The food was astonishingly awful. There are way too many items on the menu for anything to be done with care. The sushi in particular was so bad we found it … strange. I’ve had better from a grocery store.

The staff is kind and helpful and the food is so so good! Cannot stress this enough. The fried rice is my personal fav but the sushi is also very good!

I went to Full House Asian Bistro with my boyfriend, and we were really disappointed with the service. When we sat down, a server came to pour us water but didn’t say anything or acknowledge us. We said “thank you,” but she didn’t respond. Later, another staff member came to take our order and didn’t even look at us. This felt really disrespectful. People go out to eat not just for the food, but for a nice experience too. We want to be treated warmly, and it’s frustrating when that doesn’t happen. A friendly greeting and good service are just as important as the food. Without a positive atmosphere, it’s hard to enjoy the meal. At Full House Asian Bistro, the staff seemed cold and unwelcoming, which put us in a bad mood. Because they didn’t interact with us nicely, we found it hard to enjoy the food. I believe a good dining experience needs both good food and good service. Overall, the staff was cold and made us uncomfortable. We left feeling unsatisfied and won’t be coming back!!!

Been coming here for a while, and I've always had absolutely amazing experiences here. Would highly recommend to anyone. Best Chinese Food in the state of Utah, and the service is somehow even better!

Last night was our first experience at Full House Asian Bistro. We were impressed with the friendly, prompt service and the food was delicious all served up in a very inviting atmosphere. Full House Asian Bistro is now on our list of favs for date night!

Not sure where all these good reviews came from. I'm in town and wanted some great Chinese food. This place had good reviews and was close to where I was staying. $25 plus tip for king pao chicken and some rice is a bit steep, but the taste was horrendous. I've never had kung Pao from any place in the world that tasted like this. It was gross, oddly tasting and near flavorless at the same time. The fried rice was mushy and tasted strongly of fish. I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone else. Should've spent half as much for anywhere else.

Full House Asian Bistro was not the end of a fun morning in Park City and a place I would not go back to. Our favorite place closes too early so we looked for another place to try and decided to try Full House Asian Bistro. Parking is ample outside and it was not very crowded inside as well. The staff was nice and that is about all that was great about the place. We ordered calamari, General Tsao's lunch special with fried rice, bento box lunch with tempura and teriyaki chicken, and the Alaskan and Mexican roll. All the dishes were not great with General Tsao's and the soups miso and wanton being OK. The sushi is not done well and the rice is too much. The teriyaki chicken is an after thought in flavor. The calamari is over breaded and the tempura dipping sauce has no real flavor. Overall we did not enjoy the dishes and will not return.

Stopped here for lunch while on a motorcycle ride. Had the House Special Chicken. Really good. Dog came quick and was hot. I did not care much for the fried wonton but the main dish was really good.

This girl from New Jersey was so pleasantly surprised by how good and so very different in flavor the Shrimp Fried Rice was!! I had to come to Utah to find my favorite "go to" Chinese restaurant! Don't be deceived by the average decor because the food is way above average!! Our server, Sophia was super sweet and helpful!!! Oh, and I also had a delicious Mango Dragon Roll!!

The dry green beans and asparagus are so good!

The food is very good, they have a lunch menu from Monday to Thursday that only costs $12 which includes soup and the main course, very convenient if you want to eat something delicious and affordable

Food was hot and fresh when it arrived. Sushi was super yummy.

I went here during a ski trip in Park City with some friends. We absolutely loved it! I’d go back right now if we were still in town. All of the rolls, appetizers, Mongolian beef, fried rice, etc. was unforgettable. Thank you!

The only draw back was that we ordered to go and there was no plastic ware or napkins with our order. I'm not sure I would go back.i felt it was over priced and since I paid $61, (for lunch, for 3 of us and I only had soup.) I would certainly expect to have utensils to eat our food with.

In one word: inconsistent. I started going to this place weekly for take out back in September of 2023. Back then, the food was consistently good. Over the past few months, both the quality and quantity of the food has completely fallen apart, ranging from just ok, to rather bad. They have become increasingly cheap with their portions of meat. Any dish with chicken and vegetables is made with about 85% vegetables and 15% chicken. Additionally, the chicken pieces are small and appear to be reheated and dried out. The last time I went there for take out they forgot to give me rice; I was told they have a "new bag packer". Apparently that's not the only new employees they have, as the place is going downhill rather fast. After having been served extremely mediocre food from them for weeks now, I've finally given up and will be taking my business elsewhere. Paying Park City prices for their food isn't worth it anymore.

Always great, lunch special is always a great option lots of food. My go to.

We had a great meal here on Christmas Day. The server and chef easily accommodated our gluten allergy. Despite being busy, they were attentive and welcoming. We would come here even if it wasn't nearly the only restaurant open.

The restaurant was extremely busy, so we ordered takeout. Half of the dishes were inedible - teriyaki sauce was just plain salt, lo mein was just noodles, it took us some effort to find chicken there, maybe only rice was Ok. Disappointing.

Very nice place to get some Asian food at Kimball Jnct. Good food but mediocre sushi. I recommend sticking to the noodle and meat entrees however. The udon soups are always the best and come in massive bowls. The sushi is only a step above store bought sushi. Bought 3 various rolls and even the deep fried one was a bit off. Just gonna stick to the soup. Nice looking place, decent service. Just right off the road. Overall, pretty great. Just avoid the uninspired sushi.

Very good food and being from kalifornia I know Asian food

I ordered the pork dumplings, steamed, and they were just fantastic; my order of six dumplings could easily have been a full meal. Jason was attentive and cordial. My entree was the Chinese Noodle Soup and it was remarkably delicious. My husband ordered something-something Kung Pao with shrimp, beef, chicken and pork; 5 stars and for both of us it was an absolute ton of food. He also had the Samurai Sake mixed with plum wine, and I never want to have it any other way! I also appreciated that all entrees came with the option of brown rice.

We have eaten here before. Always very good. We ordered combo dinners which included appetizers of 2 crab wontons and a spring roll. Plain taste not served even warm. Then my wife had wonton soup and I had mixed egg drop and wonton soup. Her's was cold mine was only warm. They replaced her soup with mixed soup but it had no taste. We were served our entrees before we finished our soups. She had Mongolian Beef and I had House Special Chicken. Food was at best warm. This time our experience was not good. Food was not hot and not very tasty. Very disappointed.

my girlfriend & I visited this place we had been here before & thought the food was delicious but on that recent time we went we were yelled at to leave a tip & told not to come back if we do not tip. Server was very rude and didn’t check up on us the entire time we were there. Had to walk to him to ask for our check. So he did not deserve a tip whats so ever. I understand people have days but that’s still no excuse to treat a customer without respect. Will not be going back my girlfriend has anxiety on going to restaurants because of this experience. This was one of our favorite places but after this experience we don’t want to return.

Ordered to go. Small mix-up, maybe my fault. Went back to pick up and added a small item. Offered a full refund for the missing item-which was the dinner add-and only one item out of three was missing. Not only was it waiting for me, but some extra food was added, no charge, no attitude. The portions that were picked up were generous and tasty. Have ordered before and never dissapointed.

I don't normally leave bad reviews because I prefer to give businesses the benefit of doubt.. but I would like to share my experience SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to Szechwan Chinese Kitchen in Park City instead. I called in a to-go order and was rushed and basically yelled out to "PICK ONE. PICK ONE, PICK ONE" and once I arrived, I was not greeted ot talked to for 10 min. And the guy who also took my phone order was very rude and rushing me. And they also have a "Packing fee" for to go orders where they charge you without knowledge and you also are given the option to tip.. food is mediocre. I asked for 2 egg rolls, the order comes with 2 and was charged for 2 and they gave me 1. I have been going to Szechwan Chinese Kitchen for years and have always had good experiences and the food is always amazing.. they have way better customer service.

Love the garlic pork, the kung pao beef and the Sichuan eggplant. Good sushi rolls. Fair price and extensive menu. Good service. Easy seating and parking for 5:30 pm midweek dinner in the summer. Busier on weekends and in the winter. Lunch menu is a good value. A favorite restaurant in Kimball Junction. Prefer their menu and cooking over Szechuan Kitchen.

Wish I could emphasize my many times to Full House more. Each and every time deserves 5 stars! Good food and variety. Waiter Calvin and Waiter Aidan are the best! Also a pretty good deal relative to Park City prices (it is all expensive). This is our favorite Chinese in Park City! Pretty good sushi, too.

I wish I could leave less than one star! We used to love coming to this place but now that we have a family they are NOT kid friendly. They automatically charged us extra $ on our tip because they were bothered by our children eating like normal children and rice accidentally falling on the ground. This has never happened to us anywhere we go because we ALWAYS clean up after our children after they’re finished eating. The food quality and service have gone downhill fast at this place for the price! If you’re looking for a family friendly restaurant with amazing service and delicious food worth the price, visit szechwan nearby instead!

Haven’t been to Full House in 6 months - went today and it is fantastic! The fresh vegetables, flavors and service are TEN stars! There is absolutely no comparison to any other Park City choices. SO GOOD!!!

King pao chicken was fresh and delicious. We got moo shu pork for appetizer, and it has great texture and flavor. Spider roll was good but the Alaskan roll was so so because the salmon was very firm. The color of the salmon was iffy.

Food was sub par the rice with the sushi was very dry. Wouldn't go back again. Better off getting sushi at smiths next door.

This place charged $8 for a fountain soda, were rude, and automatically tipped themselves for a lunch table of two. The auto tipping should be banned - it allows these restaurant's to be obnoxious with lazy servers and still pay themselves anything they want all while whining they can't afford to live in an expensive zip code. $14 Chinese lunch portion meals, even in Park City, is ridiculous. Stop supporting local businesses that price gouge & have horrible service as well. There are better places to eat in Kimball Junction with better quality people who are nice to be around.

The food was excellent! I would definitely dine there again. Service was friendly and fast. The place was nice and clean. The tables were large and the seating comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there was nothing exceptional.

Soup for two, four small dishes, one beer, one sake, two hot teas= $114 before tip. The food is good but expensive for what you get. We usually eat Chinese in SLC for much less but Christmas Day is for splurging.

It use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Park City area but lately they have gone down hill, still good but not as good as it once was. Mainly the service has gone downhill, wrong food or taking a long time to get the food .

Got here 20 minutes ago, to celebrate my sons 16 birthday(7:45pm). I asked politely if we could sit outside because that’s where my son wanted to seat, she told us only if I had a dog I could sit outside. This is the most disrespectful answer I’ve gotten at any restaurant. Since when is a dog more privileged then a human being to be seated at a requested seating. Not believing what I heard and after making sure there was available seating outside I asked a different staff to be seated outside, he told me that they were too busy to sit us outside, granted there were people seating outside already. Two different answers, not even their staff knows their own policy. Decided to walk away and head over to Cafe Rio. Cafe Rio staff was very polite, professional and sat us outside no dog required. Don’t recommend this place unless you take a dog with. They treat dogs better then humans.

Don't go here! The food was way overpriced for the mediocre quality. The waiter was rude and impatient. I should've eaten a sandwich from the 7/11. At least they have fast service. I got pad Thai that tasted like a frozen dinner reheated by being left on a radiator.

My favorite for lunch is the bento with sashimi and sushi. My favorite dinner is sushi combo B. The white tuna sashimi is wonderful. My son likes the orange chicken. Sometimes I order the spicy wonton soup for takeout in the winter. If you find this review helpful, please help me out by giving it a thumbs up.

Great experience here! We ordered a lot very slowly. Our serve, Jason, was attentive without being over bearing or interrupting. The food was yummy! Highly recommend the onion pancake, the Spider Roll, and the Orange Chicken. A great place to go for a group that's willing to share multiple options.

Terrible sushi. Picked up a to-go order and these guys not only got my order wrong but use crab stick (fake crab) and low grade salmon. Was too busy to go back and could barely stomach the stuff they gave me. All this at Park City prices too! These guys have great noodle bowls and meat dishes. But the sushi here sucks.

We are regular customers of Full House, and we have never been disappointed by their food! Their orange chicken is delicious, and the lo mein is to die for. Whenever we want Chinese food, Full House is our go-to for take-out.

This is a great find! I loved the appetizers. I had a spring roll, and the hot and sour soup. We tried the Mongolian beef and the Kung Pao beef—Both were good but I’d definitely get the Mongolian again. I also tried the seaweed salad and it was really interesting. The flavor was great and it was fun to try something new. My friends got sushi, fish, and Kung pao chicken. The service was excellent. Our drinks were never empty, the food was done quickly and it was hot and so fresh. I would definitely go back! Thank you!

Fast and convenient, pleasant staff, but can’t recommend the food. Tried three different sushi rolls, sweet and sour chicken, and the fried rice. The sushi rolls were not good. Fried rice and chicken was ok, but wouldn’t do it again.

Fried Rice, crab wanton and spring roll was bland. Literally no flavor. Friend wings was soo salty I couldn't even finish my initial bite.

Been here many many times. Food is always good. Pricing is a bit higher but that's covering park city rents..... Lunch specials are great. Usually very fast service. Sushi is fairly good as well.

My family dined here Christmas Day after a long flight and we had the best meal. Everyone ordered something different from Suishi to Garlic Shrimp it was all tasty. We will be returning here every time we come back to Park City.
