Everytime I order on door dash THEY DONT PUT MY SAUCE IN THE BAG. WHAT IS THE POINT OF FOOD WITHOUT SAUCE. Everytime I MAKE SURE I TELL THEM TO PUT SAUCE IN THE BAG and they don’t!!!!! I just gave half the food I ordered to my dog. Tired of inconveniences. Won’t be getting Freddy’s

Got the patty melt and my word was it awesome. Can't wait to come back to try something else.

Stopped in Glasgow for a quick bite before heading to Mammoth Cave. The burger was excellent, and the thinly cut fries were crispy. I tried their special sauce but ended up using ketchup. A lot of customers seemed to be from the nearby medical facility. If they are regulars, my positive impression of the restaurant must be validated. Friendly staff.

Good hamburgers, good chicken tenders, good fries, good ice cream

The food was fresh and fantastic, but the tables were a little dirty. I have nothing bad to say about the patty melt and fries I ordered. Fresh, fast, and fantastic! I love the fry sauce! I rarely eat ketchup or sauces, but I really like Freddy's Fry Sauce!

The woman that was giving me my drink took a DRINK out of my drink. Also bad food, was very very cold right when I got it

Got the number two and upgraded to chilli cheese fries. Loved it. The burgers are always fresh when we go here.

Food was decent. The restaurant was filthy though, even the bathrooms. Trash cans were full so people sat their trash around them. An employee came over & instead of taking out the trash she just shoved everything in & smashed it down when it was already overfilled. When we went to throw our trash away, ee obviously couldn't. I tried to use the restroom & 1 toilet was fully clogged with things I won't mention & the other stall door didn't lock. So I couldn't even use the restroom. Probably wouldn't eat here again for those reasons, if you can't even bother to clean basic things what is going on in the kitchen?

Today my family and I went to Freddy’s to get lunch after church. We went to the drive thru. It took almost ten minutes to receive our order once we pulled around to the window. Once we received our order, we headed home. When we got home and unpacked our order, we were missing a good portion our order. I immediately called the store, asked to speak with the manager and informed them we were missing items from our order. I was told I had to come back right then to receive the rest of our order or they could send a card with a complementary meal. I explained we did not live in town and could come back later the same day. I was rudely told that if I did not come back immediately, I would have to wait to receive the card in mail in a few days. We went back and had to wait another ten minutes to receive what they failed to put in the bag in the first place, with no apologies, much attitude, and treated like it was our fault the items were not put in the bag. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I wish I did not have to give any stars. I would not recommend, will not return, and I will let all my friends, family and acquaintances know not to go there.

This is the second time I have visited this location within a month. Someone really needs to do a deep clean on this restaurant. Salty fries, over flowing trash can, busted tea grounds in tea. Trash all over the floors . Finger prints in the doors. 4th booth on the wall is still broken . Spoke to a manager a few weeks ago. Still the same . Nothing changed . Trash was took out through the double doors and left.

My son & I went for burgers & fries to go. Food was only warm. Not hot. I love their skinny fries. Just wish they had been hot. Wasn't about to go all the way back to complain.

So I ordered a pint of ice cream and a 5 piece chicken tender through door dash. I was very pleased with the food but the ice cream was literally liquid. So I called the store to ask them about it and hacen the manager answers EVERY question and addressed EVERY concern! She never got upset or angry she just figured out how to make things right! Love it and will go here over and over again!

5 stars because food was fresh and hot - staff friendly - place clean - and $10 for combo meal. Yes, it's still fast food but it's the best around here..

The wait here is longer than general fast food, even in the drive through, and the quality is absolutely worth the wait. Great food all around, but take special note of the amazing shoestring fries and fried cheese curds. They are the best!

Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru when there were only 3 cars. There was a mishap and food got scrapped and everything had to be remade

The atmosphere and service were fine. The food was delicious. However, I am not really a fan of burgers that are pressed/pounded out paper thin.

While I enjoy the food at Freddy’s, the staff at this location has become so unfriendly. The last two visits I had issues with my order. The gentleman that was putting orders together was rude on both occasions and never apologized for the incorrect orders. While my order was finally given to me correctly, I would appreciate an apology. I would also appreciate that individual not just tossing a bag at me and saying “here”. He is so unfriendly and rude to his co-workers.

Normally I really like going here. I ordered a hot dog with mustard and relish, got no relish. The ice cream cone had very little ice cream.

A young man that was getting my order was a very good worker. Cared about his job and doing things right.

Stopped in with my family as I had never been here- and it was lovely. The employees were very attentive and friendly, it was clean and well stocked, and it really felt like everyone was communicating well. A great spot to stop in and grab a bite!

The manager, a dark haired man, was doing a great job. He was helping everywhere and managing better than we've seen here in awhile.

Simply the best fast food restaurant in the US. The steak burger was juicy and tasty, . Their fries were thin and crispy with different choices of sauce. The sundae was the best. It was cheap but high quality. Creamy with chocolate and caramel sauces and honey pecan!

The restaurant was nasty. Floors, tables, and counters were nasty. My order was wrong, then it had a hair on it. Ice cream order was also wrong and had to wait for a remake till they cleared there screen. Won’t be back here.

It was so nice to see Freddys in KY I used to eat Freddys in AZ love the fries season and sauce.

I'm not a fan of their seasoning mix. It feels like we were at the drive thru window forever. They didn't give me the correct order. Very little communication from the worker. Ice cream is good though.

I don’t know what it is about this place but I love their burgers. I’m not a huge fast food fan but i do enjoy eating here. The burgers have so much flavor and the milkshakes are wonderful and thick. The fries are seasoned and you can upgrade to onion rings which are also good. It’s definitely my top fast food restaurant.

Even with four cars ahead of us in the drive thru, it was less than a ten minute experience and all the food was fresh. It was so nice to order a California Burger with no onion and receive a California Burger with no onion.

The only issue I have is with one employee I don't know, her name it's an older lady. She is very rude and hateful with other employees. She walks off when she is taking your order she is just very unprofessional. I know several people that have had issues with her.

Excellent place to eat. The burgers are great and the fries are even better. Didn't have to wait long for the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The frozen custard we got at the end was really good and topped off a good dinning experience.

Awesome food as always! The cashier brashness reminded me of a diner waitress from 1980's Detroit.

We visited late around 9:30 pm and they were cleaning but we're very courteous and accommodating. They said they are open for a couple more hours and had no problems with dine in that late. The cashier was new and still learning, but another coworker was very patient with her and she was very friendly and apologized for being slow which we just joked with her and made her feel better about. The coworker (supervisor, manager?) was super friendly as well. The dining room was not super clean but they had someone come out while we were eating who worked on it for quite awhile and got it tip top. Everything was stocked in the condiments and napkins area. Restroom facilities were clean and stocked. Food was fresh and tasty.

I've never had so much grease on fast food before. Is it always like this? I've been twice now and same issue. Not planning to go back on purpose.

I got a grilled chicken sandwich. I was not impressed. it was very bland, no seasoning and rubbery. I got a meal l, the fries were ok, the peanut butter concrete mixer I got was a regular size and almost 5.00. Pricing is not family friendly at all. I was not impressed.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Glasgow Ky and travel 45 minutes at least once a month just to injoy Freddy's famous food. They have an amazing seared burger and a full beef hotdog with a toasted but that is delicious. They also have some incredible custard flavors that is sure to please. I wish everyone town had a Freddy's!

Everything was great, burgers,fries, great custard. The only reason they didn't get 5stars is because the entire meal we had to battle flies, at one point we counted best we could the number of flies on our window alone. 50 or more !!!!! Will we go back? Absolutely, but not till it gets cold and the flies are gone.

This restaurant was clean. Servers were nice and the food was hot and fresh. The milk shakes are super thick. Could use some more milk, but other than that all good. The fry seasoning add on makes theirs over the top.

When you step through the dioor, you step back in time to a 1950's diner. You can tell they take pride in the establishment and their great service. Loved the place.

Always made-to-order and it shows. Always hot. Always fresh. The original double is perfect and the onion rings are excellent. Oh...fry sauce. Yeah, you need this in your life.

Haven't ate here in 5 years and decided to give it a try again. Paid for fry sauce and didn't get any at all and asked for a shake and got a stupid bowl of ice cream. Thanks y'all you just proved as bad as I thought you was.

Milkshake was perfect nice and THICK not the slightest runny, so it didn't melt quick at all. Perfect amount of flavor and everything. Service great, didn't wait long either.

Frozen items are amazing - like, seriously good. Shakes so thick you been to wait 10 minutes before you can get them through the straw. However, the burgers and fries are just not that great. They're trying to be Steak and Shake, but just not quite hitting the mark.

Food was good gave the wrong size cups but it was on seniors last day of high school and they had full house and got food out in good speed better then sonic in Columbia where I live

Burgers were pretty good but the concrete was so soft you could eat it with a straw, as was the sundae. Ok place but not on my must to stop list.

I really like Freddy's. I get the Sourdough burger that has Rye Bread and grilled onions. This is not your typical fast food burger although they have burgers and they are not typical due to the hamburger. It is ground steak and actually has flavor not just texture. Additionally, the fries are the thin cut like McDonald's however, unlike Macy D's these are great even when they cool down. They also have hotdogs which are hard to find in our area.

I absolutely love this place. Absolutely delicious. Best burgers and shoe string fries I've had in a long time. I sure wish we had one of these in Columbia or Russell Springs. I would probably visit it at least weekly.

This location was in Kentucky, the girl behind the counter had an aborted fetus earring and a pin that said SEND NUDZ. Call me. The food sucked, Freddy's is a third rate steak and shake, which also sucks.
