definitely go again. I'm a truck driver that searched for places to dine during some of my travels and Miami is always on my list. Saw a video about the Sunday Brunch at Biltmore Hotel and wanted to try it. Drove down from Illinois and had Sunday off beginning at 10:30am. Made a reservation the prior day so I got to the hotel around 11:00. Best dining decision I've made in a long time. Started at the carving station with prime rib and crispy pork belly then grabbed paella and a meatball, all of which were so good. The crispy pork belly was succulent and so were the prime rib and meatball. Loved it and had more too. Also had the lobster boil, crab, jumbo shrimp, caviar, squid soup and sauces on the side. Absolutely thrilled with everything! Tried 4 different deserts and all were fantastic, I mean just great! Don't miss trying this Sunday brunch! I will definitely return. A delicious dinner on a very stormy day. We were a bit late due to the torrential rain in the area but they were graciously waiting for us.
