Amazing I mean amazing and wonderful staff !! Food is the best of the best ! This is best pizza place ever !!

Figured I would try this place lastnight ordered a house pizza within 2 hours I got home sick to my stomach puked like 5 times there definitely was something spoiled on the pizza I did consume 🤮

It was good n nostalgic as it took us back to our memories. Food, service, n friendly place.

We had the calzone special with salad. Large proportions and very tasty. Our service was exceptional. Fun family atmosphere.

Been going here for years and years, and the atmosphere is just amazing, the staff goes above and beyond, and the food is excellent! I still tell everyone that this is the place to go for authentic amazing food! Tezza is an awesome waitress! She cares about her customers give that girl a raise 👏🏻

LOVE their pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks (which would be more accurately called, "cheese slabs!" They don't skimp on size!), and they very willingly and cheerfully changed the TV channel for us to the game we wanted to watch. LOVE this place!

This Place will always be my #favorite pizza! It’s as close to Italy as I’ll ever get! My experiences have always been amazing and the owners here are truly the best!

Line was long so definitely needed to wait on a Saturday night, but we'll worth it. The pizza was absolutely delicious and you could tell it wasn't just another chain bake. They do things differently at this shop and it shows (in a good way). Will be going back again when I get the chance.

For 3 pizzas we spent almost 100 dollars which is ridiculous, not only that our pizzas weren't cooked or made with the right toppings. The place wasn't busy at the time.

Best pizza ever! I have gone to Fonta's for the last 45 years. I haven't ever had a bad meal. Nice owners. I drive from Ft. Collins, Loveland, Wellington, and Evans, Co.just to have my meal at Fonta's.

$22 for this ? Extremely overpriced. Definitely not anything to write home about, either. Can't figure out how to post the picture, but it's a small calzone.

The impression I got was give me your money and goodbye! Tasted like the toppings came straight from a can and the pizza was way over priced ! Not fully cooked and a large pizza a two drink should not cost $50 👍🏻

Trying to charge us full price instead of the dining special .why they been in business for years? The owners wife did our ticket .becarful look at your ticket before paying.

Order large Greek salad for take out. Way over price . Just some lettuce may a half of a tomato dice up a sprinkle of feta cheese and some black olives. When I got home had to doctor it up with some more ingredients to make it look appealing for my guess to enjoy. I been here before also had a good experience dining or take out . I felt so disappointed . I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks!

This place is already my fav pizza but it’s all I crave when I’m pregnant (4th baby now) and I’m just glad that they NEVER mess up our order. Consistent great service, it always feels like home, they’re fast and the restaurant is always clean.

Super yummy. The cheese bread looked like it was going to be awful when it arrived but we ended up ordering a second one it was so good. Also we showed up after being at the hospital with my grandpa all day, and being from out of town didn't know it was almost closing time and nobody made us feel rushed or bad about coming in so close to closing.

The atmosphere is great I love all of the booths and the painting on the wall. Not to mention the service is unbelievable they keep your drinks filled and they are incredibly nice. The pizza is amazing. It's hard to do but they out pizza'd the hut

We have lived in Greeley for 8 years and this was our first time here. It was so wonderful and I am so sad we haven’t been going here all along. The food was delicious. We had mozzarella sticks, the Greek salad, pizza rolls and garlic bread. The sauce was amazing. Our server was friendly and actually seemed like she wanted to be there. I actually heard her ask another server if she needed help with a larger table. Can’t wait to go back!

We always meet old friends here when traveling back to Greeley as it's just like it was when we moved.

We have eaten at Fonta's for decades and noticed there is more sauce on the pizza. While it is still good, the original pizza contained less sauce which made it unique. For those who want more sauce on pizza, go to a chain pizza shop. Fonta's has always been known for its unique flavor and adding more sauce has taken that away.

Best pizza in Greeley since I was a young kid!

Waited for around an hour and a half! HORRIBLE they forgot our order and weren’t so nice about it . Will never go back after that .

Me and my silly little family waited for over an hour and they didnt put our order in the oven. I came right after school on a friday, tired and sad, excited to eat me some pizza but they didnt even start our order. We even asked and they didnt apologize. Also all those people were looking at me (a teenage girl) and it was lowkey scaring me. 0/10 tbh wouldnt wanna go back.

We stopped by while they were just finishing up an awards ceremony. There were seats available. Our waitress was nice and helpful. We ordered a calzone, a salad and a pizza. My calzone was the daily special, I wasn't told that one of the 4 ingredients I picked was a premium and would cost more. The pizza we ordered was not what we got. They immediately made us another and didn't charge us for the extra one. Overall it was great food.

Ok, we had been here like four years ago and it was delicious! But it was nothing like it used to be. We ordered a meat lovers pizza for carry out the other night and I swear it was saltier than the Flats in Utah. If .... IF you could get past the ounce of salt that apparently decorated each slice of pizza, the flavor was actually good. Thick cut sliced of ham and pepperoni. Massive chunks of sausage and under all that ( Salty) goodness was a red meat sauce !! creative with that sauce and hearty as heck. But the salt! it was so over powering. I was downing a bottle of water after every bit. I could feel my blood pressure rise a point after every little nibble. Ugh....... I really hope this was just a new cook or a fluke.

Decided to break the mold instead of dominos/ Papa John's, my family and I ordered from Fontas. My daughter is allergic to garlic. I called ahead to see if they would be able to work around this. They assured me they could. Once I picked up my order there was garlic. They wouldn't remake the pizza and the manager was rude. Told me that I should be more careful ordering???? I left without paying. I would not go back.

Best pizza in northern Colorado

Like other reviews say, put some sauce on it!! 🙄 My wife and I both couldn't taste or see any sauce, none. Without sauce it doesn't qualify as pizza, read the definition. Gyro went from $8.50 pre covid to $13.75! That's wayyyy over inflation. Cafe Athens price for a collosal gyro with 1 pound of gyro meat is $17.99 and about 4x the meat. That's why I dropped my 5 stars to 4 tonight, not to mention waitress wearing so much perfume we could taste it. My last review from over a year ago..."Still best pizza in Greeley, in my opinion. I try to order when they do the buy one get one half off days. Usually Sunday. Because like many places costs shot up about 33% due to covid supply chain disruption I was told. Just can't see paying around $30 for a large pizza." Hopefully the downhill slide doesn't continue at this Greeley landmark.

The meat lovers pizza we order didn't have much of tomato sauce which made it dry. Some like it like that. Not me!

Food is always delicious. Our takeout orders are always ready on time. Friendly staff.

The gyro and Greek salad - the best!

I've come to or ordered from Fonta's on & off for over 20 years, but this was the first time I ordered something other than pizza, and boy! am I glad I did! This was probably the best gyro I've ever had, and I really appreciated that they put the tzatziki sauce on the side (when other restaurants put a ton of it on the gyro, it way too messy)! My wife & our friend both had calzones agreed that it was even better than Roma! Update: Just went in again the other day and got a pepperoni calzone, which was at least as good as Roma. It seemed a little small compared to my friend's, but I didn't say anything. However, one of the staff also noticed. I don't know if it was our server or the manager who noticed, but without any prompting from my part, the manager came to me and said he was making me another one complimentary. I had to wait until the next night to enjoy that one, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find the new one absolutely packed with pepperoni! I'm really impressed by Fonta's attention to detail and their exceptional customer service! Only problem was I had to do a few extra miles on the exercise bike to burn it off, but totally worth it!

Not going back ever again. Me and my family waited for an hour for our food. And where 3 other tables got their food before us. So we walked out and took our food home.

First time ever eating at Fonta's Pizza Restaurant. Tonight we ordered 2 Gluten Free Pizzas for carryout. We ordered their American Pizza Gluten Free which consists of Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushrooms... since we enjoy Jalapeños we ordered those as an extra topping. We also ordered another Gluten Free Pizza called Roman which consists of Sausage & Pepperoni but I wanted 2 more toppings so I got Pineapple & Onions... Oh my gosh we are extremely impressed! These pizzas came out fantastic. The crust size is 14 inches & it was chewy & amazing. It reminded us of what regular Pizza crust tastes like but to us this was better. Due to our food allergies we had to get Gluten Free & we were not disappointed. Of all the restaurants we've eaten here in Greeley, Colorado this is hands down our new favorite. I wish we would have found this place sooner! But we will definitely be ordering from Fonta's again. If you're looking for a good & delicious Gluten Free Pizza look no further. If I could choose 10 stars I would! Yes it's that good! And we are picky Gluten Free eaters...

Love the antipasto salad, the pizza and the gyros! Those are the only items we always get as a family. I’m sure everything else tastes just as great. I like to chat with the owner. He is a very nice man. Everyone is friendly there. This restaurant has been in Greeley for decades. I moved here in 1981 in Fontas Pizza was here then. It has now survived a couple of recessions and pandemic. That says it all.

Best food and customer service!

$41 for a large and small pizza. They got the large wrong and we had to have it replaced. When I was a kid this place was great, but I’m really not sure what the deal is now. The small pizza was cheese and it tasted like tomato sauce from a can with extra salt. The large was meh… salty! Not a good experience after my first visit in 30 years.

They have the best Gyros in town. The only place that I get them from. And the staff are always polite and it's reasonably priced food as well.

Not sure what the hype is? Wanted to support local business so we tried Fontas tonight. There was no sauce hardly on the pizza and was incredibly salty. And 4 dollars for 2 sides of ranch?!

Fonta's pizza is a staple in Greeley (I believe they been around for over 35 years)! They are known for their pizzas and their newly developed mozzarella sticks. Check them out; you will not be disappointed. On Monday's and throughout the week, they offer food and drink specials.

Last time we were here was 25 years ago before we moved out of town. We're back and they are just as good as they were before.
