So delighted to find this awesome spot on the bike trail! The egg sandwich was outstanding and the frozen coffee and ice coffee hit the spot in this heat filled day! We will be back for sure! 5 stars🤩

Funcle’s Café is a great location with friendly staff and delicious food. We came in at lunch time and were greeted by helpful staff. They quickly took our order and served our food. The portions were very large, especially for the lower prices, and the food was delicious. The BLT had fresh and crunchy tomatoes and lettuce, and had a great ratio of ingredients. It also featured tons of bacon. The muffin was warm with melty chocolate chips and was covered in powdered sugar. The best was easily the Breakfast Burrito (which I didn’t get a picture of because we ate it so quickly, but was incredible). Easily the best breakfast burrito we’ve ever had. It was warm, tasty, and packed with a perfect combination of ingredients. Everything was excellently prepared, and the pico de gallo, garlic aïoli, and home fries added a perfect touch to the breakfast burrito. As we left we had to give our compliments to the chef. Needless to say, as we told them, we will certainly be back for more the next time we’re the in the area. Check out Funcle’s Café the next time you’re nearby! You won’t be disappointed.

I love your food and service overall, but you are terrible when it comes to order for pick up. You never pick up the phone and you appear unavailable in Uber Eats and Grubhub all the time. Please work on that. Now I’m editing my review and giving them 1 star. After respectfully providing feedback and even providing clarification that it was their take out service that I was reviewing, they reached out to me via instagram to attack me and asked me to go cry somewhere else. What a TERRIBLE way to handle respectful and constructive feedback from a loyal customer. Wht a disappointment. They suck for me now.

i come here almost every single weekend and it's always great service and everything comes out amazing and delicious. i'm an obsessive bacon egg and cheese lover so this place really feeds into my cravings. everyone is so nice and makes their items top notch. will never stop coming here.

I had a grilled cheesed sandwich and it wasn't very good, they used processed american white cheese. For $6 for just the sandwich, it wasn't worth it. My friend ordered a vanilla milkshake, it tasted of cheap vanilla ice cream with milk. For the quality of the ingredients and the prices they are charging I wouldn’t recommend it.

My first experience at Funcles Cafe is probably all I need to know this place is great. My fiance got the steak and cheese sandwich and I got myself the Chicken and waffles. Both options were exceptionally delicious. The waffles come with plenty of maple butter syrup which is great for someone like me who needs plenty to be satisfied, as well as having plenty of chicken included. The steak sandwich had the perfect blend of ingredients which all came together to make a great lunch sandwich. Both options were also priced very reasonably and I noticed that every other option was priced just as well. Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes! The inside had somewhat limited seating space but also had quick to-go services for those not looking to sit down and eat.

This place is phenomenal!! I got the shamrock shake and their famous chicken and waffles. I think the whole thing cost me $20, and it was well worth it. The shake was huge. I could have made a meal of that on its own. I liked the chocolate on the sides, the maraschino cherries were yummy, and it was minty without tasting like toothpaste. The chicken and waffles were the highlight of the meal, though. The syrup is legit maple syrup that is bordering on maple sugar - it's clear it's great quality and it isn't the cheap syrup most stores buy. I think it may even have been local. Basically, anything I didn't use, I kept because it was soooo good!! The chicken literally melted in my mouth. The batter outside was crispy and flavorful, and it stayed on the chicken. The chicken itself was juicy and I was seriously in heaven!! For those who are interested, I think the chicken is chicken breast. The waffles were nice and thin. They were slightly crispy and very good with the syrup. The best part is they complimented the fried chicken perfectly. Usually, when I get chicken and waffles, I tend to eat them separately but this meal really was better together. I'm extremely excited we found such a good breakfast place and we will be back again!

The dining room was adorable and comfortable. The food was delicious. I had the eggs Benedict, and everything was amazing - The eggs were cooked beautifully, the hollandaise was super tasty, the potatoes were crispy and well seasoned. Easily the best breakfast I've had since moving back to CT about a year ago. I also ordered the frozen matcha drink. It was good, really rich, but not super strong on the matcha flavor.

My husband and I have loved everything that we've ever gotten from this cafe. I am gluten-free and they have one of the best gluten-free brioche rolls I've ever eaten!!

My husband and I love this place! Lots of college kids coming through but this place cranks it out. Amazing every time. Eggs Benedict should only ever be made with a biscuit. And the breakfast burrito with chipotle aoili. Omg. I'd rate 6/5 if there were fancy coffee/latte options. They should partner with Crossroads!

Have been a couple of times and have found the service, food quality and cost to be excellent. Love the breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos and their paninis.

The food was very good, however the iced latte I ordered tasted like old coffee grounds which made me think that the espresso they are using wasn’t as fresh as it could be.

Nice little breakfast/lunch place. Price are little more than I expected, but worth it. Had a bacon, egg (2) and cheese ($5.50) and loved it! The frozen coffee made with premium ice cream ($6-6.50) exceeded my expectations and was delicious! They have an interesting menu with plenty of offerings and the specials are very creative. They can get busy though, so leave a little extra time if you're in a hurry. I'll be back here often!

Found this place on my way to Sleeping Giant state park. It’s very convenient for lunch before afternoon hike or after morning hike. The smoothies and Caprese Panini was very good. It was very busy but the line when down pretty fast. I would recommend for a try if you are in town or on your way to hike.

Hello. Regulars Holly and Ruben who go every week brought me there for my birthday. Im from the foodie city of Philadelphia. The staff was what you would wish for. The atmosphere was spot on. The food..?? You start to look for your napkin. And just stare. One bite and you just look for stars. Thank you all.

Classic breakfast spot with quick service and tasty food. The bacon egg and cheese I ordered had wonderfully crispy bacon and melty cheese. I also ordered an iced latte which was refreshing but just tasted a bit off. I would also recommend the owners install a bike rack seeing how close the place is to the most used bike trail in the state - I had to awkwardly lock up to a pole.

Eggs Benedict for the win 🙌🏽❤️ Small venue with 4-5 seating areas inside and 4-5 seating areas outside. Food is simple but boasting with flavor! Check out their special menu for rotating uniqueness! Their Instagram is definitely worth a look, too!

Everything here is amazing, including the staff 💕 they go out of their way to provide options that make a great experience, their food is clearly made with love, FOR the PEOPLE. We come here every weekend before grocery shopping. Things I've eaten: Breakfast Burrito - added hashbrowns and bacon, great Eggs Benedict w/prosciutto - amazing Fried Chicken Sandwich - fresh, hot, sooo good Ultimate Steak & Cheese - BOMB my favorite, super savory Frozen Coffee (Mocha) - RIDICULOUS 😋 Also the blood orange Pellegrino 😉 Truly a hidden gem. I can't find my other photos 😭 We always feel taken care of when we come here. These guys deserve your business. Give Funcle's a visit! P. S. We call them Funkie's.

Funcle's Café!!! Our favorite brunch spot to start our day! They take such care in the delivery of their food. We always find ourselves giving compliments to the chef. The ingredients are always fresh making the dish so good. I've had lots of items on their menu but my favorite is their French Toast and Eggs Benedict. The Avocado Toast loaded is always great too. Even a simple egg and cheese on a bagel is so well put together. Thanks to Allison, one of the owners, she gave me a sample of the frozen mocha coffee which turned out to be something I order now every time I come! It's so good! Thanks to the staff for always making it a fun experience and taking good care of us! We love coming here!

Funcle’s Cafe is my go to spot. Whenever I have an important day I make sure to start it with their iced coffee and breakfast burrito with chorizo. Allison, who usually works front of house, is always welcoming and remembers my order. Off to get myself a Funcle’s morning coffee right now!

Fabulous cafe! All the food is made to order- with great attention. Service is excellent. They really care that you get your food quickly, hot and that you enjoy it. There is a genuine pride in their cooking and the experience you leave with. :) Restaurant was very clean, busy, efficient. :) Lots of delicious breakfast and lunch options. The drink choices are excellent as well. :) Stop by- you won’t regret it. :)
