The owner of this establishment is a top notch individual in my book. And the food is twice as good as he is.

I am not from Florida. I cane to Winter Park because my son is in the Advent Health Winter Park Hospital. I was here for 2 months. My son recommended this place for its food. Boy, was he ever right. I have enjoyed everything I've order so far. Unfortunately, my son is still in the hospital with pancreatitis, but this visit I am stopping there as I especially miss that Italian sausage sandwich. Thanks Fratellos.

The last 2 times I ordered was awful. Came cold. Delivery man was rude. Asked where his tip was.

Best pizza ever!!!! I can not eat red pasta. So, every pizza that I order is made with an garlic oil. Soooo tasting and fulfilling!

I have to say. I love this pizza. I buy it by the slice. There's something so special about it. I've tried other locations. It was not the same. As far as I'm concerned this pizza at this location is my ABSOLUTE favorite pizza ever. A secret gem we should all be so lucky to try. I'm addicted. Lol

I was in town for work and wanted a local pizza place to try. Based on previous reviews I chose here. The pizza was good . Toppings were flavorful, and service was quick. Overall, no complaints. I would probably eat it again if I was in the area

Very surprised! Took my son for a slice and a soda. The gentlemen who I assume was the owner whose name I did not get was really nice. He had said that the slices were huge. I was not prepared for just how big it was. It was basically a small personal pizza. For the price of 7.99 which included 1 topping and a drink. It offered a fantastic value. My son did not want a topping, so he put 2 toppings on mine. Onions and peppers. The pizza was very good. Thin crust how I like it. Not greasey at all, which was nice. Didn't have to worry about grease stains on my shirt. Made fresh and served hot. This is not, however, a sit-down restaurant. Pick up and delivery, basically. Not to be misled. I do plan on returning and picking up a whole pie next time. Prices on the menu are quite reasonable. Apologies. I should have taken pictures. I will add some next time I go promise.

An excellent quick bite. Flavorful and affordable by-slice. The slice was nearly a small pizza on its own and was rolled out and cooked to order. Very friendly service. To note: Not a dine-in location, basically one giant kitchen with an order window. Fast and fresh mid-day orders. Positive attitude.

We got some coupons in the mail so I picked up some wings to go. I can say, I've been to expensive sit-down restaurants that don't compare to these wings. They are tender, not oversaturated with sauce and you can tell they took time to cook them instead of reheating them in the microwave like some places do. Price is good too. Can't wait to try their pizzas next time. Lady at the front desk was really nice too.

Upon stopping by to pick up my online order, I walked into the restaurant to find a very small, rudimentary establishment. It is almost like I walked into a small town in the 1980’s. The floor was dirty, the register looked like it may have been a Commodore 64, and there was an old vending machine at the entrance. Though I didn’t see any bugs, I was looking for them, as this would be a prime spot for them. I othered a large, suprano crust pepperoni, and a small deluxe. The deluxe pizza was ok. Nothing special, but not any worse than you would find anywhere else. The mozzarella sticks, however, were barely cooked, and the marinara sauce was tasteless. I ordered some boneless wings with hot teriyaki. The chicken pieces were obviously processed, ground chicken formed in the shape of hash round potatoes. The wing sauce was the consistency of soy sauce. It was inedible. All-in-all, I won’t be back, and I recommend you do not risk trying this place.

You have to check this place out if you're local, or just in the area. Gerald is the Pizza maestro. Everything here is spot on!

The place is small and has strange layout but the 🍕 is outstanding and made to order. It was a huge, cheesy NY style pizza. I wish I had taken better pics.

I haven't had pizza since 9/2021, doesn't agree with me. However the craving was too great, so I ordered pizza last night. It was amazing!!! Best hand-tossed pizza I've had in Florida by far! And NO belly aches! Thank you!!!! I have found my place and I can't wait to order again!

The pizza itself is really good! You don’t even need toppings. The owners are really nice and personable. The fries were really good, too. The only thing I would say is don’t buy the wings. The sauce for the wings was great but the actual chicken ain’t right, I had to spit it out there’s something really unpleasant about the texture I just couldn’t eat it.

Old school, hole in the wall, pizza joint with really good pizza. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere since I didn't see any "eat in" space. If there is, I missed it.

Fratello's pizza is dynamite. Delicious every time and they always have the freshest ingredients. Backstory: One day during lunch time I was starving and stumbled into a 1-unit building in a quiet strip mall with the name PIZZA. Entering inside I asked for a slice and was greeted with a 10 inch pie that masquerades itself as a slice. This "slice" had flaky crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio and the pepperoni on top was golden and delicious. To this day, I am very happy that I stumbled into Fratello's that afternoon, because every time I come here the pizza is unforgettable and reasonably priced. 5 stars every time.

They went way out of their way to deliver some food to my mom when she was in the hospital. Awesome people. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We love this pizza place. The prices are competitive, their pizza is always consistently good, with fresh ingredients and the folks who work there are always kind. Whenever we want some good, unfrilly pizza and wings we order from here. Totally worth a try.

This restaurant isn’t the best place if you are looking for local pizza. After entering, you aren’t greeted and are met with a depressing run down restaurant. After the employee came up to me, he asked what I wanted and if I’m paying cash or card. I gave him my card and he just pointed to the receipt and pen for me to sign. I thought maybe the pizza would speak for itself. Mid…. The pizza was mid… I would have maybe come back if the customer service was good but it wasn’t. So it was just a bad experience with “ok” pizza. I would rather just go somewhere else.

Got a $5 slice which was pretty big and worth the price, but it was a really greasy pizza. The cashier who cashed us out and made the pizza wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Not the worst experience, but I’d rather go somewhere else for a better pizza and experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Horrible attitudes. WAYY over priced for food that doesnt match the price. Im willing to spend good money for good food ALWAYS.but After 3 visits. I can no longer do the raw pizza dough and bad attitudes even though their located closer to me than any other pizza place. They are NOT EVEN welcoming at ALLLL. I feel like i walk into someones dirty apartment when i walk in that business. I hope they move out asap, so another business can make better use of that space.

1 star not even deserved. Im only putting a star to warn you about going there. You will quickly notice, your the only customer buying food. I cant believe after so many years they still have poor attitudes and service. Welcoming a customer could give them a better chance with gaining a new customers. Maybe at least it would cover up for the OVER PRICED food that comes out raw and soggy.

I've been looking for a new wing spot since moving to Orlando. I was hopeful after seeing positive reviews. My first mistake was not checking my food before leaving. I ordered 12 lemon pepper wings. I'm not exactly sure what I got. The wings were saucy and spicy. I did not detect lemon pepper flavoring. . They also tasted like the oil they were dried in is old. There was a distinct aftertaste that I can't describe... This will definitely not be my new wing place.

Firstly, I’ve only lived in Orlando for 4 years. I’ve been ordering from Fratello’s for the last year and they’ve become the only pizza place I’ll order from. I just get disappointed if I order pizza from elsewhere now. Fratello’s is by far my favorite pizza place in the area and their plain ol’ cheese pizza is just about my favorite pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a lot of their menu and everything has been great, GET THE WINGS!!! Don’t sleep on this place! Their consistency is impressive, delivery is super fast, and they’re good people. Support local and order the best pie in town! P.S. they give you a magnet with every delivery and once you collect 10, you get a free pie! I just got my 10th magnet last night and I’m excited to put it to good use.

I never write reviews, but this place had the BEST wings! I got the buffalo extra wet, and holy wow, they were amazing 😋😋. Bravo! I will be back. Very friendly owner and staff. Thank you!!

The pizza is heaven and the owner is friendly. They rarely ever make mistakes either. Fav pizza shop and their specials are unbeatable.

2 kids and I shared a large pizza while biking around the city. Frankly, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a nice crust, both crisp and chewy. Plenty of sauce that was not a sweet as usual and enough cheese to satisfy my kids as well. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent pizza for a totally fair price. So many of the NY style, non-chain pizza places in the area are overpriced. Not this place. Also, get the garlic rolls. You won't be disappointed.

I discovered this place when I was catching some bands at The Haven, which is pretty much right nextdoor. I got to The Haven early, and still needed to find grub. More than one person told me to scope Fratello's..."Plus, it's, like, RIGHT THERE, man." It's a tiny little place, and you can't sit down and eat there. It's a "to-go" kinda joint. Service was great. Super fast. Pretty cheap. And total YUM. I got a ginormous burger...omg it was SO good. And bonus? You can bring whatever you order there into The Haven and sit down at the bar and eat it. THAT's what I call a win!

Great pizza. Quick to fill orders. Been coming here for years since I was a teenager. Now I take my wife and son who's 3 at the time of writing this here. He absolutely loves pizza and fratellos is his favorite. The owner is a great guy, and I've never had an issue with this place. Ive probably had over a hundred of orders over the years at least.

Para nuestra sorpresa, esta es la pizza al estilo de Nueva York más increíble que hemos tenido en el área de Orlando. La rebanada individual era de $ 3 para llevar, no solo era deliciosa, sino que era una locura grande. El personal era educado y lo más importante es que la pizza es increíble. Hay que probarlo para los amantes de la pizza.

Today we had opportunity to try this pizza place and we LOVED it! Even though on Sundays the cook do not mixes pizzas ( good to know) the chef made an exception and spoiled us with Meat lovers and Greeck- both sides were simply amazing!! We will be back for more...now each of us will have a pizza!

ordered a stromboli/ no mushrooms and some salad today. ( 8/17). Food arrived 25 minutes earlier than expected. Salad was all homemade good looking, great tasting food. stromboli came incorrect, mushrooms instead of green peppers. Called the restaurant to address this, spoke to Gerald. No questions asked was offered a replacement meal. Stromboli that came is better than expected. Plot twist: the second stromboli arrived before the first stromboli's ETA. Thanks Fratello's.

I really like that they have no minimum for delivery. That's a way that a lot of other places try to extort you into buying more than you want. Fratello's doesn't do that.

Recientemente me dieron pizza aquí por primera vez, y tengo que decir que era bastante satisfechos con este lugar. Yo realmente no tienen expectativas porque yo nunca había visto el lugar antes, y fue un poco de miedo al ver lo pequeño que es. Pero, tienen bastante buena pizza, y normalmente no me gusta la pizza en Florida (no sé por qué, parece que hacer algo diferente a lo que por aquí). Sin embargo, es pequeño, así que no es realmente un lugar para sentarse y comer, sólo un bastante bueno llevar mixto. Sin duda me pizza aquí de nuevo en el futuro cuando estoy buscando una tarta rápido para recoger y llevar a casa conmigo. Buen trabajo!

When life turns its back on you, Fratello's Pizza delivers hope. The best burgers I ve ever had. The pizza is terrific too.

First time trying the pizza, and it was terrific. The wings were just okay, a bit overcooked.. They said it would take 45mins-60mins for delivery and it only took them 30, So i loved that :]

Good pizza for nights I didn't feel up to cooking dinner. Location is close proximity to where I live. Pizza is New York style and flavorful, but the wings are underseasoned and overcooked. Canoli is okay, and subs are blah...for the cost, food is not on par.

First time was ok but the second time ordered over the phone and I got their the manager said I never ordered and got an attitude.

Used a groupon for a Stromboli and, while it looked and smelled delicious, cutting into it revealed a much different story. About 1/3 of it was unstuffed bread and the part that did have filling was pretty thin. We won't be going back.

I'm kind of a "pizza guy" so I've tried just about every non-chain pizza in the area (Barducci's, NYC Pizza, Broadway, etc). Fratellos is easily my favorite. They're also affordable and have pretty good wings and garlic bread as well. Two of my friends came from out of town and I brought them both to Fratellos, one broke their diet because it was so good!

This is great pizza! Thin crust, but not too thin. Great sauce, ample toppings. Quick delivery and have specials running all the time.
