I always love coming to Fresh One! The food is always so delicious and the staff is always smiling and offering friendly service. I recommend a yummy bowl from Fresh One to anyone! 🥙🫶

I cannot recommend this spot enough. The owner has such a warm and welcoming energy that greets you as soon as you enter. The food is fresh, healthy, delicious, and very convenient! I love the steak Mediterranean bowl.

This is the go-to place for healthy and filling bowls. I researched “healthy food near me” and this gem popped up so my mom and I popped in and was greeted so warmly by the owner, Odidi. Odidi was cheffing it up in the open kitchen, all while greeting guests and having the most contagious smile. Please stop by and build your own delicious bowl or choose from a set bowl. Immediately after I left, my mom said, “I am coming back!!”

This place is a must try! You will not got back to Chipotle.

Personally I love line kitchens and this place offers a tastes that reminds me of home. A heavily home: nice and organized spacious kitchen, fresh hot options, and very passionate chefs. I enjoyed their heartfelt cooking🥰 I recommend the roasted potatoes base with a salad on top for one's own custom order 😋

The food was remarkable! Everything is fresh! I love that I was greeted upon entering with warm smiles and amazing customer service. I got a veggie bowl with the yellow rice. The sauces added that extra flavor I needed. The fresh pressed pineapple juice was a complete delight! I will be back again!

This is a very nice restaurant with great food which I found very fresh and tasty! I had a Mediterranean-type bowl on my first trip, and it didn't disappoint! I also ended up taking more than half home, as it was far more than I could eat in one sitting, and I have a pretty healthy appetite!

I love this restaurant me and my friend just stopped by today and the owner was in he was so positive and nice. Super helpful as I had no idea what I wanted and his recommendations definitely helped me enjoy my meal. The food was delicious and the Hibiscus Lemonade was so good. I only don’t have pictures because I devoured it.

I'd actually come to the area for the arcade restaurant, but was too early and wandered in here. Having just exercised I was curious as to if a nutritionally conscious option was in the area, and this place was it. As a Haitian there were a number of options that parallels my cultures cuisine and Odidi the energetic face of the place was more than happy to help me find the best possible recreation of a Haitian dish here. 10/10, I definitely plan to keep this place in my post workout rotation. And once ive earned my super hero build, I'll come try one of their desserts, because the options here are like something out of a cartoon. Vibrant, detailed, beautiful and appetizing.

I was on my way to chipotle because I was craving a bowl but happen to stumble on this place. I’m sooo glad I did because it did not disappoint. Portions are amazing, food was fresh and I didn’t feel bad after devouring the bowl that was piled high with all the toppings I could want. Staff were friendly and walked me through the options after realizing it was my first time there. Would recommend 10/5!!! Wish I had a picture to share but I destroyed all the evidence 😋

Wonderful!!! FRESH, FAST cooked from scratch, health whole foods with lots of beautiful vegetables. The owner has such a heart for blessing us with health-giving foods and recipes that are delicious . Almost no restaurants offer warm bases outside of the standard rice, salad and possibly noodles. Fresh One also offers forbidden rice, roasted potatoes, garbanzo beans and black beans as well as a gorgeous rainbow kale mix. The roasted brussel sprouts side is tender and fragrant. I love the amazing vegan options. My husband loves the chicken and steak bowls and the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies that are baked fresh. The desserts are melt-in-your-mouth and better than almost any bakery and also are made with all whole foods ingredients. This place is incredible!!!

Absolute Torch. Was in Alanta for a conference and was looking for a nice place with vegan food. Saw this restaurant in passing and was best option. When I say food was the bomb, it was so good we went back 2 more times lol. We went there for lunch, food was fresh, we were able to create our own bowl. The atmosphere was great, wasn't busy so was able to really enjoy our lunch, and the customer service was amazing. Location was clean. We were able to speak with the owner, very professional and kind. If you are looking for somewhere that has vegan food as well as other choice. I highly recommend Fresh One Kitchen.

Wow! I had to review this place before I even left. The food here is SO good!!! And healthy but tasty! So much better than the Chipotle next door. The guy working was friendly and engaged, more the type of person I’d prefer to be handling my food. Please support this business, you will not regret it !

My wife and I had the best experience tonight for dinner. She has dietary restrictions that prevent her from being able to eat the items on the menu as is. The head cook asked her what she was able to eat and made her all of her food from scratch. They were able to accommodate her perfectly. It was delicious and really made our nights.

Oh my gosh! Fresh One is the best! Owner Didio is the best - he also recently won the golden spatula award - which means something major - like cleanest kitchen best food everyday, all the time! This place is so good! Prices are maybe $13 plus and a steal for the amount of yummy fresh food!

This restaurant is phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about it. Didi (the owner) is SO NICE! He truly cares about his employees and his customers; and shows it by working with his employees and helping them when they need it. The food is always fresh and the sauces are home made (YUM!!). The prices are also affordable! Their food is not only fresh, but actually healthy with real ingredients! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for something try. The flavors were 100% all there!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fresh One Kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was incredibly fresh, and the menu offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. Christ, who attended to us, provided excellent service with a great point about portion sizes – they were just right! Odidi, the co-founder, was exceptionally helpful in recommending sauces to complement our dishes. He even let us sample a few options to ensure we would love what we chose. We had a delightful conversation with him about how he created the business, and his passion for it truly shone through. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon!

Fresh one is the perfect place to grab lunch. Upon walking in I was greeted promptly and had my meal prepared in a timely manner. The workers/owners were incredibly nice and the food tastes amazing. I got the shrimp bowl and I love their house spicy sauce.

Odidi Odidi (AKA Odidi Squared) and Chris were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding dietary restrictions and very accommodating in preparing our mouth-watering meals. The award winning healthy dishes were delicious and the portions very generous. Pricing was very reasonable. Restaurant and facilities were very clean. Food is very good, deserts are amazing and the sauces are flavorful. Very fast because I actually know how to order quickly and not waste time ordering.

The older lady working there was honestly so rude. I order 3 bowls but order them separately because I couldn’t decide if I wanted one so when I finally did decide to get one the older lady told me next time I order multiple bows to order them together because I was wasting their time. And in my opinion you should NEVER say that to a paying customer.

5 stars all the way. Odidi is welcoming with his big smile. I have catered multiple times from Fresh One and they went above and beyond for both. The food is fresh, tasty, and plentiful. Everyone at our staff meeting was impressed. We did BYOB with chicken and tofu, rice and salad, and various veggies. It's a must try in my opinion.
