Wonderful places to eat. Fresh food and good prices

Amazing food amazing place wonderful service

This is truly one of the most wonderful establishments in the lehigh valley. My family has been coming here since I was very young and have consistently have had delicious food and wonderful service. We get takeout every other week at the deli at this point and i feel so fortunate to have so incredible a spot so close to where i live. Thank you for everything youve done for this community.

The food here is some of the best Mediterranean food I've had locally. Everything is so fresh and has such amazing flavors. I have never had anything here that I haven't loved!

They had different sandwiches . Me and my Husband both liked them alot.

The cashier was courteous and friendly. She scanned my purchase quickly, so my wait time was minimal.

If you’re in a hurry, this is not the place to be. I called in my order an hour earlier. When I got there, I waited a half hour more for my takeout order.

Forks Mediterranean Deli has fantastic Baba Ghanouj and other treats. There are so many amazing foods to choose from. Whenever, I am in Forks the Mediterranean Deli is a must!

I absolutely love the bean hummus. So many items to choose from. Great prices. I bought fresh honey in the comb for only $8.00. I definitely recommend this Deli. I'm not sure of the name of the soup I got today but I can tell you that it is SPECTACULAR ‼️

Great little hidden gem. The falafel is awesome. Honestly any of their offerings are great. I always find something new to try.

There is love here. The beautiful family owners created a little piece of Lebanon with homemade food, imported groceries and some home items and jewelry (I wish they'd expand their collection of the latter). There are seats and tables if you'd like to eat in. It is deli style-nothing fancy, but keeps you coming back. Their falafel sandwiches are my favorite.

Why go anywhere else? Do I even need to write a review to say how amazing this place and the family who runs it are? Everything is amazing, but the hummus is unbeatable....I promise

Excellent soups and sandwiches served by a very friendly staff. There is also a small market attached that stocks herbs, teas, oils, honeys, and pastries. Ample seating and parking.

Amazing place authentic and high quality food

Everytime we come here, we get the chicken shawarma and falafel. Their garlic dip is ✨ to die for 👌🏻✨ Just super amazing and we also get the kefir yogurt dip. The balance of having a bite with garlic and the yogurt is spectacular you will literally crave it after your done with the food. I can’t wait to come back again ❤️

This is both a restaurant and a small shop selling Mediterranean food products. I ordered some food to go and also purchased some things from the store. The food was delicious! The staff were very pleasant and the establishment was clean. I would love to dine in here for lunch someday. They have limited hours so make sure to check hours before you head over.

Just had the Italian Sub and it was awesome. Oil and spices including the best bread! This deli will always have a following for a small business that does it right.

Family-run business, where the Family does everything from the prep, cooking, and register. Everything is amazing and fresh. The spices are curated by the owner and the olive oil is from their estate in Lebanon, which it's an experience in it's own.

I love this place... Their shawarmas are the best in the valley and it feels like you're part of the family when you come here, also have lots of hard to find Mediterranean snacks.

I used Forks Mediterranean deli to cater a small party and it was great! We had a dip platter and also a lot of falafel. The presentation was beautiful and everything tasted delicious. Plus it looks like a family owned business and everything was done with care. I’m excited to go back for dining.

Fantastic food. Amazing owners.

First time ever here and it was amazing. I ordered the smokehouse sandwich and added pickles, and it was delicious. You can tell everything was freshly prepared, with plenty of meat on the sandwich and their prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Looking forward to ordering from them again.

My go to place for lunch. Has the best hummus and dip. I love the garlic dip so much. Falafel is banging. ALL Sandwiches are very good! LAMB shawarma is to die for.

My favorite Middle Eastern deli. Authentic hummus, baba ganoush, labneh, and more. Tastes as good as my grandma used to make!! Nice selection of groceries too. Highly recommend

Good, fresh food and delicious hummus, however they are very slow. It almost looks like they only have one guy back there making the food, which isn’t surprising but the food takes forever. I got 2 cold deli sandwiches last week and it took over 30 mins from the time I called until I got my food. I want to come here more often but I don’t have time to wait around for 30 mins every time.

I rarely leave reviews so if I do… it’s for a good reason! I’ve tried food from all over the valley and food from all over the world. The Mediterranean cuisine here is spot on and 100% authentic! The flavors are incredible and everything is fresh. They have all sorts of goods you will not find in your local grocery store, if you are big into Mediterranean and want the real deal you need to come here!

Always great, the family that runs this place is amazing!! We frequent forks deli at least 3 times a month. A staple in our house and always bring goodies to turn it on to our friends!

Forks Mediterranean Deli has a very interesting menu. However, they are extremely slow. When you eat in, you order at the counter and then wait... And wait. The dining area is a combination of booths and tables. Seating was not really all that comfortable. The tabletops were dirty and sticky. No one comes out to clean them off in between diners. Our sandwiches were well made. I had the chicken shawarma. My wife had the Mediterranean chicken club. We had a side of falafel. The food was good. My chicken shawarma was a bit bland. Beverages were just cans of soda out of the refrigerator. No cups. No ice. No straws. My real treat was the Turkish Delight and the Nougat with Pistachios. The prices were fair. Parking is limited. I'll go back again to try some of the other interesting menu selections.

Ordered several salads and sandwiches for a work gathering. Food was fresh and delicious. Oh and the chocolate raspberry jelly treats were amazing.

Excellent store, warm family run. Salads and wraps are delicious and well priced. One time I forgot my wallet and the owner just asked me to call when I got home with payment. She let me take $60 worth of groceries.

Quality ingredients and food that is prepared with Love! They also have a market with some pretty good finds (like the Grilled Olives 🫒!). The employees are very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable making them great candidates to ask for advice on how to prepare your favorite meals with what they offer in the market. We give this place a 10 (Although 5 Stars is the Google limit) (Also a big thumbs up for the hummus)!

Went there for lunch starving. We had a Reuben and falafel sandwich. We left full and a bag full of goodies for later

First off, Joel at the front desk is the definition of great customer service ! Very kind and welcoming to everyone that walks in. So long story short. Last week I ordered a chicken wrap and when I got back to my job 3 minutes away the sandwich was cold. So I called to see wether the sandwich was suppose to be hot or cold. Joel explained the sandwich is suppose to be hot. She kindly asked if she can replace the sandwich next time I come. Well she did and this time everything was nice hot and delicious. The Caesar salad is great as well. Great food but great customer service really makes the food taste better. I’m a forever customer to this establishment. Thank you guys so much !

Great food! Recently the owner has been supplying me with her homemade olive juice for the martinis at the restaurant I work for. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. The yogurt with fig preserve has become a new favorite of mine. I can't get enough of it!

Love the eclectic selection here in the small grocery section, things that are hard to find elsewhere. Good olives and to-go salads in the deli, and nectars like apricot and cherry juice. I like the nice lady who makes me the little takeout cups of Greek yogurt with fig jam. Yum!!

Definitely great people managing the place. The owner obviously cares about his customers and delivers good food paired with outstanding service. Is it the best Mediterranean/Lebanese food I've ever had? Probably not, but they have a good starting point by using fresh and quality ingredients. The offerings just need a little bump in flavor (looking at you, shawarma).

My husband and I stumbled Upon this place while in Easton PA.. It was amazing!! The hummus was the best I have ever tasted...creamy and silky with flavors of garlic and Tahini. I had the Mediterranean Chicken Club and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the small and could only eat half. The same for my husband who thoroughly enjoyed the Italian Classic sub. He is a true Philly boy and said it was better than any Italian hoagie he's ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great people..great food and prices..and all ways a friendly smile

This place has been around over 20 years. It is a deli with dine-in section and Mediterranean grocery store. You will find many food items local to the region on the grocery side. The front counter is where you place your order for deli items. The special oven/grill is visible when you stand in front of the counter. There are offerings from specialty snacks, cookies, cheese to desserts. The shawarma is very good. I recommend that if you are not sure of what to order. This is definitely a place worth returning to for more delicious food.

Stopped by for lunch. Bread, vegetables, and sauce were good. Chicken was well season but we found it a little dry.

I got the chicken shawarma wrap and it was amazing! It got flagged by security at the airport and all of the TSA guys asked where it was from because it smelled great.

The most wonderful place ever to get a hoagie I get around with them and call it the 1970s hoagie it brings back that feeling of a happier time so try one yo go back again and again and again his name's Ed fantastic man and family

I purchased several platters from Forks for a post-graduation event, and they did a wonderful job. Vivianne was very helpful and patient working with me to figure out what (and how much) to order. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and very reasonably priced. I ordered a sandwich platter, a dip carousel (hummus, baba ghanoush, roasted red pepper dip, labneh), and a platter of meat pies, kibbeh balls, spanakopita, spinach pies and grape leaves. For the sandwich platter, I was able to choose a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options from the extensive sandwich, pita and wrap menu, and the delicious dips came with a generous amount of their amazing pita chips. Wish I lived nearby so we could enjoy Forks on a regular basis!

If you want fresh, authentic, and tasty food this is the place to go to. The customer service is immaculate and they’re the friendliest. I’m 4 months pregnant and this is all I crave. I’m never disappointed by their quality of food. I would be there 7 days a week if they were closer.

My first visit started with a hunt for rose water ending with the purchase of shawarma sandwiches.

Complex flavors and fresh perishable vegetables. Best takeout I've had for a long time considering the price. The two blob sampler thing is a little bland but everything else is absolutely delicious with drastically different flavors.

This place is a gem of the Lehigh Valley. Everything is clean, neat, delicious and fresh Mediterranean food and the grocery ingredients are ready to go. I highly recommend to stop in and shop here every week and the folks are super nice.
