I meet with an old classmate once a month at this restaurant and we really love everything about it. The food is great, the atmosphere is fine (sportsbar-ish), and the waitstaff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They've changed their menu a bit over the past few years, but the food and service are still great, and they have a special Sunday brunch menu now, too.

Ordered a "Model A" Burger the patty was tasteless and it came with a very small portion of french fries , the service was ok.. **Update 2024** Came back to give Ford's garage another try and was surprised! Service was great the server came in to check in on use plenty of times the burgers were tasty! And for the price (including desert) it is a much better option than competitors such as five guys

It was alright. We liked it. Coulda just went to Culver's... I guess the kids liked the bathrooms 😆

We had the tuna appetizer and asked for another one, the mango Margarita, the salmon with mash and Mac and cheese with shrimp, the Thai chicken salad and all were very good.

I was waiting for 30 minutes with 3 children, I asked again and it turned out that they had not put me on the list... the manager came who was very rude and unprofessional and told me that if I wanted service he would have done it. Wait 30 more minutes... wait with 3 children, the manager is a black man, he is very rude... I complained to him and he told me that he didn't care about the children and that he wasn't going to give me any service... There were never any apologies and he didn't try to correct the mistake, he simply told me I don't care, go eat somewhere else, they should put someone with education in a place like that.

Alec, the outside bartender rocks. Great customer service, winning personality and treats his customers with respect. An overall great experience. Wings were delicious.

Car guy husband loves the atmosphere. My friends that ordered shrimp and grits said it was too spicy for them. I ordered what I thought was brisket, but it was a burger with brisket on it. Their burgers are great but I would like to see more dinners on the menu that are not fried, come with a side salad. My gluten free friend did not have alot of selection. There was a salmon meal or shrimp and grits.

It seems like the cost $20 for a meal and they barely give you any fries. I was like. Oh my God, really?

They have the best Monte Christo sandwich around. Most places are just grilled sandwiches, but theirs is batter dipped and deep fried. Their decor is great .

The waitress ( chinesse)whose name I couldn't see was truly disgusting. If she didn't want to work, the best thing she could have done was stay at her house. As for the rest, everything is fine. nothing extraordinary but good

I went in to grab a meal before a hockey game at Hertz Arena, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Clara was wonderful and made me feel important and she still managed to leave me a enough time to enjoy my meal and make it to the game on time. My food was delicious and the atmosphere was very unique and charming. Great burger place in Estero and even better service.

Excellent service very attentive very willing to accommodate my weird order and she made it all happen. A very warm attitude which made me feel like very comfortable and a very cozy environment. This is my second time coming back just because Isabella made me feel so comfortable and made me thoroughly enjoy my time here, she was very thoughtful and gracious. A really cool restaurant/bar. The restaurant simply impresses with its many car details. Keep a workshop/garage. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pulled pork sandwich (more of a burger) was very tasty. Nice details in the arrangement here too. The food and the entire stay are just fun.

We had a signature burger and fish 'n chips. On top a very good honey beer. The details of the interior are absolutely beautiful. The service is fast and always very friendly. Will come back soon

Go to Fords for years. The burgers are great. However, this particular location is definitely the worst service wise of any. My 37 years old girlfriend did not have her ID on her since we were at the beach. We got a lecture by the waitress why no one should leave the house without an ID even if you are 70 years old because she checks seniors as well. She does not care. I might not agree with that statement but can see the point if it was presented in a nicer way and not with an awful attitude. Fortunately there is more than one Ford Garage and we went to another one where we were more welcome and less lectured.

Second visit to this location, just as good as the first. Wait wasn't too bad since I called ahead. Food was good and came out relatively fast. A manager even came to check on us. I wish the beer was colder and the wings weren't so small though

Restaurant is licensed by FoMoCo and has several model Ts and Ford Memorabilia on the walls. We often eat there if I have an afternoon flight at SWF. Today, we met some old friends here as it is half way between our homes. Drinks were good, food was well above par for a fast casual restaurant and our server Ashleigh was appropriately attentive I feel the good is always good and appropriately priced. They have expanded the menu to include dishes like shrimp And grits and other entrees. Burgers are always very good.

I ordered the Estate Burger and there was a blue sauce. It was so sweet that it messed up the whole burger! I really can’t eat a sweet burger. I mean, I even had to put a LOTTT of ketchup to make the flavor go away. Overall for the burger it is not that good. I also ordered the Shrimp and Grits. The shrimp and the grits tasted like butter! The butter covered everything. The whole plate tasted like butter! The Shrimp and Grits at least better than the Estate Burger. The best out of all them was the Pork Ribs. The pork ribs was good but the french fries that went along with it was kind of dry and a little bit disappointing. I usually like all french fries but this I just couldn’t handle. The pork ribs is bad but good are the same time. The person that we had to serve us was nice and polite but very gloomy she wasn’t exactly mean but not the best servant. This will be a place that my family will never go to again.

Nobody would wait on us for 10 minutes. Bartender looked right at us several time. It was very awkward, so we packed up and just left. Still nobody said anything as my Dad and I walked out. Sad because looks like a cool place. Bad service

UPDATE. The manager saw the 1 star review and was very apologetic. Actually sent me a credit so they are paying attention. Not sure what happened here but the waitress was blatantly rude. Don't know if I offended her because I joke around she look like a real mechanic. Probably heard a hundred times before But she didn't smile and was just unfriendly. Got our orders dropped off the drinks no smile took our food order dropped off the food no smile never came back to see if you need anything else. Saw that we were finished and dropped off the check without even asking if we want anything else no smile no have a good day. Maybe Angerose was having a bad day but she was really unpleasant. Sorry. I ALWAYS tip at least 25% usually 30%. Sometimes 50%. But I left $0. I can't remember the last time I did that. At least 20 years.

Great, convenient spot at the outlet mall. Look at the size of this fish fry! And they have a ton of good burgers, salads, apps and more.

We only stopped here briefly to have a drink after an extensive shopping trip. Good selection of draft beers and cocktails too. You can also eat well, we know it from Cape Coral.

Love Fords Garage..the one on Ft Myers Beach. Does not disappoint, lika aĺl thier eateries. Over looking the back bay and shrimpboaters , & fishing vessels. Love the House/Boats ,Sailboats very cool. Very relaxing & tranquil. Food is upstanding as well. Service very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Ok, for a mall like setting. Philly cheesesteak was best I've ever had. Malibu Bay Breeze was only so-so.

They're busy, so food takes a while to come out. But the food is very good! I recommend the Black & Bleu burger. That's the picture with the pretzel bun.

When we sat outside in the garden, the staff member named Jordan did not ask for the ID card of any customer who came at the same time as us. He only asked for ID cards for me and my wife. I condemn this ugly discrimination and racism against me. I am 40 years old and my wife is 36 years old. It is impossible not to understand this age difference. I didn't like his attitude when we first sat at the table, I expected something like this from her, and he did it.

We were sitting at a table outside in the corner. I felt like the forgotten guests. There were 5 of us and we practically had to tackle the waitress when we needed something. Food was god.

Second fords garage today 800 miles apart. This fords garage was a large place. The food was excellent. Atmosphere nice. Servers on the ball today. Refills came without asking.

Good quality food at a great price. It is well decorated and gives you that old garage vibe while looking clean. Service was a bit slow as our servers kept forgetting our order and had to reserve us a couple of times.

Stopped in for lunch.. food was delicious, had a swiss burger with fries.. fries delicious,burger cooked medium was perfect.. the atmosphere is great.. I love the decor, I would had left 5 star's if the service was better, our server was not very attentive.. I understand when busy but arriving to eat after 2pm it was not crowded at all..she just seemed distracted, so no faults on food, I highly recommend checking out and enjoying a meal... and I look forward to stopping in again...

Excellent place to visit as a family, the atmosphere all deserves a visit, but as I always say and repeat, the Service is terrible. A coje y dale without the slightest treatment is rushing you every minute, they don't give you time to enjoy the drink, but the tip is as if it were an obligation. We would repeat, therefore, always because of the quality of the Burgers, which are the best, the Service is very bad. Although the bathrooms could be kept a little cleaner.

Good place for lunch, don't know if I'd do dinner there. Better than other chain restaurants like Chili's.

Terrible experience. Burger was dry and undercooked. Was told that pink is medium well. Never offered a refill in my drink. I had to go to the bar and get it myself.

Wait staff was a little bit Unexperienced did not pay attention to any needs of the customer.Did not see them very often did not get refills. Had to wait to get the check and the seating is put everybody on top of each other no room to breathe

Really cool place! Very fun visit especially if you are into anything car related or Ford of course! We got a burger and it was pretty good! Wouldn’t say it was the best burger in the world but it was a good burger. You can tell a lot of detail went into amking the restaurant. Worth the visit!

Edited to add, the manager made it right. He refunded us with a gift card to give Fords Garage another chance. My husband and I had lunch here. Poor service and we both ended up with food poisoning.

Went for an early supper before a concert. Order wings they came out burnt. Sent them back to be redone Manager came back. Wings were still overcooked. And inedible. Manager said that is the way they cook then. Would not take them off the bill Will never get wings there again

First time visit. The menu looks awesome, many great choices. Ordered a burger, they looked great...again, many to choose from. Requested it rare, received it well done. Could/should have sent it back but did not. It was dissappointing. Also ordered bbq burnt ends melt and it too was just ok. A bit dry for me.. lovely place, great menu, service was just ok... beverages were never refilled even tho I asked for one. A bit dissappointing since it looked so promising. No need to return.
