I’m visiting from ATL and I want to go back to Fran’s as many times as I can before I leave!!! She has so many crazy flavor options I want to try and she was so sweet. I got the Alien Juice and my boyfriend got Ice Cream Cream and they are so delicious. 10/10 flavors

Mrs. Lisa has the best snowballs in town. Every time me and my husband goes she is always very sweet & kind. The prices are very cheap. Mrs. Lisa makes all different kinds of snowballs with a bunch of different flavors and many different designs. I will always recommend Frans to everyone!

Best snowballs in Houma, period. They have over 70 traditional flavors and over 150 special flavors. Fran's is the closest thing that I've found to the iconic Hansen's or Plum St. Snowballs in New Orleans. This is a cash only business, so be sure to have some on hand.

I absolutely love this little snowball stand! There are so many unique flavors here! My favorites are Harry Potter Butter Beer (tastes very similar to Universal Studios) and the Jurassic World. I can't wait to be back! Cash only!

I have lived in the subdivision for most of my life (33 years) and the snowballs are as good as they ever were and all my kids and myself have always loved Miss. Lisa! No restroom probably because I think they started the stand to see the happy kids and of course to give that smile 😊. Don't know for sure but it seems as it wasn't about money. Because of how her price always was cheap not sure she makes anything. Use restroom before the trip to fran's and bring cash... p.s I still remember bringing all my penny's, dime, quarters.. lol and she would would count the money while I eat my snowball lol I'm positive I didn't have enough money a few times 😅. Sorry miss. Lisa how much do I owe you??

The best snowball I’ve had in a long time.

Snowballs were delicious and refreshing! Prices are extremely good, less than $3 for a snowball with lots of flavors to choose from!

I was late to the game and discovered Fran’s Snowball Stand around 2014. Since then, I have become a super fan. Ms. Lisa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and she is always concocting creative flavors and combos. I especially love her Zelda snowball. She has the best prices in town—be sure to bring cash. She cares for the kids in her neighborhood and strives to keep her prices low so they can enjoy a delicious treat. Stop by throughout the year to try her special holiday snowballs! Other flavors I adore: Skittles, Almond Joy, Yoshi, Peppermint Patty, Mr. Bingle, Purple People Eater, Pink Lady, Hello Kitty… I usually try something new every time.

Frans has the absolute best snowballs around hands down! There is NO competition or comparison. If you can think it she can make it. She has hundreds of flavors and combinations. My boys are so spoiled by her and loyal to her. Her customer service is an absolute pleasure unlike the other snowball place. She's not mean to her employees nor does she make them cry unlike some snowball places I know Frans has been around for years and will continue to be the best. Bring cash though.

There is no kinder service offered than the service this owner gives. It's been no less than 16 years that her snowballs have been putting a smile on my face, and to this day when I try one it reminds me of all my summers as a kid enjoying a cold treat on a hot day. The children in the neighborhood, whether a decade in the past or even these days, always look forward to their favorite flavor snowball handed to them, undoubtedly, with a smile.

Eveytime I get a Fran's Snowball I love it. I always try new flavors and there's a bunch to choose from. And super juicy too. :)

I really enjoyed this place as a child and today I returned with my kids. I love the professional yet friendly service. The prices are very responsible and the treats are tasty.

Amazing i live on grace street and this is very convenient bc i dont have to wait in a long line like at Brookes. Its very cheap and delicious. Mrs. Fran is so kind and lovely

Fran's has a never ending menu of delicious snowballs and other assorted treats. I'd like to say there is great customer service but it feels more than that. When you visit Fran's you are not a customer, you are family. This snowball stand is a hidden gem, and I encourage everyone to stop by and see what it's all about!
