We went on a cruise and went halibut fishing Had a wonderful time and our guide was very knowledgeable. We had our fish shipped home and when they got here they were bad😔. So I called the gatewaysmokehouse and they were very helpful and understanding. They offered a refund or to send more fish. I asked them to send more fish and it arrived correctly and there was even a little more fish this time than the first time. I would highly recommend this company and had zero issues at all with them. I would blame ups for my fish being bad and not them because the second batch of fish was completely frozen and perfect. Thanks again gatewaysmokehouse we will definitely send business your way!!!!!!!
