First time. Would have been a second time on Tuesday but they are closed on Tuesdays. Food was great. Service was great. We will be back.

First time ever coming in and it was fun beautiful, nice time to have a good lunch/breakfast. Michelle was our host/waitress. French toast was amazing and warm. Blacken Chicken sandwich with extra jalapeños Amazing. Friendly staff, very relaxing especially on a day off. Starting off right. 😁

This is my second time at this place and both times I had excellent service and I've also had really good food the first time I got a BLT I took the bacon off and gave it to my brother because all that know me I'm a vegetarian and my brother always likes the extra bacon. The second time I went there I got in a waffle and it was delicious I couldn't even eat the whole thing. My brother is from this area I'm new here I'm from New Jersey. If you're ever in West Palm Beach you should come visit this restaurant it's really good. 5 stars

Was in town to pick up my car from a service dealer. Found this cute little place nearby. Clean, cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfectly cooked bacon, the best French toast I have ever had, and my husband sandwich was also delicious. We will definitely be back. (We ate some of the food before I took a picture)

I’ve eaten there a few times every time I did it was very good! Always had a good time. The prices are affordable. I love the down home feeling. I’ve had breakfast and lunch there. Hard to choose which one I enjoyed more. I’ll be back.

One of our favorite Breakfast spots .....VERY consistent and staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly......despite some of the recent reviews, this is not all the facts .....one ex employee and one person looking for free meals ..... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We had a small breakfast here. Everything was ok- and by ok, I mean I could have just as easily done it at home- but the up charges are out of control. I don’t care to be nickel and dimed to death for a breakfast I should have just made myself. Hot sauces were old and separated. The waitress we had was new, but the problems came from higher up as her trainer kept rushing us to order. Finally, though we specifically asked for what specials they had, both waitresses in attendance didn’t bother to tell us about the cheaper ones. We didn’t see them until we LEFT the restaurant, as they were written in a chalk board sign facing the door so you only read it when you leave. Finally, the simplest components of my meal tasted canned. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere next time. There’s really nothing here to bring me back again. Updated review based on the establishments reply: I encourage everyone to read not just the reviews from customers, but specifically how reviews are handled internally by the staff. You can get a better meal and better service elsewhere, and nobody will accuse you of lying. The establishment has a lot to learn about how to handle online criticism and what’s appropriate to address. A defensive restaurant almost always guarantees a poor experience.

BEST breakfast spot in town. Prices are very reasonable. The food comes out as if a 5 Star chef made the plates. Very friendly staff who will go above and beyond for their customers. HIGHLY suggest to anyone looking for a new breakfast spot. They are willing to accommodate you to the best of their ability. 100% across the board. The owner is an awesome person who runs his restaurant professionally and efficiently. Again, highly recommend this little hidden gem 😉

A diner pure and simple breakfast & lunch, nice staff

I came here while passing by on a whim, I had always wanted to come here and today just so happened to be the day! The food was amazing for the price, and the selection was plentiful. Service was friendly but slow, although this is a mom and pop restaurant on the smaller scale so that can be forgiven easily. The atmosphere was a bit bizarre considering it's a store front but also surprisingly cozy and comfy. All in all I would definitely come back again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice meal.

I am extremely critical and observant, so believe me when I say that this house is a stunning little diamond in the rough. Everything about the meal was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. The waiter was so polite. It seemed really cozy and there's a very welcoming vibe. The supper was beautifully presented, and Jesus had to make the eggs. They charge a little too little for what they provide. Overall extremely good quality and the finest restaurant for breakfast around. I heartily endorse. You'll head for the meal and come back for the service.

Good breakfast restaurant after our motorcycle ride with our group. Not a big restaurant and only 1 waitress, and a bus person. Waitress is very friendly though and got all our orders correct.

This was one of those experiences when I tell myself “ I could’ve made this at home”. Service was quick though if you need somewhere to sit down, get out the heat and have a bite. I’m not familiar with the area, but if/when I go back I’ll look into other options.

Beware, they charge you extra if you use credit card. Customer walked in with her pet dog, no support dog marking, and it was ok with management.

It’s kitschy and cute. You should already expect that from the green gingham curtains. Hash browns werent good. Tasyed like steak fries. Not charred like o asked. Also nothing added to them. worst Surprisingly, the sausage biscuits + gravy was bland. Biscuit was cold and hard, and the gravy was underwhelming. Im told the Pancake was good but imo it tasted an awful lot like… cake. Hmmm. Salt, pepper, and hot sauce was absent in all savory entrees. The coffee too was boring… but hey they do have very jovial nostalgic tin signs.

Went there for breakfast with friends and what an awesome place. A real down home friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. I wish I could remember our waitresses name. She was so friendly and attentive. My friends and I are already talking about going back there. Oh and the prices were acceptable.

This diner is so good! The food is always delicious and comes out quick! Our server was also very sweet. She had a disgruntled elderly couple wanting to come in, within minutes of closing, and she still served them.

I am 1000% critical and dig deep so when I tell you this place is a gorgeous little diamond in the rough it is. The food was excellent everything tasted great and was on point. The server was courteous beyond words. There is a very inclusive atmosphere and it appeared very homey. The food presentation was great and the eggs had to be made by jesus. Their prices are a little bit too low for what they deliver. Overall excellent quality and the very best breakfast place in this area. I highly recommend. You will go for the food then return for the service.

This is a nice restaurant that consistently has delicious food. The food is never a disappointment and is always excellent. However, even though the waitresses always seem to be working very hard, there is a definite need for more waitresses and/or more help, which is desperately needed. Typically, there are only two waitresses who work there even when the restaurant is filled with people and all tables are full. I have heard people complain and have seen people visibly upset with the service and related issues that I personally think is the result of having too few employees. The waitresses more and more seem easily frustrated and sometimes appear angry that are probably the result of performing way too many tasks. They take orders, have been seen removing plates, silverware and cups from tables, have been seen cleaning tables and are even responsible for checking out customers at the front register. There is no doubt that more than two people should be responsible for a restaurant filled with people especially during the weekends which are peak times. Once again, everyone there appears to be working hard but the experience would be significantly more enjoyable and pleasant if there were more people employed there who could remove some of the burden the current employees seem to endure on a regular basis. I am sure if more employees worked there, the experience would easily be a 5 star experience. However, the lack of help dramatically reduces the dining experience, which resulted in my 3 star review.

the blond waitress who constantly wears a frown, dragging her feet is the most unpleasant human being, I have ever interacted with at a restaurant . I don't know if someone died and her family or she just prefers to wear that face. it was so unpleasant, i skipped ordering food...beware, i ordered a soda...4.95. bettter off going to wendys or mcdonalds where the food is probably better charging just a few more dollars...who knows, i wouldnt, the scowling,unpleasant, server never even offereda bfast selection. if you want a happy way to start your morning. DO NOT GO THERE! THE OWNER IS JUST AS BAD!

Good breakfast, fast service and a friendly staff.

My husband and I have eaten here multiple times and always seem to get the same rude, condescending waitress. Sunday was no different. She seemed annoyed with our very presence. We had to ask the other girl for refills and a take out order, which she didn't hesitate to help with. I don't know if she is the owner or even a manager but either way she's in the wrong business. Food was delicious as always. Very reasonable prices. The 2 stars was for the service.

I always order take out. I live in WPB and have been ordering from Frans for years. I usually get excellent service. Today the OWNER WAS VERY RUDE.

Sat down to have breakfast with my husband and a friend. We ended up walking out because of the waitress's behavior. Waitress was not pleasant at all!! Very pushy, condescending and sarcastic. She has a -F in people communication skills. She should get a job in a filing room where she has no contact with people. The thought that she might spit in our food did cross my mind at one point, when she was being nasty and rude to us. They need to get rid of her! Frannies is a pleasant looking establishment. I can't tell you about the food because I will never step foot there unless they get rid of her. Oh lord I hope she's not the owner.

It's a nice little mom and pop type restaurant. Their prices were average. The breakfast was hot and cooked as requested. I only saw 2 employees but they handle their customer load well. Would go again.

Food was way overpriced for canned food, tool forever to get food that was not homemade ans bland. Would not recommend due to many better places on the area that are way cheaper.

EXCELLENT! We stopped here on a whim and will definitely be back! It was quiet and cozy, and the morning rush was over. The patty melt was absolutely perfect (and not soggy!) and incredibly delicious. I really enjoyed the coleslaw too - sweet, but not too sweet. Pricing was lower than expected, which was a welcome surprise - and the service was warm and friendly. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food - an awesome little diner!

After I receive the bill, I asked the waitress if the restaurant took credit card, she said yes. When I got home, I realized there was a charge for using the credit card. I called the restaurant and they told me that it is posted everywhere that there is a charge. I should’ve been told when I asked the waitress if she takes credit cards that there would be a charge buyer beware.

I like the old diner look and feel. Waitress was pinched for time even with just 4 tables… She kept asking “ are u all ready …” it was 10am. french toast needs to soak more. Potatoes are bland. I asked for toasted hash-browns and corn beef hash, but you can have your own opinion on that from my photo. Coffee is just like a regular diner coffee. Tomatoes are not fresh.

Ordered the steak and eggs. The website price is not the same as the restaurant menu price so be prepared to pay more when you get there. But the waitress was nice enough to give me the difference of the online menu price vs restaurant. That’s why i gave 3 stars.

I went to Frannies for the first time today and I had eggs benny and hash browns and they were delicious but more of the reason I’m giving a 5 star 🌟 rating is because of my amazing waitress Sarah. She was efficient very sweet and attentive and polite. Every restaurant needs a Sarah working for them.

KNOW YOU ARE INVESTING IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION. We scheduled to eat there a month out not because it is fabulous but because Camden has limited dining options and tourism is soaring during the summer. YOU MUST CXL THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION. DONT GET SICK . DONT GET COVID. OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 per person. NO exceptions... you can try but Jen , the owner will just cry to you about how much work it is. I say book Fresh & Co ( the best in town) , Salt Wharf(new) , almost anywhere else but here unless you KNOW you will be THERE. And dont plan on changing your party's number - you are charged than also! Just asked Jen, the most unfriendly business owner I have ever dealt with.

The waitress we had was rude, condescending and began to speak very loud to me in front of everyone so my group and I walked out. It seems that on several of the reviews this waitress is very rude. As we got up and left she said goodbye. I will be reporting them to the better Business bureau. I've looked at past reviews and a lot of people are complaining about this particular waitress if she is the owner she doesn't deserve to have a restaurant.

very rude waitress kicked me and my father out on father’s day. i wish i remembered her name. our server, sarah, was great.

I ordered a roast beef club, it came out wrong, they brought a sandwich. Ok...I understand mistakes happen. But the sandwich was not good. I hate leaving reviews when they are not good, but it was kind of aweful. Sorry.

We came in around 11:30a on a Sunday. Every seat was full, we sat in the last open table. We got served quickly with a smile. The order was right the food delicious and the prices reasonable.

Absolutely trash . ordered sausage and eggs and could not get because deep fryer was not on ? Who cooks sausage in a deep fryer and was explained that you cant cook round things on a grill so i then cancelled meat order . because fry cook was upset about it to the point it became a yelling match . never visit this place and expect any kind of service

Great little spot for breakfast. My son & I stopped in for a quick bite while waiting for my car to be done at the shop. The food was yummy and the service was excellent. Will stop in again to say hi to Tammy & try something else on the menu. 😀

Wish I could give them minus stars but I don't have that selection on here. My spouse and I went there Saturday for breakfast and the waitress was so rude! We paid for our coffee and left. We had asked to substitute a couple of items on the menu. They weren't flexible at all. Plus my spouse asked the waitress to explain an item on the menu. Waitress stated, "Can't you read it's explained on the menu!". The waitress was so rude and downright mean. Guess she was really having a bad day or maybe that's her demeanor everyday? I will never go back there again and will let everybody I know what a horrible experience we had.

Food very good, comes out very hot good place for lunch and breakfast

My wife and I dropped a friend off, early, at the airport and were in the area attending a Home Show at the Fairgrounds. We were looking for a place to get some coffee and breakfast. I did a quick search and saw Frannie's, which to me sounded perfect. There was something very special about this place–– maybe it was just this day or just this time, but walking into Frannie's, looking for a comforting breakfast, well, you could not help but feel the love. This was comfort food and service that was second to no place else. We were greeted as if we have been there a lifetime, and the food was plentiful and delicious. What impressed me most were the other patrons coming in–– this is community, family and love. A gem.

The worst experience I have EVER HAD!! I witnessed a waitress who acts like she owns the restaurant treat a new employee on her first day like complete garbage!!!!! She made the poor girl cry in the middle of the restaurant. She gave table after table attitude. She had a customer complain about the food being spicy and instead of apologizing she said well it has pepper jacl cheese in it so maybe read the menu before choosing what to eat. She gave us the receipt when our food literally just got to the table. The toast was completely burnt and so were the hash browns. I believe her name was Tammy. She needs to get fired or just retire already. I will never come back!! I ended up speaking to the new waitress and assuring her everything would be ok and that we all noticed how rude she was. The owner is completely oblivious to the matter. Don't waste your time or money. Very heart breaking!! I felt so bad for the young lady who was nothing but kind and courteous to myself and family. It was her very first day and Miss Tammy was unbelievably heartless and instead of training her she screamed at her and put her down in front of customers. It's no wonder why the other waitress is leaving and today was her last day. The owner Al is chooses Tammy's side and doesn't stick up for his employees or restaurant. Someone should call the city and report them. This place makes my stomach turn. You treat others how you want to be treated and that ain't it. Al you should really let that witch go and you should of kept that hard working sweet young woman on your team. READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! I am going to start with the positives...... The location is very easy to find and accessible. The pricing is not high. It's very normal in range. The service was good. And the place is clean....... Now for the negatives....... The portions are VERY small. I got a LARGE biscuits and gravy, it came with two biscuits. I got a $4 side of bacon, it came with 3 strips. The food flavor was not horrible but it was very bland. Not something I would intentionally go back to but not something I would not join friends for. This restaurant is a decent place for the 65 and over crowd. Atmosphere, price, food portions, and flavor. But I would not recommend it to a younger crowd. The photo shown on Google of their interior is nothing like how it actually is. See my photos attached. Let's not forget the $3 charge for sharing food. But again, I guess that is directly geared towards the older crowd? On a side note...... Masks, lots of masks. There is no sign on the door and they did not bother us about not having one but they were everywhere. But i will not hold other people's thoughts and fears against this store as they did not force them on us. Over all not horrible but not a place I will be back to.

Friendly diner and the food isn't greasy... I had a veggie omelette and it was cooked just right, not browned like so many places do. Lots of veggies. Very good grits and coffee. Wheat toast was moist not dry. Great service, I will be back!

Don’t listen to most of these reviews about mask wearing requirements. We all need to just grow up and help fight COVID. This place is out of this WORLD! I am a big into Sunday breakfast. Frannie’s totally hit the spot. The country Benny was just delicious and filling. My only disappointment is I wish I knew about this place sooner!

If you’re craving warm and cozy diner food, then you’ve found the right place! Ordered the eggs benedict with potatoes and they were absolutely delicious for such a good price. Highly recommend you check this place out!

Quaint little neighborhood restaurant that offers the normal menu items you would expect. Really pleasant servers and quick to get your order out to you. Fulfilled all of my requests and made it enjoyable.
