There's always something new and delicious to eat, unique gifts for everyone in your life, and interesting events. Some of my favorite sections are Tea & Tunes, Refills, and the bakery. I only wish I had more time in my life to spend hours and hours here.

A wonderful store and cafe with something new to discover with each visit. A true gem and great addition to the Maplewood community! Shop local! :)

We are so lucky to have the General Store here in Maplewood. I popped in and had a delicious coffee, was tempted by the baked goods, perused the home and prepared goods, AND bought the most adorable pair of sheer fancy socks!! Now where else can you do all that in one stop? They even had my favorite lip balm. And if all that wasn't enough, rumor has it that they stock some delectable Truffle Cheddar which is on the top of my shopping list for my next trip. Cheers to the General Store!

Always a pleasure visiting the General Store. In our family we call it “the refill shop” because that’s where we go to refill our hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, and more BUT the store is so much more than that! Owned and run by friendly local folks, the General Store also is a favorite spot for coffee and a pastry, fancy cheese, unique gifts, and more. Big fan!

We love General Store Shops & Cafe!!! There's such a cute atmosphere to enjoy a coffee or pastry. We always refill our pantry staples, bathroom, and cleaning supplies from Good Bottle when we visit. Whenever we need to grab a card or a birthday, holiday, or celebratory (house warming, etc.) gift this is our one stop shop! They have a lot of awesome pop up events as well! Their non-alcoholic beverages (Evermore Spirits) is unrivaled. I have yet to find such a wide selection of NA drinks anywhere else!

A wonderful gem in Maplewood that has a little something for everyone. We love the Saturday morning doughnuts, local pretzels, tea & tunes, the cheeses are spectacular, and I haven’t even gotten to the amazing refills. We refill everything from hand soap to animal crackers. We would be lost without the cooperative.

The General Store Shops & Cafe has it all! Beautifully curated store, thoughtful and practical for customers local and visiting. When you first walk in your hit with a fresh scent of all the amazing home good (and more) products you can refill from Good Bottle. The cafe serves Paper Plane coffee and fresh pastries on a daily. Martins Pretzels bakes in the back kitchen filling an amazing aroma in the mornings. Mrs Messhuga has a rotating trendy selection of totes, shirts, stickers and the best themed holiday gifts for the Jewish community. Oh, it goes on! Tea & Tunes serves up tasty selections of premium and nostalgic teas and has an ever rotating selection of vinyl, new and old. There’s an alternative beverage vendor too, Evermore Spirts. By far the best curated selection in town! So much for anyone looking to transition, or just have a dang tasty bevie! The Maplewood Wheelhouse is all the way in the back and is a go to for great cheese, charcuterie and specialty food. Plus, they do platters for pickup! Love this store 🩷 Keep it up gals!

Have been wanting to stop in and check this place out for a while now...finally made it today! An array of interesting products with some fun and unexpected surprises of things you might not find elsewhere! The team in the store was welcoming and attentive in a nice, casual way! I grabbed a coffee on the way out...very good and will surely be back for interesting gifts and gourmet treats!

They have just about everything. Except for weed. For that, you need to walk a few doors down. But everything else is here, and it's all good. We go here for dish soap, bread, Christmas gifts, coffee, and other things we don't know we need till we get there.

Great little spot to stop in and get coffee in the morning! The specialty goods and eco-friendly items are all great, but it’s worth just making it part of your morning routine for coffee and pastries. AND it’s close to 2 public parking lots right off Springfield!! Tell your friends to meet you here.

Such an awesome, friendly atmosphere. And, such unique gifts! Also, you can bring your bottle and buy detergent in bulk.

Love the friendly vibe. Katrina and Erin are lovely to speak to. Lots to explore from so many great vendors and so many exciting new things to come. Sat today and had a good cup of coffee and amazing almond croissant from Le French Dad, picked up my favorite Nightingale ice-cream.

One of my favorite spots to frequent! I like to refill at Good Bottle Refill Shop & Dry Goods Refillery, browse the products made by local artists, and get a coffee & pastry from Three Daughters Bakery. What more could you ask for? Be sure to check it out!

Great little store with lots of zero waste products and refill stations (including the pantry Dry Goods Refillery). Staff is helpful!

Love this store! Great addition to Springfield Ave. Love to walk on over if I need a birthday present, house warming or baby shower gift. They have kids toys, jewelry, kitchenware. Delicious baked goods, you can even refill your spices, dry goods, soaps, detergents. This store has a little of everything.

Its a wonderful community space, that allows you to support local businesses. Sustainability is apparent in all aspects of the store from the good bottle refill shop to the option of a "for here" cup at the cafe. All around, it provides a great shopping experience.

I buy my liquid dish soap, shampoo, and lotion at the Goodbottle Refill shop. Her products are amazing and it feels great to save plastic packaging from going into the landfill! The baked goods from Three Daughters Baking are sooooo delish. It's wonderful to have an espresso bar right in the heart of Springfield Ave. Highly recommend!
